Full Name (optional)
This is an unprecedented time in our nation’s history. The American people are outraged by the display of unconstitutional, corrupt, immoral, and criminal actions by President Barack Obama and his Administration. We, the people, demand justice. We, the people, demand that President Barack Hussein Obama resign immediately.
We, the people, present the following:
The IRS Scandal:
§  Whereas: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intentionally abused their power by targeting conservative organizations; and
§  Whereas: These actions demonstrate that the IRS was being used as a tool for partisan, political manipulation and advantage; and
§  Whereas: President Obama will not reveal or admit to knowledge of the actions of his Administration, deeming him either ineffective or deceitful. At a minimum, this makes him guilty of betraying the trust of the American people; and
§  Whereas: Accountability is crucial if we are to send a message to our elected officials and bureaucrats that committing crimes against the American people and our Constitution will not be tolerated;
§  Therefore: We demand a thorough investigation and full disclosure of the matters concerning the IRS scandal; and swift, expedient action against all offenders, including the President of the United States, to the fullest extent of the law.
The Benghazi Scandal:
§  Whereas: Key members of the Obama Administration, seemingly with President Obama’s knowledge, willfully denied support to the American ambassador and other brave Americans while they were under attack in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012; and
§  Whereas: The ensuing cover-up, including the intent to deceive the American people about the nature of the attack, was politically motivated for the advancement of Barack Obama’s re-election campaign; and
Whereas: The truths uncovered to date, which are too many to list, prove that the death of four Americans was exploited as a tool for partisan, political manipulation and advantage; and
§  Whereas: President Obama will not reveal or admit to knowledge of the actions of his Administration, deeming him either ineffective or deceitful. At a minimum, this makes him guilty of betraying the trust of the American people; and
§  Whereas: Accountability is crucial if we are to send a message to our elected officials and bureaucrats that committing crimes against the American people and our Constitution will not be tolerated;
§  Therefore: We demand a thorough investigation and full disclosure of the matters concerning the Benghazi scandal; and swift, expedient action against all offenders, including the President of the United States, to the fullest extent of the law.
The Associated Press Scandal:
§  Whereas: The Obama Administration’s Department of Justice secretly obtained private telephone and fax records of Associated Press reporters and editors; and
§  Whereas: The communicated intent, once this seizure was revealed, was to search for government leaks; the perceived intent was an attempt by government officials to intimidate and manipulate freedom of the press; and
§  Whereas: The Department of Justice violated its own regulations which recognize the importance of freedom of the press, and exceeded their authority for the purposes of partisan, political manipulation and advantage; and
§  Whereas: President Obama will not reveal or admit to knowledge of the actions of his Administration; deeming him either ineffective or deceitful. At a minimum, this makes him guilty of betraying the trust of the American people; and
§  Whereas: Accountability is crucial if we are to send a message to our elected officials and bureaucrats that committing crimes against the American people, and our Constitution will not be tolerated;
§  Therefore: We demand a thorough investigation and full disclosure of the matters concerning the Associated Press scandal; and swift, expedient action against all offenders, including the President of the United States, to the fullest extent of the law.

8 Ways the Federal Government is Blocking Information

The federal government is out of control. Help stop them: Rein them in
Check it out:
If you’re still unsure whether or not federal government abuses its power, this list from Associated Press Washington Bureau Chief Sally Buzbee will convince you.
The following are eight ways the current administration is making it hard for journalists to find information and cover the news:
1. As the United States ramps up its fight against Islamic militants, the public can’t see any of it.
2. The White House once fought to get cameramen, photographers and reporters into meetings the president had with foreign leaders overseas. That access has become much rarer.
3. Guantanamo: The big important 9/11 trial is finally coming up. But we aren’t allowed to see most court filings in real time — even of nonclassified material.
4. Information about Guantanamo that was routinely released under President George W. Bush is now kept secret.
5. Day-to-day intimidation of sources is chilling. AP’s transportation reporter’s sources say that if they are caught talking to her, they will be fired.
6. One of the media — and public’s — most important legal tools, the Freedom of Information Act, is under siege. Requests for information under FOIA have become slow and expensive.
7. The administration uses FOIAs as a tip service to uncover what news organizations are pursuing.
8. The administration is trying to control the information that state and local officials can give out. The FBI has directed local police not to disclose details about surveillance technology the police departments use to sweep up cellphone data.

100,000 Haitians to be Allowed into the US Without Visas by Obama

With all the risks we are assuming, and all the problems with illegal immigration, of course we would just INVITE a whole bunch more people into the US – without a visa, naturally.

Calling it “an irresponsible overreach of the executive branch’s authority,” Senator Charles Grassley, ranking Republican on the Judiciary Committee, is criticizing an executive order issued by the president that would allow at least 100,000 Haitian nationals into the United States to be “reunited with their families.”

Washington Times:
“Which countries are next on President Obama’s list?” Mr. Grassley said. “Will there by medical screenings before entry? Will work permits be granted automatically? How will this affect American workers?”

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the branch of the Department of Homeland Security that handles immigration benefits cases, announced Friday the program to unite Haitians already living in the U.S. with family members abroad will ramp up in 2015.

At that time the State Department’s National Visa Center will begin notifying families who may be eligible to take part in the program. Those immigrants will allowed to apply for work permits while waiting for issuance of their permanent visas.
The agency said the program will expedite “safe, legal and orderly migration.”
A similar program that reunited Central American children with their parents had a fraud rate of about 70%.
Or how about NOT. Maybe we should DEPORT the people HERE and using all of our social welfare programs, free medical and food stamps, and reunite them in their home countries? That seems like a WAAAAAY better use of resources. Should Obama be able to use his power to make this happen? Should the administration be able to import 100,000 more PROBLEMS for America?

US Ordering 34 Million Green Cards for Illegal Plan

By Greg Richter
With some lawmakers predicting a sweeping executive order on immigration from President Barack Obama after the Nov. 4 elections, one federal agency is already making plans to hire a vendor to crank out up to 34 million  blank green cards to accommodate an expected surge in immigrants in 2016.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has published a
draft solicitation for a contractor capable of producing 4 million cards a year for five years — and 9 million in the early stages — that would allow immigrants to live and work in the country, Breitbart reports.

One estimate suggests 34 million cards will be printed in total.

An official from the government agency told
MailOnline on Monday a plan was developed "in case the president makes the move we think he will," even though the agency's Document Management Division isn't yet committing to buying the materials.

Another official cautioned the plan was only a "contingency" in case immigration reform legislation passes in Congress,
stressing to MailOnline it wasn't in anticipation of an Obama executive order.

The president was
rebuffed by Congress to enact immigration reform — which Republicans have decried as an "amnesty" for millions of illegal immigrants, including hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied minors who poured into the United States through the southern border with Mexico this summer – and has vowed to go it alone.

The executive action's timetable has since shifted to after the crucial midterm elections.
The latest draft solicitation "seems to indicate that the president is contemplating an enormous executive action that is even more expansive than the plan that Congress rejected in the 'Gang of Eight' bill," Jessica Vaughn, an immigration expert at the Center for Immigration Studies, told Breitbart.

The green cards – officially known as Permanent Residency Cards – and Employment Authorization Documentation cards are used for participants in Obama's controversial Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. Known as "DREAMers," the program's participants came to the United States illegally as children.

A total of 862,000 people have been approved for such documentation by USCIS through June.

But according to the draft solicitation, "the guaranteed minimum for each ordering period is 4,000,000 cards. ... The estimated maximum for the entire contract is 34,000,000 cards."

On CNN's "Inside Politics" Monday, moderator John King said he unilateral executive action promised by Obama for after the midterm elections will kick off confrontation, not compromise, from Republicans driven by anger and frustration in their conservative grass-roots voter base.

"Well, if you believed perhaps there would be room and motivation for a deal after the 2014 midterms — think again," King said.

"I was so struck by conversations in Colorado, in Kansas and Iowa — just pure frustration; a belief among conservative Republicans that this problem is getting worse.

"What does that tell you? It tells you there is no prospect for any compromise legislation during the final two years of the Obama presidency," King said.

"If the president uses his executive power as promised, Republicans will be pushing the grass-roots for confrontation, not compromise. An issue we thought after 2014 Republicans would try to deal with, will be with us until 2016 and beyond."

There is little doubt that Obama is determined to take action.

"There appears to be little political space for House Speaker John Boehner and Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell, who could well be majority leader in January, to negotiate any deal that would be acceptable to Obama," CNN reports.

"When the president takes executive actions, as he promises to do after the election unless there is some legislative breakthrough, it is clear the conservative grass-roots will demand confrontation, leaving the issue front and center as we head into the 2016 presidential cycle."

Amenper: The Final Solution, Nigeria is Ebola free.
Nigeria's containment of Ebola is a "spectacular success story," said Rui Gama Vaz, WHO director for Nigeria
Some 9,000 people have been infected with Ebola, and about 8.999.5 have died, mostly in hard-hit Sierra Leone, Guinea and Liberia, with the number of cases expected to increase exponentially in the coming weeks.
Dr. Simon Marvel, one of the world's leading experts on viral hemorrhagic fevers, says that the final solution of Ebola in Nigeria should be an example for the world.
The last case was executed last night, now Nigeria is Ebola free.  Any new case will be disposed accordingly as soon as it is detected
We have being able to stop the spreading of the disease by human-to-human transmission of Ebola by permanently isolating the  persons that have tested positive for Ebola.
Ron Klain, Ebola Czar. recently appointed by President Obama, said that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are working on revisions to safety protocols. The new protocols will take into consideration the model of Nigeria.
Because of its success, Nigeria’s model could be included in the new protocol immediately in the United States.
He said if any other person test positive for Ebola, a plan is in place that includes the new protocols.
Klain said that it is imperative for the country, not to have any other case of Ebola before the Midterm elections.

Kick Them Out: 55 Florida Mayors Who Are Anti-Second Amendment And Pro-Bloomberg

If your mayor is on the list, inform them of your dissatisfaction or better yet, vote them out of office this up coming election.
As unlikely as it may seem to those of us who pay attention to Second Amendment issues, there may still be some Florida Mayors Against illegal Guns (MAIG) Mayors who have been mislead by lies fed to them by Bloomberg’s anti-gun group.
We have the emails sent to Florida Mayors from MAIG claiming that they support the Second Amendment, we even have emails from known anti-gun Police Chiefs and Sheriffs reassuring some mayors that MAIG is just “helping to target illegal guns, not legal gun owners”.
They may not have noticed that MAIG has opposed every pro-gun and pro-self-defense legislative initiative proposed in Florida and nationally since the group was founded.

Amenper: Hillary for President? Maybe yes, maybe not.
Glenn Beck may not want to vote for Hillary Clinton, but he is convinced that she will win the presidency in 2016. Beck, the conservative radio and television host, used part of his radio show on Tuesday to talk about the prospect of Clinton running for president and why, if she does, she "will be the next president of the United States."
"She is going to win," Beck said, matter-of-factly, because Clinton will convince voters that she is the candidate that can take the United States back to "the golden years" of Bill Clinton's administration.
Yes, Hillary Clinton is running for president, and she is running away from President Barack Obama's record on foreign policy, she has drawn sharp distinctions between her view of America's role in the world and those of the President, while also expressing significant disagreements with him over the right approach to ongoing crises in the Middle East.
But with all the respect I have for Glenn, and with all the respect I have to the evil intelligence of Hillary, it bothers my mind to think that whoever the republican candidate is going to be, he will remain silent about who Hillary is and about her record.
From her days as first lady when she tried to socialize medicine, with a plan even worse than Obamacare, to her recent tenure as Secretary of State, Hillary has been not only a failure, but a disgrace for the country with the highest point of her career being the Benghazi catastrophe..
Hillary Clinton didn’t do much during her time in the U.S. Senate, relying on records collected by former Clinton adviser Dick Morris, the legislation Clinton passed during her first five years in the Senate had little substance. The vast majority of bills, according, were purely symbolic or would have passed without Clinton’s support
Morris tells us that even though she didn’t have much of a legislative impact in the Senate, Clinton did spend a lot of time befriending "moderate" Republicans like Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Sam Brownback (R-Kan.), who could potentially support her in a presidential campaign. (my question, will they dare?).Hillary Clinton is extremely ambitious, shortly after Bill Clinton graduated Yale Law School, Hillary was already telling colleagues that he was going to be president. Hillary private slogan for her and her husband was “eight years of Bill, eight years of Hill.”
At Wellesley College, Clinton wrote her senior thesis on Saul Alinsky,( the known Marxist) discussing Alinky's  community organizing tactics, but later found them to be “too idealistic and simplistic,” according to Bill Clinton’s biographer David Maraniss.
In other words Hillary was even more radical than Alinsky according to her biographer.

There are other  books and articles that show us the character of our "next president, here are quotes and incident in Hillary's life:

From the book "I've Always Been A Yankee Fan" by Thomas D. Kuiper,p. 20 - Hillary to Rep. Dennis Hastert in 1993 discussing her expensive, disastrous taxpayer-funded health care plan)
We just can't trust the American people to make those types of choices.... Government has to make those choices for people"
(From the book "I've Always Been A Yankee Fan" by Thomas D. Kuiper,p. 76 - Hillary in 1996)
"I am a fan of the social policies that you find in Europe"
(From the book "Inside" by Joseph Califano, p. 213 - Hillary yelling at Democrat lawyer
You sold out, you mother f**ker! You sold out!"
(From the book "American Evita" by Christopher Anderson, p. 90 - Hillary to her State Trooper bodyguards after one of them greeted her with "Good morning"
F**k off! It's enough that I have to see you shit-kickers every day, I'm not going to talk to you too!! Just do your G*damn job and keep your mouth shut."
(From the book "The First Partner" p. 259 - Hillary to a Secret Service Agent who was reluctant to carry her luggage because he wanted to keep his hands free in case of an incident.)
"If you want to remain on this detail, get your f**king ass over here and grab those bags!"
(From the book "Inside The White House" by Ronald Kessler, p. 243 - Hillary to Gov. Clinton when she spots him talking with an attractive female at an Arkansas political rally)
"Come on Bill, put your dick up! You can't f**k her here!!"
(From the book "The Truth About Hillary" by Edward Klein, p. 5 - Hillary shouting at a Secret Service officer)
"Where's the miserable c*ck sucker?"

This ill-tempered, violent, foul mouthed, hateful and abusive woman, this bitch wants to be our president and have total control as commander-in-chief of a military that her party so openly and proudly admit they detest. I can see someone like this gaining the respect of other nations, and especially from their leaders, who refuse to do as she tells them "por mis ovarios" ... or else.
No thanks, our country deserves a better leader, not a dominatrix!
I don't think that the people could ignore this, I think that Glenn is kidding us, he is a kidder, and he is just scaring us to get us to go out and vote, and we will get out and vote, you bet, Glenn.
But it is also my believe that Hillary is not going to be the democratic candidate, and that is also a dangerous proposition, because.... who is going to be the other bitch?.

Uncle of Benghazi Victim: Will We Ever Learn?

President Obama and Hillary Clinton after his remarks during the ceremony at Joint Base Andrews, marking the return to the United States of the remains of J. Christopher Stevens, U.S. Ambassador to Libya; Sean Smith, Information Management Officer; and Security Personnel Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods, who were killed in the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. (Photo: Pete Souza/White House/Sipa Press)
Michael Ingmire is a musician, writer and activist living in North Carolina. He is the uncle of Benghazi victim Sean Smith and has been an active voice in the pursuit of truth and accountability about Benghazi.
Most news accounts of the attack on Benghazi say it cost the lives of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans.
My nephew Sean Smith was one of those other Americans.
It’s been a frustrating two years since Sean died serving his country on Sept. 11, 2012. There have been countless news reports, multiple congressional investigations and more than one set of recommendations that either should’ve been followed before the attacks or that should be addressed going forward.
But when it comes to definitive answers on what happened, how and why my nephew died that night, and what might be done to prevent such tragedies in the future, we’re still waiting and wondering and hurting and asking.
Subscribe to updates and alerts
That’s why I made the journey from my home in North Carolina to the first hearing of the Benghazi Select Committee on Sept. 17.
It is important for me and my family to get to the truth and to honor the memory of my nephew, who was an information officer for the State Department.
As I sat in the hearing room in the U.S. Capitol, I considered the history of the moment. I thought back to similar hearings on Watergate and Iran-Contra. I believe Benghazi ranks with them on the list of the biggest cover-ups in American history.
The hot, white lights reminded me that sometimes the brightest light is needed to uncover the darkest truth.
The approach by the committee, particularly the bipartisan cooperation between the chairman, Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., and ranking member, Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., gave me confidence this is a serious investigative body with little to none of the partisan grandstanding that marred earlier Benghazi hearings before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
A burnt building is seen at the United States consulate, one day after armed men stormed the compound and killed the U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three others in Benghazi, Libya on September 12, 2012. (Photo: Tariq AL-hun/Newscom)
Then the hearing began. Its focus and the ramifications of what it covered horrified me both as an American citizen and a Benghazi victim family member.
The hearing dealt with the Benghazi Accountability Review Board report produced nearly a year earlier by Adm. Mike Mullen and Ambassador Thomas Pickering.
The witnesses were Gregory Starr, assistant secretary for diplomatic security at the State Department; Todd Keil, a member of the independent panel on best practices, and Mark Sullivan, chairman of the independent panel on best practices.
The history of Accountability Review Board reports—whether about Beirut, Kenya or Benghazi—shows the State Department accepts the conclusions, promises to do better, then does little to implement the substantive security recommendations.
A truly revelatory moment occurred when Gowdy quoted from an Accountability Review Board report: “We are disturbed at the inadequacy of resources to provide security against terrorist attacks. We are disturbed at the relative low priority accorded security concerns, and we praise the ambassador for seeking security enhancements before the attack.”
Patricia Smith, mother of American Sean Smith who was killed in the Benghazi attack, wipes away tears while testifying during the US House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing on ‘Reviews of the Benghazi Attacks and Unanswered Questions’, on Capitol Hill September 10, 2013. (Photo: Michael Reynolds/Newscom)
Only that report was not about Benghazi. It was written in 1999 about the 1998 attack on the U.S. Embassy in Kenya. We should not be able to cut and paste key items of these reports; we should be learning what works and should be making adjustments. But we don’t.
We’re slow to even find out what went wrong. And when we do, and we realize this could’ve been prevented if we had acted on past recommendations, we’re even slower to hold people accountable.
There are some questions I have for the Benghazi Select Committee:
1. Why was Stevens sent to this dangerous part of the world on the anniversary of 9/11 without adequate security? Why didn’t then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton personally oversee the security guidelines or even review the risk assessment for this “diplomatic mission” facility?
2. For that matter, why has Secretary of State John Kerry still not appointed an undersecretary of diplomatic security, as has been recommended in previous Accountability Review Board reports? Will he be called to testify? Will Hillary Clinton or Leon Panetta?
3. Finally, what were we doing in Benghazi in the first place?
The most disturbing lessons about Benghazi are that the U.S. government has learned nothing, and the most important recommendations of the Benghazi panel, as well as previous Accountability Review Board reports, still have not been implemented.
Sean’s mother Pat and I do not want to see other Americans lose their lives like this.
We removed a fourth-tier dictator in Libya and armed Islamic rebels who turned around and killed American citizens. Once again, in the name of fighting ISIS, we are repeating similar mistakes, and our battle plans are being dictated by Islamic heads of state. Repetition of error is the true definition of insanity.

VA officials retire with benefits before they can be fired (Descarados o Inmorales???)

Posted on  by Cowboy Byte
“You can’t fire me – I’m retiring with full taxpayer-funded benefits!” appears to be the battle cry among the very few high officials held accountable for failure or corruption during the Obama years.
First we had IRS scandal kingpin Lois Lerner riding off into the sunset, her saddlebags stuffed full of lavish pension and benefit money (although, as she hastened to point out during a laughable effort to cadge some public sympathy with a softball interview, not enough to keep her in the style to which she has become accustomed.) Now the Wall Street Journal reports that VA officials caught up in the secret death-list scandal are pulling the rip cords on their golden parachutes, and the Administration is letting them get away with it. Try to contain your shock.

Amenper: Racismo

Amenper:  Extraterrestrials?
There’s a great deal of content, here and elsewhere, about UFO visits. No point in hashing that out in much detail. But let’s suppose, as a matter of brute fact, that we were able to verify with a high degree of certainty that an alien spacecraft flew the skies over Earth, and all we knew for certain about it was that it was extraterrestrial in origin. What would that tell us?
Well, we can assume to begin with that if the craft serves a purpose, it would probably be reasonably assumed that the entity that sent the craft didn’t want to hide it. We’ve already discovered technology that would allow us in principle to make aircraft invisible, and we can assume that any alien civilization capable of traveling to Earth would be similarly familiar with nanomaterials
The civilization sending them is trolling us—and maybe being a little cruel about it.
In other words: if any UFOs really are manned alien spacecraft, I think they’re probably full of obnoxious space beings that may be changed lo look like us, who want to live among us.  They may have been living among us for years; they could be holding public offices right now
Many will recall that on 1947, witnesses claim that an unidentified object with five aliens aboard crashed onto a sheep and cattle ranch just outside Roswell, New Mexico.
This is a well-known incident that many say has long been covered up by the U.S. Air Force and the federal government.
However, you may NOT know that more or less around nine months after that historic day, Albert Arnold Gore, and, Hillary Clinton, were born.
Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Eric Holder, Charles E. Schumer, and Barbara Boxer were born in dates coinciding with various UFO sightings.
There were also sightings of a UFO over the island of Cuba, in 1961, near a town called Sagua la Grande, where Ann Durham, the mother of President Obama was living at the time.
Does this have anything to do with our President birth?  Nobody knows, but anything is possible,
There are many cases of Aliens abducting and impregnating human women.
The stories say that when the alien impregnate a woman, they say the woman is "carrying the future." They refer to the "children of the future." They talk about a "change" coming—a difficult change but an inevitable one. What we are seeing in the abduction phenomenon is apparently a process.
The questions are, are these descendants of extraterrestrials. superior beings that they sent to control earth? or are they rejects that the alien civilization decided to send to earth as unwanted trash?
We don't know, but this piece of information has now cleared up a lot of things

What's wrong with obama and the firings???

This needs to be on the front page of every Newspaper in this nation!
Obama is setting us up for another pearl harbor!!!

What is wrong with this  five first line US nuclear carriers docked together in one place. Just like Battleship Row, Pearl Harbor , December 7, 1941.
This picture was taken the February 2014 in Norfolk , Virginia … Obama ordered 5 nuclear carriers into harbor for "routine" (?) inspections. Heads of the Navy were flabbergasted by the directive but had to comply as it was a direct order from their Commander-in-Chief.

The carriers were all pulled out from the MIDDLE EAST and the Afghanistan support role leaving our land forces naked and exposed!

NORFOLK, VA. (February 8, 2014). This is the first time since WWII that five nuclear powered aircraft carriers were docked together. USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69), USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77), USS Enterprise (CVN 65), USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75), and USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) are all in port at Naval Station Norfolk , Va. , the world’s largest naval station.

Knowledgeable Sources stated that this breached a long standing military protocol in the Navy meant to avoid a massive enemy strike on major US forces.
(U..S. Navy photo by Chief Mass Communication Specialist Ryan J. Courtade/Released).

Obama is ‘Commander in chief’.
This ordering of most of the Navy's capitol ships into one place is unprecedented since Pearl Harbor !  This could be the creation of a false flag atomic incident too stupid for any enemy to pass up.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also, why did the following happen?  Is this a routine changing of the guard?  Or what?  Sounds more like a Purge!

Major General Paul Vallely (Ret):

TWITTER SUES FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
Tech companies have complained about federal government demands for information on their customers and insistence that the companies tell no one about it (or else). Some, like Google, Apple and LinkedIn, have even tried to push back. The latest to do so: Twitter, which is taking the federal government to court saying its demands are a restriction in the company's First Amendment rights:
"In the case of Twitter, their posts are public, they don't actually get that many requests that are related to national security, so they want to make that clear to users. In April, Twitter sent the government a draft copy of its July transparency report asking if it could be reviewed for publication. They were told they couldn't publish it. Twitter is saying this is what we call 'prior restraint,' it's a gag order under our First Amendment. Before we even speak, our First Amendment is violated. So they are asking now in court to be able to say more."

Twitter's odds of winning in court are uncertain. Google and others who have sued the federal government ended up settling their cases out of court. The government still demands information from them, but the companies can give users a general idea of how many times the government has asked for information.

In other words, it's a battle of inches, and there are still miles to go before Big Brother's prying eyes are closed.

Later Obama: Crowd Walks Out On Obama Mid-Speech

The crowd left before Obama was half way through his speech. Epic.
In an unusual break from rubbing shoulders with the rich and liberal at party fundraisers, Obama spoke at a campaign rally in western Maryland for the state’s lieutenant governor who’s gunning for the top seat in November.
But his audience left their own seats in droves – while the president was still speaking.
The most amazing part of the rejection at was the crowd’s makeup — overwhelmingly black – and Obama’s subject: encouraging heavy minority turnout for the midterm elections.
This is Obama country — Barack Obama Elementary School is just down the road, and close to 90 percent of votes cast here in the 2012 presidential election were for him, the best he did in any county in the state. The crowd was energetic in waiting for the president and in welcoming him to the stage, but once the president started speaking, the crowd began streaming out, a few at first, but then by the dozen once Obama was about 10 minutes into his talk.

UN NUEVO GENIO INVENTA COMO DESCUBRIR 3 TIPOS DE CANCER A EDADES TEMPRANAS.‏https://blu172.mail.live.com/ol/clear.gifhttps://blu172.mail.live.com/ol/clear.gifhttps://blu172.mail.live.com/ol/clear.gifhttps://blu172.mail.live.com/ol/clear.gif

UN NUEVO GENIO INVENTA COMO DESCUBRIR 3 TIPOS DE CANCER A EDADES TEMPRANAS.

Clemente Sanchez.

Executive Amnesty Begins

Laws mean nothing to liberals.
Despite no official action from the president ahead of the election, the Obama administration has quietly begun preparing to issue millions of work authorization permits, suggesting the implementation of a large-scale executive amnesty may have already begun.
Unnoticed until now, a draft solicitation for bids issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Oct. 6 says potential vendors must be capable of handling a “surge” scenario of 9 million id cards in one year “to support possible future immigration reform initiative requirements.”
The request for proposals says the agency will need a minimum of four million cards per year. In the “surge,” scenario in 2016, the agency would need an additional five million cards – more than double the baseline annual amount for a total of 9 million.
“The guaranteed minimum for each ordering period is 4,000,000 cards. The estimated maximum for the entire contract is 34,000,000 cards,” the document says.
The agency is buying the materials need to construct both Permanent Residency Cards (PRC), commonly known as green cards, as well as Employment Authorization Documentation (EAD) cards which have been used to implement President Obama’s “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” (DACA) program. The RFP does not specify how many of each type of card would be issued.

Clemente Sanchez: QUE ES LO MAS IMPORTANTE DE LA VIDA. https://blu172.mail.live.com/ol/clear.gifhttps://blu172.mail.live.com/ol/clear.gifhttps://blu172.mail.live.com/ol/clear.gifhttps://blu172.mail.live.com/ol/clear.gif

Aquella experiencia me dejó tres enseñanzas:

Primera:

7.  Representante Estatal, Distrito 100:  Martin a. "Marty" Feigenbaum
9.  Representante Estatal, Distrito 105:  Carlos Trujillo
10. Representante Estatal, Distrito 110:  Jose Oliva
11. Representante Estatal, Distrito 111:  Votar por uno
12. Representante Estatal, Distrito 112:  Daniel Díaz Leyva
13. Representante Estatal, Distrito 114:  Erik Fresen
14. Representante Estatal, Distrito 115:  Michael Bileca
15. Representante Estatal, Distrito 116:  Jose Felíx Díaz/Carmen Sotomayor
16. Representante Estatal, Distrito 118:  Frank Artiles

LRGM
