To achieve world Government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family tradition, national patriotism and religious dogma.

“Studies of human development indicate the modifiability of human behavior throughout life but especially during infancy, childhood and adolescence. Social institutions such as family and school impose their imprint early on. Thus prejudice, hostility or excessive nationalism may become deeply embedded in the developing personality… Change will be strongly resisted unless an attitude of acceptance has first been engendered”.

“What basic psychological distortion can be found in every civilization of what we know anything? The only force capable of producing these perversions is Morality…the concept of right and wrong. The eradication of the concept of right and wrong is the objective of most psychotherapy. The new leaders in this field propose to re-educate the world’s population using psychological procedures to create a “new breed of amoral men” who will accept a one-world socialistic government”.

“For the rare citizen who escapes indoctrination of the new social order in progressive schools for the Bible believing Christian who rejects that socialism is the new “kingdom of god on earth,” who hold to age old concepts of right and wrong and are vocal about it, the “progressives” have one final ultimate weapon. Declare them insane! Just as in the fields of education, religion, press, radio and TV the progressives have succeeded in infiltrating and “twisting” the psychological professions to their own ends”. Nations around the world are fast conforming to the pattern set in the 1940’s. Few notice its “tentacles” reaching into health programs, and civil society, in over 130 nations.
What prompted this research is twofold 1.) Why is the Christian, German family denied asylum now because they want the right to home school their values to their children? 2.) Recent proliferation of violent crimes among young people, teens to 30. Why now?

1.) The Russian Boston bombers came over on asylum and were given welfare, housing and education immediately. Their parents left and went back to the country of the impending danger they fled from. Not a true need for asylum. We let the kids stay and continued to feed and educate them ultimately to our own demise.
Now we have a “Christian” German family who was also granted asylum and to homeschool their children but the DOJ wants’ to deport them reasoning that home schooling is not a fundamental right. Neither is it a fundamental right for Mexican children non-citizens, to skip across the border to go to our schools and skip back home after class but it is done daily. The difference is that the bombers and the Mexican children both attended our public school system with the Leftist way of thinking being taught, not the Bible like the German family.

2.) Our kids are not just using hurtful words but crossing the line to physical force and death. There is no tangible objective or purpose, to the slaughter of innocent strangers in New Town or attacking family members, schoolmates and teachers. They show no remorse for the crime just the capture. Jodi Arias had to be coerced into saying I’m sorry for my crime. In speaking to the jury it was more important to sell her T-shirts and boast of her giving locks of hair to cancer patients. She appeared as if interviewing for a job, not pleading for her life.

This is the “real life” unfeeling, amoral human Mr. Chisholm spoke of creating. No concept of right and wrong leaves no remorse because you have no moral compass to guide you. Mr. Chisholm’s solution as President Obama’s is government to replace morality. They forgot one key detail in the human psyche, we all have a conscience. To deny the existence of the conscience does not make it go away or switch it off. This truth is not taught to our children in school anymore.

To live in a real state of being amoral is often times, to be constantly impartial. I believe this amoral teaching to our children has switched off the morals of good and made them think they are now amoral when in fact they are living in narcissism. While they seek to replace their undisciplined need to FEEL something with: anger, venting, stealing, hitting, hurting, killing, they are stepping on somebody else’s rights and feelings. There is no restraint. If you are a true amoral, centered, then there would have to be some level of restraint “to not” cross over the line…into wrong.

I believe we are seeing some sad results of Mr. Chisholm’s experiment. What I don’t know is if his hypothesis of natural progression on this road was meant to end like this or continue on to martial law when the govt. is forced to step in?

Pres. Obama at Columbus, Ohio graduation ceremony said this, ”Unfortunately you’ve grown up hearing voices that incisively warn of Govt. as nothing more than some separate sinister entity that’s at the root of all our problems. Some of these same voices do their best to gum up the works. They’ll warn that tyranny is always lurking just around the corner. You should reject these voices.” Is this the reason for no homeschooling?

Americans have always had instinctual tendencies to fear tyranny, which is a very good thing. That is the ingrained voices of your parents telling you the truth regardless what Mr. Chisholm and Obama tell you about the new wave thinking. At the Democrat Convention they opened with a video stating that govt. is the one thing we all belong too. To me this is an inversion of the constitution. Our founders said the govt. belongs to us not the other way around.

Yes, Government has its purpose but right now it’s focused on the explicit concentration to distort our children’s minds to their vision through power which begets control. Obama’s formula, “The Life of Julia”, picks up the teaching exactly of Mr. Chisholm in 1954 where govt. takes on the role of essentially providing all life’s functions: Civil Society, Church, and Family all under one roof. It is the only thing. There’s Govt. and there’s the Individual, nothing in between.

Kerry Subpoenaed for Missing Emails

Republican Rep. Darrell Issa issued subpoenas Tuesday for a host of State Department emails and other communications on the Benghazi terror attack, signaling that the Obama administration’s recent document dump would not satisfy congressional investigators.                  Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, claimed in a letter to Secretary of State John Kerry that the department is still “withholding documents.”                        He demanded the department release more on the administration’s behind-the-scenes discussions, in the days after the attack, on how they would describe the strike. Rep. Peter King: Holder May Be Guilty of Perjury

Tuesday, 28 May 2013 05:26 PM By Jim Meyers                                                                         Rep. Peter King says Attorney General Eric Holder's initial denial of involvement in the targeting of Fox News reporter James Rosen "could be perjury."
In an wide-ranging interview Tuesday with Newsmax TV's "The Steve Malzberg Show,"  King also discussed:

• President Barack Obama's "moralizing" speech on the closing of Guantanamo Bay, saying the terror threat is more dangerous now than on 9/11;
• The Obama administration should exercise "extreme caution" in evaluating the possible sale of Sprint Nextel Corp. to a foreign company.

King, a Republican from New York, was highly critical of Holder, who previously said he would never be part of targeting a reporter and didn't think it was good policy, when he actually approved a search warrant on James Rosen. The House Judiciary Committee is reportedly looking into whether he perjured himself in steadfastly denying a role in the Rosen subpoena when he OK'd the seizure of the Fox reporter's phone records.

King comments: "To me, on its face, that certainly could be perjury. And the reason I'm saying 'could be' -- I know there's always precise standards to meet -- that certainly warrants a full investigation as to whether or not perjury was committed there. There've been other people over the years indicted for perjury or tried for perjury on a lot less evidence than that."

King also insists that the closing of Gitmo can fuel more terror acts against the United States.

"In many ways the terror threat is more dangerous now than it was on Sept. 11, 2001, and for the president to be saying what he did last Thursday -- somehow we can declare victory in this or we can phase it down -- in many ways it's more dangerous.

"What we saw in Boston we've seen in London, we've seen in Paris; that is the face of al-Qaida. That is the face of Islamic jihad. [We need to] face up to it and realize that's going to be here for a long time, until we stop it, until we make sure that we have the strongest possible defenses and we're going on offense. We have to go out on front, we have to be preemptive, we have to stop them before they get to us."

Obama in his speech also said the Muslim community is cooperative and wanting to help. King doesn't entirely agree.

"The overwhelming majority of Muslims are good Americans. The fact is we've had case after case where there are plots coming from within the Muslim community where we have not gotten the assistance from the Muslim community," he says.
"For instance, it's my understanding, and this is what I've been told by law enforcement people, that when the picture of the two jihadists in Boston was put up, not one person in the mosque in Boston came forward to identify them. It's impossible to believe with the whole world knowing about what happened, the whole world looking at those faces, that not one person in that mosque recognized either one of those brothers.

"It's the reason why police and law enforcement have to use so many undercovers, why they have to penetrate into the community, because we are not getting the level of cooperation that we should be getting."

Finally, King is skeptical that a foreign company should own the third-largest cellphone provider in America. The Japanese conglomerate SoftBank Corp. announced in October that it was seeking approval from the United States for a $20 billion purchase of a 70-percent stake in Sprint.

SoftBank's bid has raised concerns due to the firm's close financial ties to the Chinese telecom company Huawei. In October 2012, the House Intelligence Committee, after an 11-month investigation, concluded that Huawei posed a major cybersecurity threat to U.S. intellectual property.

Last month Dish Network, an Englewood, Colo.-based satellite TV company, challenged SoftBank's bid for Sprint, offering $25.5 billion for the entire company.

Asked if the administration should use "extreme caution" in this matter in light of the cyber-warfare threat, King responds: "Absolutely. There's no doubt at all.

"This is a new form of warfare. It's a warfare that we have to accept. We have to accept that it's there and then go after it.

"What's going to happen in this particular case I can't say, but I can say we cannot allow corporate profits to come first. We have to make sure our national security, our homeland security is there and we have to do all we can to make sure that we are protecting our people against this type of cyberinvasion."

The stunning part of this story is that Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty killed 60 of the attacking force. Once the compound was overrun, the attackers were incensed to discover that just two men had inflicted so much death and destruction.

The news has been full of the attacks on our embassies throughout the Muslim world, and in particular, the deaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others in Benghazi , Libya . However, there’s a little known story of incredible bravery, heroics, and courage that should be the top story.

So what actually happened at the U.S. embassy in Libya ? We are learning more about this every day. Ambassador Stevens and Foreign Service officer Sean Smith, along with administrative staff, were working out of temporary quarters due to the fact that in the spring of 2011 during the so-called Arab Spring, the United States cut ties with then president Moammar Gadhafi. Our embassy was looted and ransacked, causing it to be unusable. It is still in a state of disrepair.

Security for embassies and their personnel is to be provided by the host nation. Since Libya has gone through a civil war of sorts in the past 18 months, the current government is very unstable, and therefore, unreliable

A well-organized attack by radical Muslims was planned specifically targeting the temporary U.S. embassy building. The Libyan security force that was in place to protect our people deserted their post, or joined the attacking force. Either way, our people were in a real fix. And it should be noted that Ambassador Stevens had mentioned on more than one occasion to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, that he was quite concerned for his personal safety and the welfare of his people. It is thought that Ambassador Stevens was on a “hit list.”

A short distance from the American compound, two Americans were sleeping. They were in Libya as independent contractors working an assignment totally unrelated to our embassy. They also happened to be former Navy Seal’s.

When they heard the noise coming from the attack on our embassy, as you would expect from highly trained warriors, they ran to the fight. Apparently, they had no weapons, but seeing the Libyan guards dropping their guns in their haste in fleeing the scene, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty snatched up several of these discarded weapons and prepared to defend the American compound.

Not knowing exactly what was taking place, the two Seal’s set up a defensive perimeter. Unfortunately Ambassador Stevens was already gravely injured, and Foreign Service officer, Sean Smith, was dead. However, due to their quick action and suppressive fire, twenty administrative personnel in the embassy were able to escape to safety. Eventually, these two courageous men were overwhelmed by the sheer numbers brought against them, an enemy force numbering between 100 to 200 attackers which came in two waves. But the stunning part of the story is that Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty killed 60 of the attacking force. Once the compound was overrun, the attackers were incensed to discover that just two men had inflicted so much death and destruction.

As it became apparent to these selfless heroes, they were definitely going to

lose their lives unless some reinforcements showed up in a hurry. As we know now, that was not to be. I’m fairly certain they knew they were going to die in this gun fight, but not before they took a whole lot of bad guys with them!

So he has agreed to review existing Department of Justice guidelines governing investigations that involve reporters, and will convene a group of media organizations to hear their concerns as part of that review. And I have directed the Attorney General to report back to me by July 12th.

Obama’s IRS Spies

Floyd Brown, in his prescient exposé Obama’s Enemies List, shouted from the highest mountain, warning of a rogue Obama administration and its mammoth enemies list; but the Establishment refused to listen. Now that the IRS scandal and attack on the Press has proven him right, the mainstream media is playing catch up.

As long as it was just those so-called “extremist” Tea Party, pro-life, and Christian groups that were being attacked, no one seemed to care. But now that we know the Obama administration is an “equal opportunity” attacker, going after the Associated Press, Fox News, local reporters, Romney donors, Benghazi whistleblowers, etc., etc. (with more Obama enemies sure to surface), the country now seems to be taking notice.
But this is only the surface of how the Obama enemies list works. Everything, and I mean everything, is geared towards an enemies list, which is predicated on having an extensive surveillance state.
The communist Saul Alinsky, Barack Hussein Obama’s favorite community organizer, famously said, “The issue is never the issue.” Put a little more plainly: “Deception is our Modus Operandi.”
Case in point: ObamaCare.
Presumably, ObamaCare is about access to healthcare. But doctors are dropping out of the healthcare system in droves, healthcare is already being rationed, and healthcare costs are skyrocketing as much as four hundred percent.
The issue is never the issue. ObamaCare is not about access to healthcare; it’s about an elaborate system to support an enemies list.
Enter the IRS, now in charge of ObamaCare.
In order for the IRS to supposedly determine whether Americans are eligible for government subsidies to pay for mandated health insurance, they must collect a horrendous amount of information on every single American. The IRS is creating a database so vast that it makes George Orwell’s dystopian society in the book 1984 look like amateur hour. Called the Federal Data Services Hub, it will combine the IRS’s income and employment database with the Social Security, Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and Health and Human Services databases. Combined with the proposed Immigration Bill creating a national ID system, this will be the mother of all databases—the mother of a complete and total surveillance state.
Does America really believe that the same woman behind the targeting of conservatives at the IRS, former commissioner of tax exempt and government entities Sarah Hall Ingram, now promoted to the head of the IRS’ Affordable Care Act office, was a coincidence? That the person in charge of sending hundreds of questionnaires to Tea Party, pro-life, and Christian groups asking for personal information was promoted to the ObamaCare office by some objective bureaucratic points system?
The issue is never the issue. ObamaCare is not about healthcare; it’s about surveillance. It’s about control. But most importantly, it’s about having access to the information of your enemies. And Obama specifically chose Sarah Hall Ingram to be in charge of this mammoth enemies list.
Conservative groups were prevented from obtaining tax-exempt status by the IRS, forcing them to divulge donor lists, intern lists, and political and family connections, Facebook posts, tweets, event records, transcripts of speeches, even the content of their prayers, all as part of an effort to collect data on their enemies.
Imagine you are a Tea Party member who needs hip replacement surgery. Sarah Hall Ingram, Obama’s chief ObamaCare enforcer, sees the request but also sees through her extensive database that you are part of a local Tea Party group that had opposed ObamaCare, the plan you are now locked into. Think you’ll get a hip replacement? Think again. First will come the endless questions. First will come the long wait. Only when you come around to Obama’s “common sense” approached to healthcare (that is, socialized medicine) and drop the whole perceived Tea Party nonsense will you get the healthcare you need.
The issue is never the issue. ObamaCare is not about healthcare; it’s about a surveillance state. It’s about Obama having access to information on his enemies.
If ObamaCare is allowed to continue—if the Obama administration is allowed to continue, we will no longer have a United States of America. It will be something else. A truly Orwellian nightmare with Barack Hussein Obama as Big Brother and the enemies of the state being conservatives.

Let’s not forget Hillary’s significant other in the State Department – Huma Abedin and her ties to the Egyptian MB where Christians are being persecuted and murdered.
This is where the impeachable offense comes in. The man and his minions solemnly swore to protect and defend the Constitution. He has been actively enabling the imposition of Sharia Law to replace the Constitution that anchors our freedom. With Sharia must come conversion to Islam as the religion of the United States and the world.  Some already have an idea who would be the coveted Supreme Caliph.
Accompanying him to impeachment should be every judge that has ruled for the imposition of Sharia on a local basis, for every public, military, and diplomatic official who is actively forcing this other half of the culture of death on us. This should include any official who swore on an early version of the Constitution that preceded the Bill of Rights. They have spent American blood and treasure to remove “inconvenient” Muslim dictators who tolerated Christians and Jews while abandoning the people in the Middle East who looked to us to set them free.
The culture of death has two halves: Islam is a theocracy embracing imposed death or slavery for infidels, and “progressivism” with its complete disdain for the sanctity of human life at all stages, even to sexuality. These too are ultimately incompatible with a predictable outcome.
Statesmen in 1950 were taking into account that the temporal power of Islam may return on a broad scale (and with it, the menace that it may shake off a West that has ceased to be Christian and affirm itself as a great anti-Christian world power.)
I used to think Iran getting a nuclear weapon was the “100th egg.” Today, I’m almost convinced the “100th egg” is the United States of America under Islamic rule. Who else could lay waste to the world in the hands of evil men and women?

White House Prepares Lois Lerner For Burial In IRS Scandal

Two of the three known to have attended the meeting—Josh Marshall and Ezra Klein–published scathing attacks against Lerner the very next day, just as the IRS fall-girl was butchering a well-publicized 5th Amendment pleading before Darrell Issa’s House Government Oversight Committee.
The call for Lerner’s scalp was immediately seconded by Democrat congressman and Committee ranking member Elijah Cummings, who stated that Lerner “…should be fired for her role in the scandal.” Massachusetts Democrat Stephen Lynch went so far as to compare Lerner’s targeting of conservative organizations with “…the practice of tyrannical regimes that enact human rights on paper but fail to honor them in practice.”
Let’s face it: Democrats don’t do this to dependable, fellow leftists unless under order by their superiors. In the late 1990’s, while at the Federal Election Commission, Lerner launched an investigation against the Christian Coalition. She undoubtedly won her current job as a result of that thoroughly corrupt action, it being known she would continue the same sort of unscrupulous targeting of conservative and Christian organizations at the IRS!
Yet now the left is turning on her. She received criminally incompetent legal advice for her 5^th Amendment declaration, advice from a law firm with strong connections to Barack Obama and the Administration. Certainly, the Regime does not want Lerner to testify before Issa’s committee; so why did her attorney open the legal door, allowing committee Republicans to claim Lerner had waived her 5th Amendment privilege?
News of the IRS scandal was released by Lerner 2 weeks ago when she “suddenly” admitted that the Service had been targeting conservative groups for extra scrutiny. Does anyone think that a revelation so damaging to the Administration could have originated with Lerner (or with former Acting IRS Commissioner Steven Miller, who claimed to have dreamed up the planted question scheme that made the corruption public)? Clearly, this well-publicized admission of guilt was arranged with the full knowledge and approval of the White House.
So Lerner was ordered (or at least agreed) to play the role of sacrificial lamb; admit to wrongdoing that violated IRS rules; and face, well, who knows what sort of future difficulties at the hands of congressional Republicans (or perhaps the federal courts.)
Would she not demand some guarantee of Executive Branch protection in return for such a public leap upon the sword?
On Friday, Lerner was asked to resign by new IRS acting commissioner Danny Werfel. She refused and was promptly placed on administrative leave (or as non-federal employees would call it, paid vacation.)  Lerner probably knows who originally orchestrated the corrupt IRS targeting of conservative groups (and perhaps a whole lot more), which could prove embarrassing at the very least to Barack Obama and the Regime. If she senses betrayal at the hands of her liberal friends, she might make a deal with Issa for immunity. That would be the last thing Barack Obama would want.
It’s difficult to imagine that Obama’s people could so completely botch a scheme whose only purpose was to get bad news out ahead of the Inspector General’s report on IRS corruption. But they have clearly plotted the demise of longtime liberal activist Lois Lerner. And that is usually the last resort of someone who finds he has bungled everything else along the way.

The Error At The Core Of Obamacare

Although there are literally hundreds of things wrong with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act–aka “Obamacare,” the most fundamental error is the quite foolish notion that making insurance more available (albeit not necessarily more affordable) was somehow the biggest problem facing our failing health care system.
For the record, the biggest problem with our health care system is that we pay way too much (by far the most in the world) for generally poor to mediocre outcomes. That can be a subject for another day. For now, let’s destroy the insurance meme, with an analogy…
Imagine for a moment that there was a horrendous crisis involving house fires. Destruction and injury were rampant. The root causes were manifold, and many people were dying.
Imagine further that the brilliant political solution to this problem did not involve hiring more firefighters, nor even any efforts toward fire prevention. Rather, the Government decided that more fire insurance was the answer. To spread the burden, even if you did not own a house, you still had to obtain insurance or face a penalty (sorry, a tax). A massive bureaucracy would be put in place to ensure that any work done to fix your home had to be performed in accordance with certain guidelines and for a certain price. Don’t try asking for anything off the page.
Meanwhile, houses would continue to burn, people would continue to die, and the underlying situation would not be improved in any measurable way. Some home rebuilding “providers” would find ways to game the system, so the bureaucracy would have to expand to monitor the fraud while making it even more difficult to get your home rebuilt at an ever-increasing cost. Likewise, honest providers would simply gear their projects toward those home-rebuilding “procedures” that were more remunerative, rather than what might be best for the homeowner.
The only possible result of this madness is ever-increasing costs for ever-worsening outcomes.
Now, imagine you’re not imagining. Except that instead of a house fire crisis, we have ourselves a legitimate health care crisis that is being addressed in this same manner.
There is simply not enough money in the world—under any conceivable scheme—to support the prevailing disease care model (as used here and everywhere else) of health care. This model exists only because under the current rubrics, there is far more revenue in treating acute disease than there is in health maintenance and disease prevention. As such, elaborate chicanery and pettifoggery has to be put in place to at least give the illusion that a disease care model is sustainable. Thus…the huge tax increase—finally labeled as such by Johnnie Roberts—that is the PPACA.

Obama’s Commerce Secretary Pick Failed to Disclose $80 Million in Earnings

The Secretary of Commerce overseas virtually all of the business and industry that takes place in the US and with other countries.  He/she is responsible for trillions of dollars of business and sales.  That requires someone who not only has an extensive business background, but also someone who is trustworthy and beyond reproach.
Recently, President Barack Obama appointed Penny Pritzker to be the next Secretary of Commerce.  According to their website, the Mission Statement for the Department of Commerce states:
“The U.S. Department of Commerce promotes job creation, economic growth, sustainable development and improved standards of living for all Americans by working in partnership with businesses, universities, communities and our nation’s workers. The department touches the daily lives of the American people in many ways, with a wide range of responsibilities in the areas of trade, economic development, technology, entrepreneurship and business development, environmental stewardship, and statistical research and analysis.”
“To drive U.S. competitiveness in the global marketplace, the Commerce Department works to strengthen the international economic position of the United States and facilitates global trade by opening up new markets for U.S. goods and services. The Secretary of Commerce oversees an annual budget of $7.5 billion and 47,000 employees located in the US and abroad.  Does Pritzker meet the qualifications needed to head the Commerce Department?
Pritzker is the founder, chairman and CEO of PSP Capital Partners along with the Pritzker Realty Group.  She is known as an entrepreneur and business executive.  In 2011, she was listed by Forbes 400 to be the 263^rd wealthiest person in the United States with a net worth of $1.7 billion.  Pritzker also served as finance chairman for Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign.
From that, it would seem that she is a successful and highly qualified business person who may just be a decent Secretary of Commerce.  However, there are other factors that need to weighed before she receives an approval.

Obama half-brother uses IRS status to fund polygamy?

NEW YORK – Funds contributed in the United States to a 501(c)3 foundation run by President Obama’s older half-brother, Abongo “Roy” Malik Obama, have been diverted to support Malik’s multiple wives in Kenya, an expert on Islamic extremism has charged.
Walid Shoebat, an Arabic-speaking former Muslim Brotherhood member, has detailed his allegations in a 22-page investigative report titled “New IRS Scandal: Islamic Extremism and Sex Slaves: Report Reveals Obama’s Relatives Run Charities of Deceit,” published on his website
After a thorough examination of available evidence, Shoebat explained to WND his allegations against the Obama family tax-exempt foundations:
“When Malik Obama and Sarah Obama raised money in the United States as the respective heads of foundations claiming to be charities, not only did the Internal Revenue Service illegally grant one of them tax-deductible status retroactively, but these foundations have supported – to varying degrees – illegal operations that acquire funding for personal gain, philandering, polygamy and the promotion of Wahhabism, the brand of Islam practiced by Al-Qaeda.”
For the past two years, long before the current IRS scandals became public, WND has been reporting irregularities in two IRS-approved 501(c)3 organizations operated in the U.S. by Obama’s half-brother and step-grandmother in Kenya:
WND reported in September 2011 the Barack H. Obama Foundation apparently received IRS approval one month after an application was submitted in May 2011. The IRS determination letter June 11, 2011, granted a highly irregular retroactive tax-exempt approval only after the group came under fire for operating as a 501(c)3 foundation since 2008 without ever having applied to the IRS.
In October 2012, WND reported a separate foundation, the Mama Sarah Obama Foundation, created on behalf of Obama’s step-grandmother in Kenya, has transferred funds, 90 percent of which are raised from U.S. individuals and corporations, to send Kenyan students to the top three most radical Wahhabist madrassas in Saudi Arabia.
Since its founding in 2008, the Barack H. Obama Foundation, operating out of a commercial mail drop in Arlington, Va., has solicited tax-deductible contributions on the Internet, listing addresses and telephone numbers both in the U.S. and Kenya, without disclosing the group lacked an IRS determination letter.
In September 2011, the IRS confirmed to WND that the Barack H. Obama Foundation had received a determination letter in June 2011, awarding the group tax-exempt 501(c)3 status retro-actively to 2008
Tax-exempt polygamy?
On March 3, 2013, Andrew Malone, reporting for the London Daily Mail, documented that Malik’s youngest wife in Kenya, Sheila Anyano, 35 years his junior, had spent the past two years living with three of Malik’s other wives at the “Barack H Obama Foundation rest and relaxation center,” a restaurant complex that profits from visitors drawn by the family’s connection to the American president.
According to the Daily Mail, members of his extended family in Kenya have accused Malik, a practitioner of Islam and a polygamist, of being a wife-beater and philanderer. Malik is accused of seducing Sheila, the newest of his estimated 12 wives while she was a 17-year-old schoolgirl – a crime in Kenya where the legal age of consent is 18.
Malone tracked down Sheila’s mother, Mary, who explained to the reporter that Malik Obama had “secret trysts” with the girl after spotting her attending prayers at the mosque he has built in Kogelo, the family’s ancestral.
Sheila, now age 20, told Ambrose that marrying Malik, now age 55, was the “worst decision” of her life and confirmed that she and Malik kept their marriage “a secret” since she was 17.
“At first he was good, after he started speaking to me at the mosque,” Sheila told the Daily Mail. “But he has changed. Marrying him has been the biggest mistake of my life. He beats me, but mostly he’s just nasty and quarrelsome.”
Several sources report the “center” where Malik Obama houses his multiple wives is a “hotel” with a restaurant.
The Egyptian independent daily newspaper Al-Masry Al Youm, on Nov. 6, 2012, reported a meeting conducted in the only hotel in Kogelo, calling it the “Barack H. Obama Recreation and Rest Center.”
A Smithsonian Magazine article published in May 2011 distinguished the Barack H. Obama Recreation and Rest Center from then open and operating Kogelo Village Resort, a 40-bed hotel and conference center owned by Nicholas Rajula. The article noted Malik Obama, “the president’s half-brother and the oldest son of Barack Obama Sr., who had eight children with four wives,” had “invested a large sum in the soon-to-open Barack H. Obama Recreation Center and Rest Area in Nyag’oma Kugelo.”
On Jan. 18, 2013, the Christian Science Monitor noted Malik Obama was running for political office in Kenya. He lost running on a campaign slogan that played on his half-brother’s electoral success in the United States.
“Just as it is in the United States, I want it here,” he Malik told the Monitor.
The paper said he was speaking in his office in a recreation center he set up with the Barack H. Obama Foundation, described as “a charitable organization he founded to build houses for women and orphans.”
Shoebot charged that Malik Obama is abusing non-profit funds.
“There is no evidence to suggest that Malik is building any houses in Kogelo for widows and orphans as claimed,” Shoebat said.
Neither is there evidence that the Mama Sarah Foundation has built any homes for widows, orphans and HIV/AIDS victims.
“The only evidence where monies were spent involves the Barack H. Obama Recreation and Rest Center in Kenya, which housed Malik’s 12 wives in a facility that includes a restaurant and a mosque with a madrassa,” he said.
“While building mosques is legally considered charity, evidence shows the entire funding came directly from entities and individuals from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain,” Shoebat said. “There is nothing of charitable nature to show for all the funds Malik raises from the United States. To date, there is no evidence for any accomplishments toward building homes for orphans, widows and AIDS victims in Kogelo or anywhere else in Kenya.”
Limited financial reporting
An IRS Form 990-EZ required for tax-exempt organizations was filed on May 23, 2011, only days before the IRS determination letter was sent.

The Form 990-EZ appears to have been hand-written by Abongo Malik Obama himself, complete with an unorthodox page of calculations evidently included to back up the amounts entered into the form.
The Form 990 reported the foundation had received $24,250 total gross income for 2010, derived from contributions, gifts and grants.
“We were not very successful this year because of limited contributions,” Malik reported on the Form 990. “The Foundation sponsored a Youth Tournement (sic) and embarked on construction of community bridges.”
The Form 990 listed Samuel Andika Obiero of Arlington, Va., and Andrew Mboya of Hackensack, N.J., as directors, in addition to Abongo Malik Obama.
GuideStar.org, the private website that posts IRS documents of non-profit organizations, indicated that no audited financial statements were available for the Barack H. Obama Foundation.

Malik is a major character in President Obama’s autobiography, “Dreams from My Father.”’
A key passage in the book concerns Obama’s reactions when Malik joins Barack to be the best man at his wedding to Michelle.
Noting that Malik had converted from Christianity to Islam, Obama wrote on page 441 that Malik had “sworn off pork and tobacco and alcohol.”
Obama continued: “Abongo’s new lifestyle has left him lean and clear-eyed, and at the wedding, he looked so dignified in his black African gown with white trim and matching cap that some of our guests mistook him for my father.”
Pointedly, Obama observed that Malik was “prone to make lengthy pronouncements on the need for the black man to liberate himself from the poisoning influences of European culture.”
Malik was featured in a family portrait taken in one of Obama’s earlier trips to Kenya, as U.S. senator, in 2006.
