Richard Nixon nació el 19 de Enero de 1913 y
murió el 22 de Abril de 1994.
Se gradúo de Abogado en 1937 en Duke University.
Se alisto en la Marina en 1942 para servir en La Segunda Guerra Mundial y al
terminar la guerra ostentaba el grado de Capitán de Corbeta.
Su carrera política comenzó en 1947 habiendo sido
elegido como Representante a la Cámara Estatal por el Partido Republicano,
orador elocuente de firmes conceptos y prédica anti comunista. En 1952 fue
elegido Vicepresidente y en 1968 triunfo en la elecciones presidenciales. Fue
un político brillante y audaz, visito China y la Unión Soviética, tuvo mucho
éxito en su discurso en el que anuncio que pondría fin a la Guerra de Viet Nam.
En 1972 lo reeligen por una mayoría extraordinaria, sin embargo, unos meses
antes se había producido un allanamiento a las oficinas del Partido Demócrata
en sus oficinas del Edificio Watergate que consistía en métodos de escuchas
ilegales llevado a cabo por personas que habían sido contratadas por
colaboradores cercanos al Presidente.

Comparando estos hechos con los actuales: La
investigación del IRS al Tea Party, los métodos denunciados por la A P de
interceptar y escuchar las llamadas por teléfonos en sus Oficinas y en

Benghazi.
¿Cuál es la diferencia? Pues hay
diferencias sumamente graves:
No aparecen los culpables, nadie sabe nada, otros
no pueden hablar y otros renuncian a sus cargos.
¿Estamos jugando a los escondidos o estamos
pasando por alto la Justicia?
Todos estos problemas corresponden a funcionarios
del más alto nivel. Ningún subordinado puede actuar tan libremente y es deber
de la Administración esclarecerle a la Nación tan delicados asuntos y condenar
a los culpables, porque esconder la verdad es hacerse cómplice de los hechos.
Solamente se actúa burlando la opinión pública en
los gobiernos totalitarios, en los que las renuncias y el silencio son órdenes
recibidas, los suicidios y muertes misteriosas son ejecuciones.

El verdadero liberal es todo lo contrario
al significado de la palabra" liberal" acuñado por Franklin D.
Roosevelt, cuando alguien lo llamó "socialista" y contestó que él no
era un socialista pero un "liberal".
Un liberal como se entiende en Europa y en
la mayor parte del mundo, es una palabra más afín a un conservador porque es un
librepensador, alguien que no se aferra a una versión política sino a la idea
conservadora con sus variaciones según el momento histórico o geográfico,
porque para eso tiene libre el pensamiento.
Lo que aquí
se llama en los Estados Unidos el "Liberalismo" es realmente el
socialismo, porque el que le dijo socialista a Roosevelt estaba en lo correcto.
El Socialismo
está basado en el principio de la fe absoluta en el estado, el cual es
considerado como más juicioso, responsable, y compasivo que cualquier
empresa privada, motivada simplemente por la ambición.
Cuando se
implanta el sistema socialista, desde su principio, como estamos viendo en esta
administración; se comienzan a ver lo equivocado del concepto socialista
El socialismo
no es juicioso, ni responsable ni compasivo. Es irreflexivo,
insensato y no tiene compasión con sus enemigos.
Lo estamos
viendo con los escándalos de esta administración, que opera con individuos de
antecedentes socialistas en sus más altas posiciones..
Lo hemos
visto, una y otra vez, en todos los países cuando se implanta el socialismo.
Lo que los
socialistas no comprenden es que, aunque la libre empresa tiene como su
objetivo final la ambición, esta ambición no es más que el estímulo que crea una
economía de mercado en crecimiento constante, que beneficia a la sociedad en
general. La empresa privada en su búsqueda de la riqueza, crea la
riqueza, crea empleos y crea una economía saludable.
La
incompetencia del comunismo para crear riquezas es un hecho probado en todos
los países en que se ha implantado.
Margaret Thatcher dijo "El socialismo fracasa cuando se
les acaba el dinero... de los demás".
Esto es una verdad absoluta, porque
el socialismo sólo reparte la riqueza, no la crea.
Nosotros los cubanos vivimos esa
verdad. Salí de Cuba en el 1961, después de Bahía de Cochinos. Nunca
sufrí escases ni necesidad económica durante los dos años que pasé en Cuba al
principio del triunfo del socialismo. No conocí en esos primeros años del
socialismo, ni la libreta de racionamiento, ni las colas para comprar ningún
artículo.
No pasé necesidad porque el
socialismo no había enseñado su fracaso económico porque al gobierno socialista
todavía no se le había acabado el dinero del capitalismo.
Lo que sufrí fue la pérdida de mis
libertades como ciudadano de mente liberal y sufrí la perdida de mi patria.
Quería ser liberal, siempre he
querido ser liberal, soy LIBERAL con mayúsculas y hasta la médula, soy más
liberal que Republicano, que conservador.
Mi partido político es el Liberal, no
un partido tradicional, como creencia espiritual soy un Cristiano
Liberal, no con creencias de una institución religiosa en particular.
Los que se han adjudicado el nombre
de liberal, no son liberales, son esclavos de una idea arcaica que ha fracasado
en todos lados, y que está destinada al fracaso donde se implante.

IRS official on leave refused to resign, GOP senator says

WASHINGTON – First she refused to testify. Now Lois Lerner, the IRS
official at the center of the tax agency scandal, is refusing to resign,
according to a top Republican senator.Sources confirmed to Fox News earlier Thursday that Lerner, the head of the IRS division that oversaw the unit targeting conservative groups, had been placed on administrative leave, with pay.
But Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, claimed she was only put in that status after refusing to step down.
He said the commissioner was in his right to demand her resignation, and said taxpayers should not continue to pay her salary indefinitely.
“My understanding is the new acting IRS commissioner asked for Ms. Lerner’s resignation, and she refused to resign. She was then put on administrative leave instead,” Grassley said in a statement. “The IRS owes it to taxpayers to resolve her situation quickly. The agency needs to move on to fix the conditions that led to the targeting debacle."
Capitol Hill sources said Lerner, the director of exempt organizations, was placed on paid leave Thursday, amid calls from some lawmakers for her to be suspended or fired. In her absence, Ken Corbin, the current deputy director of the submission processing, wage and investment division, will take over her duties, according to an internal IRS memo obtained by Fox News.
Lerner, the official who first acknowledged the controversial IRS practice earlier this month, asserted her innocence at a House hearing on Wednesday. She then refused to testify, citing her Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. The move angered many who say she should have been forced to answer why the tax agency targeted conservative groups applying for tax exempt status.
Republican leaders of that committee, though, now say she waived that right by giving a statement and want to haul her back to testify.
Pressure has been mounting on the administration to take tough action against Lerner, after two other IRS officials were pushed out in the wake of the scandal.
In a letter earlier Thursday to IRS Acting Commissioner Daniel Werfel, Sens. Carl Levin, D-Mich., and John McCain, R-Ariz., asked the agency to remove Lerner from office and said they had “lost confidence in her ability to fulfill her duties.”
It's unclear whether Republicans will succeed in trying to recall her before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., chairman of the panel, said through an aide Thursday that her Fifth Amendment assertion is "no longer valid," since she delivered remarks at the start of Wednesday's hearing.
That hearing was never technically adjourned, and Republicans hope to bring her back.
Others, though, say she was in her right to defend herself and subsequently invoke the right to remain silent.
The IRS has had a series of missteps that have not only publicly marred the reputation of the IRS, but also called into question what the White House knew about the scandal and when they knew it.
Separately, Tea Party-related groups who claim they were targeted by the tax agency have started filing lawsuits this week against the IRS. In some cases they are asking for the IRS to admit wrongdoing. In others, they are seeking monetary claims.
"It's extremely troubling that it has taken this long for Lois Lerner to removed from the top exempt position at the IRS,” Jay Sekulow, chief counsel of the American Center for Law and Justice, the group suing on behalf of some Tea Party groups, said in a statement to FoxNews.com.
Sekulow said instead of putting Lerner on administrative leave, his group is calling for her to be fired.

Steven Miller, se iba a retirar de todos modos. El despido por parte
de Obama fue una obra de teatro para la galería. Miller se retira
con un paracaídas de oro con el dinero de los contribuyentes.

With Long-term Care Under Obamacare?We face some dire changes in the world of health care. I want to share with you what to do to insulate yourself against the effects of Obamacare. I’m going to explain the Achilles Heel of Obamacare and why preparing for long-term care should be your top health care priority right now. Originally, we were told Obamacare would solve our long-term care problems. Then – in the shadows of the night – Congress passed and Barack Obama signed a complete repeal of the provisions in Obamacare intended to help families with long-term care.
The message from Washington is clear: You are on your own.
They don’t want to help and they have gone back on their pledge to help with long-term care.
In addition, Obamacare slashed funding to Medicare, a program passed with bipartisan support to help the elderly secure medical insurance. That’s bad news for all Medicare participants.
Congress has proposed many changes to the program, the worst of which is lower reimbursements to doctors for their services. This means more everyday care will be administered by nurses and practitioners – not doctors.
Look, Medicare reimbursements are already shamefully low. They barely cover doctor’s costs.
If payments are cut further, doctors could actually lose money when they treat some Medicare patients.
The next logical step is that doctors will refuse to treat Medicare patients at all.
I don’t mean to scare you. I know you’re probably already afraid of losing coverage or struggling to find participating physicians.
But this isn’t even the worst crisis of Obamacare.
Within the next year, practically all of the elements of Obamacare will have taken effect.
Former IRS Head: I Don’t Know Anything About The Constitution
It’s not surprising at all that the former head of the Internal Revenue Service doesn’t know anything about the Constitution. IRS agents routinely violate the Constitution as part of their jobs.In their internal documents, they say they can read anyone’s emails or place GPS tracking devices on anyone’s car, and that that’s not a violation of the Constitution. They claim that people’s emails are not protected by the 4th Amendment, because “Internet users do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy in such communications.” That’s irrelevant. Snooping around people’s emails and other electronic communications without a warrant is a plain violation of the 4th Amendment.
We know they don’t care what the Constitution says, but maybe it’s also that they don’t know what it says. That’s the impression I got when I listened to former IRS chief Doug Shulman respond to Congressman Kerry Bentivolio, a Republican from Michigan, during their second IRS hearing:
Bentivolio: Did you study the Constitution?
Shulman: I went to law school.
Bentivolio: You went to law school. Did you study the Constitution?
Shulman: I believe I took Constitutional law, but I’m not prepared to take an exam at this time. [chuckles] Meaning I’ll answer any of your question but I can’t promise that I’m an expert.
Bentivolio: Well, you know the First, Second Amendment and one of my favorites, the 19th, right? You know those?
Shulman: Excuse me?
Bentivolio: You know those amendments. The Constitutional amendments. You know the First, you know the Second, and you know the 19th.
Shulman: I don’t necessarily have the Constitution memorized, sir.
Bentivolio: Okay, well, they’re pretty general in what each one is. Like the First Amendment is the freedom of the press, freedom of religion, and freedom to petition the government for a redress of grievances. First Amendment, right?
Shulman: I really can’t recite the Constitution, sir.
For some reason, Bentivolio brought up the 19th Amendment, women’s suffrage.
He didn’t have time to get to that point, but I think a larger point was made than he intended. How can the IRS be expected to follow the law, when they don’t even know what the most basic laws are? Come on, 1st Amendment, 2nd Amendment? Shulman was acting confused.
It seems the only Amendment they’re familiar with is the 5th, and they don’t even know how to invoke that. If you’re going to use the 5th Amendment like Lois Lerner, you can’t keep opening your mouth and saying things like:
“I have not done anything wrong. I have not broken any laws, I have not violated any IRS rules or regulations, and I have not provided false information to this or any other congressional committee.”
It’s self-evident that the IRS needs more than additional ethics training. They need training in and respect for the Constitution. Of course, if they had either of those, they’d see that their own agency is unconstitutional.
Ft. Hood Terrorist Still Drawing Full Pay Thanks To Obama
May 23, 2013 by Breaking News On Nov. 5, 2009, Army Major Nidal Hasan went
on a shooting spree at Fort Hood, Texas where he was stationed. Witnesses said
he was making Islamic statements as he shot one serviceman/woman after another.
By the time Hasan was taken into custody, he had killed 13 people and wounded
32 others.
His guilt is not a question
as he was caught in the act. Those at the scene believed Hasan’s attack was an
act of Islamic terrorism. Subsequent investigations revealed that he was
against the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.Instead of treating him like the terrorist he was, the Obama administration pushed the Pentagon to declare Hasan’s shootings were an act of workplace violence and not a terrorist act. He was arrested and treated like any other person accused of murder.
Three and half years later, he still has not been tried for his murderous rampage. As an active military personnel who has not yet been found guilty of a crime, Hasan continues to collect his full salary as an Army major. Since the shooting, he has earned $278,000.
If Hasan had been charged with an act of terrorism, he would certainly have been tried and convicted long ago, ending the collection of his pay, and saving taxpayers thousands of dollars.
IRS Scandal Reaches The White House
The Washington Post narrative surrounding the IRS’ targeting of conservative groups is that it began as a scandal involving low-level employees at a Cincinnati office, the “Determinations Unit,” a natural outgrowth of an increase in political activity by these groups. This belies other reporting by the Post’s Fact-Checker, which indicates that there was little growth in the number of groups applying for tax-exempt status at the time the targeting occurred.As more details come to light, responsibility for the IRS actions keeps moving up the ladder and has landed, at least in part, at the White House. Top-level White House staffers knew about the scandal before a manufactured apology was made to the public on May 10.
“The White House on Monday once again added to the list of people who knew about the IRS investigation into its targeting of conservative groups—saying White House chief of staff Denis McDonough had been informed about a month ago,” reported Reid J. Epstein for Politico on May 20. White House Chief Counsel Kathryn Ruemmler said she learned about the IRS scandal the week of April 22, but didn’t tell the President.
A public relations storm was brewing, but the public is supposed to believe that the President himself was kept in the dark. “Press secretary Jay Carney said again that no one had told President Barack Obama ahead of the first news reports: not his top aide McDonough, nor his chief counsel Kathy Ruemmler, nor anyone from the Treasury Department,” wrote Epstein. “Monday’s revelation amounts to the fifth iteration of the Obama administration’s account of events, after initially saying that the White House had first learned of the controversy from the press.” Epstein called this the White House’s “shifting” account.
When Politico and the Post’s Fact-Checker, Glenn Kessler, note that the President’s story doesn’t quite add up, you know there’s trouble.
Obama Meets In Oval Office With Illegal Aliens
President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden met with three people at the White House Tuesday who are in the country illegally but received “deferred action” that allowed them to stay in the country under a memorandum issued by administration unilaterally last June in a memorandum issued by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.
While conceding that she had no legal authority to change the “immigration status” of illegal aliens or provide them with a “pathway to citizenship,” Naoplitano said in a June 15, 2012 memo to the top officials at Customs and Border Patrol, Citizenship and Immigration Services, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, that she was directing them to use “prosecutorial discretion” in not enforcing the immigration laws against certain classes of immigration lawbreakers.
In all, Obama and Biden met with eight people advocating for comprehensive immigration reform on Tuesday, according to White House readout of the meeting. The White House readout of the meeting listed three of those as having received “deferred action.” Most others were legally in the United States with relatives who were illegal aliens.
“At the meeting, the president reiterated his commitment to passing a bipartisan, commonsense immigration reform bill this year,” the White House readout of the meeting said. “He made clear that while the current bill is not perfect, it does represent an important step towards the broad principles that need to be part of any immigration reform package.”
On Tuesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee sent a reform bill to the full Senate. Supporters of the legislation call it a “pathway to citizenship.” Opponents call it “amnesty.”

grandes estudios de gemelos idénticos en Australia, los EE.UU. y los países escandinavos
durante las dos últimas décadas en todo llegaron a la misma conclusión: los

le han sucedido a uno de los gemelos, pero no al otro... es la respuesta
personal a un evento que sucedió a uno de los gemelos y no al otro...
Por ejemplo,

académicos neutrales muestran que hay cambios sustanciales. Alrededor de la
mitad de la población homosexual / bisexual (en un entorno no terapéutico) se
desplaza hacia la heterosexualidad durante toda la vida. Alrededor del 3% de la actual población heterosexual en su
juventud creyó firmemente que eran homosexuales o bisexuales ".
Aún más
notable, la mayoría de los cambios de sexualidad se producen sin el
asesoramiento o terapia. "Estos cambios no son terapéuticamente inducidos,
pero suceden "naturalmente"

de personas homosexuales que han cambiado hacia la heterosexualidad exclusiva

La
fluidez es aún más pronunciada entre los adolescentes, como el estudio de
Bearman y Brueckner demostrada. "Ellos se confundieron entre los 16 y 17

casi todos habían cambiado un año después."
