colaterales de las Relaciones con Cuba. (si se logra)
La nueva decisión ejecutiva del Presidente Obama es un
hecho. No voy a elaborar en los resultados y las consecuencias, ya
muchos han hablado y están hablando de esto.
Lo que quisiera es hablar de la situación, una vez consumado el hecho,
con respecto a los inmigrantes que es encuentran en este país procedente de
Cuba y los futuros inmigrantes.
En primer lugar, tenemos la llamada Ley de Ajuste Cubano,
establecida cuando las relaciones entre ambos países por diferencias por el
sistema de gobierno en Cuba, era una razón para que las personas que vivían en
ese país y que se sentían que su vida peligraba tuvieran un virtual asilo en
los Estados Unidos.
Esta situación, ha cesado de tener vigencia con las amistosas
relaciones entre los dos países.
La ley ahora tiene que ser derogada por no tener razón de existir.
Con respecto a los inmigrantes que han cometido violaciones de la ley
migratoria existente, y que antes no podían ser deportados por la razón de no
existir las relaciones entre los dos países, también deja de tener
vigencia.
Ahora los que violen o han violado la ley pueden y deben estar sujetos
a deportación igual que los otros inmigrantes provenientes de otros países que
son deportados diariamente.
No puede ni debe de haber una ley de inmigración especial para los
cubanos ahora, y otra ley para los inmigrantes de otros países. La situación ha
cambiado con la nueva decisión ejecutiva de Obama.
Deportación (también llamado "eliminación") ocurre cuando el
gobierno federal formalmente elimina un extranjero de Estados Unidos por
violaciones de un número de leyes de inmigración o de las leyes
penales, como se detalla a continuación.
Una vez deportados, un extranjero pierde el derecho a regresar a los
Estados Unidos, incluso como visitante.
Todo extranjero que se encuentra en los Estados Unidos puede estar
sujetos a deportación si él o ella:
Es un extraterrestre inadmisible según las leyes de inmigración
vigentes en el momento de la entrada a los Estados Unidos o ajuste de estatus
de no-inmigrante.
Está presente en los Estados Unidos en violación de la inmigración y

Si vamos a tener relaciones normales con Cuba, no hay razón para no
ejecutar la ley de inmigración tal como está escrita.
Después de todo, este es un país que tradicionalmente se ha
considerado como un cumplidor de las leyes existente.
Pero no vamos a apresurarnos, recuerden cuando Bill Clinton trató de
establecer relaciones con Cuba. El derribo de los aviones de Hermanos al
Rescate, terminó con el intento.
Hoy el régimen de Cuba según se reporta, hundió una balsa llena de
personas que huían de Cuba. La historia se repite.
Quizás a Cuba, realmente no le interesa tener relaciones con los
Estados Unidos, no le interesa perder la mejor manera de mantener el
entretenimiento de la posible invasión de Cuba por el vecino imperialista.

For
the first time in American history America has normalized relations with a man.
The
owners of Cuba, the Castro brothers, have been given the title "Cuba"
by the Obama administration and the land, property, and people they seized two
generations ago and reduced to their personal plantation has been given the
status of a real country.
Opinions on this historic
feat of autocratic magic on the part of Obama, the turning of a plantation and
its ruthless owners into a legitimate state, pour in from around the world.
The only place in the
world where the opinion would actually count, in Cuba, the actual Cuban people,
there cannot actually be an independent opinion nor even the means to voice an
independent opinion on the subject. "Cuba" is not the word for Cuba.
"Cuba" is a euphemism for a man, Raúl Castro.
Cuba proper is at present
nothing but a large tropical island with people on it that do not have a
government that represents THEM.
There is no country
"Cuba" to normalize relations with.
Obama
has achieved a first. Unfortunately for him, history will remember him for it.

- Guillermo Fariñas, encarcelado tres veces por el régimen,
protagonizó varias huelgas de hambre: "Yo pienso que es un error del gobierno de los EEUU el
haber dado esta señal equívoca de acercamiento a una dictadura que está
moribunda desde el punto de vista económico, político y social".
- Carlos Alberto Montaner, escritor y colaborador de LD en el
exilio: "Aparentemente es algo positivo, pero en la práctica es la
pérdida de una oportunidad dorada por parte de EEUU de haber introducido a
la sociedad civil cubana en la negociación. EEUU lo que ha hecho es
mantener la suposición de que el problema de Cuba es un problema entre La
Habana y Washington y no, el problema de Cuba es un
problema entre La Habana y los propios cubanos. Por otra
parte, EEUU hizo todas las concesiones de manera unilateral y Cuba lo

estamos acostumbrados a ver las falsas promesas del castrismo. El discurso
de Raúl Castro no varió nada a otros discursos que ya había hecho antes.
No creo que vaya a ver libertad, democracia, elecciones libres. No creo
que el levantamiento del embargo sirva para llevar la democracia a Cuba. El problema de Cuba es el inmenso bloqueo que le
tienen impuesto los hermanos Castro a ese país desde hace más de cinco
décadas. Es un bloqueo que ellos no van a levantar porque
quieren seguir en el poder hasta el final y después del final tienen sus
herederos. Por eso yo no soy optimista, no estoy dando saltos".
- Carlos Payá, hermano del fallecido Oswaldo Payá y
exiliado en España: "El régimen cubano hace ver que su problemas está
en la falta de relaciones con EEUU. El verdadero problema de Cuba está en
la falta de escucha por parte del régimen de su propio pueblo. Creo que
hay un optimismo basado en una gran falacia:
pretender creer que los cambios económicos traen por
sí solos los cambios políticos".
Desde primeras horas de la
mañana, las mayores críticas llegaron desde el exilio cubano en Miami. Allí, el
líder opositor Jorge Luis García Pérez
"Antúnez" denunció en rueda de
prensa que la decisión de restablecer relaciones diplomáticas con La Habana es
una "traición" de Obama que deja "indefensa" a la oposición
interna.
Arropado por miembros de la
Asamblea de la Resistencia Cubana, "Antúnez"
vaticinó que "el régimen de Cuba se va a sentir más fortalecido" tras
el acercamiento entre ambos países y lamentó que esa medida no beneficie a los
ciudadanos que residen en la isla caribeña. "Obama se ha aliado con los
represores de nuestra nación y los asesinos de nuestro pueblo", dijo el
disidente cubano, que ha protagonizado varias huelgas de hambre en los últimos
años en La Habana para denunciar la falta de libertad en la isla.
"Invertirán muchos recursos en Cuba pero no va a ser ni para los ancianos ni para los enfermos. Va a ser para la casta gobernante que siempre se ha lucrado a costa del dolor de Cuba", criticó "Antúnez", que el pasado verano fue encarcelado durante varios días en Cuba.
El destacado opositor cubano entendió "que haya personas que se hayan cansado y quieran llegar a un entendimiento" tras más de 50 años de dictadura en Cuba, pero advirtió que el exilio "prefiere 50 años más de lucha, de resistencia y dolor que aceptar un continuismo con el régimen".
En la conferencia de prensa, portavoces de la Asamblea de la Resistencia Cubana dijeron también que "la libertad, el respeto a los derechos humanos y el establecimiento de la democracia en Cuba no son negociables".

familiares, junto con la congresista republicana por Florida Ileana
Rohs-Letinen, tacharon de "burla" a sus seres queridos la decisión de
Obama.
Los hechos ocurrieron el 24 de febrero de 1996 cuando dos avionetas de esa organización dedicada al rescate de balseros cubanos fueron impactadas por misiles disparados por cazas MIG cubanos en espacio aéreo internacional. Las viudas de los pilotos fallecidos aseguraron que la decisión del presidente es una "falta de respeto" y de "debilidad" ante un régimen que "no mostró debilidad al derribar las avionetas" de los "Hermanos al Rescate".

Likely Next Steps: Obama Off to Cuba, Castro Visits US
Just a day after his stunning announcement that the United States will
re-establish a diplomatic relationship with Cuba — including opening an embassy
in Havana — President Barack Obama is weighing a trip to the island
nation or hosting a visit from its communist leader, Raul Castro.
"I don’t have any current plans, but let’s see how things evolve," Obama told ABC "World News Tonight" anchor David Muir.

Time reports that Secretary of State John Kerry is already planning a trip there, according to a statement issued
Thursday in which he said: "I look forward to being the first Secretary of
State in 60 years to visit Cuba."
Earlier Thursday, White House spokesman Josh Earnest said the president was not "ruling out" a visit to Cuba, with Earnest adding that there could be "important national security reasons for the president to travel to other countries that have what we would describe at best as checkered human rights records."
Earnest noted that the president has visited both Burma and Beijing.
"It is not unprecedented for us to go places and interact with countries with whom we have a very fundamental difference of opinion about that country’s treatment of their citizens," Earnest said.
"A day after we were in Beijing, we traveled to Burma — again, a country that does not have a stellar record when it comes to respecting basic human and political rights. But we engage those countries and we engage the leadership of those countries, and we do so for a variety of reasons.

Urgent: Should Obamacare Be Repealed? Vote Here Now!
Unconstitutional: Federal Judge Slams Executive
Order
For the first time, a sitting judge has
weighed in on the debate over President Obama’s deferred deportations decree.
Judge Arthur J. Schwab, presiding over a deportation case in Pennsylvania, sent
out a memo on Tuesday that accused Obama of moving beyond his executive
authority when he decided to make law from the White House. In the process,
Schwab hacked away at most of the administration’s legal rationale.
“President Obama’s unilateral legislative
action violates the separation of powers provided for in the United States
Constitution as well as the Take Care Clause, and therefore is
unconstitutional,” Judge Schwab wrote in the memo. His words echo the basis of
a lawsuit filed against the president by 24 states that have demanded justice
be done.
Unfortunately, Schwab’s memo will have no
effect on the president’s executive amnesty. And in delivering his criticisms,
the judge admitted that presidents have some discretion when it comes to how
they will enforce the law. However, he maintained, the president’s decision
went well beyond the boundaries of that discretion by outlining a system where
illegal aliens could find protection from deportation. He determined that was a
matter for Congress, and that Obama had usurped that power when making the
decree.
Schwab’s scathing memo may have no effect on
the law, but it does provide a glimpse into what we may see as lawsuits
progress. It has certainly become obvious that Republican leadership in
Congress is not serious about challenging the president on amnesty. Therefore,
the court system may be the last vestige of hope.
Someone Stop This Madness
Conservatives were dismayed when they
realized Republicans were perfectly willing to fund Obama’s amnesty order with
hardly a fight. After spending much of the previous year slamming the order as
illegal and outrageous, GOP leaders ultimately shrugged and went along with it.
While Obama’s work permits and Social
Security numbers could spell doom for the economy, the rule of law, and
low-income Americans, they won’t bother law-breaking employers who have been
skirting the ban on hiring illegal immigrants for decades. Now, out of the
blue, they have been given an effective pardon from the president. Exploit
away, unethical business community! Washington’s got your back!
The
amnesty order also gives these employers a license to avoid the federal mandate
on Obamacare. Because “legal” illegal aliens will not be eligible for federal
benefits (tax breaks notwithstanding), employers may actually prefer to hire them. By issuing his executive
order, Obama has undercut his own healthcare program and made it more difficult
for American citizens to compete against the fence-hoppers.
The
reasons Obama’s amnesty should be thrown out are numerous and compelling, but
Judge Schwab pretty much said it all with one word: unconstitutional. Let’s
hope that the judges who actually preside over the lawsuits feel the same way

Todos en mayor o menor cuantía,
según la carrera que escogimos, hubimos de estudiar algo de física.
Las leyes de físicas que
estudiamos eran realmente las leyes por las que se rige la naturaleza, y son
inmutables. Basado en esas leyes se hacen los viajes
espaciales. Cuando sale la nave espacial a la luna, no se dirige
hacia la luna, pero al lugar donde se encontrará la luna según las
leyes físicas del movimiento de la luna por los estudios
astronómicos.
Una manera más simple de
explicar esto es cuando un outfielder o un wide receiver está corriendo para
capturar una bola de un fly o un pase, este no se dirige hacia donde está la
bola, se dirige al lugar donde la bola caerá según la trayectoria de las leyes
físicas, con las variaciones que puede producir otras leyes de física, como la
velocidad del viento.
Todo lo que nos rodea son las
leyes de la naturaleza. Si dejamos caer un objeto, cae hacia abajo
por la ley de gravedad, si sube diríamos que nos encontramos ante un milagro.
Todo lo que no se ajusta a las
leyes físicas de la naturaleza, es un milagro. Por eso el hombre es
un milagro de la naturaleza. El hombre actúa independientemente de las leyes de
la naturaleza, no se conforma con las leyes naturales, trata de usar esas leyes
con su libre albedrío, a veces para el bien y otras veces para el mal.
El ser humano es uno de los
principales testimonios de la existencia de Dios. No sólo por su compleja
constitución, el funcionamiento de sus órganos con sus elaboradas conexiones
fluviales y eléctricas pero además porque el hombre no ajusta su conducta a la
naturaleza, es como un subproducto diferente, que actúa independientemente de
la naturaleza.
El hombre ha manejado la
naturaleza y sus leyes, aprendió a volar a correr a velocidades increíbles, a
vivir más años que los que le había destinado su naturaleza con sus
descubrimientos científicos, es el milagro que no se conforma con las leyes
naturales, el hombre es un milagro.
El hombre es un milagro que
creó Dios, que hizo del hombre algo diferente al resto de la naturaleza, lo
hizo un milagro cuando le dio libre albedrío, con un espíritu donde reside esa
condición. Esta era una condición reservada exclusivamente para Dios, antes de
la creación del hombre, esto es a lo que referimos cuando decimos que estamos
hechos a su imagen y semejanza.
Dios creó al hombre con un
espíritu, y compartió con el hombre su libre albedrío, a
diferencia del resto de la naturaleza, por eso aunque algunos se
empecinen en negarlo, negándose a ellos mismos, estamos identificados con Dios,
por eso estamos conscientes de nuestra relación única con Dios.
Ciertos hombres en su egolatría
producto del mal uso del milagro del libre albedrío, de su independencia de la
naturaleza en su libertad de pensamiento, dirigen la capacidad que le provee
este milagro para paradójicamente usar una condición para negar la existencia
del que le dotó de esa condición.
Entonces somos testigos de esta
paradoja del libre albedrío, vemos, sobre todo en esta temporada de las fiestas
pascuales, que salen, como cucarachas durante una tronada, para atacar y acusar
de ignorantes a los que estamos conscientes de que si somos un milagro de la
naturaleza, es porque por decisión del creador de la naturaleza. Dicen que
somos enemigos de la ciencia, cuando son ellos los que niegan a la ciencia
porque niegan el milagro que son ellos mismos niegan que el hombre es el señor
de la ciencia, el señor de la naturaleza por designio del Creador y en una
gran paradoja niegan a ese Creador.

Greece they will come. They will offer their services to America’s
businessemen. “Hire us. We speak fluent English — digitally.”
They
will not be living inside America’s borders. So, they will not be illegal
aliens. They will be legal aliens.
In
flawless English, they will say three words: “I’ll work cheaper.”
There
is no way to stop this. The genie is about to leave the bottle. Free trade in
services is about to overcome the last great barrier to entry: language.
Those
Americans who cry out against the 10 million or 20 million illegal aliens who
it would take $500 billion to deport — illegal immigrants who fix roofs — will
watch in impotent rage as legal aliens take away their middle-class jobs —
legally.
The
cries of outrage will be heard across the nationalist blogospshere. “This must
be stopped!”
How?
Be specific. Tell me how.
How
will white-collar Americans compete against low-cost workers who can do their
jobs at half the price, and who can speak face-to-face with American employers?
I’ll
tell you how. By getting better trained. By working more efficiently. By
lowering their prices. By American know-how. By market competition. By offering
employers a better deal.
The
horror!
With
respect to all those people who demand federal protectionism in goods, and who
have failed politically to get it for 45 years, protectionism in services is
also about to go the way of all flesh.
As
Joe Louis might put it regarding protectionists, “They can run, but they can’t
hide.”
Advanced
economies specialize in services, not manufacturing. America’s economy is a
service-based economy. The labor unions are mostly gone. They cannot win

Bergdahl Bombshell Could Bring Obama Down, And He’s Doing His Best To Hide It
“It's
embarrassing for the Army and the Department of Defense.”
Months
after his name made headlines, first as a released hostage and then as a
possible traitor, Bowe Bergdahl is the source of renewed scrutiny ahead of a
new U.S. Army report set to be released.
The
Army sergeant was released from Taliban custody in an exchange that set five
dangerous Guantanamo Bay prisoners free. Barack Obama approved the
controversial trade despite acknowledging that the released terror suspects “absolutely” posed a continuing threat to America.
Not
only have critics maintained the exchange could embolden terrorists
to take even more Americans hostage in the future, Bergdahl has had his
character questioned extensively by those who served with
him in Afghanistan.
Several
soldiers reported that, in the days leading up to Bergdahl’s 2009
disappearance, he deserted his platoon, leading to a doomed search-and-rescue mission that cost as many as eight individuals
their lives.
The
military soon launched an investigation into Bergdahl and the circumstances
surrounding his release, which analysts recently revealed was completed in
October. Army Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer and Col. David Hunt spoke to Fox News host
Bill O’Reilly this week and explained that they had both heard from reliable
sources that the report compiled by military brass will show Bergdahl was a
deserter and a traitor to his country.
Shaffer
worked on securing Bergdahl’s release, telling O’Reilly he was selected based
on his expertise to “advise a couple of the different commands about
specifically some options to bring him back.”
Of
three such options on the table, he explained, Obama chose the only one that
offered the Taliban an exchange and other incentives for the release of
the soldier. Furthermore, he confirmed, the Army report will likely show just how far Bergdahl
went to disavow the military and his country.
Bergdahl
deserted and “did as much damage as Private Bradley Manning,” he said. “People died looking for him
and…I feel he gave aid and comfort to the enemy, the Taliban.”
Shaffer
indicated the report will likely be released next month and “will confirm that
Bergdahl was a deserter.”
The
bigger question, he maintained, is whether he was also a traitor.
He
concluded that the Army “will give him a less-honorable discharge,” though the
fact that he has already received hundreds of thousands of dollars in back pay
has left a black mark on the military.
“It’s
embarrassing for the Army and the Department of Defense,” he said.

BREAKING: ISIS Dungeon Suspected of
Holding Western Captives Found
If only the special forces interfered sooner.
This is the first glimpse inside the secret underground prison where
ISIS caged Western hostages – including James Foley, Steven Sotloff and David
Haines – former fellow prisoners have claimed.
Freed captives told MailOnline they lived in wretched conditions
alongside them, half-starved on hard concrete floors in almost permanent
darkness in the basement room of the abandoned factory in the Sheikh Najjar
Industrial City, in the suburbs of Aleppo, during the last four months of
2013.
They were then moved to Raqqa, Syria, where they were handed over to
their executioner, the infamous ‘Jihadi John’ and his death squad.
The former prisoners gave a chilling insight into the ordeal that the
men – and allegedly one woman – endured in the bleak darkness.
One of the former hostages who talked to MailOnline identified the
dungeon – either a disused wood or furniture factory – from footage broadcast
by a pro-Syrian TV Channel earlier this year, after President Bashar Al-Assad’s
forces pushed out Islamist rebel groups from the heavily contested area.
But the Syrian reporter walking through the ISIS prison – before the
world was revulsed by the video of Jim Foley’s execution in August – had no
idea that it had housed nearly 20 Western journalists and aid workers.
As he walks through, he points the cameraman to discarded blankets,
tattered mattresses and plastic water bottles that are strewn around the dusty
floor in the footage – haunting evidence of the miserable existence of the
prisoners who had been caged there.
The reporter also posted images of his visit to the Sheikh Najjar prison
to his Facebook page, showing the cubicles in which some of the prisoners were
believed to have been kept.

International University poll conducted on normalizing relations with Cuba, the
“super majority of Cuban Americans” do not support the existing U.S.-Cuba
foreign policy.

Obama: Sony 'Made a Mistake' By Pulling 'The Interview'
Movie
President Barack Obama said Friday that Sony
Pictures Entertainment "made a mistake" by nixing the release of a
comedic film after the company was hacked and received cyber threats.
"Sony's a corporation. It suffered
significant damage. There were threats against some of its employees," he
said "I am sympathetic to the concerns that they faced. Having said all
that, yes, I think they made a mistake."
In a year-end press conference, Obama said
that he wishes Sony had spoken to him before deciding to back down on the film
"The Interview," which depicted a plot to assassinate North Korean
leader Kim Jong Un. "I would have told them 'Do not get into a pattern in
which you're intimidated by these kinds of criminal attacks,'" he said.
"That's not who we are," he said.
"That's not what America's about."
On Cuba
Obama also addressed his recent decision to
work towards normalized relations with Cuba, saying that he believes more
engagement with the nation will advance the freedom of its people.
"I don't anticipate overnight
changes," he said. "But what I know deep in my bones, is that if
you've done the same thing for 50 years and things haven't changed, you should
try something different if you want a different outcome."
"Change is going to come to Cuba,"
he added. "It has to."
He acknowledged that presidential action
alone cannot cancel the decades-long embargo against Cuba but said that he
expects a "healthy debate" in Congress about the issue.
Obama added that he hopes to one day visit
the island nation but said that, at this stage, a trip is not "in the
cards."
"There is nothing specific where we're
trying to target some sort of visit," he said.
On race
relations
Asked about race relations in the United
States, Obama said that, like all Americans, many black families are better off
due to the improving economy. But he suggested that the income gap between
white and black Americans persists.
"I have been consistent in saying that
this is a legacy of a troubled racial past, Jim Crow and slavery. That's not an
excuse for black folks," he said. "And I think the overwhelming
majority of black people understand that's not an excuse."
And, he added, the debate over policing
reforms in the wake of the Ferguson and Staten Island grand jury decisions has
been a "healthy conversation."
On the
final years of his presidency
The president opened the briefing by
highlighting his administration's accomplishments throughout the year,
emphasizing recent positive economic news and the millions of Americans who are
newly insured under the Affordable Care Act.
"Take any metric that you want," he
said after mentioning advances in manufacturing and the energy sector.
"America's resurgence is real. We are better off."
The president notably only called on female
reporters during the lengthy exchange with the press corps, during which he
struck an optimistic note, saying he is "energized" and
"excited" about the final two years of his presidency.
"My presidency's heading into the fourth
quarter," he said. "Interesting stuff happens in the fourth
quarter."

think you would agree that a .36 degree increase in temperature over the last
35 years is hardly anything to get in a panic about.
Granted,
that does mean the world is warmer, right?
The problem with that argument is that we experienced
the bulk of that warming between 1979 and 1998 . . . we’ve actually had temperatures
DROPPING ever since!
The reality is this: The world is 1.08 degrees cooler
than it was in 1998.
Just
take a look at this chart from Remote Sensing Systems, which provides data to
NASA, NOAA, and other scientific organizations.
If
you’re like me, this makes a lot of sense.
We’ve
had cooler summers and longer winters.
Again,
take one more look at the chart above — global
warming reversed its rise in 1998. In the dossier John handed me, he
explains exactly why this happened . . . and what’s going to
happen next.
But
for now, just keep this fact in your back pocket: the case for “global warming” is
dead in its tracks.
“Global warming” proponents have said for a long time
we’d see a heating of the oceans.
This
proposition is necessary, since it means all those big chunks of ice are
supposed to melt, killing off polar bears and causing states like Florida to
get swallowed up by water.
In
2007, while accepting his Nobel Prize for his “global warming” initiative (and
quietly pocketing millions of dollars), Al Gore made a striking
prediction . . .
“The North Polar ice cap is falling off a cliff. It
could be completely
gone in summer in as little as seven years. Seven years from now.”

The arctic ice caps have increased in size by 43% to 63%.
It is seven years later, and recent satellite images
show that not only have the icecaps not melted . . . but
they’ve expanded in size by 43% to 63%.
Here’s
what a Globe and Mail article had to say: “An area twice the size of Alaska —
America's biggest state — was open water two years ago and is now covered in
ice.”
I
think we know who’s using actual science, and who’s fear-mongering their way to
wealth and fame.
Since
2002, the ocean temperatures have fluctuated less than 1 degree Fahrenheit.
There is no warming.
Again,
there is nothing to get hysterical about here.
You’ve heard for years how climate change has been
caused by . . . well, you!
Al
Gore and his liberal friends have stood onstage blaming you and your
“gas-guzzling” car, standard four‑bedroom house, and the factory downtown.
Al Gore spreads “Global Warming” propaganda for his own profit.
Shame
on you, right?
Of
course, the hypocrisy of the claim is that Al Gore himself racks up annual
electric and gas bills of $30,000, more than 20 times the national average.
Now,
while I am all for keeping the environment clean (I recycle, drive a
fuel-efficient car, and reuse materials), humans have not caused “global
warming” . . . nothing can be further from the truth.
Indeed,
“global warming” alarmists and their allies in the liberal media are famous for
saying that scientists agree that man has caused “global warming.”
President Obama even tweeted on May 16, 2014, “97% of
scientists agree: climate change is real, man-made and dangerous.” John Kerry,
Al Gore, and a host of others have championed this statistic.
NOTE: I’ve shared a quick snapshot of the
facts in John’s controversial 164-page document. Truth be told, John has 33
scientifically reviewed reasons that “global warming” is more than just a
farce . . . it’s the product of bad, botched science. In John’s
own words, the research in this document is “something you have not been
allowed to hear for almost 20 years.” That is, the truth about our climate, the
politicians manipulating the science, and the real key that controls our
planet’s temperature — the sun.
As The Wall Street Journal reported, “The assertion
that 97% of scientists believe that climate change is a man-made, urgent
problem is a fiction.”
When
further review was done, it was discovered that a mere 1% of scientists believe
human activity is causing most of the climate change.
In
outrage, a petition was signed by more than 31,000 scientists that states
“there is no convincing scientific evidence that human release
of . . . carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is
causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the
Earth's atmosphere and disruption of the Earth's climate."
Indeed, even a founding father of the man-made “global
warming” theory — Claude Allegre — recently came out and renounced his position
by admitting, “The cause of this climate change is unknown.”
The reality is simply this: The climate changes over
time.
When
Alexander the Great was conquering Persia, climate change was a big factor. And
we all learned in high school that the “little ice age” that rocked Europe
killed hundreds of thousands of people from the 1600s through the 1800s.
Additionally, we know about the heat wave and drought that wiped out much of
America during the 1930s. Thousands of people were dislocated in search of
survival.
Were
those events caused by man-made “global warming”?
Of
course not.
And,
the reality is, most scientists who advocate “global warming” today know
mankind has nothing to do with climate change.
Remember: Temperatures have only risen .36 degrees since 1979 . . . and
the bulk of that happened during the 1990s! We haven’t seen any warming for the last 17
years . . . in fact we have seen a drop in temperatures.
Well, think about it.
Every
year, the temperatures rise and fall with spring, summer, fall, and winter. A
year is simply a 365-day cycle.
The sun is 1.3 million times larger than the earth. When its temperature
changes, our temperature changes.
Every
day, the temperatures rise and fall with daytime and nighttime. A day is simply
a 24-hour cycle.
These
two cycles happen automatically. We can neither change them nor stop them any
more than we can stop the Earth’s rotation. It’s impossible. The temperatures
fluctuate based on these cycles.
So
clearly, the Earth’s temperatures rise and fall based on its exposure
to . . . the sun.
Well,
here’s the breaking news. And you must pay close attention . . .
because what I’m about to tell you has been deemed a “forbidden theme” in the
scientific community.
Talking
about it gets you a black mark at the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate
Change or the World Meteorological Society.
You
see, there are larger cycles of the sun . . . “solar cycles.”
This
may not seem earthshattering, but solar cycles are — bar none — the most devastating argument against
man-made “global warming.”
Essentially,
there are times when the sun gets hotter and times when it cools off as
measured by “sunspots.” And John Casey found multiple solar cycles that
determine the temperatures of the Earth.
The
thing about these cycles is that they are predictable, and therefore it’s not
difficult to see what is coming in the years ahead.
Indeed,
if scientists were paying attention to these “solar cycles” years ago, they
could have told you that the Earth would get warmer during the 1990s, and then
it would cool . . . just like it has.
In
fact, this climate cycle, along with several other cycles, has allowed John to
make 11 accurate predictions about the Earth’s climate over the past few years,
and it has allowed him to make a catastrophic prediction which I will share
with you in a moment.
Ironically, as John released his data on these solar
cycles, the ugly lie about man-made “global warming” started leaking out.
You probably already knew somewhere deep inside that
something wasn’t right about the “global warming” theory.
Sure,
during the 1990s, we all noticed it getting warmer. But, to say that it is
directly tied what humans are doing seemed to be a stretch, and, we have all
noticed it getting a LOT cooler lately.
So
it might not come as a surprise to say that “global warming” is a sham. But
what does come as a surprise to many is the evidence of outright lying that is
now leaking out of trustworthy scientific agencies.
Shortly
after John exposed the truth about “global warming,” 1,000 emails and 2,000
documents from leading “global warming” scientists were
found . . . revealing potential conspiracies, collusions, data
manipulation, destruction of information, and even admission of flaws that were
buried.
For
example:

One leading scientist — Kevin Trenberth — admitted “The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of
warming at the moment and it is a travesty we can’t.” A travesty simply because they were
worried about losing their government funding.

In another email, Dr. Phil Jones — a leading “global
warming” advocate at the United Nations — admitted that he used “Mike’s Nature trick” in a 1999 graph to
“hide the decline” in temperature.
·
And another study done by Stephen Goddard at Real
Science revealed just how ridiculous “climate scientists” can get with data
manipulation. Here is what he had to say: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration (NOAA) has been “adjusting”
its record by replacing real temperatures with data “fabricated” by computer
models.”
There
are several other documents just like these.
More
recently, Professor Robert Stavins — who helped write the 2014 United Nations
Climate Report — came out to Breitbart News . . . and revealed
that politicians demanded he change and edit parts of the report to fit their
needs!
In
short, governments, and government-funded scientists, want to make sure that
any “global warming” research published . . . will say exactly what they want it to say.
Now,
everyone knows from their high school education that the No. 1 rule of doing
scientific research is that it cannot be undertaken with an end goal in mind
because you will only use the data points that support your end goal.
That’s
not real science.
But
that’s exactly what “global warming” scientists are doing! They are only using
partial data . . . the data the supports their end
goal . . . to make their point that there is man-made “global
warming.”
So, we’re being told that the survival of our planet,
of the human race, relies on tackling “global warming” . . . yet
the whole thing is a sham.
Why would this network of politicians, corporations,
and scientists do such a thing?
Well,
think about it.
Our
federal government spends $22
billion on “global warming”
research each and every year (twice as much as we spend on protecting our
border!).
Again,
that is $41,856 every minute.
If
government-funded scientists came out and said “global warming” didn’t exist,
their funding would be cut immediately.
But
“global warming” has been kept on life support for another crucial reason: It
has been a practical ATM for every in-the-know political figure.
The media is catching on to Al Gore’slies, but he is not going
down without a fight.
Al
Gore, for example, has been one of the most vocally aggressive crusaders for
“global warming.”
In
2001, before leaving office as vice president, Gore was worth less than $2
million. Since then, he has grown his wealth to $100 million . . .
almost entirely by investing in a handful of “green-tech”
companies . . . 14 of whichreceived more than $2.5 billion in
loans, grants, tax breaks, and
more from the Obama administration.
The
Telegraph reports Al Gore could become the “world’s first carbon billionaire”
thanks to his investments in green companies . . . all of which
benefit from tax dollars and government loans to “prevent global warming.”
And
he’s not alone.
After accepting $1.25 million in campaign contributions, President Obama made
sure to include his “global warming” plans in his victory speech: “We want our
children to live in an America that isn’t threatened by the destructive power
of a warming planet.”
You are likely familiar with the story of the failed
Solyndra green energy initiative, which cost taxpayers $500 million; President
Obama took a lot of flak for that.
But
here’s a little-known side of the Solyndra story I bet you haven’t heard:
Obama, in essence, used
taxpayer money to finance his re-election campaign . . . by
funneling it through Solyndra.
You
see, when Solyndra fell on hard times, it passed into the hands of two large
private equity investors . . . Goldman Sachs and George Kaiser.
When $500 million in taxpayer money was given to Solyndra, both Goldman Sachs
and George Kaiser benefited. Coincidentally, both have made contributions to Obama’s
election campaigns adding up to roughly $1.25 million.
It
doesn’t stop there.
·
In 2010, another federal loan of $400 million went
Abound Solar. That resulted in a bankruptcy as well. But investors in Abound
Solar seemed to do just fine . . . investors like billionaire
heiress Patricia Stryker. Stryker has famously contributed $500,000 to the Coalition for Progress while
throwing $85,000 toward Obama’s inaugural committee. It’s just a coincidence
that the government handed a company she invested in $400 million just before
bankruptcy . . . right?
·
There’s also A123 Systems, which paid one lobbying
firm $970,000 to secure money from the government — and received $279 million
in federal assistance. The CEO of A123 Systems went on to fund multiple
Democratic senators and contributed to Obama’s campaign.
·
First Solar received $646 million in government loan
guarantees, and has since contributed more than $180,000 to Democratic
campaigns.
·
GE is notorious for spending tens of millions of
dollars a year to “buy” green energy credits for its wind turbines and other
green technologies — credits which helped the firm pay ZERO taxes in 2011.
There
are a host of other examples of liberals getting wealthy off “global warming”
initiatives just like these.
You
can see why green energy is such a profitable business — CEOs and executives
get to rake in millions of dollars, while politicians get lucrative donations
for their campaigns . . . and scientists get all the funding
they need to keep them going . . . all on your dime.
But
here’s the cherry on top . . .
While $22 billion of our money is being redistributed
every year to greedy scientists, politicians, and corporations . . .
$22 billion is just what is spent on these “global warming” initiatives.
The
reality is, these initiatives have ripple effects . . . mainly
the regulations (from government agencies like the Environmental Protection
Agency) that shackle free enterprise and force us to rely on foreign energy.
According
to Forbes, the total cost of these ripple effects is a staggering $1.75
trillion annually.
I
want you to really think about that for a moment.
We’re
watching $1.75 trillion per year . . . $3,329,528 per
minute . . . go to waste.
It’s
worse when you note that the U.S. Energy Information Administration says these
regulations could ultimately cause gasoline prices to rise 77% over baseline
projections . . . send 3 million Americans to the welfare line . . .
and reduce average household income by a whopping $4,000 each year.
Washington
knows all of this . . . and is still barreling forward with its
nonsense policies!
They’re
just letting you foot the bill, while they pocket the benefits.
Fact
is, organizations like the Environmental Protection Agency have handcuffed
capitalism . . . based on a theory even its staunchest supporters (like the aforementioned Dr. Allegre)
have already renounced.
The
result: reduced business, higher energy and food costs, higher taxes, lost
jobs, and more money going overseas.
With $1.75 trillion in annual costs, you would think
someone out there would listen to John and his research,
but . . .
When John discovered that the world was indeed
cooling, he urgently shared his findings, only to get lambasted.
Al
Gore himself specifically called John a “pseudo-scientist” and
discarded his findings.
“Global
warming” advocate Dr. Benjamin Kirtman simply dismissed John’s warnings as the
“usual nonsense.”
Media
Matters has published two personal attacks against John — saying
he has “no background in climate science” (which isn’t true) and calling him a
“scam artist.”
But
think about something for a moment.
Why
would John take on this mission to expose the truth about “global warming” if
he didn’t fully know that his evidence was fact? Why would he risk his
reputation, his retirement, and his way of life?

would have been much easier to walk away.
But
John isn’t the type to walk away from the truth . . . especially
when it would put his family, country, and even the world at risk.
