individuos pueden entrar en el baño de su sexo contrario donde está su esposa
haciendo pipi y usted tiene que aguantar que un macho, que dice que se cree mujer
este ahí donde esta su esposa haciendo… bueno lo que usted sabe muy bien,
delante de un machango. QUE LE PARECE MI AMIGO. Por lo menos mi esposa no entra
en ningún baño público nunca más. Ningún

• Ahora los transexuales pueden usar baños públicos
aunque no sean del mismo sexo
MIAMI 21 DE NOVIEMBRE DE
2014, nhr.com—Ocho comisionados de Miami Dade votaron ayer aprobando una
ordenanza que aunque no es nueva, prohíbe la discriminación a transexuales
cuando vayan a alquilar una habitación, buscar un trabajo o simplemente usar un
baño public.
Transexuales sin personas que
se sienten física y psicológicamente en un cuerpo del sexo contrario al que
pertenecen, esto es, una mujer dentro del cuerpo de un hombre y viceversa.
No es una tendencia u
orientación sexual, ya que una mujer dentro del cuerpo de un hombre se siente
atraída por obvias razones a un hombre y esto no la hace gay en ningún sentido,
tampoco a un hombre con cuerpo de mujer es lesbiana por sentirse atraído por
mujeres.
La sesión se extendió por
varias horas donde más de 70 personas de ambos bandos los que apoyaban la
ordenanza y los que no se dirigieron a los comisionados alentándolos en la
votación.
Muchos de los críticos de la
ordenanza 7C, alegaban que temían que la ley mas ampliada ahora borraría las
barreras de privacidad entre hombres y mujeres en los servicios sanitarios, Spa
y vestidores en las tiendas.
La mayoría de los
comisionados desestimaron dichos argumentos diciendo que eran infundados y se
acordó modificar la ordenanza de derechos humanos existente ya en el condado y
la cual prohíbe la discriminación en el empleo, vivienda y alojamiento público
para proteger a las personas transexuales o personas desconforme con su género
El comisionado Esteban Bovo,
hizo preguntas precisas al abogado del condado que son preocupantes, “si un
transexual está en un restaurant y quiere ir al servicio sanitario de mujeres,
porque aunque es un hombre, siente mujer, y se le niega el uso del baño de
señoras, que pasa con el propietario del establecimiento”, preguntó Bovo.
“La victima puede quejarse y
se haría una investigación contra el propietario del restaurant”, dijo el
abogado del condado.
La ordenanza 7C quedo
finalmente aprobada con votación de 8 a favor y 4 en contra.

counter the president’s action, they had not yet decided how they would
proceed.

su impacto Racial
Tengo que confesar que he sido
americanófilo toda mi vida, muchas veces en Cuba fui acusado de eso, y tenían
razón mis acusadores. Desde que mi abuelo, práctico
de puerto, me llevaba a visitar los barcos, me gustaban más los barcos
americanos y quizás eso estableció mi preferencia a este país.
Pero mi relación con la cultura
americana ha tenido diferentes etapas, primero como admirador de lejos, después
como joven turista con mis padres, más tarde una etapa de estudiante-forastero,
después de exilado, y después asimilado como americano.
Siempre he tenido esa afinidad
con la cultura americana, pero desde diferentes puntos de vistas y me tocó
pasar la etapa forastera en Dixie, y lo que más tuvo un impacto cultural fue el
odio al Yanqui y la discriminación al negro, dos cosas que me sorprendieron
porque en mi cultura cubana se consideraba a Lincoln como un patriota americano
y aunque había cierto prejuicio social hacia los negros, y hasta por los
chinos, no había el concepto irracional de inferioridad y separación racial que
existía en los 50s. en los estados del sur.
Por eso, aunque nunca he tenido
educación académica de la historia de Estados Unidos, la curiosidad me dio por
auto-educarme en la biblioteca sobre la etapa histórica de la guerra civil
americana.
Más bien que en la guerra civil
en la persona de Lincoln y su gestión de gobierno y el período de la mal
llamada “Reconstrucción” que fue un eufemismo para lo que trató de ser la
destrucción del Sur.
Este estudio me hizo comprender
la diferencia entre el racismo Cubano y el racismo americano. Mientras que en Cuba, pasamos
de la esclavitud a la emancipación e integración de los negros a la sociedad,
quedando sólo la secuela del prejuicio social, en los Estados Unidos después de
la emancipación, vinieron los abusos del norte al sur que después del período
de la presidencia de Andrew Johnson, se desbocaron en un período como de una nación
ocupada, con los llamados Carpetbaggers, que le imponían impuestos que
destruían la economía personal a los derrotados, y le imponían los negros como
oficiales del gobierno para humillarlos.
La nuevas rebeliones internas
del sur, crearon una vez recuperado el poder político, la segregación, que
comenzó como una conducta defensiva y que al pasar por generaciones creó el
concepto del negro que fue el que vivimos los que fuimos espectadores de la
discriminación del negro en el sur en los años 50s.
Pero llegamos al fenómeno de
los Estados Unidos de hoy en día, poco a poco, la integración del negro había
progresado. Veía en mis hijos y nietos como
el prejuicio racial había desaparecido y cómo nos criticaban a nosotros los
viejos prejuicios que todavía teníamos. Nunca he tenido en mi familia un
matrimonio interracial que era mi temor, pero sin lugar a dudas hubiera podido
pasar, porque ellos no tenían el mínimo prejuicio.
Pero el daño que la presidencia
de Barack Hussein Obama ha hecho a esta nación, visto desde mi experiencia en
esta larga vida, ha atrasado las relaciones raciales en Estados Unidos a un
período peor que cuando la segregación.
Lo puedo ver en mis hijos y
nietos, que nunca habían tenido prejuicio, los veo ahora hablando mal de los
“negros”, con expresiones que no oía de un americano hacía muchos años.
Otra cosa que he aprendido es
que una cosa es vivir un período histórico, y otra cosa es después que pasa ese
período como le mundo lo ve en la historia.
Cuando la historia se escriba,
los Obama, los Holders, los Sharptons, van a ser juzgados por su conducta en
los problemas raciales que estamos viviendo y los que se avecinan, y la
historia no los absolverá.
Amenper: Zemir Begic Joven de 32
años, de la raza blanca, asesinado el pasado domingo en la ciudad de St. Louis,
a 20 millas de Ferguson mientras detuvo su carro en una luz roja y fue atacado
por cinco jóvenes de la raza negra, que lo asesinaron a martillazos.
Problema de las relaciones Raciales
El
presidente Obama se reunió con líderes que buscan mejores relaciones entre la
policía y la comunidad negra en las ciudades, llegando a la conclusión de que
hay que investigar a la policía, porque como dijo el presidente “los jóvenes
negros se sienten frustrados de que hacen todo bien y son marginados”

que matan a negros, la mayoría de los negros detenidos por crímenes no mueren
durante la detención, sólo un 3% mueren al ser detenidos, según las
estadísticas el 93% de los negros asesinados mueren a manos de otros negros,
sólo el 5% de los negros murieron a manos de la policía en altercados y eran
mientras cometían un crimen, mientras que un 70% de los blancos víctimas de
asaltos, el perpetrador es negro-
Si
como dijo el presidente Obama ayer en la reunión con los líderes de
asociaciones en las que por cierto no estaba representada la policía, había que
tratar de re-educar a la policía para que tuviera mejores relaciones con los
negros, me parece que se debiera tener en consideración antes que nada la
conducta criminal de un sector de la población negra. El único policía era un
miembro de la raza negra de una asociación nacional recién formada, quizás
específicamente para esta reunión.
Basado
en las estadísticas, ¿No le ha pasado por la mente al presidente que lo
primero que hay que hacer es investigar la conducta de los negros en esas
comunidades con problemas?
Cómo
hay un 70% de blancos que mueren en casos de violencia a manos de negros, es
muy largo mencionar cada caso. Pero vamos cronológicamente a la
inversa a mencionar un caso reciente, sólo a 20 millas de Ferguson, hace sólo
dos días, el lugar donde habían ocurrido los motines por no haber condenado a
un policía que en un incidente con un delincuente negro al
cual hubo de disparar cuando lo atacaba causándole la muerte.
Zemir
Begic era un joven refugiado de Bosnia durante la guerra civil en su país,
llegó a Estados Unidos, encontró amigos y trabajo, y amor, antes que un grupo
de negros lo mataran a golpes con martillos en las calles de St. Louis este
pasado domingo.
La
policía ha arrestado a 3 jóvenes negros y están buscando a dos más por la
muerte del joven Begic que había cumplido 32 años recientemente. El inmigrante
que se había casado el pasado año, estaba conduciendo su carro cuando cinco
niñitos de color que según Obama estaban justamente bravos, se le acercaron
cuando estaba parado en la luz roja y comenzaron a golpearlo con martillos,
Begic
trató de defenderse o huir, no se sabe, pero salió del auto, donde se completó
la brutal matanza.
La
razón para el crimen en este caso no fue el robo, fue simplemente el color de
la piel de Begic, este joven murió por ser blanco, aunque como una cuestión de
costumbre tradicional, ejecutaron el ritual de quitarle la cartera.
Begic
pasó a ser parte de la estadística de los blancos que mueren a manos de los
negros.
El
oficial de la policía Wilson está pendiente de una investigación por haber
violado los derechos civiles de Mike Brown, o sea por haberlo asesinado por ser
negro. Esto será difícil de probar cuando el ataque vino de parte de
Brown, y nunca Wilson tuvo en consideración la raza de Brown.
Pero
en este caso de Zemir Begic, los asesinos admiten haber matado a Begic por
ser blanco.
¿Por
qué Eric Holder no habla de los derechos civiles de Begic? ¿Por qué no se habla
de la viuda de Begic y su vida tronchada? Denisa Begic tiene sólo 23 años, ha
enviudado, se encuentra embarazada y no tenía otro medio de ingreso que su
esposo asesinado.
Hay
racismo rampante en este país, hay discriminación por la raza, hay personas que
mueren simplemente por el color de la piel. Estamos viviendo de
nuevo en la época de la segregación.
La
diferencia es que ahora las víctimas son blancas y los victimarios son negros.
Mientras
tanto tenemos al presidente defendiendo a los asesinos.
Pero
esto no es todo, esta es la mejor parte.
Las
autoridades han dicho que este “incidente” no tiene nada que ver con los
sucesos de Ferguson, y no está siendo tratado como un caso de odio racial.
O
sea que en las estadísticas esto no aparecerá como un crimen racial.
Me
imagino que para que sea un caso de odio racial tiene que ser que un blanco
mate a un negro, pero si un negro mata a un blanco es simplemente un altercado
social.
Pero
la comunidad Bosnia no piensa lo mismo, y han hecho protestas pacíficas frente
al hospital donde murió Begic,
Me
parece ver al Reverendo Al Sharpton, diciendo que estos blancos Bosnios están
haciendo alegaciones racistas contra los inocentes jóvenes de color por el
hecho de que son negros
Estos
jóvenes afroamericanos eran estudiantes tomando clases vocacionales de
carpintería, y estaban practicando con sus martillos cuando el racista blanco
Begic, metió la cabeza frente a ellos interrumpiendo sus estudios.
El
presidente Obama quizás diga que los cinco jóvenes pudieran haber sido sus
hijitos.

Navidades
Otra vez tenemos que soportar
ciertos grupos atacando las Navidades de una manera militantemente agresiva.
En otras palabras son
fanáticos aguafiestas acusando de fanáticos a los que quieren pasar unas
fiestas como le parezca.
Algunos sinceros cristianos
quieren recordar el nacimiento de su salvador, otros sin pensar mucho en Cristo
piensan en la Navidad como una fiesta estadounidense, una fiesta secular o unas
vacaciones culturales.
Lo importante es ¿por qué
quieren aguarles las fiestas a la mayoría, llegando hasta gastarse su dinero
poniendo vallas anunciadoras atacando la celebración de las Navidades?
Creo que los que pudieran
considerarse más recalcitrantes, los ateos, los más sinceramente ateos no se
preocupan mucho por eso, y hasta celebran las navidades como un día de fiesta.
El ateísmo está en declive en
todo el mundo, con el número de ateos caída de 4,5% de la población del mundo
en 1970 a 2.0% en 2010 y proyectada a caer a 1,8% para el año 2020-
Esto quiere decir que el 98% de
las personas creen en un Dios, ya sean espiritistas, santeros, testigos de
Jehová, Mormones, Musulmanes, cristianos de diferentes denominaciones o
creyentes de religiones orientales.
Estas personas que se han
asimilado a la cultura americana, no tienen regularmente problema con las
Navidades, no la ven como algo religioso, pero respetan la libertad de
religión, y la mayoría celebran las fiestas con la mayoría.
Tampoco tienen problema la
mayoría de los ateos, que como no creyentes no son fanáticos que traten de
convertirnos a su creencia, o sea que si fueran los ateos lo que se oponen
estamos hablando de menos del 1% de la población, no tendrían la vigencia que
vemos en esta campaña nacional.
¿Quiénes son entonces los que a
nombre de un falso ateísmo militante, con una ridícula pretensión de sentires
“ofendidos” están gastando el dinero haciendo campaña contra las
Navidades?
Sin lugar a dudas esta campaña
no tiene nada que ver en realidad con las navidades o el Thanksgiving, lo que
tiene que ver es con una campaña para destruir las tradiciones de los Estados
Unidos-
Los menos del 1% de los ateos
militantes no deben de tener este impacto, pero se trata de un movimiento
político organizado que está tratando de destruir la cultura judeo-cristiana
que ha predominado en esta nación desde su fundación.
Los Cristianos que quieren
celebrar de acuerdo con sus creencias, los laicos que quieren tener unos días
de fiesta, se ven bajo un barraje de propaganda negativa, que llega hasta
considerar ofensivo el decir “Felices Pascuas”. Pero de eso se
tratan las navidades, no importa que se secularice, siguen siendo la celebración
tradicional del nacimiento de Cristo. Nunca ha habido un problema con esto.
No he visto alguien que se
oponga a las fiestas judías, son sus fiestas, y ¿Por qué vamos a aguarles sus
fiestas? Podemos no celebrarlas porque no es la cultura americana, o
nuestra creencia, pero no hay ninguna campaña para que ellos no la celebren,
como no hay campaña para que los musulmanes celebren sus fiestas, siempre y
cuando no exploten una bomba en la celebración.
Por favor ¿a quién están
engañando? Sabemos quiénes son y lo que quieren, y no hay nada de creencia y
mucho de maldad en su agenda.

crowdfunding is proving to be both a comfort and a source of substantial funds
for Darren Wilson.
After
resigning from the Ferguson, Missouri, police force without severance
pay, Wilson apparently has no job prospects; and he still faces all sorts
of daunting challenges — both legal and safety-related — despite not being
indicted by the grand jury in the August death of Michael Brown.
But
Darren Wilson and his new wife will reportedly be receiving hundreds of
thousands of dollars from online donation efforts organized by an
anonymous supporter. In fact, according to a post on dailymail.co.uk,
the amount of money pouring in from crowdfunding could soon exceed $1 million.
The woman
who founded the movement to support Darren Wilson has spoken out and revealed
that the Ferguson police officer could have a $1 million war chest.
The
supporter said that she knew of at least $500,000 from two donation funds set
up in his name but that was a ‘conservative estimate’ – and the total could be
seven figures.
Shortly
after then-officer Wilson shot and killed Michael Brown in a confrontation on a
residential Ferguson street, other crowdfunding sites were launched that
reportedly raised a good deal of money for Wilson before the sites were shut down as violent protests over the killing
intensified.
It’s
likely that Darren Wilson will need whatever money can be raised on his behalf
for more than everyday living expenses. Not only is Eric Holder’s Justice
Department continuing its investigation into whether civil rights charges
will be filed against the former Ferguson cop, but the parents of Michael Brown
have indicated they may sue Wilson in civil court.
The
effort to secure online donations for Darren Wilson is not the only
crowdfunding initiative related to the Ferguson shooting and the resulting
unrest, which included well documented vandalism, looting, and arson.
A
downtown Ferguson bakery, Natalie’s Cakes and More, which was badly damaged
during the rioting, has reportedly received over a quarter-of-a-million dollars in donations from hundreds of supporters.
Plus,
there’s an online effort to raise money for an independent film about Ferguson and race relations in America.
With a crowdfunding site set up at indiegogo.com,
the project is billed as a “response to the growing problem of racial disparity
due to the ongoing dehumanization of black men.”
Currently,
the effort to crowdfund “American Race” has not been nearly as successful as
either the Darren Wilson donation initiative or the bakery project. Supporters
wanting to see the film made have pledged only about $6500 — a
quarter of its $25,000 goal.

religioso Al Sharpton ha hecho declaraciones desenmascarando el racismo en el
Vaticano.
Mientras que
algunas personas ignorantes sin duda han hecho mucho ruido sobre algo injusto y
sin razón, las personas razonables en este mundo están asombradas
de la desición arbitraria del Vaticano ante el asombroso hecho
de que hayan elegido a dos hombres blancos viejos y muertos y los

automóviles de la muerte! Sí, GM está vivo y Osama Bin Laden está muerto!
Cómete esa, Papita.!"
Pero mientras la angustiante
ira e indignación que sienten los estadounidenses los aflige por este
desprecio a el Mesías Obama, esta medida racista del Vaticano puede ser al
final una bendición disfrazada.
Los analistas creen
que esto puede traer finalmente una muy necesaria reevaluación del
papel desempeñado por algunas de las llamadas religiones tradicionales en
nuestra vida cotidiana.
Quizás es hora de
que el país se separe de las prácticas religiosas arcaicas y supersticiosas
financiadas por derechistas multimillonarios e institutos de tradición
religiosa racista, y se adhieran a un gobierno socialista del pueblo
administrado por el estado donde los Santos pueden ser elegidos por ordenes
ejecutivas en lugar de ser elegidos por una oligarquía racista y homofóbica.
No sólo esto, se
puede lograr mayor diversidad en las filas de los declarados para ser santos,
podemos hasta tener santos indocumentados, y se permitirá que personas no
religiosas, durante mucho tiempo excluidas de participar en actividades
canónicas, tengan una mayor voz en la forma en estos asuntos se rigen en la
elección de los santos.
Después de todo,
¿por qué andar por ahí con un especie de Dios que no puedes ver cuando puedes
tener lo real? San Barack Hussein Obama.
Boehner Offers Plan to Oppose Obama Amnesty, Avoid Shutdown

House Speaker John Boehner presented a two-step plan to Republican
lawmakers to try to curb President Barack Obama’s immigration orders while
avoiding a government shutdown this month.
The
House plans to vote this week on a version of a largely symbolic bill, H.R.
5759, that would deny the president authority to protect undocumented
immigrants in the U.S. from deportation, said Representative John Mica, a
Florida Republican.
The
proposal is designed to let House Republicans show they disapprove of Obama’s
executive action on immigration and then vote for a spending bill that would
fund most of the government through September 2015. The Department of Homeland
Security, which has primary responsibility for immigration policy, would be
funded only into March 2015, said Representative Tom Reed, a New York
Republican.
“You’re
going to find enough people that will go along with this,” said Florida
Republican Dennis Ross. A government shutdown wasn’t discussed during
Republicans’ private meeting today, he said.
“We’re
not going to take that bait,” Ross said.
Congressional
Republicans’ public opinion numbers dropped after the 16-day partial shutdown
in October 2013, caused by party members’ insistence on de-funding Obamacare.
Representative
Steve King, an Iowa Republican, said he is urging colleagues to include
language in the funding bill that would block Obama’s order on immigration.
“I
will not vote to fund the president’s lawless unconstitutional act and they
should not be asking members to do so,” he said today.
Representative
Ted Yoho, a Florida Republican, noted that his bill to halt Obama’s deportation
actions can be blocked in the Senate by Nevada Democrat Harry Reid in his last
month as majority leader.
“It
will be symbolic if Reid does,” Yoho said.
After
Republicans take control of the Senate in January, Congress could fight the
immigration order using a DHS funding bill.
House
Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi has threatened to withhold Democratic votes for a
partial spending measure. If the threat holds, Boehner will have to get most of
his members on board to pass it.
Republicans
have been discussing whether to hold up immigration-related sections of the
funding measure in an attempt to scale back Obama’s initiative. Congress must
pass funding legislation by Dec. 11 or risk a partial government shutdown.
The
current fiscal year began Oct. 1, and the government has been operating on
short-term funding scheduled to run out Dec. 11. House Speaker John Boehner and
other leaders have said Republicans won’t create a repeat of last year’s
shutdown.
The
president announced Nov. 20 that he would temporarily halt deportations for
about 5 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. His directive will defer
for three years the deportation of people who came to the U.S. as children and

The
Department of Homeland Security will also streamline the visa process for
foreign workers and their employers and give high-skilled workers more flexible
work authorization.
Obama
has said he would veto any legislation that would block his immigration orders.
While
Obama’s actions amount to the most sweeping changes to the nation’s immigration
system in a generation, they don’t go as far as the legislation that passed the
Senate on a bipartisan vote in June 2013 and stalled in the House.
The

was baptized the night before the Ferguson riot. He was not the man who leaped
onto the car and called for people to burn down the city. That was Michael Brown Jr.’s
stepfather.
On the night of the riot, Brown’s pastor was
on the street where the riot was taking place. He says he was trying to stop
the riot. The police called him. They told him to come to the church. He said
he was busy trying to stop the rioting. They told him that the church had just
been set on fire. His church was at least a mile away from the riot.
This was an inside job. Someone broke in. It
was not started by tossing a Molotov cocktail through a window.
The pastor had previously said that he had
received over 70 threats for his stand on arresting Officer Wilson.
The pastor thinks some white supremacist group did it. Given the threats he had
received, this is plausible.
The issue here is sacrilege. Someone torched
a church. The church may not be insured. The policy excluded riots and civil
disobedience. But if I were the head of the company, I would tell the staff to
write the check. The bad publicity of refusing to pay would do the firm harm.
This riot was covered all over the world.

Flood Christian Church. We pray first off, God, that you would forgive them.
Secondarily, God, we pray that you will save them. Thirdly, we pray that you
will deliver them, and, fourthly, God, we pray that you teach us how to love
the hell out of them.”

Nueva Jersey tras ser identificado y su fotografía difundida, disparó en West
Orange al estudiante universitario de 19 años Brendan Tevlin cuando detuvo su
coche en un semáforo. Este último asesinato lo habría perpetrado en compañía de

Jeb Bush Condemns Obama Immigration Order
Hinting that a decision on his presidential ambitions is coming
"in short order," former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush on Monday condemned
President Barack Obama's recent immigration order for going "way
beyond" what other presidents have done — including Bush's own father.
Bush, the son of one president and brother of another, also
reiterated his support for a pathway to legal status for immigrants in the U.S.
illegally, but said Obama may have exceeded his constitutional authority by
unilaterally lifting the threat of deportation from millions of such immigrants
last month.
"The idea that, well, Reagan did it, my dad did it — they did
it on a much smaller scale and they did it with consent of Congress. There are
a lot of differences," Bush said Monday night at the Wall Street Journal's
CEO Council, an invitation-only event in Washington featuring some of the
nation's most powerful CEOs.
Obama's move "makes it harder" for Congress to adopt
lasting immigration reform, Bush said, speaking publicly about the order for
the first time. "It's a shame."
The former Florida governor is seen as the early favorite of
business-minded Republicans eager to reclaim the White House in 2016. While he
would be a force in the Republican presidential primary, Bush would face
criticism from the party's conservative wing unhappy with his positions on
immigration and education reform. Those who attended Monday's event, however,
include many political donors and Republican business leaders who support a
more forgiving immigration policy.
Bush was seen chatting with News Corp. head Rupert Murdoch, who
has urged lawmakers to adopt a pathway to legal status for immigrants who are
in the country illegally.
Two of the last three Republican presidents — Ronald Reagan and
Bush's father, George H.W. Bush — also extended amnesty to family members of
immigrants who were not covered by the last major overhaul of immigration law
in 1986.
Obama's executive order has drawn a withering response from
Republicans, but also has laid bare divisions within the GOP over how to deal
with immigration. The issue is seen as critical for the GOP ahead of the in
2016 presidential contest as party officials works to attract more Hispanic
voters.
Bush reiterated his interest in a presidential run on Monday.
"I'm thinking about running for president. And I'll make up
my mind in short order — not that far out in the future," he said.
"I don't know if I'd be a good candidate or a bad one,"
Bush continued. "I kind of know how a Republican can win, whether it's me
or somebody else, and it has to be much more uplifting, much more positive,
much more willing to be practical..."
The comments come as Bush works this week to keep his public
profile high.
Earlier in the day, he attended a Capitol Hill fundraiser for
Republican Senate hopeful Bill Cassidy, less than a week before Cassidy faces
incumbent Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu in a runoff election that could
increase the GOP's new majority.
On Tuesday, immigration may come up again as Bush addresses the
annual luncheon on U.S. Cuba Democracy PAC in Miami. The organization is a
political action committee that advocates a tough stance on Cuba.
Bush, whose wife is Mexican, told the CEO Council that he supports
a nation in which people ultimately find no need to identify their cultural
origin.
"That is the America we should aspire to — not the one where
we're dividing ourselves up to find where we are different," Bush said,
"but the fact that you're from a different place or you've got a different
origin is totally irrelevant."

La
concepción de la idea de la lucha contra el racismo ante la Diversidad viene
por una falta de Autoestima del individuo.
Autoestima
es lo que le falta a muchos de los negros en este país y muchos de los
extranjeros aunque lleven tiempo y hasta algunos que han nacido aquí hijos de
extranjeros.
Autoestima
viene de la valoración que hacemos de nosotros mismos, y sin lugar a dudas si
la persona no se valora lo suficiente, está expuesta a que otros lo consideren
inferior, lo acepte, y se convierta en una percepción propia y ajena.
Por la
falta de autoestima surge lo que llaman diversidad. Hablan de
diversidad racial y de origen, pero realmente es diversidad de los que tienen
autoestima y los que no la tienen.
Las
personas no son iguales o diferentes por la raza o el origen, son iguales o
diferentes por la seguridad en sí mismo y su comportamiento en la sociedad, por
su responsabilidad individual.
Cómo
soy de origen Cubano del exilio histórico, tengo una múltiple diversidad
negativa en Miami, y soy rechazado por algunas personas de
diferentes grupos (No todos como es claro). Pero algunos negros,
anglos, latinos de otra nacionalidad, y cubanos de la nueva inmigración no
parecen ver con buenos ojos a los cubanos de mi generación, condición
socio-política o posición económica .
Así que
cuando un negro habla a un blanco de que este no puede entender cómo se siente
un negro discriminado, yo si lo puedo entender, cómo también pudieran
entender negros como Ben Carson o Clarence Thomas.
Pero lo
que importa no es entenderlo, lo que importa no es ser discriminado, lo que
importa es cómo uno reacciona responde a esa absurda situación. Este
es el problema el individuo por si mismo puede solucionar su problema.
Claro
que hemos sido discriminados, en mi primer trabajo en una farmacia el Manager
Judío me dijo que le gustaría darme la posición de asistente de manager, pero
que el que él fuera judío ya era un problema y que poner a un Cubano traería
más problemas. No protesté, simplemente busqué la oportunidad y
cambié de trabajo. Sinceramente creo que ellos perdieron más que yo
cuando perdieron mis servicios.
Pensar
de otra manera es lo que se considera falta de autoestima.
Actuar
de otra manera es el problema.
Durante
mis años en este país que pasan de 50, he tenido que pasar por diferentes
situaciones en que he recibido directa o indirectamente la estupidez del
prejuicio.
Pero de
eso se trata, de reconocer quién es el que no es estúpido y el que es estúpido,
el que cree que es superior sin serlo, con un razonamiento estúpido
o el que tiene la autoestima para saber que no es inferior al estúpido que lo
trata de discriminar.
Si uno
tiene la autoestima, nunca nadie lo puede discriminar, no me puede discriminar
el que no quiere que yo vaya a un lugar, porque el que se lo pierde es el que
no quiere que yo entre, y a mí no me gustaría ir al lugar en que frecuentan
estúpidos que discriminan, de ninguna manera trataría de entrar a un club o
lugar donde no me quieren.
Aunque
como dijo Groucho Marx, a mi no me gustaría ser socio de un club que aceptara a
un tipo como yo. Era un chiste de Groucho, pero tiene la sabiduría
del sarcasmo.
Lo que
le falta a los que se sienten discriminados es simplemente la Autoestima.
Autoestima
es no tener que usar acción afirmativa porque la única afirmación que necesita
es la de su propia persona.
Autoestima
es tratar de lograr algo por sus propios esfuerzos sin pedir privilegios por su
condición racial, social o país de origen.
Autoestima
es tratar de cumplir las leyes del país que lo recibe, no exigir que cambien
las leyes para beneficiarlo a uno.
Autoestima
es saber que porque una persona tiene mi color, o nació en mi país, o tiene mi
oficio, no somos iguales, no tenemos que depender uno del otro, y cada uno es
responsable por sus actos, la responsabilidad individual es un deber que no
puede por definición ser compartido.
Autoestima
es ser auto-suficiente, auto-responsable, estar seguro de sí mismo.
Pero el
que no tiene autoestima, no se respeta a sí mismo, cómo esperamos que pueda
respetar a los demás.
El que
no tiene autoestima, quiere pensar que sus problemas son causados por otros,
porque es eso es más fácil que ser responsable de sus problemas.
El que
no tiene autoestima quiere que otros les resuelvan los problemas y para
sentirse mejor piensa que lo que recibe es un derecho no un beneficio inmerecido.
Por eso
hay problemas raciales, no hay que buscarlos en la policía, donde reside la
autoridad, hay que buscarlo en donde reside la falta de autoestima.
Hasta
que se pueda enseñar a estos grupos llenos de complejos y falta de autoestima,
que sólo con la superación y la responsabilidad personal se puede combatir los
prejuicios y la discriminación.
Mientras
no aprendan esto, habrá la diversidad de los inferiores, no por raza u origen,
pero por falta de autoestima.
Pero
esto no puede suceder, porque hay una agenda política para mantener baja la
autoestima de estas personas. Les dan beneficios, limosnas para
mantenerlos sintiéndose con derechos a vivir de los que responsablemente pagan
sus impuestos porque manteniéndolos con esa baja autoestima son esclavos de sus
amos que los protegen como a los negros de los ingenios y las plantaciones del
pasado.
Es el
voto cautivo, garantizado que se sostiene por la falta de autoestima de los
nuevos esclavos.
Boehner Offers Plan to Oppose Obama Amnesty, Avoid Shutdown

House Speaker John Boehner presented a two-step plan to Republican
lawmakers to try to curb President Barack Obama’s immigration orders while
avoiding a government shutdown this month.
The
House plans to vote this week on a version of a largely symbolic bill, H.R.
5759, that would deny the president authority to protect undocumented
immigrants in the U.S. from deportation, said Representative John Mica, a
Florida Republican.
The
proposal is designed to let House Republicans show they disapprove of Obama’s
executive action on immigration and then vote for a spending bill that would
fund most of the government through September 2015. The Department of Homeland
Security, which has primary responsibility for immigration policy, would be
funded only into March 2015, said Representative Tom Reed, a New York
Republican.
“You’re
going to find enough people that will go along with this,” said Florida
Republican Dennis Ross. A government shutdown wasn’t discussed during
Republicans’ private meeting today, he said.
“We’re
not going to take that bait,” Ross said.
Congressional
Republicans’ public opinion numbers dropped after the 16-day partial shutdown
in October 2013, caused by party members’ insistence on de-funding Obamacare.
Representative
Steve King, an Iowa Republican, said he is urging colleagues to include
language in the funding bill that would block Obama’s order on immigration.
“I
will not vote to fund the president’s lawless unconstitutional act and they
should not be asking members to do so,” he said today.
Representative
Ted Yoho, a Florida Republican, noted that his bill to halt Obama’s deportation
actions can be blocked in the Senate by Nevada Democrat Harry Reid in his last
month as majority leader.
“It
will be symbolic if Reid does,” Yoho said.
After
Republicans take control of the Senate in January, Congress could fight the
immigration order using a DHS funding bill.
House
Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi has threatened to withhold Democratic votes for a
partial spending measure. If the threat holds, Boehner will have to get most of
his members on board to pass it.
Republicans
have been discussing whether to hold up immigration-related sections of the
funding measure in an attempt to scale back Obama’s initiative. Congress must
pass funding legislation by Dec. 11 or risk a partial government shutdown.
The
current fiscal year began Oct. 1, and the government has been operating on
short-term funding scheduled to run out Dec. 11. House Speaker John Boehner and
other leaders have said Republicans won’t create a repeat of last year’s
shutdown.
The
president announced Nov. 20 that he would temporarily halt deportations for
about 5 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. His directive will defer
for three years the deportation of people who came to the U.S. as children and
for parents of children who are citizens or legal permanent residents.

Obama Will Shut
Down Gov’t if Congress Defunds Exec Amnesty
White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest is
warning that President Barack Obama would veto any spending bill that prohibits
federal funds from being spent to enact Obama’s executive amnesty. That means
Obama is willing to shut down the government to preserve his executive
amnesty.
When asked if Obama
would veto a bill that prohibits federal funds from being spent to enact his
executive amnesty, Earnest simply replied: “yes.”
When asked if that
would mean Obama is willing to shut down the government if Congress passes a
funding bill that would “tie the president’s hands” on executive amnesty,
Earnest spun and said, “I actually don’t believe that members of Congress are
going to be willing to go along with an effort to shut down the government over
the president’s executive action on immigration.” Congress must pass a new
spending bill by December 11.
Earnest was not as
clear about Obama’s intentions before Obama announced his executive amnesty. On
November 20, Earnest was asked, “So you don’t rule out the President
signing into law something that would undo the very thing he’s going to
announce tomorrow night?” He responded then, “Well,
I think that seems–I think we’ll have to sort of evaluate for ourselves what
sort of proposals Republicans put forward, so I wouldn’t want to hazard a guess
at this point. But it won’t surprise you to hear proposals that are floated
like that certainly would not be among the kinds of proposals we’d support.”
WARPED: Witness Says Blacks Screamed,

they said it was the white evil cops waging war on black people?
Video shot in the
immediate aftermath of the murder of Bosnian immigrant Zemir Begic in St. Louis
features a local resident revealing how blacks had chanted “f*ck the white
people, kill the white people” before the brutal hammer attack which took
Begic’s life.
With the mainstream
media seemingly keen to keep a lid on whether or not the murder was racially
motivated and linked to the Ferguson riots, this new eyewitness account is
nothing less than explosive.
Begic was killed in
the early hours of Sunday morning when a gang armed with hammers attacked his
vehicle and then set upon the Bosnian as he tried to confront them.
Police insisted the
attack was not racially motivated, while Begic’s family and other Bosnian
immigrants who turned up to protest the slaying asserted otherwise. Two
suspects were taken into custody, while two others, a black teen and a Hispanic
teen, are still on the loose.
The clip above shows
a local resident filming the scene from a distance as emergency personnel
attempt to give Begic CPR.
“Arrest them all,
fuck this shit,” he states, adding, “And, of course, it’s a white kid, right
after black people running up and down the street yelling, ‘Eff the white
people, kill the white people.’ This is what we have.”

Push Short-Term Funding to Block Obama on Illegal Immigrants

Breaking with House Republican leaders,
conservatives are pressing for a short-term plan to fund the government while
blocking President Obama’s move to grant legal status to millions of illegal
immigrants.
The measure would allow the new Congress to
weigh in on the president’s unilateral action and shape the spending debate.
Speaking yesterday during Conversations with
Conservatives, a monthly Capitol Hill gathering with reporters, some of the
House’s most vocal conservative Republicans pushed back on the option of
a “continuing resolution,” or CR, to fund the government through the end
of the fiscal year Sept. 30.
A short-term funding bill, they argued, would
allow the new Congress to counter the president’s run around
lawmakers to shield illegal immigrants from deportation and grant them work
permits.
The 114th Congress will boast Republican
majorities in the Senate as well as the House.
“The cavalry is coming,” Rep. Jim Jordan of
Ohio said of Republican freshmen arriving next month, adding:
Why in the world would you want to extend a
CR, a funding bill, for several months out? Why not wait for those people to
get here? I think the voters have elected us, that’s what they would expect. I
think that makes a lot of sense. Fund the government, but let’s do it for a
short period of time.
One option for Republicans is to pass, by a
Dec. 11 deadline, what has been dubbed a “cromnibus” spending bill — one that
combines omnibus legislation with a short-term continuing resolution.
It would fund all of the government through
September except for the Department of Homeland Security, which includes
immigration enforcement agencies and would get only a few months of funding at
most.
Conservatives who spoke at yesterday’s event
said they would like to see debate begin in January over blocking spending to
carry out Obama’s executive actions changing the immigration system.
“Why would we extend a continuing resolution
until the end of March on DHS?” Rep. Tim Huelskamp of Kansas said. “Why not
vote on the first day we’re back in the new year, when we have all our troops
in place in the Senate?”
Some vulnerable Democrats are expected to
support Republicans in their proposal to defund the president’s move to
legalize up to 5 million illegal immigrants. Huelskamp, though, said others
don’t want such a vote.
“That’s what we need to do: Put everybody on
the line, Republicans, Democrats,” the Kansas Republican told The Daily Signal:
A lot of people probably went home and told
their constituents they’re in favor of the American worker and Americans jobs
and growing our economy, and the president’s executive amnesty does nothing of
the sort.
Earlier in the morning, House Speaker John Boehner
assembled the entire Republican conference to discuss how to move forward now
that the president, in the view of many, has ignored the Constitution to go
around Congress.
If Republicans are nearly united on anything
right nw, it’s their lack of interest in another partial shutdown of the
government over a fight with Obama and the Democrats.
“Nobody wants to shut down the government,”
Rep. Joe Barton of Texas told reporters at Conversations With Conservatives,
adding:
I’ve never been in a Republican conference in
30 years where someone has stood up and said, ‘OK, guys, let’s develop a plan
to shut the government down.’ You just don’t do that.
Huelskamp agreed.
“There’s no one in the conference talking
about a government shutdown,” he said. “The only ones talking about that are
the president and folks in the media.”
Rep. Raúl Labrador of Idaho had a different
take on the possibilities should negotiations stall.
“I don’t think anything is off the table,”
Labrador said. “I don’t think anybody is thinking about a shutdown, but in
negotiations, you never take anything off the table. That’s the first rule of
negotiating, and apparently it’s not one that’s been learned in Washington,
D.C.”
Labrador, who supports specific immigration
reforms, reminded reporters that the House Judiciary Committee has passed
several bills addressing aspects of the problem. But Obama, the Idaho Republican
added, has said he would back off executive action only if the House passed
comprehensive legislation similar to the Senate’s “Gang of Eight” bill, which
the upper chamber passed last year.
“That’s extortion,” Labrador said.
Labrador suggested that the House send the
Senate legislation denying funds to the Department of Homeland Security. If the
Senate fails to pass it, he said, lawmakers could move to a short-term bill.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid told
reporters later in the day that he would consider the House’s “cromnibus”
proposal. The Nevada Democrat said:
That would be a big accomplishment if we
could get a bill over here that would fund all the appropriations subcommittees
except for one. I think it’s kind of unfortunate that they’re talking about not
doing Homeland Security, but that’s the way it is.
Heritage Action for America, the advocacy arm
of The Heritage Foundation,released a
statement that addressed the outgoing majority leader’s weakened position to
make demands:
The Republican-controlled House could — and
should — pass a bill that funds the government while blocking the president’s
executive actions on immigration. Doing so would not only signal House
Republicans are delivering on their election mandate, but also provide an
opportunity to the growing number of Senate Democrats publicly opposed to the
plan to back up their rhetoric with real action.
Indeed, conservative Republican senators
are urging the House not to fund the Department of Homeland Security at all.
“Congress must respond to the president’s
unlawful action by funding the government but not funding illegal amnesty,”
said Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama, ranking minority member of the Budget
Committee. “This is a perfectly sound and routine application of congressional
authority.”
Sen. Mike Lee of Utah said House
Republicans should block funding for programs that implement Obama’s
immigration action and force Democrats to “stand by their words and show
respect for the message the American people sent on Election Day.” Lee
added:
Once the House sends over a bill funding
everything in government except the president’s executive action on amnesty,
then Harry Reid could ignore it and create a government spending emergency, or
he could take the bill up and attempt to strip out the defunding language. In
the latter case, there would be a vote, and, I believe, it would be a very
difficult vote for a number of Democrats.

The Department of Justice is giving liberal
activist groups money from a $16.6 billion settlement with Bank of
America, Judicial Watch reports.
The groups benefiting from the lawsuit,
according toInvestor’s Business Daily, are the National Council of La Raza,
Operation Hope, National Community Reinvestment Coalition and Neighborhood
Assistance Corporation of America. The money also went to “delinquent
borrowers” in Chicago, Oakland, Detroit, Philadelphia and other major “Democrat
strongholds.”
“This is a wealth redistribution scheme
disguised as a lawsuit,” Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, told The
Daily Caller. “And who benefits from the distribution? Interest groups the
administration relies on, outside interest groups, allies and politicians in
communities trying to benefit as well.”
Fitton noted that these liberal groups are
basically what’s left of the Association of Community Organization for Reform
Now (ACORN) network, and that President Barack Obama has ties to ACORN.
“You have La Raza that’s getting money, their
former head is at the White House in a top position whose funding from the feds
has gone up immensely under the Obama administration,” Fitton said.
La Raza, Operation Hope, National
Community Reinvestment Coalition and Neighborhood Assistance Corporation
of America have all intimidated banks to give loans to minorities, even if they
can’t afford to pay them back.

video, Gruber says, “….If the mandate is struck the law basically caves in….If
you get rid of this mandate, this law becomes much less effective.”
“The second threat is the election,” he
continues:
Despite what candidates will tell you,
Republicans can not come in and repeal this law overnight. Certainly not if
they don’t have close to 60 votes in the Senate, even if they did have close to
60 votes in the Senate, they can not do that.
What they can do, is they can essentially kill
it from the inside, because this is such a complicated transformation that
fundamental leadership is required at the federal level, and that leadership
has to come from the president and the administration, in terms of financing
decisions, and just sort of cheerleading as this thing gets implemented.
The lack of cheerleading and financial support
could cause the implementation to go terribly and cause this thing to crater in
on itself.
So there is enormous risk the entire law just
craters if there’s not someone in the White House who cares about making it
work.
So you don’t need active repeal. You just need
ignorance, ignoring the law, and letting it wither on the vine. That may be
enough, and that’s real threat, that’s the major threat I think the law faces.

Un día, cuando era estudiante
de secundaria, vi a un compañero de mí clase caminando de regreso a su casa.
Se llamaba Kyle.
Iba cargando todos sus libros y
pensé:
"¿Por qué se estará
llevando a su casa todos los
libros el viernes? ¡Debe ser un
"nerd!"
Yo ya tenía planes para todo el
fin de semana:
Fiestas y un partido de fútbol
con mis
amigos el sábado por la tarde,
así que me encogí de hombros y seguí mi camino.
Mientras caminaba, vi a un
montón de chicos
corriendo hacia él, cuando lo
alcanzaron,
le tiraron todos sus libros y
le hicieron una
zancadilla que lo tiró al
suelo. Ví que sus
anteojos volaron y cayeron en
el pasto como a tres metros de él. Miró hacia arriba y
pude ver una tremenda tristeza
en sus ojos. Mi
corazón se estremeció, así que
corrí
hacia él mientras gateaba
buscando sus anteojos.
Ví lágrimas en sus ojos. Le
acerque
a sus manos sus anteojos y le
dije, "¡esos
chicos son unos tarados, no
deberían hacer esto!".
Me miro y me dijo:
"¡Hola, gracias!"
Había una gran
sonrisa en su cara; una de esas
sonrisas que
mostraban verdadera gratitud.
Lo ayude
con sus libros. Vivía cerca de
mi casa. Le
pregunté por que no lo había
visto antes y
me contó que se acababa de
cambiar de una escuela privada.
Yo nunca había conocido
a alguien que fuera a una
escuela privada.
Caminamos hasta casa. Lo ayudé
con sus libros;
parecía un buen chico.
Le pregunté si quería jugar al
fútbol el sábado, conmigo y mis amigos, y acepto.
Estuvimos juntos todo el fin de
semana. Mientras más conocía a
Kyle, mejor nos caía, tanto a
mí como a
mis amigos. Llegó el lunes por
la mañana y ahí
estaba Kyle con aquella enorme
pila de
libros de nuevo. Me pare y le
dije: "Hola, vas a sacar buenos músculos si cargas todos
esos libros todos los
días". Se rió y me dio la
mitad para que le ayudara.
Durante los siguientes cuatro
años, Kyle y yo nos convertimos en los mejores amigos.
Cuando ya estabamos por
terminar la secundaria, Kyle decidió
ir a la Universidad de
Georgetown y
yo iría a la de Duke. Sabía que
siempre seríamos amigos, que la distancia no sería un
problema. Él estudiaría
medicina y yo
administración, con una beca de
fútbol. Kyle fue el orador de
nuestra generación. Yo lo cargaba
todo el tiempo diciendo que era
un
"nerd".
Llegó el gran día de la
Graduación.
Él preparó el discurso.
Yo estaba feliz de no ser el
que tenía que hablar. Kyle se veía
realmente bien. Era uno de
esas personas que realmente se
había encontrado a sí mismo
durante la secundaria, había
mejorado
en todos los aspectos y se veía
bien con sus
anteojos.
¡Tenia mas citas con chicas que
yo y todas lo adoraban!
¡Caramba!
Algunas veces hasta me sentía
celoso...
Hoy era uno de esos días.
Pude ver que él estaba nervioso
por el discurso, así que, le di una palmadita en la
espalda y le dije: "Vas a
ver que estarás genial,amigo".
Me miro con una de esas
miradas (realmente de
agradecimiento) y me sonrió.
"Gracias" me dijo.
Limpio su garganta y comenzó su
discurso:
"La Graduación es
un buen momento para dar
gracias a todos aquellos que
nos han ayudado a través de estos años difíciles: tus
padres, tus maestros, tus
hermanos, quizá algún
entrenador... pero
principalmente a
tus amigos. Yo estoy aquí para
decirles a ustedes, que ser amigo de alguien es el mejor
regalo que podemos dar y
recibir, y a propósito,
les voy a contar una historia.
Yo miraba a mi amigo incrédulo,
cuando comenzó a contar la historia del primer día que
nos conocimos. Aquel fin de
semana él tenía
planeado suicidarse.
Hablo de como limpió su armario
y por que llevaba todos sus libros con él, para que su mamá no tuviera que ir
después a recogerlos a la escuela.
Me miraba fijamente y me
sonreía.
"Afortunadamente fui
salvado. Mi amigo me salvó de hacer algo irremediable".
Yo escuchaba con asombro como
este apuesto y popular chico contaba a todos ese
momento de debilidad. Sus
padres también me miraban y me sonreían con esa misma
sonrisa de gratitud. Recién en
ese momento me di cuenta de lo profundo de sus palabras:
"Nunca subestimes el poder
de tus acciones: con un pequeño gesto, puedes
cambiar la vida de otra
persona, para bien o para mal. (proverbios 17:17)
Dios nos pone a cada uno frente
a la vida de otros, para
impactarlos de alguna
manera. "Mira a Dios en
los demás".
Ahora tienes dos opciones:
Enviar este mensaje a
todos tus amigos, o borrarlo y
actuar
como si no hubiera tocado tu
corazón.
"Los amigos son ángeles
que
nos llevan en sus brazos cuando
nuestras alas
tienen problemas para recordar
como volar"
Si tienes
tiempo,................ dedícale 2 minutos a todos tus amigos y envíale este
mail, ellos se lo merecen.
TIGHTENING THE GRIP: California
Attorney General Appeals Decision to Loosen Concealed Weapons Rules
Attorney General Kamala Harris doesn’t want
Americans to be able to practice their second amendment rights freely. She is
trying to tighten her grip on the citizens of Cali, yet again.
The California attorney general Wednesday
asked a full federal appeals court to review a controversial gun case in hopes
the court will overturn a ruling by a three-judge panel that would make it
easier for someone to legally carry a concealed weapon in public.
Atty. Gen. Kamala Harris asked the full 9th
Circuit Court of Appeals to consider the case that led to the 2-1 ruling in
February that struck down a restrictive policy used by the San Diego County
Sheriff’s Department in determining who could receive a concealed weapons
permit.
The ruling said the San Diego County policy
of requiring applicants to prove “good cause” for receiving a concealed weapon
permit violated the 2nd Amendment.
While the ruling only applied to San Diego
County, it is being seen as a precedent for other challenges to gun laws. In
California, each county can set its own rules for concealed weapon permits.
“This case is one of exceptional importance,”
said an appeal signed by Harris and several of her subordinates. Whether the
appeals court will opt to review the panel’s decision is unclear.
