es la sigla para la Corporación Nacional de Petróleo de Malasia, incorporada el
17 de agosto del 1974. La corporación maneja todo el petróleo y sus derivados
en Malasia.
Un
avión de la línea aérea de Malasia que se dirigía a Vietnam, cambió su rumbo,
apuntando como para regresar a Malasia, su piloto o alguien en la cabina
desactivó los métodos usuales de rastreo.
Hay
teorías que se están presentando que el avión, secuestrado o dirigido por su
piloto estaba dirigiéndose hacia las torres gemelas Petronas.
Si
es así algo o alguien impidió que el acto de terrorismo se completara, y el
avión está pulverizado por un cohete en el fondo del mar.
Si es así, es de vital interés para las partes que previnieron este acto, que esto no se conozca. Los familiares de los pasajeros no podrían comprender el sacrificio de los suyos para evitar un acto de terrorismo. Si es así, nunca sabremos nada de nada.

(CNN) – En medio de las conversaciones diplomáticas de alto nivel que
tienen lugar entre Estados Unidos e Irán, es un símbolo de la desconfianza
latente.
Imágenes de un satélite comercial
obtenidas por CNN revelan que Irán está construyendo una réplica a gran escala
de un portaaviones estadounidense, con aviones falsos similares a los de
Estados Unidos incluidos, cerca de la ciudad portuaria de Bandar Abbas.
La maqueta parece imitar un
portaaviones de clase Nimitz (CVN 68), incluso tiene pintado un número
"68" en la cubierta, pero se desconoce cuál será su uso.
Según una fuente oficial
estadounidense, la réplica se parece más a un estudio de Hollywood que a un
buque de guerra.
El gobierno de Estados Unidos no
cree que sea un barco de verdad ni que Irán sea incluso capaz de construir un

Bill and Hillary Clinton’s lawyers have
circled the wagons around documents, photos, videos, and, most recently, newly
discovered audio recordings—likened to the Nixon tapes—held at the William J. Clinton Presidential
Library. After the government watchdog group Judicial Watch sued
to force the Clinton Library to release the literally millions of files, the
Library released a scant 5000 records, claiming that the FOIA requests don’t
reflect the other documents being held.
But this is just the tip of the iceberg.
On the other side of town, the documents
held at the Butler Center for
Arkansas Studies in
Little Rock, documenting Bill Clinton’s years as governor of Arkansas, make the
security at the Clinton Library seem mild. The files are held in a giant safe
and require the personal signature of Clinton crony Bruce Lindsey for even a
peek—and Lindsey has released exactly zero files.
And there’s a lot to hide.
Let’s start with the “suicides” of
teenagers Don Henry and Kevin Ives by laying on the railroad tracks. Clinton’s
medical examiner conveniently ruled the deaths suicide; but when the parents of
the teens screamed bloody murder, the bodies were exhumed showing that the
medical examiner, Dr. Fahmy Malak, had lied. Their bodies clearly showed signs
of foul play, one teen having a knife wound, the other with blunt force trauma
to the head. It has been rumored for years that the boys had witnessed a
huge drug deal go down, part of Clinton’s infamous cocaine empire based in
Mena, Arkansas—and so had to disappear.
What secrets do the William J. Clinton
Presidential Library and Butler Center for Arkansas Studies hold? We will never
know. Presidents and former Presidents in this country, as we now know,are
above the law. Unless the American people demand otherwise.

OBAMACARE: THE MISTAKE AMERICA COULD NOT AFFORD
Journalistic icon Bob Woodward has been in hot water with the Obama
Administration and its more enthusiastic apologists for a while now. He’s
not going to get any more popular with that crowd after his appearance on “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, in which he related a conversation with a doctor he
described as a “very knowledgeable, very involved supporter of ObamaCare” who
nevertheless described it as similar to “a car stuck in first gear.”
When Woodward asked this
ObamaCare-supporting doctor when he thought second gear might kick in, the
response was, “Honestly, years!” because, to continue the clunker car analogy,
“the transmission is in the shop for repairs.”
This led to a remarkable burst of blubbering from one of our dwindling
supply of ObamaCare apologists, Juan Williams, who sobbed that nobody was
trying to count up enrollment numbers or calculate sustainability when Mitt
Romney rolled out his health
care plan in Massachusetts, and those mean old green-eyeshade-wearing
Republicans should just put their evil accounting witchery on hold and give
ObamaCare a few years to creak and shudder into second gear.
Which nicely illustrates
one of the core idiocies animating ObamaCare apologists: they’ve arrogantly
insisted on refusing to accept the very obvious point that Massachusetts is not
equivalent to the entire United States of America. A program that
more-or-less works in one state (and there have always been plenty of critics,
both locally and nationally, who think “less” is a better description of how
well RomneyCare works) can prove both Constitutionally offensive and
unsustainable on the national level. It’s such an obvious point that it
seems ludicrous to have to explain it to adult citizens of the United States,
over and over again. Mitt Romney tried to do so on the campaign trail,
but frankly he didn’t make the point nearly as well as he should have, and the
fact that he had to make it at all was a burden upon his campaign. Like
ObamaCare, Romney’s campaign ended up stuck in first gear, trying to explain a
high-information concept to low-information voters, while the Idiocracy ran
around telling people that Mitt Romney gave a steel worker’s wife cancer just
by looking at her.
Let us focus upon a very simple reason Romneycare could survive in
Massachusetts – until the incompetence of Barack Obama and his team turned
even that state
into an ObamaCare nightmare – while the Affordable Care Act doesn’t work across the
whole of the United States: money. ObamaCare is hideously expensive, and only
a portion of the cost is borne by the inflated insurance premiums so many of
its subjects are expected to pay. It’s the worst Cash for Clunkers scheme
Obama has come up with yet – it’s costing us billions to get the ACA clunker into second gear.
We can’t afford to spend more billions every year while bureaucrats
fiddle with the clutch and gear shift, especially since ObamaCare’s critics –
who have always understand the law far better than its supporters – think third gear will never kick
in.
“After four years of implementation, countless delays, a website
disaster, and constant litigation, the Affordable Care Act celebrates its
inauspicious birthday this week,” says the introduction to a new study from the American Action Forum. ”From a regulatory perspective, the law has imposed
more than $27.2 billion in total private sector costs, $8
billion in unfunded state burdens, and more than 159 million paperwork hours on
local governments and affected entities. What’s more troubling, the law has
generated just $2.6 billion in annualized benefits, compared to $6.8 billion in
annualized costs. In other words, the ACA has imposed 2.5 times more costs than
it has produced in benefits.”
159 million paperwork hours is more than double what the hideously
complicated, economy-retarding Dodd-Frank law dumped on Americans – enough of a
burden to keep eighty thousand people working 2,000 hours per year. Of
course, Big Government liberals believe private-sector time is without value –
you should be happy to spend
hours expressing your patriotism by wrestling with mandatory paperwork! – but
even government agencies, such as HHS and the Treasury, are paying for millions
of hours of paper-shuffling due to the Affordable Care Act. Or, more to
the point, they’re forcing you to
pay for it by funding these bloated agencies, but at least they acknowledge the
cost exists, unlike the private-sector compliance costs they try to obscure.
ObamaCare imposes costs far beyond paperwork compliance, of course.
All those mandates, plus dozens of hidden taxes, siphon more billions out
of the private economy. And all this for a law that has, thus far,
actually increased the
number of uninsured Americans! But even if the ACA survives and finally
climbs into “second gear” one of these years, the meager potential increase in
the insured population becomes utterly ridiculous when measured against the
exorbitant cost. Instead of wasting billions and wrecking the insurance
industry to give a handful of people access to lousy insurance policies with
huge out-of-pocket costs, we could have bought every uninsured person in
America circa 2008 a Cadillac health care plan for a fraction of the cost.
The scale of expense associated with ObamaCare is staggering, and it finances a
system the majority of Americans hate. When the apologists for this
system whine that we need to give it a decade or two before we pass final
judgment, they’re not just telling us to mute our criticism (as if they have
any right to make that demand!)
They’re commanding us to pour billions more dollars into a system that
has already wasted enormous sums, while failing to keep any of the promises it was
sold under.
ObamaCare is an expensive fraud. Why should we spend a few more
years watching the hucksters who sold us this lemon grind its gears, grinning
through a river of sweat as they promise it will take off like a rocket any day
now? Shall we discuss the agonizingopportunity
cost of time lost
while we struggle with this failed program, rather than implementing real
reforms that would benefit our health care system? And does anyone
remember the Clunker-Salesman-in-Chief warning us that it would take years of
time, and billions of dollars in expenses, before his scheme started firing on
all cylinders… or that it would take a hundred million hours a year in paperwork
to keep it running?

UPDATE: When The Man Who Occupies The Oval Office Says
He Will Veto A Law That Would Require Him To Obey The Law, Is It Unreasonable
To Ask If America Has Become A Dictatorship?
To echo Congressman Trey Gowdy, if the man occupying the Oval Office asserts the power to ignore or disregard certain laws, what is to stop him from violating any law he chooses to violate?
Last week, the House of Representatives passed Gowdy's ENFORCE the Law Act of 2014 (H.R. 4138), a simple measure that would require Barack Obama to actually obey and enforce the law... imagine that. Harry Reid and Barack Obama are trying to block it... and we're not going to let them get away with it.
It's time for patriotic Americans to literally rise up and send Barack Obama a clear message: You are not a KING. You are not our DICTATOR. You are not ABOVE THE LAW. And we refuse to allow you to make up the law as you go.

In short, the ENFORCE the Law Act would enable Members of Congress to sue the Executive Branch including Barack Obama in federal court when it disregards or flagrantly violates the U.S. Constitution.
As Gowdy put it: "This bill is necessary; it will give Congress the authority to defend this branch of government as the Framers and our fellow citizens would expect."
The Separation of Powers enumerated in the Constitution aren't difficult to understand. In fact, they are so easy to understand that we teach them to 10-year-olds in our nation's failing public schools.
But Mr. I-Am-A-Constitutional-Scholar Obama and his minions seem to have difficulty with the very same concept that is understood by grade school children.
After the House passed Gowdy's bill on a bipartisan vote, Barack Obama immediately issued a statement that said: "Congress may not assign such power to itself." It would appear that Mr. Obama isn't reading the same Constitution that our Founders signed and ratified.
And one of Mr. Obama's puppets in Congress, ultra-liberal Representative James P. McGovern, (D-MA), trumpeted Obama's dictatorial delusion when he said, "You guys just don't like the president. I get it. But get over it," just before declaring that Gowdy's bill is "unconstitutional."
Sorry Mr. McGovern, but the American people aren't just "going to get over it."
Gowdy asked: "If a president can change some laws, can he change all laws?"In light of the statements and actions coming from Mr. Obama and his allies in Congress, we must ask: If a president can declare entire sections of the Constitution unconstitutional, what is to stop him (or her) from effectively declaring that the entire Constitution is unconstitutional?
We can think of no better reason to explain exactly why we must rally behind Gowdy. His ENFORCE the Law Act is moving to the Senate and we need a flood of faxes and calls demanding that the Senate pass this law and send it to Barack Obama's desk immediately.
Obama Is Threatening A Veto, But We Say Bring It On.
Even Speaker of the House John Boehner knows the score when it comes to Obamas lawlessness. Boehner stated, "The fact that the president would threaten to veto a measure requiring him to uphold his Constitutional obligations underscores why this bill is needed, and why Senate Democrats should pass it immediately."
Oh yes, Barack Obama is threatening to veto this bill, but what should we expect from a man who brags that he will go around Congress if Congress does not do as HE wants? What should we expect from a man who has proudly and defiantly engaged in lawlessness at every turn?

Thats just to name a few examples of the Obama Administrations lawlessness. From the Obama IRS abuses to any one of the other mounting Administration scandals, the list literally goes on and on...
After all, Obama's arrogance knows no bounds. Even the liberal media's favorite leftist "legal expert" and Obama apologist Jonathan Turley seems to acknowledge that Obama believes that our Constitution says what Obama thinks it says at any given moment.
Turley writes: "The United States is at a constitutional tipping point: The rise of an uber presidency unchecked by the other two branchesand "contempt for the separation of powers has accelerated at an 'alarming rate' under Obama."
Make no mistake, we want the Senate to bring the Enforce the Law Act of 2014 to Mr. Obama's desk and we're going to dare him to veto it.
We're going to dare him to explain to every man, woman and child in the United States exactly WHY he VETOED legislation that will help force him to faithfully execute the Constitution and laws of our nation.
We can take back this country. We can take back the debate, but to do so we must force those who we elect to high office to act with bold colors and not pale pastels.
As Gowdy said: "Maybe members of Congress would be respected more if we respected ourselves enough to require that when we pass something, it be treated as law."
We agree. We say that the time to push the envelope is now and we say that pushing that envelope starts with patriotic Americans overwhelming Members of the United States Senate with calls and faxes. Let them know that you are paying attention and let them know that you are serious.

When terrorists become pharmacists

Do you know where your medications come from? It might be from an international terrorist drug ring. A new study from the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism finds that terror group Hezbollah is “already involved in manufacturing and distributing counterfeit medications.” Institute director Boaz Ganor says that “Hezbollah is liable to use its production centers, international smuggling and distribution networks, and ties to international crime syndicates to insert deadly fake drugs into the pharmaceuticals market.”
There are a variety of ways terror groups get involved in the legal drug market. They may steal, repackage and sell licit drugs, either prescription or over-the-counter medications. Pharmaceutical workers may moonlight with terror groups, or work for them full time. Sometimes terrorists sell bogus or adulterated medications, and other times manufacture and market their own.
Hezbollah has been involved in the counterfeit drug market for several years. In 2006, Iran sent Hezbollah in Lebanon equipment to make Captagon, an amphetamine that was once used for treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactiity Disorder (ADHD). Captagon has been banned in most countries since 1986, but it still widely used — and abused — in the Middle East. Engaging in this type of illicit trade within the Islamic world creates religious-ethical issues for the terrorists, but Hezbollah obtained a special religious dispensation, provided the pills did not go to Shiite Muslim areas but only to Sunni-majority countries.
Participation in the drug trade reaches the highest levels of the terror group. Lebanese authorities intercepted two machines for Captagon manufacture being sent to Sheikh Hussein al-Musawi, a Hezbollah parliamentarian and chemist. In February 2013, Lebanon charged Abdullatif Fneish, brother of Hezbollah official and Minister of State for Administrative Affairs Mohammed Fneish, with importing counterfeit drugs. The Fniesh drug ring is alleged to have imported and warehoused over 100 types of medications, for distribution within Lebanon and abroad.
Hezbollah has a well-developed global drug distribution and money-laundering network, based on years of involvement in trading heroin and cocaine. Last April, the U.S. Treasury Department blacklisted two Lebanese financial houses for aiding Hezbollah in hiding profits from the drug trade. Kassem Rmeiti & Co. for Exchange laundered nearly $30 million in drug proceeds in the last five years. The Halawi Exchange Co. helped move $220 million worth of used cars from the United States to Benin as a front to hide drug money. Hezbollah is also active in the West African diamond trade, through which it makes drug profits virtually untraceable.
Hezbollah is active in the Western Hemisphere, working in concert with Mexican drug cartel Los Zetas to distribute drugs in Latin America. Presumably they could tap into cartel drug distribution networks that reach into the United States. It would not be the first time Hezbollah penetrated our borders. The organization ran a cigarette smuggling ring out of Charlotte, North Carolina, for several years that generated tens of millions of dollars. And loosely-regulated internet drug sales present opportunities for terrorists to ply the drug trade through seemingly respectable front groups. Given this emerging frontier in narco-terrorism the time may come when you may not know whether your pharmacist is actually a terrorist.

Do you know where your medications come from? It might be from an international terrorist drug ring. A new study from the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism finds that terror group Hezbollah is “already involved in manufacturing and distributing counterfeit medications.” Institute director Boaz Ganor says that “Hezbollah is liable to use its production centers, international smuggling and distribution networks, and ties to international crime syndicates to insert deadly fake drugs into the pharmaceuticals market.”
There are a variety of ways terror groups get involved in the legal drug market. They may steal, repackage and sell licit drugs, either prescription or over-the-counter medications. Pharmaceutical workers may moonlight with terror groups, or work for them full time. Sometimes terrorists sell bogus or adulterated medications, and other times manufacture and market their own.
Hezbollah has been involved in the counterfeit drug market for several years. In 2006, Iran sent Hezbollah in Lebanon equipment to make Captagon, an amphetamine that was once used for treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactiity Disorder (ADHD). Captagon has been banned in most countries since 1986, but it still widely used — and abused — in the Middle East. Engaging in this type of illicit trade within the Islamic world creates religious-ethical issues for the terrorists, but Hezbollah obtained a special religious dispensation, provided the pills did not go to Shiite Muslim areas but only to Sunni-majority countries.
