La Guerra de las Galaxias ¿DOMESTICA?
¿Tiene América un chino atrás? amenper.
Siempre he pensado que la mejor
medida para asegurar la paz es una nación fuerte.
Por eso siempre fui un admirador de
Ronald Reagan, y tuve que sufrir con Reagan a la prensa izquierdista mofándose
de Reagan y llamando a sus medidas para hacer a esta nación fuerte, como la
“guerra de las Galaxias”.
Pero como no hay nada más socorrido
que el tiempo para demostrar una verdad, hoy todos tienen que aceptar que si no
hubiera sido por Ronald Reagan, estaríamos quizás viviendo en Los Estados
Soviéticos de América.
En los libros de las profecías de los
últimos tiempos, hablan de que habrá Anti-Cristos.
No voy a hablar de profecías bíblicas
o de interpretaciones místicas, simplemente hago mención de la
palaba Anti-Cristo para expresar un concepto comparativo secular.
Un Anti-Cristo, sería alguien que
aparentemente imita a Cristo con sus acciones, pero que en realidad sus obras
parodiando a Cristo, son para todo lo contrario, para el mal en vez de para el
bien.
No estoy implicando que Obama sea el
Anti-Cristo, lo que estoy haciendo un concepto comparativo secular para decir
que Obama es el "Anti-Reagan".
Mientras Reagan fortaleció América
para librarnos del enemigo externo, vemos que Obama está haciendo lo mismo, un
fortalecimiento de la nación, pero orientado hacia un “enemigo” doméstico.
La pregunta es, ¿Quién es ese enemigo
doméstico para el que se está preparando Obama? Como tampoco soy un
profeta secular, dejo a su interpretación lo que está sucediendo, simplemente
les menciono ciertos hechos.
Las leyes de la administración de
Obama, están básicamente dirigidas a proteger al gobierno contra algo que
sucederá domésticamente. Obama sabe algo que yo no sé, y esto me intriga.
Las leyes para usar los “Drones” o
sea esos cohetes teledirigidos que le dan permiso al presidente para atacar a
ciudadanos americanos combatientes “terroristas”, la preparación de edificios
institucionales para recibir miles de prisioneros “terroristas” en territorio
nacional, la compra de municiones por el Departamento de Seguridad doméstica,
que excede a una cantidad superior que la que se ha usado en toda la guerra de
Iraq. La compra de vehículos blindados contra minas llamados MRAP, para usar en
las calles domésticas.
Con estas medidas y otras, tal parece
como si el país se estuviera preparando para una guerra civil, que estamos
presenciando una preparación para una “Guerra de las Galaxias” de tipo
doméstico.
Cuando un niño nace en China,
los amigos de la familia les desean que el recién nacido “viva en tiempos
interesantes”.
No sé si este deseo es para bien, no
sé si el chino que era nuestro vecino en mi pueblo cuando yo nací, le expresó
ese deseo a mis padres.
Pero sin lugar a dudas estamos
viviendo en tiempos interesantes y extraños, aunque no creo que la
culpa de las cosas que están pasando en estos tiempos tenga algo que ver
con mi amigo de la niñez, el chino Francisco.
Aunque algunos dicen que en estos
tiempos tal parece que América tiene un chino atrás.

Some are already talking about Ted
Cruz up as a potential 2016 presidential candidate.
“It is an undercurrent and growing,”
said Texas GOP consultant Bill Miller. “Most observers believe he is moving
very fast toward a much higher visibility. The presidential buzz has begun in
earnest.”
Jeff Judson, a major tea party
figure in the Lone Star State and a Cruz booster, said the movement is totally
organic and not emanating from Cruz or his staff.
“Yes, there is a buzz about Cruz
running for president, but a different kind of buzz than with other prior
candidates,” Judson said. “He has serious gravitas – more than all the 2012
Republican presidential candidates combined.”
The question is Cruz’s eligibility
Cruz, was born in Canada, and like a
couple of presidential candidates before him, faces a potential hurdle to
running for president in that it’s not 100 percent clear that he’s a
“natural-born citizen,” as the 14th Amendment requires presidents to be.
Cruz’s mother was a U.S. citizen
when he was born, and current U.S. law extends citizenship to anyone born to a
U.S. citizen, regardless of where the birth takes place. The question is
whether citizenship is the same thing as being a “natural-born citizen.”
Legal scholars agree that Cruz meets that requirement, and
Cruz’s office agrees. But it also remains somewhat untested in the
courts.
Democrats in 1967 suggested that
George Romney would not be eligible to serve as president, because he was born
to U.S. citizens in Mexico. But a New York Law Journal piece at the time argued
forcefully that he would be, and that seemed to put the issue to rest.
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), the
GOP’s nominee in 2008, was born in the Panama Canal Zone to U.S. citizens.
After he secured the party’s nomination, the Senate in 2008 passed a resolution
stating that McCain was indeed a natural-born citizen.
So, why Romney, and McCain but
not Cruz?, this could bring out the Cuban roots of Ted and claims of
racial discrimination.
“The nonpartisan Congressional
Research Service has even weighed in on the issue, writing in November 2011
that people born to U.S. citizens in foreign countries “most likely” qualify as
natural-born citizens.”
“The weight of more recent federal
cases, as well as the majority of scholarship on the subject, also indicates
that the term ‘natural born citizen’ would most likely include, as well as
native born citizens, those born abroad to U.S. citizen-parents, at least one
of whom had previously resided in the United States, or those born abroad to
one U.S. citizen parent who, prior to the birth, had met the requirements of
federal law for physical presence in the country,”
This open the question, are we going
to have two possible presidential candidates of Cuban origin during the
Republican primaries of 2016?.(Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio)
It would be an interesting thing to
watch, I am proudly looking forward to this probability.

The budget is nonetheless being criticized by conservatives for being overly ambitious since it effectively repeals Obamacare and assumes Medicare ‘savings’ at the same time. AEI’s James Pethoukoukis believes that lowering the top marginal rate to 25% isn’t going to happen. A few other of his criticisms is that the Ryan plan doesn’t reform Social Security and Medicare reform needs to happen before 2024.
The Democrats will scoff at Ryan’s proposal, meaning that such aggressive and necessary action to get government spending back under control is not going to happen unless the GOP can be successful during national elections. But more broadly, a cultural sea change is needed to convince younger voters that they aren’t owed anything at the expense of others.
What will be shocking for some of the younger generation is they will be footing more of the bill for the elderly, who nonetheless lived the American dream and have higher net worths on average. This is grossly unfair, but most young people seem oblivious to this situation. Also beyond most people’s grasp is that entitlements damage the economy, which can eventually implode.
Until the entitlement mentality is changed, convincing voters that government should do less and not more will continue to be a relatively ineffective sell. Eso les alcanza para meterle 5.33 balazos a cada persona que
vive en los Estados Unidos o 106.66 balazos para cada uno de los 15 millones de
ciudadanos (considerados los mas cojonudos) lo cual seria el 5% de la poblacion
en USA ya que por estadistica ese es el porcentage de personas que se bate

Jonas Gahr Stor, ministro de Asuntos Exteriores, ha afirmado que se rechazarán las donaciones millonarias de Arabia Saudí y varios empresarios musulmanes para financiar la construcción de mezquitas en Noruega. Según dicho ministro, las comunidades religiosas tienen derecho a recibir ayuda financiera, pero el gobierno noruego, excepcionalmente y por razones lógicas, no apoya la financiación islámica con cientos de millones de euros. Jonas Gahr Stor apunta que “sería una paradoja, y antinatural aceptar las fuentes de financiación de un país donde no hay libertad religiosa”. El ministro también afirma que “la aceptación de ese dinero sería un contrasentido”, recordando la prohibición que existe en el país árabe para la construcción de iglesias de otras religiones. Jonas Gahr Stor también anuncia que “Noruega llevará el asunto ante el Consejo de Europa” donde defenderá esta decisión basada en la más estricta reciprocidad con Arabia Saudita.

Parodiando el Matrimonio
Las parodias por
definición son Imitaciónes burlesca de una persona o
cosa, y como imitación pueden ser aceptadas y de hecho las parejas
homosexuales se han aceptados con el nombre de uniones civiles, pero nunca
serán lo mismo que un matrimonio, aunque lo apoye el presidente de la
república.
Una unión civil
es un estado civil similar al matrimonio, creados típicamente para permitir el
acceso de las parejas homosexuales a la mayor parte de las ventajas gozadas por
las parejas heterosexuales casadas, y si algo le faltare lo pueden pedir y
seguro que se les otorgará, pero sin llegar a otorgarles el estado legal, que
se llama matrimonio.
Las uniones
civiles están también disponibles para los heterosexuales que no desean
formalizar su relación en un matrimonio. Desafortunadamente cada día se ven más
estas uniones civiles heterosexuales, pero tienen su derecho igual que los
homosexuales..
Las uniones
civiles son paradójicamente idénticas al matrimonio en casi todo excepto el
nombre.
O sea que lo que
están pidiendo los homosexuales con la anuencia del Presidente Obama es
simplemente una cuestión una imagen para una agenda política
y social.
Es parodiar el
sacramento del matrimonio en lo religioso y anular la realidad biológica del
matrimonio en lo secular o sea es un ataque discriminatorio y un burla a
los que piensan diferente a ellos.
No hay
discriminación por oponerse al matrimonio homosexual, porque no se está negando
ningún derecho civil a una pareja del mismo sexo.
Pero hay una
burla implícita a querer usurpar una palabra que no describe su unión
sexual. Hay discriminación para las parejas de sexos opuestos que
se han unido para biológicamente procrear y formar un núcleo familiar, y
discriminación para las parejas de sexos opuestos que se unen en matrimonio
como un sacramento de su iglesia
El matrimonio
homosexual no es rechazado simplemente por convicciones religiosas, hay ateos
que reconocen lo absurdo de llamar un matrimonio a la unión de dos personas del
mismo sexo.
No son los que
se oponen al matrimonio homosexual los intransigentes, los oponente han
accedido a crear un estado civil para que tenga en libertad una parodia del
matrimonio.

I support the below legislature and most do to. Probably the most
important legislature made in the state of Florida within the last 10 team
years . If this legislature is approved it will put Florida in solid financial
footing for years to come . It will probably be the first of this kind and many
other states will soon follow. The legislature will pare the "government
pension system " with the private sector benefits offers . It will put and
end to lavish government pensions that only some now have and surely are no
longer possible to afford. This legislature will bring more companies to the
state of Florida as taxes will become more stable and cost of living for the
Florida resident less burdensome.

TALLAHASSEE — House Republicans on Friday
voted to close Florida’s pension system to new state and local government
workers, forcing them instead into 401(k)-style investment plans that would
shift the financial risk away from taxpayers.
The proposal, a priority of House Speaker
Will Weatherford, passed along party lines 73-43 after nearly four hours of
debate Thursday and Friday. It now moves to the Senate, where members have yet
to fully embrace the dramatic change.
The legislation, HB 7011, would prohibit
government employees, police and firefighters and teachers across the state
hired after Jan. 1, 2014, from enrolling in the state’s pension fund.
It does not affect the Florida Retirement
System’s current 1 million members.
Weatherford, R-Wesley Chapel, said changes
are necessary to prevent the $132 billion pension fund from going bankrupt.
“If we do nothing then the state of Florida
will continue to spend money that should be going to education and health care,
and it’s got to be spent on things like a broken pension system,” said
Weather-ford, who posted a message on his Twitter account saying that pensions
have gone the way of Beta-max, a defunct videocassette format.
Democrats, backed by labor groups, said
that the changes are unnecessary and punitive, and that the pension system
remains healthy.
“I understand we must get our fiscal house
in order, but we cannot, and should not, do it on the back of our public
workers,” said Rep. Clovis Watson, D-Gainesville. “We will still have to take
care of our citizens. It’s a matter of which line item that will come from.”
While the outcome of Friday’s vote was
expected, the fate of the proposal in the Senate is very much uncertain.
Sen. Jack Latvala, R-Clearwater, has called
Weatherford’s approach “ill conceived.”
A study by a Virginia actuarial firm,
Milliman, was supposed to provide Weatherford with the rationale for the
changes, but several senators say the study has only made the case for reform
even more convoluted.
Senators instead are considering a
different proposal, SB 1392, which would tweak the current system for most
state employees.
Currently, public employees who now fail to
choose between the pension system or a 401(k)-style plan are automatically
steered into the pension. The Senate proposal would instead place them in the
401(k)-style plan.
The Senate plan, sponsored by Sen. Wilton
Simpson, R-New Port Richey, also includes a carrot for workers: Employees who
choose the 401(k) plan would contribute 2 percent of their salary toward
retirement, while pension plan members would contribute 3 percent.
As part of the Senate plan, only highly
paid employees such as senior managers and department heads would be prohibited
from joining the pension system.
Weatherford said he doesn’t think the
Senate plan is “bad.”
“We think ours is better,” Weatherford
said. “But we certainly want to show deference to the Senate. I’m
sure there will be some negotiations that ensue.”
