AMENPER: HILLARY SAYS ‘WITH A CLOTH OR SOMETHING?’ WHEN ASKED IF SHE WIPED SERVER

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton responded to a question on whether she tried to wipe her server with “What, like with a cloth or something?” During a press conference on Tuesday.
Hillary was asked if she tried to wipe the entire server so there would be no personal or work emails on it. She answered, “Well, my personal emails are my personal business, right? So, I — so we went through a painstaking process and turned over 55,000 pages of anything we thought could be work-related. Under the law, that decision is made by the official. I was the official. I made those decisions. And I just said, over 1,200 over the emails have been deemed not work-related. Now, all I can tell you is, in retrospect, if I had used a government account, and I had said, ‘You know, let’s release everything. Let’s let everybody in America see what I did for four years, we would have the same arguments.'”
She was asked again if she tried to wipe the whole server, to which Clinton said, “I have no idea, that’s why we turned it over –.” Asked again, she answered, “What, like with a cloth or something?” She further maintained that she doesn’t know how the server “works digitally at all.”
Asked if she tried to wipe the server, Hillary stated, “In order to be as cooperative as possible, we have turned over the server. They can do whatever they want to with the server to figure out what’s there or what’s not there. That’s for the people investigating it to try to figure out. But we turned over everything that was work-related, every single thing. Personal stuff, we did not. I had no obligation to do so, and I did not.”

Adulterers in the White House

Hundreds of email addresses from the Obama White House and key federal agencies have been uncovered in a leaked list of clients who use Ashley Madison, the website that encourages people to sign up for a chance to cheat on their spouse.

Hackers broke into the cheating website, and late Tuesday, Wired.com reported that information on 32 million users was posted on a "dark" website used by well-known hackers. The data includes much of the personal information of the alleged users, and one link made available breaks the data down into how many clients come from various government websites.

According to that link, thousands of members of the U.S. military appear to be clients of Ashley Madison. But there also appear to be hundreds of users from other key agencies, including the White House.

The list says there are 44 emails registered on the Ashley Madison site with a "WhiteHouse.gov" address.

‘Good God He’s Stupid’: Ann Coulter Blasts Bill O’Reilly in Defense of Donald Trump

·

·
·
·
Yesterday, she announced that she “hates” Carly Fiorina. Today, she called Bill O’Reilly “stupid.”
Conservative commentator Ann Coulter has held nothing back over the past couple of days in her unwavering defense of Donald Trump and, specifically, his plan to mass-deport illegal immigrants if elected president.
Trump defended his immigration plan during an appearance on O’Reilly’s Fox News show Tuesday night, saying that he would be allowed to deport so-called “anchor babies” because they aren’t really U.S. citizens under the 14th Amendment.
But at the end of the interview, O’Reilly fired back at Trump.
“If you’re born here you’re an American. Period. Period,” the Fox News host said.
Coulter, who was apparently traveling at the time the interview aired, later took to Twitter and blasted O’Reilly over his comment.
“Just got off a plane and my email feed is exploding with denunciations of Bill O’Reilly for interview w/ @realDonaldTrump on ‘THE FACTOR,’” she tweeted.

Hillary Clinton’s Lawyer Confirms Her Email Server Was Wiped Clean

Story by the Associated Press; curated by Kaitlyn Schallhorn.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Hillary Rodham Clinton’s personal lawyer has told a Senate committee that emails and all other data stored on her computer server were erased before the device was turned over to federal authorities.
In a letter sent last week to Sen. Ron Johnson, the chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, David Kendall said the server was transferred to the FBI on August 12 by Platte River Networks, a Denver firm hired by Clinton to oversee the device. Federal investigators requested custody of the server to learn whether the data stored on it was secure. The Senate committee made Kendall’s letter public on Tuesday.

In exchanges with reporters earlier this week, Clinton said she was not aware if the data on her server was erased. Forensics experts told The Associated Press this week that many emails and other data can still be extracted from servers even after they are expunged.
Kendall, Clinton’s long-time personal lawyer, also said that both he and another lawyer had been given security clearances by the State Department to handle a thumb drive containing about 3,000 emails that Clinton later turned over to the agency. Kendall said the thumb drive, which has also been since given to authorities, was stored in a safe provided in July by the State Department. Kendall did not say when he was given his clearance from State. The GOP-dominated Senate Judiciary Committee has separately asked Kendall if he had any access to Clinton’s emails before he was given his security clearance.
Republican senators on both committees are pressing to see whether any emails sent or received by Clinton on the private server while she was secretary of state contained any sensitive or secret information that should have been only exchanged on secured, encrypted government communications portals. An inspector general for the State Department said recently that several emails sent to Clinton did include such classified material – signaling that the transmission of those emails risked violating government guidelines for the handling of classified material.
Clinton campaign officials on Tuesday sought to show that the information contained in those emails did not risk spillage of classified data at the time they were sent to the former secretary of state.

DAILY EVENTS FEATURED STORY

Is Hillary Above the Law?

Brian Darling   |
Clinton Comments on Questions Over Emails
Hillary Clinton decided when she took the office of Secretary of State that she was above the law.
Hillary knew that she was supposed to use a secure government controlled server for email and other communications, but she believed that she was part of an elite class of people who are not subject to the same laws as average Americans.
The Clintons are the political equivalent of royalty and Bill proved that he was above the law.
The Daily Mail put together an excellent time line of events in this developing scandal. A Romanian hacker named ‘Guccifer’ exposed screen shots of Clinton’s longtime confidant Sidney Blumenthal’s AOL email account in March of 2013 that contained emails from the Secretary of State.
Since that date, evidence is mounting of a Clinton cover up.
According to the Daily Mail time line, in June of 2013, Hillary shifted control of email domain to IT contractor and sent her original server hardware to a data center facility in New Jersey where it was erased. Erasing, or wiping, the hard drive shows that Hillary did not want anybody to second-guessing the way she handled her email that likely contained, what most people would consider, classified information.
The Associated Press reported on June 30, 2015, “senior Obama administration officials knew as early as 2009 that Hillary Rodham Clinton was using a private email address for her government correspondence.” This implicates others like former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel and Obama confidant David Axelrod.
According to the AP “the newly released emails show Clinton sent or received at least 12 messages in 2009 on her private email server that were later classified ‘confidential’ by the U.S. government. Those emails were censored because officials said they contained activities relating to the intelligence community, or had discussed the production and dissemination of U.S. intelligence information. At least two dozen emails were also marked ‘sensitive but unclassified’ at the time they were written, including a December 2009 message from top Clinton aide Huma Abedin about an explosion in Baghdad that killed 90.” This is strong evidence that Hillary is lying about her emailing of sensitive information.
Hillary can claim that this information was not clearly marked as “classified,” yet it defies logic that her official emails about an explosion in Baghdad was anything but communication that should be shielded from our enemies. The purpose of classifying information is to prevent exactly the types of communications that were conducted by Hillary on a daily basis on her private home brew email server. Only a person who believes they are above the rules of everybody else would even consider a private email server for State Department correspondence.
Just look at the language Hillary has used to dodge questions about her official email.
Breitbart has a fact checking post where they break down the Clinton dodges. One is “I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material.” Is she saying that it was not designated classified by her own State Department or is this some other dodge? Clinton’s wiggle room in her excuses is expanding as this scandal explodes.
The new parsing of words is that Hillary now argues that she did not email any material “marked” as classified – “I never sent classified material on my email and I never received any that was marked classified.” So, it is possible that Hillary received classified information on her personal email that did not have a stamp of classified on the document.
Yet, as CNS News reported, On July 24, Intelligence Community Inspector General Charles McCullough and State Department Inspector General Steve Linick issued a joint statement stating that four emails out of a limited sampling of 40—of the 30,000 that Clinton turned over to the State Department—included classified information.” If these two Inspector Generals are to be believed, Hillary is lying.
Press conference yesterday, Hillary was beside herself and argued that she didn’t have to turn over any personal emails, even though nobody asked her to turn over her private correspondence. She made believe that she didn’t know what “wiping” a computer meant. He was obstinate and cranky when asked specific questions. Hillary acted like she had something to hide.
Hillary Clinton clearly believes she is above the law. I almost expect her to declare at her next presser the following:
“No more questions about my personal email server while I was Secretary of State. Do you know who I am? Do you think I am a liar? How dare you use that tone with me! Even asking that question is sexist. Why do you hate women? You are aware that this is an organized Republican attack to prevent me, the first woman President, from taking office. Now can we please talk about the Republican war on women?”
I am starting to believe my friends who say that Hillary is not going to be the Democratic nominee for President this time around.

What Are Palestinians Doing With U.S. Money?
by Khaled Abu Toameh
August 19, 2015 at 5:00 am
§  Palestinian Authority (PA) Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah did not tell the visiting U.S. Congressmen that the $4.5 billion the Americans invested in promoting Palestinian democracy went down the drain or ended up in secret Swiss bank accounts. Nor did he tell the Congressman that the Palestinians do not have a functioning parliament or a free media under the PA in the West Bank or under Hamas in the Gaza Strip. And, of course, Hamdallah never told the Congressman that for Palestinians, presidential and parliamentary elections remain a remote dream.
§  The refusal of the international community back then to hold Arafat accountable was the main reason a majority of Palestinians were driven into the open arms of Hamas. Palestinians saw no improvement in their living conditions, mainly as a result of the PA's corruption. That is why they turned to Hamas, which promised them change, reform and an end to financial corruption.
§  The Americans and Europeans are therefore responsible for Hamas's rise to power.
§  One does not have to be an expert on Palestinian affairs to see that the billions of dollars have neither created democracy for the Palestinians nor boosted the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. The "investment" in Palestinian democracy and peace with Israel has been a complete failure because of the refusal of the U.S. Administration to hold the Palestinian Authority fully accountable.
§  Unless Western donors demand that the PA use their money to bring democracy to its people and prepare them for peace, the prospects of reviving any peace process will remain zero.
During the past 20 years, the U.S. has invested $4.5 billion in promoting democracy among the Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip and boosting the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.
This is what Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah revealed during a meeting in Ramallah this week with Congressman Kevin McCarthy, Majority Leader of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Hamdallah said that the money was also invested in projects in various Palestinian sectors.
The $4.5 billion that Hamdallah talked about does not include the billions of dollars poured on the Palestinian Authority (PA) since its creation in 1994. Palestinian economic analysts estimate that the PA has received a total of $25 billion in financial aid from the U.S. and other countries during the past two decades.
One does not have to be an expert on Palestinian affairs to see that the billions of dollars have neither created democracy for the Palestinians nor boosted the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.
Twenty years later, the Palestinians still have a long way to go before they ever see real democracy in the West Bank or Gaza Strip.
To begin with, the Palestinian Authority, which was born out of the 1993 Oslo Accords between Israel and the PLO, was never a democratic regime. On the contrary; what the Palestinians got from the start was a mini-dictatorship run by Yasser Arafat and his PLO and Fatah cronies. It was a corrupt regime, was directly funded and armed by the U.S., Europe and several other countries.

Those who were funding Arafat's autocratic regime back then never cared about either democracy or transparency. They were pouring billions of dollars on the PA without holding its leaders accountable.
The result was that the Palestinians got a regime that not only deprived them of most of the international aid, but that also cracked down on political opponents and freedom of speech. The Palestinian Authority was actually a one-man show called Yasser Arafat; he and his cronies were the main benefactors of American and European taxpayers' money.
At the time, the assumption in the U.S., Europe and other countries was that a corrupt and repressive Arafat would one day make far-reaching concessions for the sake of peace with Israel.
Because he was on the payroll of the Americans and Europeans, the thinking went, Arafat would never be able to say no to any offer -- such as the generous proposal he received from then Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak at the botched Camp David summit in the summer of 2000. But when Arafat was finally put to test at Camp David, which was sponsored by President Bill Clinton, he walked out of the summit, accusing the U.S. of trying to force him to make concessions that no Palestinian would ever accept.
The billions of dollars that Arafat received between 1994 and 2000 from the Americans and the international community failed to convince him to accept the most generous offer ever made to the Palestinians by an Israeli prime minister. Even worse, the first seven years of the peace process resulted in the second intifada, which erupted in September 2000 -- a few months after the collapse of the Camp David summit.
The refusal of the international community back then to hold Arafat accountable was the main reason a majority of Palestinians were driven into the open arms of Hamas. Palestinians lost faith not only in the peace process, but also in the Palestinian Authority and its leaders. Palestinians saw no improvement in their living conditions, mainly as a result of the PA's corruption.
That is why they turned to Hamas, which promised them change, reform and an end to financial corruption. The Americans and Europeans are therefore responsible for Hamas's rise to power.
Until 2007, the Palestinians had only one corrupt and undemocratic regime, called the Palestinian Authority. Since then, the Palestinians have earned another regime that is even more ruthless and repressive: Hamas.
So if $4.5 billion brought the Palestinians two corrupt and undemocratic regimes, what would have happened had the U.S. and Europe invested a few more billion dollars in promoting Palestinian democracy? The Palestinians would most likely have seen the emergence of a few more dictatorships in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Of course, the Palestinian Authority prime minister did not tell the visiting U.S.
But, like most Westerners who visit Ramallah, Congressman McCarthy obviously did not ask harsh questions, especially regarding the Palestinians' responsibilities toward democracy and the peace process. The Congressman was undoubtedly glad to hear that the U.S. has invested $4.5 billion in Palestinian democracy and boosting the peace process. But did he and others ever ask whether and how the Palestinian Authority used those funds to advance these two goals?
One does not need to ask Palestinian Authority officials about the way they spent the American aid money because the reality on the ground is too obvious. The PA took the billions of dollars and continues to operate as a corrupt and undemocratic regime. Democracy is the last thing the Palestinians expect to see from the PA or Hamas.
And what has the Palestinian Authority done with the billions of dollars to advance the cause of peace with Israel? Has the PA leadership used this money to promote peace and coexistence with Israel? The answer, of course, is no. Instead of using American financial aid to further this cause, the PA has done -- and continues to do -- the exact opposite. In addition to inciting its people against Israel on a daily basis, the Palestinian Authority leadership has been using these funds to wage a massive campaign in the international community with the purpose of isolating and delegitimizing Israel and turning it into a pariah state.
The "investment" in Palestinian democracy and peace with Israel has been a complete failure because of the refusal of the U.S. Administration to hold the Palestinian Authority fully accountable.
Unless Western donors bang on the table and demand that the Palestinian Authority use their money to bring democracy to its people and prepare them for peace, the prospects of reviving any peace process in the Middle East will remain zero.

EXCLUSIVE: Special Operations Vets Call For Kerry To Strip Hillary Of Security Clearance

A group of special operations veterans and intelligence community officials have formally asked Secretary of State John Kerry to strip former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton of her security clearance along with three of her top aides, The Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.
The organization, called the Special Operations Educational Fund, wrote Kerry August 5 asking that he “immediately suspend the security clearances” because of Clinton’s use of a private unsecured email server and domain name that contains classified information. SOF is a 501 (c) 4 nonprofit group.
The group also asked Kerry to administratively suspend the security clearances of Clinton and aides Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin and Jake Sullivan.
The SOEF demands could significantly escalate the email crisis that has engulfed Clinton’s campaign for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination in recent weeks.
The SOEF previously criticized the Obama administration for leaking sensitive national security information concerning the operation that resulted in the death of al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden.
Mills is a long-time Clinton aide who was White House counsel to President Clinton during his impeachment. She was also chief of staff to Secretary Clinton at the State Department.
Abedin was deputy chief of staff to Secretary Clinton. Abedin became the focus of controversy when it was learned earlier this year that she was pocketing multiple salaries while working for Clinton, including a government salary and benefits, as well as earned income from the Clinton Foundation and a firm created by a former official of the foundation.
Sullivan was one of Clinton’s point people on Iran. Politico called him Clinton’s “secret Iran man.”
Secretaries of State typically retain national security clearances for an indeterminate time after leaving office. It permits them to examine classified documents and provide assistance to their successors.
The SOEF was founded by Scott Taylor, a former Navy SEAL who serves in the Virginia House of Delegates. He is a Republican.
The SOEF claims, “there is ample evidence that this private server was inadequately protected from foreign intelligence penetration and malicious ‘hacking.'”
They also charged that the operation of the email system “is a serious breach our nation’s diplomatic, operational and strategic security.” They urged Kerry to “exercise its administrative authority to suspend any existing security clearances of these four individuals.”
Michael Gregg, CEO of Superior Solutions, a cybersecurity firm that conducts penetration assessment of computer systems, told TheDCNF that Clinton’s server was “very vulnerable. There is a 98 percent certainty that that server was breached somehow.”
To emphasize Clinton’s vulnerability, Gregg noted that the Romanian hacker “Guccifer,” whose real name is Marel Lazar Lehel, was the first to disclose that her emails were on a private server.
Guccifer is known for hacking political figures and celebrities. He was indicted in June 2014 in absentia by a federal grand jury for hacking activities in the United States.
Gregg said that Clinton’s server was working with a 2008 version of Windows. “It wasn’t even the latest version,” he said. “My main concern as a security professional was simply the amount of information that could be potentially leaked or exploited.”
The Inspector General for the Intelligence Community has confirmed that classified material was on the Clinton server which reportedly contains 30,000 emails.
Clinton and her attorney David Kendall surrendered the server and a backup server along with three thumb nail drives to the FBI.
Intelligence officials are currently combing through the emails at the State Department after it was determined that classified material resided on the server, some of which were “Top Secret.”
The State Department did not reply to a DCNF inquiry regarding the SOF request.

Are Trump and Cruz Allied?

by: Tim Mak

Donald Trump and Ted Cruz’s mutual admiration is turning into a conservative bromance—one that could have a huge strategic payoff for the Texas senator’s presidential campaign.

Behind the scenes, Cruz has been methodologically developing Trump’s support. The two candidates have met in person at least five times and talk by phone occasionally. And in the future, they may even hold events together.

The two campaigns privately discussed a possible joint event this year in Washington, D.C., and Cruz was invited to join Trump’s infamous trip to the Mexico border, though a scheduling problem prevented him from attending, sources told The Daily Beast.

“In terms of Trump’s civility, if you’re nice to him, he’ll be nice to you. And Cruz has been nice. Cruz is playing the long game and hopes that if he survives and Trump doesn’t, the billionaire will swing to him. He’s the second choice for a lot of Trump voters,” said a source familiar with the inner workings of the Trump campaign.  Source:

Here's What Iran Is Planning

·
Source: Allen B West

Well I suppose it’s a darn good thing the U.S. has signed that “deal’ with Iran in order to prevent war, because if the rhetoric and imagery coming from that nation is any indication of what we’re getting WITH the deal, we’d be in really big trouble without it.

Here’s what I don’t get. We believe Iran when they say they’re not interested in stockpiling nukes, but we DON’T believe them when they say they’re going to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth. Perhaps this video will change some minds.

Via Gateway Pundit, the Investigative Report on Terrorism reports the Islamic Revolution Design House, a media company associated with Iranian hardliners released an animated video this week of Al-Quds special forces on a hill outside Jerusalem preparing for battle. It shows a soldier putting on a Revolutionary Guard patch, and then a Qassam Brigades headband, followed by a ski mask and a Palestinian scarf around his neck, while arming himself with a machine gun and a pistol. As he puts on a helmet, we see him looking over Jerusalem’s Temple Mount, home of the Dome of the Rock and Al Aqsa mosque. The image pulls back, showing the soldier amid a sea of conquering troops.

A concluding message invokes Ayatollah Khomeini’s threat that Israel must be wiped off the map and promises that day is coming soon.

Pentagon About To Impose Transgenders on the Military

·
Washington Examiner
·         by: Jacqueline Klimas
The working group tasked with looking at whether transgender troops can serve openly will meet for the first time Wednesday afternoon, a Pentagon spokesman said.

The group will include civilians and military representatives from all four branches, plus the Coast Guard, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Joint Staff, Matthew Allen said. The working group is expected to submit its recommendations and findings by January.

Defense Secretary Ash Carter announced the formation of the working group last month, calling the ban on transgender service members "outdated" and saying it distracted from the military's "core missions."

"At my direction, the working group will start with the presumption that transgender persons can serve openly without adverse impact on military effectiveness and readiness, unless and except where objective, practical impediments are identified," Carter said in a statement.  Source:

No

3.    La educación: tan cacareada como uno
> de los logros de la revolución. Ha sido una herramienta
> poderosa en el adoctrinamiento revolucionario. He visto

Respetuosamente,

Obituary - must read....COMMON SENSE

Quintin George

This is excellent!

Obituary printed in the London Times.....Absolutely Brilliant!!

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:
- Knowing when to come in out of the rain;
- Why the early bird gets the worm;
- Life isn't always fair;
- And maybe it was my fault.

Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge).

His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children.

It declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to administer sun lotion or an aspirin to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.

Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims and everything was politically correct.

Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.

Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.

Common Sense was preceded in death,
-by his parents, Truth and Trust,
-by his wife, Discretion,
-by his daughter, Responsibility,
-and by his son, Reason.

He is survived by his 5 stepbrothers;
- I Know My Rights
- I Want It Now
- Someone Else Is To Blame
- I'm A Victim
- Pay me for Doing Nothing

Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone

BREAKING: Trump Just Got Stunning News That Will Make Hillary’s Head Spin

For the very first time...
Pundits, pollsters and politicians said it could never happen — Donald Trump could never sustain the excitement, maintain his momentum, and become a serious candidate for President of the United States. Okay, they conceded, even if the flamboyant billionaire could win over enough Republicans to be a real contender in the primaries, he wouldn’t have sufficient appeal or be taken seriously enough to have a shot at the nomination, much less prove to be a powerhouse when the real rubber meets the road in November, 2016. Well, so much for conventional wisdom; so much for the naysayers.
Just-released results of a new poll from CNN/ORC show that Trump is now “competitive in the general election.” For the first time in polling by this group, the GOP front-runner is shown to be within striking distance of the presumed Democrat nominee, Hillary Clinton.

According to a report on the poll by CNN, the surprising survey of a cross-section of voters “finds Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton ahead of Trump by just 6 points, a dramatic tightening since July.
“He trailed Clinton by 16 points in a July poll, and narrowed that gap by boosting his standing among Republicans and Republican-leaning independents (from 67% support in July to 79% now), men (from 46% in July to 53% now) and white voters (from 50% to 55%).”
The CNN/ORC poll finds that Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker also trails Clinton by 6 points among registered voters.

TRENDING STORIES

In addition to showing Trump gaining big ground on Clinton, the new survey shows that Hillary’s troubles are not going away — issues and concerns surrounding her email scandal continue to erode support for the former secretary of state.
…positive impressions of Clinton continue to fade. Among all adults, the new poll finds 44% hold a favorable view of her, 53% an unfavorable one, her most negative favorability rating since March 2001. A majority of women voters have a positive take on Clinton, 52% view her favorably, and her support among women appears to be the foundation for her general election advantages.
Just as, for the first time in this poll, Trump is now shown to be solidly competitive in a general election matchup against Clinton, so, too, for the first time, Hillary’s prospects for clinching her party’s presidential nomination are tracking into dangerous territory.
“Overall, 47% of Democratic and Democratic-leaning voters say they support Clinton for the party’s nomination. That’s down 9 points since July, and marks the first time her support has dipped below 50% in national CNN/ORC polling on the race,” reports CNN.
The new poll also finds that most Democrats want Vice President Joe Biden to jump into the race. So far, there’s no definitive word from Biden or his backers as to what the vice president might decide.

Watch: Donald Trump Just Demolished Hillary In 15 Seconds: ‘It Does Matter’

The ad ends with her infamous dismissal of those investigating the 2012 attack in Benghazi.
For all the intraparty squabbling between Donald Trump and some of his fellow Republican presidential candidates, the brash billionaire took on Democrat front-runner Hillary Clinton in a short campaign ad heuploaded to Instagram Tuesday.
Following images depicting three major scandals – Benghazi, Whitewater and her private email server – that still plague her candidacy, the clip shows Clinton asking, “What does it matter?”

In three words, Trump’s campaign summed up what many Clinton detractors feel.
“It does matter,” a caption reads.
The ad ends with her infamous dismissal of those investigating the 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya, that left four Americans dead.

“What difference at this point does it make?” she wondered.
“Make a difference,” another caption urges viewers before closing with Trump’s campaign message:
Trump: Make America Great Again!
Trump’s simple message resonated with many Americans, as evidenced in the comments section of a relevant article published by The Right Scoop.
“Very clever,” one fan wrote, adding that “nothing hurts more than having your own words used against you.”
Another called the ad “excellent,” noting that he predicted the final Clinton quote used “would come back to haunt her.”

Hillary Managed To Tick Off Republicans And Obama With Just Two Sentences

Many cited her perceived credibility gap in questioning her commitment to the environment.
A recent Twitter post apparently authored by Hillary Clinton has received flak from both sides of the aisle. Her message, which touted the ostensible virtues of leaving America’s Arctic region untapped, was an apparent reaction to the Obama administration’s recent decision to allow limited oil drilling near the coast of Alaska.

RELATED STORIES

Earlier this week, the U.S. Department of the Interior announced it is allowing Shell to recover oil from the region, leading the company to shoot for a completed well within the next couple of months. As Politico pointed out, Clinton’s tweet seems to “represent one of her clearest breaks to date with the Obama administration.”
Among the environmentalist wing of her party, opposing new domestic oil drilling might just earn her some additional support. It is clear by the responses to her Twitter post, however, that there are plenty who feel she is totally wrong on the issue.

Many cited her perceived credibility gap in questioning her commitment to the environment.
At least one critic, referencing evidence that the release of methane is linked to climate change, offered an alternate goal in Clinton’s mission to save the environment.
More than a few social media users wondered why Clinton would buck the Obama administration on this issue while keeping secret her position on the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline.

Dems Demanded Apology From Texas Official Over ‘Muslim World’ Post – Here’s What They Got

Even among those who favor a strong response to Iran, many felt the meme went too far.
When Texas Republican Sid Miller shared a controversial Facebook meme Sunday, it was answered by widespread calls by members of the Democrat Party to apologize and denounce the image’s message.
The post, which has since been deleted, was captured by several social media users who later uploaded it to their own accounts.

RELATED STORIES

Miller, agriculture commissioner for the Lone Star State, did not personally share the image, said spokesperson Todd Smith–though he declined to offer any further details as to its origin. In any case, however, it is clear that Miller has run afoul of his state’s Democrat leadership.

TRENDING STORIES

Representing Texas Democrats, Manny Garcia released a scathing response to Miller’s post:
It is unacceptable for Republican Sid Miller to be promoting such disgusting rhetoric. Sadly, this kind of racist, xenophobic hate speech qualifies you for higher office with Republicans’ Tea Party fringe base. We hope Sid Miller shows some respect for Texans and the responsibility of holding state office and issues an apology.
Another source close to Miller concluded that the message was “inappropriate,” though he echoed Smith’s insistence that the GOP official did not post it himself.
Miller is reportedly in China and is not expected to return to his home state until Aug. 23. The Blaze indicates he was on the international trip when the controversial post was first published.
Beyond establishment Democrat disapproval, the post elicited a mixed reaction from social media users. Even among those who favor a strong response to Iran, many felt the meme posted to Miller’s page went too far.
Smith, however, described it as a “powerful post that caused people to stop and think about the current state of the world.”
Was this Republican’s reaction to Islamic terrorism inappropriate?
