Several men then turn on the shoe-brandishing attacker and Ahmadinejad is quickly hustled to a waiting car. Anadolu reported the man was Syrian and accused the Iranian president of "killing his brothers." Iran has supported Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in that country's ongoing, bloody civil war. The episode was reminiscent of a December 2008 incident in which then-President George W. Bush famously dodged shoes thrown at him by a local television correspondent during his final visit to Baghdad. "This is a farewell kiss from the Iraqi people, you dog," said Muntadhar al-Zaidi before throwing the shoes. Al-Zaidi was sentenced to prison for assaulting a foreign head of state but was released in September 2009. Someone Just Leaked Obama's Rules for Assassinating American Citizens
For over a year now journalists, civil liberties advocates, and members of Congress have been asking the Obama administration to release internal memoranda from the Office of Legal Counsel justifying Obama's targeted killing program. While the White House continues to deny that such memos exist, NBC is reporting that it has acquired the next best thing: A secretish 16-page white paper from the Department of Justice that was provided to select members of the Senate last June.Michael Isikoff reports that
[t]he 16-page memo, a copy of which was obtained by NBC News, provides new details about the legal reasoning behind one of the Obama administration’s most secretive and controversial polices: its dramatically increased use of drone strikes against al-Qaida suspects, including those aimed at American citizens, such as the September 2011 strike in Yemen that killed alleged al-Qaida operatives Anwar al-Awlaki and Samir Khan. Both were U.S. citizens who had never been indicted by the U.S. government nor charged with any crimes.
[T]he confidential Justice Department “white paper” introduces a more expansive definition of self-defense or imminent attack than described by Brennan or Holder in their public speeches. It refers, for example, to what it calls a “broader concept of imminence” than actual intelligence about any ongoing plot against the U.S. homeland.
Instead, it says, an “informed, high-level” official of the U.S. government may determine that the targeted American has been “recently” involved in “activities” posing a threat of a violent attack and “there is no evidence suggesting that he has renounced or abandoned such activities.” The memo does not define “recently” or “activities.”

City First to Ban Drones in Sky

Charlottesville, Va., has
become the first city in the United States to formally pass an anti-drone
resolution.The resolution, passed Monday, “calls on the United States Congress and the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia to adopt legislation prohibiting information obtained from the domestic use of drones from being introduced into a Federal or State court,” and “pledges to abstain from similar uses with city-owned, leased, or borrowed drones.”
The resolution passed by a 3-2 vote and was brought to the city council by activist David Swanson and the Rutherford Institute, a progressive civil liberties group based in the city. The measure also endorses a proposed two-year moratorium on drones in Virginia.
Councilmember Dede Smith, who voted in favor of the bill, says that drones are “pretty clearly a threat to our constitutional right to privacy.”

The United States can
target its own citizens with drone strikes if they have recently been involved
in violent attacks, a Justice Department memo says.NBC News reported Monday it had obtained a copy of the confidential 16-page memo. The case made for targeting U.S. citizens in countries such as Yemen is similar to, but goes beyond, the one laid out by Attorney General Eric Holder and other officials.
"The condition that an operational leader present an 'imminent' threat of violent attack against the United States does not require the United States to have clear evidence that a specific attack on U.S. persons and interests will take place in the immediate future," the memo said.
The undated memo, titled "Lawfulness of a Lethal Operation Directed Against a U.S. Citizen who is a Senior Operational Leader of Al-Qaida or An Associated Force," was given to members of the Senate and House intelligence committees. It said citizens can be considered imminent threats if they have recently been involved in violence and their views remain unchanged.
Such killings would be "a legitimate act of national self-defense that would not violate the assassination ban," the memo said.
Jameel Jaffer, deputy legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union, called the memo "a chilling document."
"Basically, it argues that the government
has the right to carry out the extrajudicial killing of an American
citizen," he added. "It recognizes some limits on the authority it
sets out, but the limits are elastic and vaguely defined, and it's easy to see

Es comprensible estar inquieto por el comunismo en África
o Asia o América del Sur - con su tremenda pobreza, ignorancia y enfermedad.
Pero estar inquieto por el comunismo en los Estados
Unidos, donde la vasta mayoría de la gente no le tiene simpatía alguna, es algo
impensable. Obama es un presidente con ideas liberales, pero no es comunista.
La realidad, cuando se oculta bajo la demagogia es difícil
de reconocer, este es el caso.
Como Colón, se encontró ante el problema de
convencer a la persona común que el mundo no era plano, como le habían enseñado
a creer durante toda su vida, sino que es redondo, así nos encontramos
ahora que es difícil de convencer a la persona común de que hay un movimiento
de mentes coincidentes para implantar el comunismo en el mundo.
Los hombres de la cúspide de este movimiento no son
comunistas en el tradicional sentido de ese término. Son solamente leales a sí
mismos y a sus compromisos. El socialismo es una filosofía que los
conspiradores explotan, pero en la cual sólo los ingenuos creen.
Si preguntamos a los americanos:
"¿qué es el comunismo? ¿Lo puede definir, por
favor?"
De inmediato se desarrolla una situación enteramente
diferente. En lugar de encontrar una casi unanimidad, tendremos una increíble
diversidad de ideas. Hay una multitud de opiniones acerca de lo que el
comunismo es. No se puede reconocer lo que no se conoce.
No existe un sector apreciable dentro del público
americano anticomunista que esté de acuerdo en qué consiste aquello a lo que se
oponen.
¿No lo encuentran espantoso? Tenemos algo que casi todos
están de acuerdo que es malo, pero no podemos reconocer exactamente qué es eso
a lo cual nos oponemos.
Los que hemos vivido la transición del libre mercado al
comunismo desde su comienzo, conocemos en carne propia al sistema la
metadología para su implantación, y sus resultados. Pero ni siquiera
los que han vivido el comunismo en Cuba, años después de su implantación son
capaces de reconocer la conspiración comunista, mucho menos el americano común
que siempre ha vivido en un sistema democrático.
Los Estados Unidos están maduros para caer en el
socialismo, la conspiración ha controlado los medios de comunicación y las
esferas más altas del gobierno.
En la realidad, el comunismo es una tiranía planeada por
los buscadores de poder, cuya arma más efectiva es la gran mentira.
El socialismo es el cebo..., la excusa para establecer la
dictadura. Como es difícil la venta de la dictadura en términos ideales, se ha
erigido el concepto de que ella es una necesidad temporal y que pronto se
disolverá por acuerdo propio. ¡Hay que ser ingenuo para tragarse esto, pero
millones lo hacen en diferentes parte del mundo!
En los Estados Unidos, si el congreso sigue oponiéndose al
presidente, llegará el momento en que hay que disolver temporalmente el
Congreso “Por el bien de la nación” para poder lograr que los “millonarios”
paguen sus impuestos y nivelar el presupuesto sin reducir los gastos.
Los Padres Fundadores de los Estados Unidos se rebelaron contra el casi total gobierno de la monarquía inglesa. Pero ellos sabían que la ausencia de gobierno los llevaría al caos. Por lo tanto, establecieron una República Constitucional, con un gobierno muy limitado.

con cuerpos legislativos. Pero hemos roto los principios de los cuales hablaba
Jefferson, y ahora, por muchos años, nos hemos estado moviendo hacia la
izquierda del espectro político, hacia un gobierno colectivista total.
Cada proposición de nuestros líderes políticos nos lleva
más hacia la izquierda, hacía un gobierno radicalizado.
Esto no es por ser el socialismo inevitable. Es, en gran
parte, el resultado de un inteligente planeamiento y paciente graduación.
Estamos siendo socializados en América, y todos lo saben.
En realidad, hay una enorme diferencia entre lo que los
promotores definen como socialismo y lo que es en la práctica. La idea que el
socialismo es un programa de participación de riqueza, es estrictamente un
juego de confianza, para lograr que la gente renuncie a su libertad en bien de
un gobierno colectivista todopoderoso.
Si realmente estuvieran interesados en los pobres, más
bien que usar el socialismo como un medio para lograr poder político personal,
los millonarios como John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi, Warren Buffet, los Kennedy y los
artistas millonarios de Hollywood, se desprenderían de sus riquezas.
No hay ley que les prohíba entregar sus propias fortunas.

¿No deberían esas personas dar el ejemplo? ¿Y practicar lo
que predican? Si ellos abogan por una participación de la riqueza, ¿no deberían
empezar con la suya en lugar de abusar con la clase media, que paga casi todos
los impuestos?
Nuestro problema es que la mayoría cree que el socialismo es lo que los socialistas quieren que nosotros creamos acerca de él, un programa de participación de riqueza. Esa es la teoría.

¿Pero es así como funciona? Examinemos los únicos países
socialistas que se definen como comunistas, Cuba y Corea del Norte.
Aquí en la realidad del socialismo hay un pequeño grupo
oligárquico en la cúpula, no más del tres por ciento de la población total
aproximadamente, que controla la riqueza total, la producción total y las
mismas vidas del noventa y siete por ciento restantes. Evidentemente que hasta
el más ingenuo se da cuenta que Fidel Castro y su familia o la familia del
gordito Kim Jong no viven como uno de los pobres campesinos o
personas en barrios depauperados de las ciudades en sus respectivos países.
La campaña para establecer el SOCIALISMO, no el comunismo,
está en el alma de todo lo que hacen los comunistas Marx y todos sus
sucesores en el movimiento comunista han ordenado a sus seguidores que trabajen
primero en la construcción del SOCIALISMO.
Lo que vemos ahora es una transición que ocurre en todos
los países para la implantación del comunismo.
Hoy dicen que no son socialistas, aunque ya algunos lo
aceptan, y después todos lo aceptarán, pero dirán que no son comunistas, para
después como en el cuento de los presos cubanos, decir que son
comunistas. Entonces como en Cuba, será demasiado tarde.

Washington State housewife asks the Court to check Barack Obama’s I.D.
How many times have you been asked that question? “Can I see your I.D.?” And what do you do? You pull it out of your wallet or purse and show it. In Obama’s case the I.D. he’s using wouldn’t get him past the bouncer at a cheap bar. Not even if he was a pretty girl. It’s a lousy fake.
So how did it get him in to the White House? And how did it get him on the ballot? That’s what Linda Jordan wants to know.
You can’t get an I.D. without a birth certificate and a law enforcement agency[1] has determined that Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery. Jordan agrees. “I’ve cut up better fake I.D., much to the dismay of a “clever” teen. Obama’s birth certificate would never pass the “Mom test”.”
Jordan, a housewife and mother from Seattle, took Obama up on his offer to look at his purported birth certificate. [2] “It’s a forgery. Plain and simple. You don’t have to be an expert to see that. This forgery proves nothing except that someone forged a birth certificate and Barack Obama is using it.”
The election challenge, to keep Obama’s name off the 2012 Washington State General Election ballot, was filed today in Thurston County Superior Court. (No.12-2-01763-5)
It is scheduled for a hearing on August 29, 2012 in Judge McPhee’s courtroom.

Abundan voces que se quejan de los gestos
"buscaespacios" del flamante Secretario de Estado [canciller
estadounidense] John Kerry, confirmado por el Senado con sólo tres votos
contrarios. Se habrá pensado que habría más senadores republicanos en la
Cámara Alta del Capitolio.
?Qué hacer si ningún senador
federal se dio el lujo de bloquear (de acuerdo con su privilegio "cortesía
senatorial") al "dandísimo" de Kerry (abiertamente peor, si
posible, que "la Brava de Benghazi")? Se aconseja desatender
los pedidos de aportes procedentes de quienes quisieron olvidarse como si nada
de quién era.
En Washington los sueños sueños
son y nunca fueron. Y todavía tras 20 años no se le ocurre a nadie
"ir a Rusia" (ya no la URSS), la que mayormente abastece de armas a

The Age of Aquarius Has Arrived

In the 60’s, young adults were just beginning to express themselves freely. Although shocking to many, it didn’t seem to be as much of a problem back then because most of society still had boundaries and understood American ideals. There was still a solid, focused respect for the Constitution. Today however, those former “flower children” and “freedom fighters” are adults; many of them are very wealthy and hold office in Washington. In their youth, they hated the things that have, ironically, made them wealthy and powerful today. Now, in the comfort of that power and wealth, they not only want to recreate the “free thinking” ideas of their youth, but they also want to feed them to society today.
So the song “Age of Aquarius” hadn’t popped into my head in years until recently when I saw John Kerry preparing to be questioned for his confirmation hearing to become the next Secretary of State. It was as if someone was turning up the volume in my mind as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton introduced Mr. Kerry. “This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius!” blared so loud in my head that I had to look around for my transistor radio!
I am not a ‘flower child’ nor the product of ‘flower children’, so I don’t ascribe to astrological theology or philosophy. Frankly I had no idea what the “Age of Aquarius” even was until I looked it up on the Internet. (Thank you, Al Gore.) Interestingly, I learned that it is based on the Mayan Calendar coming to an end December 21, 2012, after which we moved (astrologically) into the “Age of Aquarius”.
According to Kinesiology lecturer and “alternative health” expert Claire Snowdon-Darling, the Age of Aquarius is described as being “the end of the world as we know it, but not the end of the world”. (She also quoted that other great theologian, Yoda from Star Wars saying, “[I] feel a great disturbance in the force”….) According to her astrological thinking, “There had been an abundance of difficulties in life during 2012” and that it was appropriate for believers of this philosophy to attribute all of it to the astrological shift.
I hate to break it to those individuals who place their faith in astrology, but the “abundance of difficulties” last year were not because “the moon was in the 7th house” or because “Jupiter was aligned with Mars”. It was because of the backwards thinking of some of the liberals who sang along (and believed) those words back in 1969—many who are currently running the White House, the Senate and other important areas of our Federal government.
As stated by Snowdon-Darling, the previous “Age of Pisces” typified “greed, consumerism, corruption, war and being ruled by the masculine principle” while this new “Age of Aquarius” will be ruled by “the feminine…a time of community, compassion and partnerships, mostly it’s about getting back to love and remembering our ‘oneness’”.
Ladies and gentleman, we are in big trouble as we witness the ushering in of this next generation of “hippies” in Washington and their evolutionary years should be considered.
Like her father, Hillary Clinton grew up as a Goldwater Republican. As a freshman at Wellesley College she was elected President of the College Republicans. Later in her college career, she was beginning to stray a bit from the Republican Party and had to be talked into taking an internship with Representative Gerald R. Ford and the House Republican Caucus. By the time she was a senior in college, her transition was complete and she was campaigning for Democrat Eugene McCarthy. Her senior thesis was all about the examining the tactics of radical community organizer Saul D. Alinsky.
Whether he originally supported it or not, John Kerry fought in Vietnam and I give him credit for defending his country in a sacrificial way and at a time where that was incredibly unpopular. Helping one another and having compassion are not “liberal only” qualities. They do not need to be considered separate from self-determination, self-discipline and responsibility for your actions and livelihood. Yet in today’s political climate, this White House would have us believe that compassion is mutually exclusive of and only found in liberal progressivism.
It would be dangerous to try and stick a daisy into Ahmadinejad’s nuclear weapon to try and create peace and partnership with Iran. It is naïve to believe that standing in the town square singing “Kumbayah” is going to create jobs and help our struggling economy. The old philosophy “if it feels good, do it” will not settle our illegal immigration problems. They want us to believe they have our welfare in mind, when really they just want us all to be on welfare.
Unlike the new-age Aquarians in D.C., my personal belief is that everything that happens in life is based upon what God wants to have happen. He is in absolute control of everything, whether someone likes it or believes it. God is the one who allows things to happen, not the star’s alignments. The first part of John 19:11(NIV) in the Bible shows where Jesus replied to Pilate, when He was sentenced to be crucified, “You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above”. If Pilate was given the authority to crucify God’s Son and wield that type of political power, then those in Washington can be given it also. That doesn’t mean God is always in favor of their behavior, mind you, once power is assigned or granted. I think we all agree power can be abused.
So for those of you who were afraid the world would end when the Mayan Calendar ended, the bigger thing to worry about now is this “dawning of the Age of Aquarius”. Un asteroide "rozará" la Tierra el 15 de febrero
(CNNMéxico) — Este 15 de febrero un asteroide de
46 metros de diámetro pasará entre la Tierra y sus satélites artificiales de
comunicación, pero sin causar ningún daño, informó la Administración
Nacional de Aeronáutica y el Espacio (NASA).
El Asteroide DA14 pasará entre el planeta y el interior del anillo de
satélites de comunicaciones y de geosincrónica del tiempo, ubicados entre los
30.000 y los 35.000 kilómetros de la Tierra.La agencia espacial estadounidense afirmó que no hay ningún peligro de que el asteroide pueda colisionar con el planeta o con los satélites artificiales ya que su recorrido será a 27,000 km de la superficie terrestre.
"Desde que comenzaron los sondeos periódicos de los cielos, en la década de 1990, los astrónomos nunca habían visto un objeto tan grande tan cerca de nuestro planeta", indicó la NASA.
Veinte años atrás, nadie hubiera descubierto probablemente el DA14, dijo el doctor Don Yeomans, especialista de la NASA en un video publicado en la página de internet de la agencia. "Los científicos lo descubrieron hace casi un año a partir de un observatorio en el sur de España".
En su máximo acercamiento el objeto espacial pasará sobre el Océano Índico, cerca de Sumatra, Indonesia, a las 13:24 horas (tiempo del centro de México). Este acercamiento, dijo la NASA, es el mayor acercamiento de un objeto de este tipo en décadas; el siguiente será el 16 de febrero de 2046.
"La Oficina del Programa de Objetos Cercanos a la Tierra de la NASA puede predecir con exactitud la trayectoria del asteroide con las observaciones obtenidas", indicó la agencia estadunidense. Además aseguró que un objeto de estas dimensiones puede impactar al planeta cada 1,200 años.
En 1908, un asteroide de tipo similar entró en la atmósfera y explotó sobre Tunguska, Rusia.
Por su trayectoria tampoco será posible que la Tierra pueda eclipsar al asteroide, el cual viaja a una velocidad de 28.100 kilómetros por hora. Así mismo aseguró que existen al menos unos 500,000 asteroides similares en tamaño al DA14, de los cuales menos del 1% se han descubierto.
Sin embargo, la NASA consideró en un comunicado que con un par de buenos binoculares o un buen telescopio de moderada potencia se podrá ver el objeto, sobre todo en algunas partes de Europa, África y Asia. “El sobrevuelo proporcionará una oportunidad única para los investigadores de estudiar un objeto cercano a la Tierra tan de cerca", agregó.
La NASA ofrecerá una teleconferencia el próximo jueves para dar más información acerca del paso del asteroide.

personas inteligentes que lograron ejecutar el sistema marxista, usando la

But how did the situation in Chicago get so bad in the first place? The city's leaders disarmed all law-abiding citizens by passing outrageous gun control laws that gave criminals the upper hand. By definition, criminals don't follow gun laws, so they remain armed and more confident than ever. Police are outgunned and citizens are outgunned, and the result is that Chicago has the highest murder rate of any city in the world. (This is called cause and effect.)
As even the mainstream media now admits, the murder rate in Chicago today is far worse than during the Al Capone "gangland" days. "The surprising stats show the city is worse off now in the category of murder than at the height of the era that has driven Chicago's reputation for almost a century, Capone's 'gangland' Chicago," reports ABC News.
In 2012 alone, there were over 500 murders in the city of Chicago, making it the murder capitol of the modern world.
The real solution to all this, of course, would be to arm the citizens. Imagine 500,000 concealed carry permit holders packing heat all across the city. The violent shootings would all but cease, and criminals would run for the shadows. But instead of allowing citizens to defend themselves and help protect their own communities, Jesse Jackson -- whose words are right on cue for the nationwide rollout of armed TSA agents -- wants the government to bring in a new domestic security force that sounds an awful lot like Hitler's Brownshirts.
Obama even talked about this "civilian national security force" in 2008, when he explained that it needed to be as well-armed and well-funded as the military! His exact words, as WND.com reminds us, were:
We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.
For the record, the TSA is Obama's so-called "civilian national security force." They are the new non-military, non-sworn "army" that's slated to occupy U.S. cities.
This was the plan all along, of course: Disarm the citizens then wait for violence to get so bad that the public screams for the government to intervene. The TSA is ready to step in with its army of perverts, child molesters, drug dealers, thieves and child porn distributors -- yes, these are precisely the kind of people who work for the TSA. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, or U.S. history. They are the most idiotic,
ignorant workers in the federal force today -- the laughing stock of the feds.
FBI agents, in contrast, are highly trained professionals who must pass
rigorous exams to become gun-carrying agents. TSA goons are recruited with ads placed on
pizza boxes.
Secondly, TSA agents are not "officers" of any kind, and they receive no law enforcement training. They are, in effect, government employees wearing costumes. They have no actual authority whatsoever and exist only as a charade of false authority.
Thirdly, everybody hates the TSA. The hatred toward the TSA is so bad that the evening news will typically interview 20 people at the airport just to find 2-3 that say something nice about the TSA. And then, of course, they will run only the positive statements and ignore the huge outrage against the TSA to try to create the impression that people are fine with the TSA. In reality, nobody likes to be molested by a government goon. No parent likes having her children taken away from her and felt up by a pedophile wearing a government uniform at the airport. People hate the TSA! (And for good reason.)
Fourth, local law enforcement hates the TSA, too. Local sheriffs won't put up with the TSA trying to move in and run their city. Local police departments would also hugely resent the TSA trying to run their city streets. The TSA is a bunch of buffoons and everybody in law enforcement knows it.

Jesse Jackson is calling for is the
rise of an armed domestic security force like Hitler's Brownshirts. This is a blatant attempt
to try to exploit the sky-high murder rate in Chicago to justify an armed government occupation of U.S. cities.
This is, in essence, a call for a militant dictatorship enforced at the end of a gun. And it's doomed to fail. Jackson apparently has no clue that Americans don't want to be slaves no matter what their skin color. Don't you find it odd that Jackson, a man of dark skin color, wants his own brothers and sisters in the inner cities to be enslaved by armed government goons?
That's the one thing I don't get about democrats and gun control: Do they not realize it is precisely their people who have historically been enslaved due to a lack of self defense ability? If anybody has the justification for carrying a concealed weapon in Chicago for the purposes of self defense, it's a black man! And I say that in full support of people of every color and religion to carry tools of personal defense, as is described by the Second Amendment of our sacred Bill of Rights.
