None Dare Call It… Treason
Today, our nation is facing perhaps the most critical situation it has faced since 1776 when our nation declared our Independence! Our very Constitution is being attacked by a man who has taken an oath of office to “…preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States” and also by those who have taken an oath to “support and defend” that same Constitution. Yet, some elected representatives find it in their best interest to refuse to honor their Oath of Office. We the people had sent these senators and representatives to their office with the idea that they would be trusted with our Constitution. But instead, they betray the very principles of their office. Some lay claim that this is an act of treason. With this in mind, let us look at just what treason is defined as.
Treason is defined by Webster’s online as:
1. the betrayal of trust; 2. the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or his family.
The 1828 Webster’s Dictionary, which many would use to define words pertaining to the Constitution and the Founding Fathers, defines Treason as:
Treason is the highest crime of a civil nature of which a man can be guilty. Its signification is different in different countries. In general, it is the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power. In monarchies, the killing of the king, or an attempt to take his life, is treason. In England, to imagine or compass the death of the king, or of the prince, or of the queen consort, or of the heir apparent of the crown, is high treason; as are many other offenses created by statute.
Understanding what the definition of treason is, let us see just what our elected officials in Washington are doing with the Second Amendment and see if whether they are in fact committing an act of treason.
Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Let us list those officials who have now committed acts of treason by their actions and words: President Barack Obama, with his signing of unconstitutional executive orders contrary to the Constitution; Vice president Joe Biden, with his words making an attempt to change opinion of the Constitution; and Attorney General Eric Holder, with his words and his strong statements against the very oath he took. We cannot forget Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and her deliberate attempt to classify weapons that are now legal under the Constitution. Here we must present some idea of why “We The People” do not have to abide by any laws made that are in direct conflict with the Second Amendment and State laws.
Even Attorney General Eric Holder has made statements that are contrary to his oath of office.
In a 1995 address to the Woman’s National Democratic Club, Holder announced the launch of a public campaign to “really brainwash people into thinking about guns in a vastly different way.”
“What we need to do,” he explained, “is change the way in which people think about guns, especially young people, and make it something that’s not cool, that it’s not acceptable, it’s not hip to carry a gun anymore, in the way in which we changed our attitudes about cigarettes.”
Holder also advanced the notion that “Every day that goes by, about 12, 13 more children in this country die from gun violence”—a statistic that would be true only if one classified 18-year-old, gun-wielding gangsters as “children.” In the wake of the 9/11 attacks, Holder wrote an opinion piece for The Washington Post calling for a new law that would give the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms “a record of every firearm sale.” He also advocated that prospective gun buyers be checked against the secret “watch lists” compiled by the government.
In 2008, Holder argued that “the Second Amendment did not protect an individual right to keep and bear arms” but only protected government militias’ rights to guns. Scholar and political commentator John Lott writes that he “can’t find even one gun control law that Holder has opposed.”
Even Vice President Joe Biden made very serious statements that are not at all reasonable when he stated “You don’t need an assault rifle to stop an intruder, you just need a double barrel shotgun with ammunition, the assault weapon is not as accurate as a shotgun.” Here it seems that Biden has never been in a situation where the so-called “assault weapon” was used against several people attacking a single individual where that individual overcame the number of people attacking them.
Here, it becomes very clear that those who present unconstitutional laws do not uphold the very Constitution they swore an oath to support and defend. In doing so, all those who take a stand counter to the Constitution are people committing treason and making laws that cannot be upheld because they are unconstitutional. This must stop, and these people must be held accountable for what they have done.
How can “We The People” even think of stopping these types of treasonous actions by the people we elected to serve? We as a nation must come to understand the true assaults that are now being made upon our nation by those sworn to support and defend our Constitution. We as a people must and should do all we can to ensure that the Constitution is not destroyed.
God help us all before it is too late!

Dieterich, el Marx del siglo XXI
El Socialismo del siglo XXI es un concepto ideado por Heinz Dieterich Steffan, un sociólogo y analista político alemán residente en Méjico.
Dieterich profundiza la teoría marxista y la actualiza en el mundo de hoy, incorporando los avances del conocimiento, las experiencias de los intentos socialistas, develando sus limitaciones, entregando propuestas concretas tanto en la economía política como en la participación democrática burgesa de la ciudadanía para la construcción del socialismo.
En su obra "Socialismo del Siglo XXI" Dieterich, se funda en la visión de Karl Marx sobre la dinámica social y la lucha de clases, pero señalado que para llegar a este socialismo habrá una etapa de transición que denomina como Democracia Revolucionaria .
Si analizamos el libro de Dietwrich, podemos aclarar la confusión que nos produce aceptar como socialismo a un gobierno electo en el cual funciona la economía de mercado, en el cual no hay las incautaciones de propiedades como en el socialismo tradicional.
En el libro se deja bien claro que los más importante para el gobierno electo democráticamente es la centralización de todos los poderes en la cúpula o grupo que componen el corazón socialista del gobierno. La democracia representativa dificulta la dinámica del camino al socialismo y hay que conbatrila y neutralizarla lo más posible.
En la novela satírica de George Orwell, "Rebelión en la Granja" los animales representativo de los revolucionarios después de un tiempo en el poder se reúnen con los granjeros de los campos vecinos deciden mantener relaciones amistosas con los animales de la Granja y Napoleón, el cerdo máximo líder estableces relaciones con ellos. Esto lo hemos visto en el socialismo tradicional, pero en el socialismo del siglo XXI es todavía peor, porque las relaciones comienzan desde el primer momento con capitalistas que se ajustan a la agenda socialista, llegando al extremo de recibir ayuda económica a los capitalistas "estímulos" promoviendo en lo que se conoce como "Capitalismo de amigos" o "Crony Capitalism".
Las estrategi sigue usando el sistema pre-socialista de utilizar a los sindicatos y crear privilegios para ganar votos, lo cual desaparecerá una vez consumado la implantación del socialismo de Marx.
La creación de crisis constantes para mantener la opinión pública entretenida, la creación de la dependencia de agencias gubernamentales para los asuntos vitales, como la salud y la alimentación, el provocar inflación con regulaciones con el intento de devaluar el valor del dinero en la vida diaria del ciudadano, y la propaganda sistematica y constante para desacreditar a los enemigos, todos estos factores tradicionales del socialismo con las variaciones necesarias en el siglo XXI, siguen siendo parte del camino al comunismo.
Este es un libro que se puede encontrar en cualquier librería, como se podía encontrar en nuestro tiempo "El Capital" de Marx y el "Manifiesto Comunista"- Muchos de los que apoyaron a Fidel Castro en Cuba, no lo hubieran hecho si hubieran leído estos libros, porque en ellos se delineaba, la estrategia socialista, como lo delinea ahora Dieterich en su libro el plan del Socialismo del Siglo XXI.
Cuando leemos el libro de Dieterich, como cualquier libro socialista, para los que vivimos los ensayos de Cuba de cerca y de Venezuela de lejos, y el que estamos lo viviendo en Estados Unidos contemporáneamente, nos es fácil ver el pensamiento básico, que la ocultación para ellos, es un método justificado y honesto (en su manera de pensar) para el objetivo final de la implantación del socialismo.

Art Laffer: 'Whole Economy is Shrinking'

Art Laffer Wednesday called the contraction in the U.S. economy
"catastrophic" and predicted that it would continue to shrink without
spending restraints and lower business tax rates.
"You
have the whole output of the economy shrinking. Not just expanding more slowly,
it`s absolutely shrinking," Laffer told Fox News' Eric Bolling Wednesday.
"That's
catastrophic," the former adviser to President Ronald Reagan added.
"You
can explain some of that by sequestration, and defense spending was down lot
and all that. But you still have a rotten economy. And it's still too bad. We
know how to fix it, by the way, a low rate flat tax, spending restraint, sound
money, free trade."
Laffer was
responding to reports Wednesday that the U.S. economy contracted 0.1 percent in
the last quarter of 2012, marking the worst quarter performance since the
recovery began more than two years ago.
The White
House blamed the surprising slowdown on Republicans in Congress, accusing them
of creating uncertainty during the fiscal cliff crisis.
But Laffer
dismissed that criticism as an excuse for bad economic policies that he
insisted have left businesses and consumers in a state of confusion. He agreed
with most Republicans that it's a spending problem, not a revenue problem. Yet,
he declined to lay all the blame on President Barack Obama, noting that former
President George W. Bush started the spending binge, which he said led to the
so-called "great recession" beginning in 2008.
"It's
amazing, isn`t it? We spent $5.8 trillion in the last couple of years, and this
is what we get for it," Laffer said.
"Have
you ever heard of a poor man spending himself into prosperity? It`s just dumb
on the outset. Government spending, as [economist] Milton Friedman always said,
is taxation," he continued. "Government doesn`t create resources, it
redistributes resources. And this government spending stuff is why we have the
great recession."
"W.
did just as bad a job as did [Obama], but Obama continued that bad job for four
straight years. And this is the result," he added.
Laffer
stressed the importance of a low tax policy in helping to stimulate the economy
while increasing government revenues at the same time.
Recalling
his years as one of Reagan's top economic advisers, Laffer said Reagan actually
cut the highest tax rates. He said "we made a mistake" by phasing in
the cuts, which he said caused the 1981-82 recession. But he said the economy
took off in 1983 when the cuts went into full effect.
"This
place just went like a rocket ship," he said. "I think we had 7.5
percent growth in 1983 and 5.5 growth in 1984, just this boom that lasted for
years and years."
"When
growth happens in the economy, even though the rates go down, the actual tax
revenue receipts increase, right?" Bolling interjected.
"There
is some guy`s curve that is named [for that]. I don`t know what the heck it
is," Laffer joked in response.
"But
it`s so true today," he added. "We have the highest corporate tax
rates in the world and one of the lowest corporate tax revenues as a share of
GDP in the world. Go figure. It's just you`re taxing them out of
business."
Laffer said
the economy last year grew by about 2.1 percent, a poor performance that he
described as "the worst single recovery in the history of the U.S."
"It's
just tragic," he added.

hacer unas notas sobre Chávez, “debido a que tengo la impresion de que el
pueblo venezolano no tiene noción de lo que realmente está pasando en su pais”.
“ Como yo veo el panaroma venezolano”,
señala, “puede ser que esté equivocado, pero es mi opinión”.
Marzo Fernández está convencido –por lo
que conoce del gobierno cubano- que Chávez está cautivo, “mejor dicho
prácticamente preso en Cuba ”.
“El gobierno cubano maneja cuidadosamente la enfermedad de
Chávez, emite los partes y pronósticos de la enfermedad, le da eventualmente
sus pases de salida y entrada a Venezuela, y es el único que realmente conoce
la verdadera situacion de Chávez”, dice Fernández.
“Y si esto fuera poco, son mas de 60 mil funcionarios
cubanos, los que dirigen todas, absolutamente todas, las dependencias del
gobierno venezolano. Nada escapa al escrutino rigurosos de los asesores, que en
la práctica ya han asumido las funciones de Dirección”.
Según la teoría de Marzo Fernández, los cubanos ya
dirigen la economia, controlan la importación y distribución de alimentos, todo
el sistema de salud pública y de relaciones exteriores, el Ministerio del
Interior, la Disip y todas lasfuerzas armadas, el sistema electoral, y lo más importante:
la riqueza nacional, el petróleo.
La famosa empresa PEDEVESA, que en un
tiempo fue un ejemplo administrativo, hoy se dirige desde Cuba . Cuba dirige
Petrocaribe, refina la gasolina de Venezuela , y la riqueza nacional, que fue
retirada de Estados Unidos ya está en manos cubanas. “¿Quien vende el petróleo
venezolano en el Caribe?”, pregunta.
En su opinión, lo primero que debe hacer el pueblo venezolano
es rescatar a Chávez de las manos del gobierno cubano, y lo segundo, fusilarlo
por traidor, por entregar todo el patrimonio nacional a una potencia
extranjera.
“La traición de Chávez al pueblo venezolano no tiene
antecedentes en la historia universal”,
indica. “Como un presidente, puede estar sometido a semejante cautiverio?
Ningún funcionario, menos un especialista médico, por supuestas medidas de
seguridad nacional, tiene acceso a Chavez y menos a su historia clínica”.
En su denuncia o alerta, Marzo
Fernández asegura que el
gobierno cubano maneja muy bien el arte de la politica, del engaño; que es un
verdadero prestidigitador, que con una mano nos entretiene y con otra hace el
truco. “Genera noticias, ahí están la libertad de Carromero, la prisión de Alan
Gross, la represión permanente, la privatización de la crisis insoluble de la
economía, la libertad de los 5; eso es el diversionismo. Mientras, consolida el
sistema empresarial en divisas controlado por los herederos militares, se hacen
inversiones faraónicas financiadas por Brasil y Venezuela y prepara una nueva
Asamblea Nacional que será la responsable de llevar a cabo la verdadera
transición, la política, la económica, que ya esta prácticamente terminada”.
“Ya han saneado prácticamente todo el
sistema empresarial con el despido de más de 450 mil trabajadores, aspiraban
llegar al millón, pero le tembló el pulso. Los herederos de los Castro
recibirán empresas rentables, nuevas uniones basadas en un sistema de acciones
depositadas en bancos extranjeros, son propietarios. Que nadie se sorprenda,
los preparativos se han elaborado muy cuidadosamente”.
Para el gobierno cubano, de acuerdo con
el análisis de Fernández , Venezuela ha sido una provincia
extremadamente rica, que ha permitido financiar una verdadera transición. “Ellos
saben muy bien que su sistema socialista sin un financiamiento externo no funciona”.
“Y para que me crititiquen mis hermanos
del patio”, alega Marzo Fernández, “la dictadura de Raúl Castro
hoy se encuentra perfectamente consolidada. Mientras el pueblo tenga que
utilizar su tiempo en garantizar los 3 Golpes: desayuno, almuerzo y comida,
nadie puede pensar en politica. Lo máximo: solicitar ayuda del exterior, tratar
de emigrar; y lo más socorrido, tratar de obtener una ciudadania extranjera, ni
la más solicitada, la española”.
Marzo Fernández cierra su interesante
análisis señalando: “Estoy seguro que estas notas no serán del agrado de muchos
hermanos venezolanos, pero es la triste realidad, la entrega de un país a una
potencia extranjera. Mientras tanto, continuaremos viendo a Nicolas Maduro con
lágrimas en los ojos, leyendo partes médicos elaborados por el gobierno cubano.

Estimados amigos y colegas de
Centroamérica, Suramérica y España:
Como habrán podido observar en
los últimos días en el Encuentro de mandatarios de América Latina y del Mundo
ocurrido en Chile, convocado por la CELAC, se ha recibido en su seno a uno
de los tiranos más longevos y crueles del mundo: Raúl Castro, o lo que es lo
mismo -al ser investido por su hermano Castro I, en lo que podemos considerar
un nombramiento dinástico antidemocrático-: Castro II.
Después de más de medio siglo en
el poder, cincuenta y cuatro años, el dictador Castro II ha sido invitado a una
reunión en la CELAC, junto a otros presidentes elegidos democráticamente, y
además, para colmo, ha sido nombrado Presidente de honor de dicha institución,
la que, no nos llamemos a engaño, al ser propuesta y creada por Hugo Chávez, no
duden ni un instante que también es una creación de los hermanos Castro.
Es una vergüenza, estimados
amigos y colegas, que un personaje tan oscuro, que un criminal, cuyos crímenes
se pueden demostrar, como fueron los crímenes del Remolcador Trece de Marzo
donde murieron más de setenta personas, entre ellas doce niños, el derribo de
las avionetas de Hermanos al Rescate, así como los innumerables
encarcelamientos, fusilamientos y desapariciones cometidos bajo sus órdenes,
sea nombrado representante de todos los ciudadanos centroamericanos,
suramericanos e hispanos del mundo libre.
No debemos aceptarlo
calladamente. El futuro de Centroamérica, Suramérica y España depende de
nosotros, es para nuestros hijos. Ellos heredarán el resultado de nuestras
demandas y de nuestra lucha. No podemos tolerar de ninguna manera que un
asesino, que los asesinos Castro, y ahora de manera puntual y directa Raúl
Castro, se erijan en ejemplos para los niños y jóvenes centroamericanos,
suramericanos e hispanos. No es justo que unos usurpadores, que unos ladrones,
que han usurpado la libertad y la democracia, que han robado todo un país al
pueblo cubano, haciendo de sus tierras su finca personal, sean los que hoy nos
representen y sean erigidos como modelos a seguir.
Hago un llamado a todos los
escritores y artistas de Centroamérica, Suramérica y España para que protesten,
por cualquier medio que crean posible, o firmando debajo de esta carta, con el
objetivo de enfrentarse firmemente en contra de esta decisión, y exigir la
retirada de este oneroso nombramiento, o de lo contrario la CELAC perdería toda
credibilidad (si es que alguna vez la tuvo) y debería desaparecer como
institución, al no ser considerada tampoco por nosotros representativa de la
justicia, de la libertad y de la democracia.
La historia de nuestros pueblos,
de nuestro continente, es tan real como imaginaria, gracias en buena medida a
la imaginación de todos nosotros, poetas, escritores, pintores, músicos,
arquitectos, científicos, pensadores, pero también esa historia ha padecido
desdichadamente de manera más real capítulos nefastos, aunque esté llena de
hermosos momentos y de ejemplares epopeyas que no debiéramos manchar sumándole
otro capítulo aciago que sólo nos avergonzaría más de nuestra propia historia.
Una historia en la que participaron nuestros abuelos, nuestros padres, nuestros
ancestros, dejándose la vida en ello.
Basta ya de soportar mudos el
zanganismo político, basta de permitir que los dictadores, tiranos y caudillos
se apoderen de nuestros destinos y jueguen a su antojo con el porvenir de
nuestros hijos, basta ya de entregarles nuestras existencias para que hagan de
ellas sus macabros jardines infernales. Hay demasiada hambre en el mundo para
aguantarles sus pujos (y no gracias) y sus funestos experimentos exterminadores
en contra de los que se merecen la verdad: los auténticos “pobres de la
tierra”. ¡Libertad y vida!

Abandoning Its Morally Straight
Membership Standard
Would be Suicidal for the Boy Scouts
of America
MIAMI, FL – It would be suicidal for the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) to abandon its membership standard protecting children and leaders from the undesirable, negative example, influence and possible sexual abuse of individuals openly flaunting support or practice of biologically aberrant and/or morally deviant sexual behavior, i.e., avowed sodomites or aberrosexuals (homosexuals).
To justify abandoning
the BSA's well-reasoned standard, its detractors need to demonstrate one or
more of the following:
ONE – That sexual abuse or the risk of sexual
abuse is NOT a problem in today’s society and, therefore, the standard is
unnecessary and can be dispensed with; or
TWO – That the elimination of the standard
will provide BSA members with GREATER, MORE COMPREHENSIVE safety and
protection; or
THREE – That the standard has failed to protect
BSA members and leaders, in which case far from being abandoned; the standard
needs to be stronger, more comprehensive, and better enforced.
Because none of the
standard’s detractors can demonstrate any of the above points, this
foundational standard must not be abandoned, but rather reinforced.
The ONLY argument
made by the standard’s detractor-partisans of the warped Aberrosexualist
ideology that macabrely “celebrates” biologically aberrant and/or morally
deviant sexual behavior is vitriol, vituperation, and invectives. These
extremists are unable to show that sexual abuse is not a problem, because it
is; they cannot show that eliminating the standard will provide BSA members
with greater, more comprehensive protection, because it definitely will not;
nor can they show that the standard does not work, because it does.
Arguing that the
standard is discriminatory is completely fallacious and a laughable red
herring, because the issue is whether or not the standard accomplishes its
purpose of protecting BSA members and reinforcing BSA values, therefore,
enhancing BSA members’ experience in the organization, which right reason
dictates should be the top BSA priority.
Do not be misled. Aberrosexualism
is not merely a grave health-injurious sexual behavior and public health
problem. Today, it is also a dangerous, rabidly anti-Christian political
ideology. Those who ignore this critical fact, do so at their own peril and
that of their family.
These well-financed, anti-Christian extremists are blackmailing the BSA to
abandon the values and principles that protect children from exposure to
biologically aberrant and morally deviant sexual behaviors. Hating everything
the BSA stands for, these extremists seek to force this highly respected
American youth organization to make a symbolic “statement” that advances the
dangerous aberrosexualist ideology, undermines the organization’s future, and
will having a devastating effect on its members and volunteer leaders.
Scouting's values,
virtues, principles and ideals are NOT NEGOTIABLE! Not now, not ever. PLEASE call the Boys Scouts national office at (972) 580-2000 and share
