Justice Scalia Asks ‘Why
no ancient Greek gay marriages?’
The Supreme Court will make a ruling on whether same-sex marriage should
be made the law of the land. If it does, what will the states do? Will we see
states ignoring the ruling of the court since there is nothing in the
Constitution – including the 14th Amendment
– giving jurisdiction to the national government on the redefinition of
marriage?
One of the biggest problems with the Constitution is that it does not
set forth a firm foundation for its authority beyond “We the people. . .” But
even the people are being overruled by renegade judges who overturn laws
prohibiting same-sex marriage in more than a dozen states. The Constitution in
fact should read “We five judges. . .” Our founders never meant it to be this
way.
It’s inconceivable that both state and federal representation can be
overruled by five unelected judges who are no greater authority than
themselves.
In yesterday’s opening arguments on same-sex marriage,
“The most dramatic moment in a historic case before the U.S. Supreme
Court on the constitutionality of same-sex marriage Tuesday morning came after
the first attorney had wrapped up her argument. ‘Gay marriage is an abomination
in the eyes of God,’ suddenly screamed a protester in the courtroom.
“After continuing his protest, the man was escorted from the court room.
Justice Antonin Scalia quipped, ‘That was refreshing, actually,’ causing
loud laughter to ripple through the courtroom.”
Yes, it was refreshing since it pointed out that the Supreme Court
Justices have no clothes under their robes, that is, they have no basis on
which to make sound moral rulings.
They rely on precedent. But on what does the first precedent rest on? It
all comes down to personal opinion, but only some opinions matter.
Instead
of appealing to the Bible, Justice Scalia appealed to the Greeks and Romans. It
may have been strategic on his part since liberals love the Greeks and Romans.
One of our nation’s national law-making bodies is named the Senate after the
Romans.
“The
justice noted the Greeks and Romans had no moral disapproval of homosexual
relations, yet neither culture ever considered approving same-sex marriage. The
implication was that those cultures must have found it would cause some sort of
harm to society.
“Scalia
used the same example to indicate that modern state laws defining marriage as
solely between a man and a woman were not motivated by dislike of, or
discrimination against, gays.
“He
asked attorney Mary Bonauto, who argued in favor of same-sex marriage, if it
were true that homosexual relationships but not marriages were sanctioned by
those cultures.
“When
she said yes, Scalia continued, ‘So their exclusion of same-sex marriage was
not due to prejudice, right?’ Adding, unless she considered Plato prejudiced.
Bonauto
replied she could not speak for ancient philosophers but was immediately cut
off by liberal Justice Stephen Breyer, who, perhaps surprisingly, picked up the
conservative Scalia’s line of argument.
“Breyer
noted heterosexual marriage has been the law everywhere for thousands of years,
and suddenly Bonauto was asking for immediate change.
“‘Why
can’t these states wait and see’ if the other states’ experiments in gay marriage
leads to harm?”
We
don’t have to wait. Same-sex marriage is already causing harm. Ask the owners

Contrary
to Justice Scalia’s historical point about there being no homosexual marriages
in either ancient Greece or Rome, there was a very significant same-sex
marriage. Consider Roman Emperor Nero

Cuando ves los sucesos de la
ciudad de Baltimore quince policías heridos, múltiples vehículos vandalizados y
envueltos en fuego, y negocios saqueados, destruidos y
prendió mientras un masivo grupo de alborotadores corrían como
salvajes a lo largo de la Avenida del norte en una vecindad de
Baltimore que parecía una aldea de una película de Tarzán. La primera pregunta
a una persona que venga de otro planeta tiene que ser ¿Por qué? ¿Qué es lo que
quieren?¨¨
Pero creo que lo que estábamos
viendo es el resultado de tener el primer presidente negro con el primer
Secretario negro de la justicia, no porque sean negros, sino porque fueron
electos por ser negros, y eso no es algo correcto para elegir a un
gobernante. Si hubieran sido elegidos por sus méritos, ya fueran

Where are the black fathers in Baltimore? They don‘t exist. I saw black
mothers in the streets. I saw
black male teens. But no black fathers trying to keep their kids off the
streets and away from violence.
Where is Barack Obama? Our nation’s first black president has been silent as
blacks tear apart a major America city. He’s quick to weigh in and assign blame
every time one black kid gets shot by a white cop. But not a word on the day
thousands of blacks rampage and terrorize a city? Not a word ever about
black-on-black crime? As of Tuesday, after most of the damage has been done,
Obama finally issued
a statement condemning the
violence. A day late, a dollar short and still no interest in “boots on the
ground” to calm the crisis.

Where is the black mayor of Baltimore? Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake clearly ordered police to stand down,
make no arrests and stop no crimes while her city was being destroyed, while
the businesses she is sworn to protect were being looted and burned. She
clearly said days before the riots went ballistic that she wanted to create a “space
for those who want to destroy.” Then she blamed the media for merely repeating her words verbatim.
Where are the black leaders? Where are Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson? Like Obama,
his BFF Sharpton appears to be weighing in a day late and a dollar short too.
He’s arranging a meeting of community leaders. Once there he’ll undoubtedly
place the majority of the blame on “police violence” against black citizens of
Baltimore. But blaming black citizens for the violence and damage? Asking black
citizens who committed crimes to take personal responsibility? It will never happen. I could write Sharpton’s script.
How about the war on poverty? How’s that worked out for black America? The longest and most expensive
war in American history has been in place since President Lyndon B. Johnson and
inner cities like Baltimore look exactly the same. Same poverty. Same
hopelessness. Same anger and violence. Same rioting and blame and excuses.
After $22 trillion has been
spent – more, by far, than all the wars in the history of
America combined, the results are … nothing.
I hear plenty of excuses from black America. I hear
they feel powerless. Really? With a black president, the first black attorney
general, another black (female) attorney general, a black mayor of Baltimore
and a black city council? All that and you still feel powerless?
How has having the first black president helped black
America? With black unemployment double that of whites, who is to blame?
I heard ultra-liberal (and pathetically politically correct) CNN analyst
Sally Kohn blame white America today. She wished white America would be half as outraged over
“police violence” as they are over the
riots.
Well I have a message for Sally Kohn:
I wish black Americans would be half as outraged over
black-on-black violence, black-on-black murders, black gangs, black drug
dealers, black looting, black burning of black small businesses and black
rioting as they are about one white cop killing one black kid.
And one more thought for Sally and liberals like her:
What has 50 years of black rule, liberal welfare and
entitlement policies, excuses and blame towards white people done for black
Americans in inner cities like Baltimore and Detroit? Where’s the progress in
those cities under 100 percent Democratic politicians and policies?
The sighting of a white Republican on the streets of
cities like Detroit and Baltimore is just a rumor. There were no whites or
Republicans among local leaders at the podium in Baltimore yesterday. There was
100 percent black leadership- black mayor, black city council members, black
police chief, black community leaders and clergy. Yet urban inner cities like
Baltimore and Detroit are in ruins.
It’s time to take personal responsibility. It’s time
to move on.
It’s time to fight for jobs, not welfare. It’s time to
look within yourselves. It’s time to stop blaming others. It’s time to blame
black fathers. It’s time to blame black leaders. It’s time to blame a black
president. It’s time to ask what the Democratic Party has ever done for you
except ensure you’re helpless, hopeless and dependent on government to survive.
It’s time to blame the war on poverty.
‘We will
not obey’: Christian leaders threaten civil disobedience if Supreme Court
legalizes gay marriage
To be
clear – the men and women who courageously signed this pledge did so knowing
the hell storm that is about to be unleashed on them – and their families.
“We
will not obey.”
That’s
the blunt warning a group of prominent religious leaders is sending to the
Supreme Court of the United States as they consider same-sex marriage.
“We
respectfully warn the Supreme Court not to cross that line,” read a document
titled, Pledge in Solidarity to Defend Marriage. “We stand united together in
defense of marriage. Make no mistake about our resolve.”
“While
there are many things we can endure, redefining marriage is so fundamental to
the natural order and the common good that this is the line we must draw and
one we cannot and will not cross,” the pledge states.
The
signees are a who’s who of religious leaders including former Arkansas Gov.
Mike Huckabee, former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum, National Religious
Broadcasters president Jerry Johnson, Pastor John Hagee, and Franklin Graham,
president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s
Purse.
The
pledge was co-drafted by Deacon Keith Fournier, a Catholic deacon, and Mat
Staver, the founder of Liberty Counsel. Also involved in the document were Rick
Scarborough, the president of Vision America Action and James Dobson, the
founder of Family Talk Radio.
“We’re
sending a warning to the Supreme Court and frankly any court that crosses the
line on the issue of marriage,” Staver told me.
He said
that once same-sex marriage is elevated to the level of protected status – it
will transform the face of society and will result in the “beginning of the end
of Western Civilization.”
“You
are essentially saying that boys and girls don’t need moms and dads – that moms
and dads are irrelevant,” Staver said. “Gender becomes pointless when
government adopts same-sex marriage. It creates a genderless relationship out
of a very gender-specific relationship. It says that it doesn’t matter and that
two moms or two dads are absolutely equivalent to a mom and a dad.

Iran’s Farsnews confirms the Arabiya report, stating that “a US cargo
ship with 34 crew was stopped and seized by Iranian Navy warships on Tuesday.
The Iranian Navy has confiscated the American trade vessel with all its 34 crew
for trespassing on Iran’s territorial waters in the Persian Gulf.”
An Iranian warship is now taking the American vessel
to Iran’s Southern port city of Bandar Abbas in the Persian Gulf.
There has been no official confirmation of the seizure
yet.

George Bush calls out Obama on how he is
handling ISIS – or not handling them.
He rarely ever publicly criticizes his
successor, Barack Obama.
But on Saturday night, George W. Bush
apparently lashed out at the President’s foreign policy.
Speaking at a closed-door meeting with
Jewish donors in Las Vegas, the 68-year-old former leader suggested that
Obama’s plan to lift sanctions on Iran was not plausible – and comes too early.
He noted that the country’s government and
President Hassan Rouhani appear to be caving in – and implied that America
could lose leverage if it relaxes sanctions on Tehran anytime soon.
And he said that the comprehensive
nuclear deal – which is currently being negotiated by six global powers, including
the US – would likely have a negative impact on US national security in the
future.
‘You think the Middle East is chaotic
now? Imagine what it looks like for our grandchildren. That’s how Americans
should view the deal,’ Bush told donors at the Republican Jewish Coalition
session.

Democrats control the Senate. So who does Mitch McConnell work for?
This is one of the most profound pieces of news
analysis I have seen on exactly what the massive Republican victory has meant
for the Senate. What did you win by voting for Republicans?
You won the ability to pass laws that are supported by
a majority of the remaining Democrats. Why? Were you expecting something more?
[W]ith
two minor exceptions, every single vote that has passed the U.S. Senate since
the beginning of this Congress in January has passed with at least—usually more
than—93 percent of support from Democrats.
“While
Republicans have done nothing to create jobs and help the middle class, on
other topics like passing clean funding for Homeland Security and confirming
Loretta Lynch, Senator McConnell has done the right thing by bringing bills and
nominations to the floor that Democrats can support,” Senate Minority Leader
Harry Reid’s spokesman Adam Jentleson told Breitbart News. “Democrats hope this
trend will continue.”
Since
January, according to the U.S. Senate vote count website, there have been
10 nominations confirmed. Each one has seen unanimous support from Democrats
who voted, but varying levels of Republican support.
The most important of these, of course, was the
confirmation of Loretta Lynch. When he was running for re-election, Mitch
McConnell promised that no Attorney General would be confirmed who agreed with
Barack Obama’s executive amnesty. Now that he is not running for re-election
for several years, he led some Republicans and all Democrats in voting for her
confirmation. Or rather, Harry Reid and the few remaining Democrats led
McConnell and a large number of Republicans to confirm Lynch.
[T]he so-called “doc
fix” which raised the national debt by nearly $200 billion without
offsetting cuts to pay doctors who accept Medicare more,
passed with unanimous Democratic support and only eight Republicans voting
against it. Those eight Republicans were: Sens. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Richard
Shelby (R-AL), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Mike Lee (R-UT), David Perdue (R-GA), Marco
Rubio (R-FL), Ben Sasse (R-NE), and Tim Scott (R-SC).
The only
two areas where Republicans used their majority against Democratic opposition
were the Keystone Pipeline vote and the National Labor Relations Board vote—a
bill that overruled a President’s rule that a Union could call for an “ambush
vote,” an election within eleven days.
Obama vetoed both laws.
The bottom line is that voters handed the Republican
Party a huge victory and yet voting behavior in the Senate has simply not
changed. If Harry Reid were still the majority leader little would be different
from what it is now. And since the Republicans refuse to use the power of the
purse, they are at the mercy of Barack Obama’s veto even when they do bother to
vote against the Democrats.
So the question is: Is there any Republican political
candidate we can trust to change this?

‘Obama Will Go Down In History As the President Who Did Less for Blacks Than a
White President’
Piers Morgan calls out Obama for not doing enough in
light of the recent riots in Baltimore.

Barack Obama was elected President on a tidal wave of
hope, optimism and genuine belief from tens of millions of African-Americans
that he would finally get them true justice and equality.
What’s the point being the first black president if
you CAN’T do that?
But he’s failed.
Many black Americans feel even more marginalized than
they did before he came to power. They feel even less ‘equal’, even more
exposed to injustice. Most are just as poor and badly educated as they were
before Obama got to the White House.
And who, honestly, can blame them for thinking their President
has failed them in light of so many dreadful deaths of unarmed blacks at the
hands of a system that is supposed to protect them?
…
The President needs to do more than just utter yet
more platitudes from the Oval Office.
He should be down in Baltimore today, talking directly
to the people who feel he has betrayed them.
HIS people, with HIS skin colour, who voted for HIM
because they thought HE would change the system.
Less talk, more action, Mr President.
Or you will go down in history as the guy who did less for blacks in
America than Lyndon Johnson – a white man.

hecho de la mentira una forma de gobernar y ambos están conscientes de que se
han mentido mutuamente. Terror para un pueblo cubano que, una vez pasada la
euforia efímera de las falsas esperanzas de mejorar sus condiciones de vida,
vera que su mundo ha cambiado para lo peor. Porque se verá sometido a mayores
maltratos por parte de un régimen fortalecido por la impunidad que le
representa el reconocimiento por la primera potencia del mundo y la prosperidad
que le traerán los dólares norteamericanos.
Después de la obtención de dólares de
turistas norteamericanos, el mayor interés de la tiranía castrista es que la
saquen de la lista de países promotores del terrorismo. Esto le daría acceso a
asistencia por parte del gobierno de EEUU u organismos internacionales, así
como a los mercados financieros internacionales. Obama ya ha comenzado a dar
pasos hacia esa meta consultando a un Congreso en manos republicanas que él
sabe se lo negará. Pero como ha hecho con los temas de inmigración y ha tratado
de hacerlo con Irán, Obama se propone actuar por decreto.
El Mesías

empezar por saber en qué consiste el respeto a todas las ideas…no perseguimos a

son las palabras de los mentirosos en cuyas promesas dice creer Barack Obama.
Ellos siguen mintiendo a sabiendas de que ya nadie los cree y él sabe que
mienten pero no le importa porque todo queda entre mentirosos.
Las
mentiras de Obama, por otra parte, son tan recientes y han sido tan
documentadas que son ignoradas únicamente por los fanáticos que lo apoyan sin
exigirle que cumpla sus promesas falsas. Ahí están la izquierda vitriólica que
odia a su propio país, la mayoría de los votantes negros que todo lo ven a
través del cristal del color y los inmigrantes ilegales en busca de soluciones
fáciles donde no se les reclame responsabilidades por sus violaciones de las
leyes norteamericanas. Resulta inaudito que estas personas sigan
tolerando las promesas falsas del Partido Demócrata antes que exigir a ambos
partidos una reforma migratoria integral, perdurable y dentro de los parámetros
de la legalidad.
Como en
el caso de los Castro, pasemos revista a un breve muestrario de las mentiras de
Obama. En 2009, durante su primer discurso sobre el Estado de la Unión, Obama
prometió "reducir el déficit a la mitad hacia el final de mi primer mandato en el
cargo”. En cambio,
Obama ha promediado déficits casi tres veces superiores a los de su predecesor.
En un discurso posterior dijo:“Durante los próximos dos años, este plan [de
estímulos] salvará o creará 3.5 millones de empleos”. Puede que hubiese prometido 3.5

Obamacare Just Took A Big Shot From The Supreme Court
“The government keeps
making the same bad..."
For the sixth time in
a row, the Supreme Court took action to protect religious groups from being
forced to comply with Affordable Care Act’s contraception mandate.
On Monday, the court
ordered the Cincinnati-based 6th Circuit Court of Appeals to rehear the
Michigan Catholic Conference case in light of the Supreme Court’s ruling last
summer in favor of Hobby Lobby.

In June of 2014, the
6th Circuit Court ruled
against the Michigan Catholic Conference and another catholic
group based in Tennessee, stating that the Department of Health and Human
Services’ (HHS) “accommodation” adequately addresses the religious liberty
objections these groups have to providing contraceptives.
As reported by Western
Journalism last month, the accommodation
rule requires religious institutions to notify HHS or their
insurer of their objection to the contraception mandate. After their objection
is certified by HHS, the health care insurer must then pay for the mandated
coverage.
The Michigan Catholic
Conference objected to the mandate and the accommodation on the grounds that
the health care plans their institutions are required to provide are still the
means used to furnish abortion-inducing drugs and other contraceptives, whether
the institutions pay directly for that specific portion of the coverage or
indirectly (through higher premiums, etc.).

These groups further
argue that in order for them to follow the certification process required by
HHS for the accommodation, they are still, in effect, giving the insurer the
green light to provide the means to take a human life.
Mark Rienzi, Senior
Counsel of the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, said, “The government
keeps making the same bad arguments and the Supreme Court keeps rejecting them
– every single time. This is because the government can obviously come up with
ways to distribute contraceptives without the forced involvement of Catholic
ministries.” The Becket Fund filed an amicus brief in the case.
“As with the Supreme
Court’s decisions in Little Sisters of the Poor and Hobby Lobby, this is a
strong signal that the Supreme Court will ultimately reject the government’s
narrow view of religious liberty. And it makes it less likely that lower courts
will accept arguments the Supreme Court has rejected over and over and over
again,” Rienzi added.
Debunking
Obama’s Bilious Baltimore Babble
It’s never enough.
American taxpayers have surrendered billions and
billions and billions of dollars to the social-justice-spender-in-chief.
But it’s never, ever enough.
The latest paroxysm
of urban violence, looting, and recriminations in Baltimore prompted President
Obama on Tuesday to trot out his frayed Blame The Callous, Tight-Fisted
Republicans card. After dispensing with an obligatory wrist-slap of toilet
paper-and Oreo-filching “protesters” who are burning Charm City to the ground
(he hurriedly changed it to “criminals and thugs” mid-word), the 2009 Nobel Peace
Prize winner got down to his usual business: hectoring his political opponents
and grousing that America hasn’t forked over enough money for him to make the
“massive investments” needed to “make a difference right now.”
If we are “serious”
about preventing more riots, the president declared, then “the rest of us”
(translation: all of us stingy conservatives) have to make sure “we are
providing early education” and “making investments” so that inner-city youths
are “getting the training they need to find jobs.”
Narcissus on the
Potomac wheedled that “there’s a bunch of my agenda that would make a
difference right now.” Me, me, me! His laundry list of the supposedly
underfunded cures that he can’t get through Congress includes “school reform,”
“job training” and “some investments in infrastructure” to “attract new
businesses.”
I’ll give POTUS
credit: He can lay it on thicker than a John Deere manure spreader.
Let’s talk “massive
investments,” shall we?
In 2009, Obama and
the Democrats rammed the $840 billion federal stimulus package through Capitol
Hill under the guise of immediate job creation and economic recovery. An
estimated $64 billion went to public school districts; another nearly $50
billion went for other education spending. This included $13 billion for
low-income public school kids; $4.1 billion for Head Start and childcare
services; $650 million for educational technology; $200 million for working
college students; and $70 million for homeless children.
How’s that all
working out? Last week, economists from the St. Louis Federal Reserve surveyed
more than 6,700 education stimulus recipients and concluded that for every $1
million of stimulus grants to a district, a measly 1.5 jobs were created.
“Moreover, all of this increase came in the form of nonteaching staff,” the
report found, and the “jobs effect was also not statistically different from
zero.”
More than
three-quarters of the jobs “created or saved” in the first year of the stimulus
were government jobs, while roughly 1 million private sector jobs were
forestalled or destroyed, according to Ohio State University. President Obama
later admitted “there was no such thing” as “shovel-ready projects.” But there
were plenty of pork-ready recipients, from green energy billionaires to union
bosses to Democratic campaign finance bundlers. About $230 billion in porkulus
funds was set aside for infrastructure projects, yet less than a year later,
Obama was back asking for another $50 billion to pour down the infrastructure
black hole.
In 2010, President
Obama signed the so-called Edujobs bill into law — a $26 billion political
wealth redistribution scheme paying back Big Labor for funding Democratic
congressional campaigns. A year later, several were spending on the money to
plug budget shortfalls instead of hiring teachers. Other recipients received
billions despite having full educational payrolls and not knowing what to do
with the big bucks.
In 2012, with
bipartisan support, Obama signed the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act “to
encourage startups and support our nation’s small businesses.”
In July 2014, with
bipartisan support, Obama signed the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act
to “help job seekers access employment, education, training, and support
services to succeed in the labor market and to match employers with the skilled
workers they need to compete in the global economy.” (Never mind that a GAO
review of the feds’ existing 47 job-training programs run by nine different
agencies “generally found the effects of participation were not consistent
across programs, with only some demonstrating positive impacts that tended to
be small, inconclusive or restricted to short-term impacts.”)
In December 2014, the
White House unveiled nearly $1 billion in new “investments” to “expand access
to high-quality early childhood education to every child in America” from
“birth and continuing to age 5.”
That’s all on top of
the $6 billion government-funded national service and education initiative
known as the SERVE America Act, which was enacted less than a month after the
nearly $1 trillion stimulus with the help of a majority of Big Government
Senate Republicans. The SERVE America Act included $1.1 billion to increase the
investment in national service opportunities; $97 million for Learn and Serve
America Youth Engagement Zones; and nearly $400 million for the Social
Innovation Fund and Volunteer Generation Fund.
The “social
innovation” slush fund was intended to “create new knowledge about how to solve
social challenges in the areas of economic opportunity, youth development and
school support, and healthy futures, and to improve our nation’s
problem-solving infrastructure in low-income communities.” The biggest
beneficiaries? Obama’s progressive cronies.
Apparently, the
richly funded “social innovators” haven’t reached the looter-prone
neighborhoods of Baltimore yet. But it’s not ideologically bankrupt Obama’s
fault. It’s ours.
This week, the U.S.
Senate is debating the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act, bi-partisan legislation introduced by
Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Senator Bob Corker
(TN). The bill would allow Congress time to review a nuclear “agreement”
with Iran – and, further, would allow Congress a vote in opposition to the
agreement if our legislators believe it’s a bad deal.
ACT for America has been consistent in our strong
support for congressional
involvement in any final nuclear agreement with Iran, and we supported S. 615,
as it was originally introduced.
There are potential
amendments to the bill that may be offered during debate by the full
Senate. We feel that some of these amendments, if enacted, would help
ensure that any final nuclear deal with Tehran is a good one.

NOTE: An amendment offered
by Senator Ron Johnson (WI), treating any nuclear deal with Iran as
a treaty and therefore requiring approval from
67 senators to put it into effect, was defeated on the Senate floor yesterday.
As is often the case
with legislative affairs (and politics in general) things are still in flux
with regard to amendments that may be considered as part of this legislation.
The bottom line is that we must do all we can to ensure that a final
nuclear agreement with Iran is one that fully protects the United States,
Israel, and the world from a dangerous regime that has proven time again to be
both untrustworthy and devoted to the destruction of the west.

Those propaganda headlines come with soothing tales of compassionate, wise, and unified central bankers running the show, having everything under control.

One by one, those bankers are now
separating their nations' fortunes, and their own, from one another. Many are
publicly demonstrating they don't trust each other, and just as certainly,
proving why you should not trust any of them.
For starters, nothing says "I don't trust you anymore" like demanding the return of tons of gold stored for safekeeping in the U.S. for most of eight decades. Bank masters in Austria, Germany, Venezuela, Holland, and other nations began publicly calling their gold home from Fort Knox shortly after the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis brought the world face to face with economic annihilation.
And no one says "I don't trust the paper money we've all been printing" louder than Alan Greenspan, chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank for 19 years until 2006.
For starters, nothing says "I don't trust you anymore" like demanding the return of tons of gold stored for safekeeping in the U.S. for most of eight decades. Bank masters in Austria, Germany, Venezuela, Holland, and other nations began publicly calling their gold home from Fort Knox shortly after the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis brought the world face to face with economic annihilation.

Only Now Does Greenspan Level with Us
Greenspan sixty years ago was a close friend and collaborator of philosopher and free-market icon Ayn Rand. He was without question a strong proponent of gold. But during decades as a supposed financial wizard and then head of the Fed, Greenspan abandoned Rand's teachings that markets should be free from government meddling.
Now aware his historical legacy is up for grabs, he is rewriting his resume, publicly throwing his still-considerable influence to favor gold. Since leaving the Fed, he has been saying loudly and without apology gold is better to hold than paper money, starting with U.S. dollars.
"Gold is a currency... by all evidence, a premier currency. No fiat currency, including the dollar, can match it," he said in 2014. He told the BBC in February he believes the Euro is doomed.
Greenspan pretended for 19 years he ran a non-political Federal Reserve. But at a financial conference last year, he had jaws dropping everywhere.
"I never said the U.S. Federal Reserve was independent," was his response to a question about his policies. Greenspan's bombshell was meant to inoculate himself from the long lasting effects of his dangerous policies. But it serves as an off-hand admission he spent his life as a puppet, not a puppet master.
One of the most transparent, lying bank masters on record is Jean-Claude Juncker, former prime minister of Luxembourg, former economic wizard of the European Council, and current President of the European Commission. Juncker happily bragged about lying. "When it becomes serious, you have to lie,"he said in a now infamous self-tribute.
In a videotaped economic conference in 2011, Juncker told his audience he often "had to lie" while running Europe as its economic superstar. Sometimes he truthfully told us why. "I am for secret, dark debates," he said in 2011. It would "not be intelligent to draw public attention" to facts, he once told a top British banker. One chilling Juncker quotation admitted central bankers criminally manipulate a sleep-walking public. Most people can't understand what we do, he said, so "we continue step by step until there is no turning back."
Some former central bankers are coming clean, but Ben Bernanke is the holdout. Infamous for his 2006 assurance to Congress the housing market was solid and in fine shape a year before it collapsed, Bernanke is writing his autobiography to explain how he saved the world by printing and giving away trillions. He gets $250,000 of those dollars back for one-hour speaking engagements.
Central bankers are edgy. They recognize they've created disasters and want to distance themselves from the consequences.

America's Allies Are Hedging Themselves
U.S. allies are eagerly making deals to replace the U.S. petro-dollar with the Chinese yuan for international trade, while Washington begs them not to. Even Taiwan, long protected by the U.S., tried to join China's AIIA against Washington's wishes.
Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, a top economic adviser to presidents Obama and Clinton, warned a few weeks ago economic allies abandoning the U.S. marks "the moment the United States lost its role as the underwriter of the global economic system."
The economist who defined the modern-day currency war, author Jim Rickards, summed it up in a comprehensive Money Metals podcast interview April 10th. Rickards describes the global economy as not in recovery but in depression. Central bankers "don't know what they're doing. They won't say it publicly but they do say it privately. This is one big science experiment."
Today, across the world, the big money is rapidly changing hands as bankers frantically change dance partners. Bank masters are telling us big changes are coming, either over time or perhaps overnight.
Would big changes necessarily mean another global, catastrophic economic meltdown on its way with no turning back? The record is clear – the people with that answer would be those who caused it with their secret policies and actions.
They haven't yet told us everything they know, but they have told us they cannot be trusted.

state’s attorney, police chief and city council president are black, as is 48

much bigger than the police department.”
Everyone wants to
have an honest conversation about race, so let’s us endeavor to do just that.
Now, of course, when you speak the hard truth about race issues in America –
and not just the liberal progressive talking points – and you’re white, you’ll

is a culture of dependency as promulgated by the race baiters and new

University Cancels American Sniper Screening After Protests It was the number one movie in the country, out-grossing tentpoles like Guardians of the Galaxy, but American Sniper is apparently too controversial to be shown on the University of Michigan campus. The powers-that-be have canceled a planned screening of the film this week after students complained that it perpetuated “negative and misleading stereotypes” of Muslims. According to an online letter that garnered more than 300 signatures, Clint Eastwood’s film “not only tolerates but promotes anti-Muslim rhetoric and sympathizes with a mass killer.” Both students and staff members signed the petition, and the backlash against the film drew support from campus groups like the Muslim Students’ Association. “Chris Kyle was a racist who took a disturbing stance on murdering Iraqi civilians,” said the letter. “Middle Eastern characters in the film are not lent an ounce of humanity and watching this movie is provocative and unsafe to MENA and Muslim students who are too often reminded of how little the media and the world values their lives.” Deciding they would be promoting “harmful content” if they screened the film, the Center for Campus Involvement decided to replace American Sniper with a screening of Paddington Bear. No word yet on whether students have managed to find any objectionable content in that one. Shield Us From Different Opinions! How is it that watching a movie can make a person “unsafe?” Obviously, the people making this claim have already seen American Sniper and lived to tell the tale. They obviously wouldn’t make all of these claims about the film’s content if they hadn’t watched it, right? Of course not. Anyway, the smear campaign against American Sniper continues. Has there been a more misunderstood movie in recent times? If you haven’t seen the film, you would think it’s this two-hour glorification of a Muslim-hating serial killer. If these idiots ever get around to actually seeing the movie, they’ll think it’s been re-edited for home video. Because they will find it isn’t anything like what they’ve claimed. It’s actually a moving picture of war, and a psychological study of what happens to a man when put into some of the worst situations imaginable. But the merits, cinematically-speaking, of American Sniper are not the issue. The issue is this new belief that our college campuses should be “safe spaces,” free of any thought, opinion, or idea that might make a student uncomfortable. If there is any place in America where ideas should be allowed to flow unfettered, it is within our universities. You don’t teach young men and women how to think by shielding them from “dangerous” and “unsafe” views. Of course, today’s universities aren’t trying to teach their students how to think. They’re trying to teach them what to think, and it has frightening ramifications for the future of this country. For many students, a college campus will give them their first real exposure to political ideas. And if certain mainstream political ideas are not only derided but actively banned from campus, the outcome is predictable. And if today’s liberals feel their safety is jeopardized by a movie, it’s no wonder they can’t relate to a man like Chris Kyle.

Bananatag o Streak; compañías de las que puede que no hayas oído hablar, pero
que probablemente ya saben de ti.
Éstas se encargan de gestionar las relaciones con los

Y el resultado es Ugly Mail, una extensión de Chrome que
permite saber cuáles de los correos electrónicos que recibes en tu carpeta de
entrada llegaron para fisgonear.
El sistema es sencillo: una vez que se ha instalado, el
código identifica los emails que incluyen las imágenes transparentes de
rastreo.
Estos correos aparecerán en tu bandeja marcados con el
icono de un ojo. Así al menos sabrás que si los abres les estarás enviando de
regreso información.
La herramienta, sin embargo, tiene sus limitaciones.
Solo sirve para los correos de Gmail y únicamente está
disponible para el navegador Chrome, aunque Tulyaganov adelantó que están
trabajando en las versiones para Safari y Firefox.
Otras herramientas
Ugly Mail no es el único mecanismo para evitar que te
espíen a través de correos electrónicos.
Ugly
Email detecta los correos fisgones y PixelBlock directamente los bloquea.
Este servicio identifica los correos fisgones y tú eliges
abrirlos o no.
Pero otros no te consultan, y los bloquean directamente.
Es el caso de PixelBlock, otra extensión de Chrome.
La
medida más básica es mantener activos los filtros de correo no deseado.
Aunque la medida más básica que los usuarios podrían

Los clientes de correo más conocidos, como
Windows Live Mail, Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail (para Mac) y Evolution
(para Linux), cuentan con control deantispam avanzado.

Gmail, entre otros.
Asegúrate de mantener activos sus filtros e indica
manualmente cuáles correos que el filtro no identificó consideras no deseados.
Así, al menos, se lo pondrás más difícil a aquellos que
te quieren espiar.
