Granja de servidores del Internet, Chappaqua, Nueva York -La ex secretaria
de Estado Hillary Rodham Clinton, senadora y primera dama puede ser sólo otra
campesina más en la granja en la comunidad rural de Chappaqua, donde ella y su

y para mucha gente, ésta no vive a lo esperado.
El escándalo actual podría ser rescatado en la atención del público si
algunos de los correos electrónicos de Hillary resultan para tener contenido
sexual, como algunos dicen que tienen un contenido amoroso de Hillary con una
asistente islámica. Una relación homosexual con una musulmana
complacería el apetito genuino que hay para un jugoso escándalo Clinton.
Yo le diría a Hillary, lo que me decía mi abuelita, mantén tu
reputación. Si el escándalo no vive a tu fama, guarda como siempre los E Mail
en el chiquero de los cerdos o en una bóveda a prueba de bombas en la bodega
donde la madre de Bill guarda las fórmulas secretas de los encurtidos.
Pero para nosotros, no debemos desanimarnos, los Clinton nunca nos fallan,
seguro que un nuevo escándalo tendrá muchas más connotaciones sexuales que este
de los E Mails.

los E Mail de Hillary… Como me lo dijeron lo digo
Hay informaciones que salieron y desaparecieron y quizás vuelvan a
aparecer.
Como me las dijeron lo digo, solo paso el chisme o información, como
quieran decirle, no tengo nada que ver con esto, no me metan en líos.
David Martosko es un editor trabaja para el Daily Mail, y según dice obtuvo
información secreta de los E Mails de Hillary, habían sido pirateados por el
famoso Hacker Gucciffer.
Clinton nunca tuvo una dirección de correo electrónico oficial 'state.gov'. Sus ayudantes
le crearon el E Mail 'hdr22@clintonemail.com' durante los cuatro años que ella fue un alto diplomático de Estados
Unidos.
El primer indicio de una dirección de correo electrónico secreto de Clinton
llegó por el famoso hacker Rumano que utiliza el nom-de-hack 'Guccifer. Que más
tarde fue condenado a cuatro años de prisión por sus hazañas ilegales. Nunca
había tenido problema, era un hacker popular que operaba casi a la luz del
día, pero después de meterse en este asunto pasó rápidamente a la
sombra.
Marcel Lazar Lehel – nombre real de Guccifer – según la información, entró
a la cuenta de correo electrónico de Sidney Blumenthal, un ex asesor de Bill
Clinton, que más tarde se unió a la campaña presidencial del 2008 de la señora
Clinton. Blumenthal había enviado e-mails a ella en la dirección 'clintonemails.com', según otra revista, The
Smoking Gun. Así que la
información viene por tres lados,
Daily Mail, The Smoking Gun, y una estación de televisión de Rusia.
Recopilando estas informaciones dicen que Guccifer logró romper la barrera
de Hillary a través de los correos que Sid le enviaba.

No creo que Martosko la haya inventado esto debido a las pruebas y por el
hecho de que al mismo tiempo que Martosko revelaba esta información, , lo hacía
"The smoking Gun y RT, una red de televisión estatal rusa, que
también publicó los correos electrónicos. Pero ahora no se pueden encontrar.
No me gustan las teorías conspirativas, me parecen difícil en un entorno de
libertad de prensa global, omo la que existe hoy en día que hay veces que
llega al libertinaje.
Pero en el caso de los Clinton, no es que las teorías
de conspiraciones los persigan, es que ellos son una conspiración
virtual en su manera de actuar y siempre tienen al público intrigado.
¿Qué es lo que realmente está pasando? me gustaría saberlo, pero creo que
tenemos que esperar, cómo decía aquel famoso detective chino de la radio de
Cuba, Chang-Li-Po….Paciencia…..mucha paciencia.

El servidor de computadora que emite y recibe correos electrónicos de
Hillary Rodham Clinton — en una cuenta privada que usó exclusivamente para
asuntos oficiales cuando era Secretario de estado — fueron rastreadas a un
servicio de Internet registrado a su hogar en Chappaqua, Nueva York, según los
registros de Internet revisados por The Associated Press
La práctica altamente inusual de un funcionario de nivel de gabinete que
físicamente ejecuta su propio correo electrónico habría dado a Clinton, el
presunto candidato presidencial demócrata, archivos de control y oportunidad
impresionante de limitar el acceso a sus mensajes. También distinguiría a las
prácticas de correo electrónico reservado de Clinton como mucho más

Otra observación es ese nivel de sofisticación que habla de que
el hecho no fue una decisión en el último minuto; en cambio fue una maniobra
planeada para dar a los Clinton más control sobre su correspondencia electrónica.
No hay duda sobre lo que hizo la secretaria Clinton, porque la explicación
más plausible de su intención parece clara, creó un sistema diseñado para
evitar la rendición de cuentas, potencialmente en violación de la ley.
Ahí radica el problema para el partido demócrata. Los escándalos se
amontonan alrededor de Hillary Clinton.
Las consecuencias de esta noticia son de gran alcance. Los e-mails privados
han servido para reavivar el escándalo de Bengasi, que los demócratas que
habían puesto a descansar hace meses. En cambio, el Comité selecto sobre
Bengasi, liderado por el representante Trey Gowdy, ha reclamado todos los
correos electrónicos privados de Clinton con respecto a Libia.
No creo que van a encontrar nada incriminatorio, pasarán el tiempo leyendo
más de 55.000 páginas y las páginas incriminatorias se han ido con lo que el

¿A QUIÉN ESCRIBÍA CLINTON?
Sin acceso a los
correos, no hay forma de saberlo con certeza.
Su equipo dice
que estaba en contacto habitual con unas 100 personas del departamento, pero

portavoz de la Casa Blanca, Josh Earnest, no pudo precisar si Obama había

Democratic NJ Sen. Bob Menendez Facing Corruption Charges
Federal authorities are set to bring criminal charges against
Democratic Sen. Robert Menendez of New Jersey, according to multiple news
sources.
Menendez allegedly used his Senate office to push the business
interests of a Democratic donor and friend in exchange for gifts, CNN said.
A representative for Menendez could not immediately be reached for
comment.
Attorney General Eric Holder approved requests by prosecutors in the public integrity section to bring forth the charges, according to CNN, and an announcement could come within weeks.
Prosecutors are nearing a deadline under the statute of limitations on some of the allegations.
The FBI and the Justice Department have pursued allegations against Menendez in recent years, which the senator has denounced as a "smear campaign" against him.
The charges are expected to involve Menendez's relationship with Salomon Melgen, a Florida ophthalmologist whom the senator has called a friend and political supporter, according to CNN.
Melgen and his family have generously supported Menendez and various committees that he has served on.
Plane trips Menendez took in 2010 to the Dominican Republic as a guest of Melgen are the focus of the Justice Department investigation. The probe first became public in 2013 — and Menendez paid Melgen $58,000 for the plane trips, calling his failure to disclose the flights an "oversight."
Menendez, 61, one of the highest ranking Hispanic members of Congress, is in his second full term as senator. He led the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee from 2009 to 2011. The senator has long denied wrongdoing in his ties to Melgen.
He is the former chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and has been one of the Obama administration's strongest Democratic opponents in recent months on the president's decision to ease the trade embargo against Cuba and to hold direct talks with Iran over its nuclear arsenal.
The case is expected to test the Justice Department's ability to prosecute sitting lawmakers and it has already raised legal issues over whether key evidence gathered by the agency is protected by the speech and debate clause of the Constitution.
Melgen’s practice in Florida was raided by federal authorities twice in 2013, The Washington Times reports. He billed the federal Medicare program more than $20 million the previous year, according to data released by the administration in 2013, and he was among 2 percent of the doctors participating in the program who accounted for nearly a quarter of Medicare’s billings.
Menendez's advocacy on Melgen's behalf with federal Medicare administrators who have accused him of overbilling the agency is at the center of the Justice Department's investigation.
Melgen was among the top recipients of Medicare reimbursements during the years when he was a major Democratic donor, according to the report. Melgen's attorneys have denied wrongdoing.
More specifically, prosecutors are focusing on whether Menendez broke the law in advocating for Melgen in a contract for port-screening equipment with the government of the Dominican Republic.
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency had considered donating the equipment to the Dominican Republic. The deal would have hurt the contract of ICSSI, a company that was controlled by Melgen, according to CNN.

26 States Want Investigation Of Obama’s Amnesty
Texas
Attorney General Ken Paxton is asking a judge to allow an investigation of the
closed-door workings of President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty, following
the discovery that 100,000 illegal immigrants had secretly been given
three-year amnesty documents well before a promised start date.
“The
Obama Administration appears to have already been issuing expanded work
permits, in direct contradiction to what they told a federal judge previously
in this litigation,” Paxton said in a Thursday
statement describing his legal request, which
was signed by the governors or attorneys general of 26 states.
“The
circumstances behind this must be investigated, and the motion we seek would
help us determine to what extent the Administration might have misrepresented
the facts in this case,” he added.
The
judge has frozen Obama’s amnesty since Feb. 16, pending the future decisions of
appeals court judges. Without the judge’s decision, Obama’s deputies
already would be preparing work permits and tax rebates for illegals.
Paxton’s
hardball response was cheered by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott. ”I commend
Attorney General Paxton for continuing to hold the Obama Administration
accountable, and I’m confident an investigation would find the Administration
knowingly or recklessly misled a Federal Court in issuing thousands of amnesty
documents illegally,” he said Thursday.
“President
Obama has continued to show complete disregard for the Rule of Law by acting
beyond his Constitutional authority at every stage of this process,” he added.
The
judge, Andrew Hanen, showed his skepticism about the administration in a 2014 case, when
he said border officers were being used by the administration to illegally
transfer foreign children from Central America to their parents living
illegally in U.S. cities.
On Feb.
16, Hanen froze Obama’s two-part amnesty, which was intended to provide
residency, work permits and tax rebates to at least four million illegals,
after concluding it likely violated the federal government’s rule-making
process.
The
amnesty for roughly 1 million younger illegals is called the Deferred Action
for Childhood Arrivals, and it was launched in June 2012, five months before
the 2012 election. Obama’s November amnesty extends the work permits given to
the younger illegals from two years to three years.
The
amnesty for roughly 4 million parent illegals is called DAPA, or Deferred
Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents. Obama’s plan
would give them work permits, tax rebates, Social Security numbers, drivers’
license and a fast-track to citizenship.
In
November, administration statements had declared it would not start the DACA
upgrade until Feb. 18, and would not start the DAPA amnesty until in May 2015.
On Jan. 15, Obama’s lawyer told the judge that “no applications for the revised DACA …
would be accepted until the 18th of February.”
But
Obama’s deputies were already handing out the three-year DACA
amnesties. By mid-February, 100,000 three-year amnesties had been given to
illegals who had received two-year amnesties in 2012 or 2013.
On
March 3, Obama’s lawyers admitted to the judge that officials had already given
the three-year DACA amnesties to 100,000 people, according to a March 4 article in the Washington Examiner.
“Out of
an abundance of caution, however, Defendants wish to bring one issue to the
Court’s attention,” said the administration’s document given to the judge.
“Between November 24, 2014 and the issuance of the Court’s [Feb. 16] Order,
USCIS granted three-year periods of deferred action to approximately 100,000
individuals who had requested deferred action under the original 2012 DACA
guidelines.”
The
officials excused the deception by claiming that the announced Feb. 18 start
date “may have led to confusion about when USCIS had begun providing three-year
terms of deferred action to individuals already eligible for deferred action
under 2012 DACA.”
The
administration’s “confusion” was exposed March 3, the same day that top GOP leaders
allied with Democrats to pressure GOP legislators to pass a budget bill for the
Department of Homeland Security. The budget did pass, and it doesn’t block
funding for Obama’s unpopular and
possibly illegal amnesty.
Democrats Vow to Protect Boehner as Speaker
House Democrats have vowed to back Speaker John Boehner if tea party
Republicans attempt to oust him from his leadership position.
The speaker angered right-wing Republicans this week by capitulating to Democratic demands to fund the Department of Homeland Security without reversing President Barack Obama’s executive orders on immigration.
With Boehner voting for the measure even though two-thirds of GOP members voted against it, conservative Republicans are said to be openly considering a coup in a bid to get the gavel into the hands of one of their colleagues.
The speaker angered right-wing Republicans this week by capitulating to Democratic demands to fund the Department of Homeland Security without reversing President Barack Obama’s executive orders on immigration.
With Boehner voting for the measure even though two-thirds of GOP members voted against it, conservative Republicans are said to be openly considering a coup in a bid to get the gavel into the hands of one of their colleagues.
But, according to The Hill, Democrats will block any such move.
"I'd probably vote for Boehner [because] who the hell is going to replace him? [Ted] Yoho?" said New Jersey Rep. Bill Pascrell, referring to the Florida tea party Republican who has crossed swords with Boehner on several bipartisan compromise bills.
"In terms of the institution, I would rather have John Boehner as the speaker than some of these characters who came here thinking that they're going to change the world."
Democratic Arizona Rep. Raúl Grijalva told The Hill that he believes that it would be bad news for Democrats if Boehner were replaced.
"Then we would get Scalise or somebody? Geez, come on," said Grijalva, referring to House Majority Whip Steve Scalise, R-La. "We can be suicidal, but not stupid."
Massachusetts Democratic Rep. Jim McGovern said, "Personally, I don't want to waste two years. And I think that the crazy tea party-type would probably not be willing to work with us on anything.
"My hope is that what comes out of this is that Boehner realizes that there are some people in his caucus who are unreasonable, and you can never get them to say 'yes' to anything," he said. "Rather than spending so much time agonizing over how to please them, maybe he just ought to focus on how you build more bipartisan coalitions and actually get some things done."

Just Got Busted Again, But This Time The Judge Won’t Stand For It
You can’t make this stuff up.
Yesterday, it was revealed by The Washington
Times that earlier in the week, lawyers for the
Obama administration admitted they had lied during recent court proceedings on
immigration and had already approved over one-hundred thousand cases of
executive amnesty. This was in direct conflict with testimony given to Judge
Andrew S. Hanen, who issued a stay in Obama’s executive actions that would
allow five million illegal immigrants to stay in the country legally. In other
words, the lawyers who were trying to appeal the judge’s stay lied to the judge
during the initial arguments.
You can’t make this stuff up.
The Washington Times reports:
President Obama’s lawyers misled a federal
judge when they said they weren’t approving any applications under his expanded
deportation amnesty, Texas charged in new court papers Thursday that said the
breach is serious enough that the
court should
allow legal discovery to get to the bottom of the matter.
We are sure this duplicity will not please
Judge Hanen, who is an outspoken critic of the administration’s usurpation of
federal law on immigration. We can also be sure that the attorney general of
Texas, who is spearheading this case, will not allow this illegal activity to
go forward and will use this evidence of federal corruption to the best of
their abilities.
Texas said it’s unclear yet whether the federal
government’s actions are a breach of the law or the court’s
orders, and said that’s why Judge Hanen should allow discovery in the case,
which would give the challengers a chance to pry loose information about the
amnesty from the Homeland Security Department, which has been stingy in
releasing details.
Yes, forcing the Department of Homeland
Security to tell the world what they are really doing to this country behind
closed doors on amnesty would be a refreshing change; sunlight on criminal
activity always provides long-term benefits.

Obama’s ongoing assault on
the Constitution
One of the many reasons
constitutional conservatives consider President Obama a threat to the
Constitution is his disdain for the separation of powers, illustrated most
recently in his plan to bypass the Senate in making an arms deal with Iran.
The Framers understood that
throughout history, the real threat to God-given liberty had been centralized,
unchecked governmental power. As such, they crafted our system in a way to
limit the consolidation of that power, especially in the federal government.
They did this in a number of
ways, including establishing a system of federalism, which divided powers
between the federal and state governments. They also specifically enumerated
powers granted to the federal Congress and added the Bill of Rights, which
expressly restricted Congress’ encroachment on a panoply of individual
liberties and also included the ninth and 10th amendments, which reserve powers
to the states and the people.

As to the power granted to the
federal government, the Framers took further steps to deter its centralization
by distributing the functions of government into three coequal branches, the
legislative, executive and judicial — known as the separation of powers. They
also provided for an intricate scheme of checks and balances among the three
branches to guard against expansions of their power.
Throughout his tenure in
office, Obama has been exercising powers outside the scope of his
constitutionally prescribed executive authority. Democrats have cynically
denied his usurpations, saying that he’s just doing what other presidents have
done, but his abuses have been different in kind.
He has abused his power with
premeditation, announcing early on, through his former chief of staff Rahm
Emanuel, that he would govern through “executive orders and directives to get
the job done across a front of issues.” More recently, he has boasted that he
has a pen and a phone — tools that will enable him to circumvent legislative
authority.
He not only granted virtual
amnesty to millions in contravention of Congress’ authority but also created
new, substantive rights for the immigrants, from Social Security numbers to
driver’s licenses. These rights could have far-reaching and material consequences,
such as giving tax credits to millions who have lived here illegally. If that
doesn’t outrage you, you don’t have a pulse, or you think the Constitution
should have no greater weight than the sheets of paper it can be printed on.
In implementing Obamacare, he
granted exemptions and suspended deadlines at his sole whim and even granted
federal subsidies to people in states that had not set up an exchange, in
direct violation of the law, as his advisers have admitted.
People have probably forgotten
by now Obama’s radical czars, whom he appointed to serve with all the power of
Cabinet officers but without being confirmed by the Senate. Then there was
Obama’s planned defiance of the Senate in moving Guantanamo Bay detainees to
U.S. soil — in Illinois — despite the Senate’s having voted 90-6 against such a
move. Also, don’t forget his unilateral reversal of the military’s “don’t ask,
don’t tell” policy on gay service members, his Environmental Protection
Agency’s regulatory end run around Congress to regulate carbon because Congress
had refused to pass a cap-and-trade bill, his lawless subordination of secured
creditors in favor of his union allies in the Chrysler restructuring scandal,
and his defiance of a federal judge’s order invalidating his imperious ban on
deep-water drilling. There are many more examples.
Most recently, and quite
disturbingly, Obama has signaled his intention to consummate a nuclear arms
deal with Iran without so much as conferring with the Senate — much less
getting its approval, as required by the Constitution’s treaty clause in
Article 2, Section 2.
When asked about this, White
House press secretary Josh Earnest said, “Ultimately, we can’t put in place an
additional hurdle for that agreement to overcome here at the eleventh hour.”
So now the Constitution is
merely “an additional hurdle” to these dangerous people? This should alarm
everyone in this nation — not just Republicans, not just conservatives.
Obama will argue that he is
allowed to do this because presidents have traditionally entered into
agreements with other countries without the advice and consent of the Senate,
known as “executive agreements.” But he knows — there is zero chance he doesn’t
know — that executive agreements have never been used for something so
monumentally important as establishing an (as opposed to terminating an
existing) arms treaty with another nation — nuclear arms, no less.
Obama full well understands —
constitutional scholar that he claims to be — that executive agreements are
used to cover matters solely within his executive power or those made pursuant
to a treaty or an act of Congress. The Framers were so adamant about presidents
obtaining approval in important matters that they imposed a requirement of a
supermajority of the Senate for ratification of treaties.
An arms deal with Iran could
result in this militant theocracy’s acquisition of nuclear weapons, which would
be a dire threat to our national security and that of our allies, especially
Israel. No one could pass a polygraph claiming that a matter of such grave
importance should simply be written off as minor enough to be handled by
executive agreement.
If Obama successfully
formalizes such a deal, will there by anything left of this Constitution we all
claim to so revere?
If your answer is that “it
prevents him from raising taxes,” you may want to think again. Word is that his
IRS is preparing to raise taxes on corporations; they call it “closing
loopholes.” Please be bold, Congress.
