Cartas a la redacción de “En mi opinión”
Estimado Lázaro:
Bravo! Bravísimo por el hermano "amenper"!. Claro, es
de
los que hemos sido testigos reales de todo lo que ha sucedido en este
País en este Medio Siglo pasado. De los que hemos 'vivido' los cambios que ha
sufrido socio-política y económicamente y los hemos
notado e investigado como consecuencia lógica del contraste con nuestros
Principios y Valores, y sabemos aunque lo quieran "tapar", que desde
1913, este País ha sido manipulado por los que se apropiaron de la
Economía Nacional, los que le dieron el "golpe de
estado" a la Constitución para entregarle el Banco Nacional (del estado
constitucional) a un cartel bancario privado
que es el Federal Reserve Bank.
Quien no sepa y entienda esto,
no puede ser capaz
de entender todo lo que ha pasado en este País porque esto fue el principio, la causa, de lo que estamos viviendo hoy
y de lo que tendremos que vivir, como paso en nuestra querida Cuba, aunque los causantes no son los mismos, factualmente.
Esas palabras de Krushchev en 1959 las recuerdo.
Pero hay que entenderlas porque,
encubiertamente, silenciosamente, y esto la Gran Media lo sabia pero lo omitía porque su misión era (y es) desinformar.
En
1959 ya el control de la Republica(USA), estaba en manos de los "otros"
marxistas, los que no comparten tácticas y estrategias pero
ayudaban
económicamente ( pusieron a Lenin en 1917, a Castro en el'59, y, aunque
no es fácil de entender, "derrotaron" al Imperialismo Soviético)
el mismo que habían
ayudado a poner, porque los usaban como tropa de choque, como hacen
ahora con el ALBA en Sur América, para hacer el trabajo sucio de los
'mirlos' del Marxismo: los Socialistas Fabianos de el Federal Reserve
Bank, los del Nuevo Orden Mundial, los Imperialistas
Globalitas.
El Sr. Alfredo Cepero, a quien respeto y admiro por
su discernimiento político, hace una Tesis Política formidable que, cabria en un estado democrático y capitalista, como
el que "suponemos", por inversión intelectual, que es este en el que vivimos.
Lamentablemente, aunque no lo entendamos, debido a la desinformación a que las ultimas 6 o 7 Generaciones fuimos sometidas,
hace muchos años que nos han hecho vivir en una doble Republica. Una dentro de la otra.
La de afuera es la proyectada por la de adentro, que es la que realmente manda y gobierna.
La
de afuera es la que conocemos, porque es la que nos ha "enseñado" a
conocer, la que responde a toda la enseñanza subliminal
que hemos recibido por su Agencia de Ingeniería Social, creada después
de la Primera Guerra Mundial cuando el Marxismo Socialista Fabiano
comenzó su fase imperialista : el Globalismo.

el ultimo blog como siempre interesante, tenemos que ver como la camara
de los Republicanos y con Boehmer hace mas propaganda en el publico
sobre su plan, Obama
esta tomando esto a todos las familias que probablemente estan viviendo
del welfare, Lazaro hay una lista de miembros de la camara y senadores
del partido Republicano.Lista que envian unos blogueros para decirle a
uno que firme una peticion X., debemos ver
si se puiede conseguir esa lista que tiene el fax y telefono del
congresista para enviar mensaje o llamar, y si es posible el correo
electronico., pues debemos dar apoyo total al plan republicano y
difundirlo como estan haciendo los democratas., ese tal Geithner
se le han subido los humos y habla pendejadas., cualquier ayuda en esto

No sé que le ha pasado al partido Republicano William. Desde hace mucho tiempo parece un infante que esta aprendiendo
a hablar.
Yo tuve un encontronazo muy serio cuando las elecciones de MacKein y Obama porque el partido no apoyo en nada MacKein y Palin. Nadie tiene que decirme que él no era el mejor candidato porque es más rojo que un tomate maduro. Pero fue peor lo que hicieron, porque le regalaron la elección al UFO.
Las dos ultimas elecciones han sido ganadas por un estrecho margen o peor en el caso de Mackein el gano el voto popular y perdió el voto electoral. Increíble MacKein gano mas votos que Obama. Si él es una porquería: Que cosa es el otro?
Pues lo mismo ocurrió con Romney y en medio de la madrugada cuando dijeron que no había resultados hasta el día siguiente el Sr. Romney llama a Obama y le dice que el acepta que el gano y se acabó. Pero lo mas inverosímil es que los votos no se habian contado todos aun, es mas oficialmente se terminaron de contar una semana despues. Había quejas de fraude en numerosos estados. Fue un escandalo lo que ocurrió en Florida, Ohio, Illinois, Colorado etc.
Y este guevon concedió la victoria. En medio de todo este salcocho inmundo.
Creo que el Partido Republicano es una mierda igual que el demócrata solo que el demócrata sabe hacer muchísimas trampas y el otro es un come catibia. Pero con esa guanajería el que esta perdiendo son los ciudadanos americanos.
Yo no se como vamos a resolver esta crisis salvaje de credibilidad, de confianza y de posibilidades de regresar a un gobierno creíble. Amigo mio a Los Estados Unidos le esperan días muy amargos y espero que los mejores hijos de este país se sepan poner los pantalones y se enfrenten como sea a toda esta porquería que quieren instaurar en lo que fue el mejor país del mundo.

What do the Democratic and Republican parties think
about the Constitution? The table below offers a side-by-side comparison
of the two party platforms on the Constitution. Many of the platform
positions on constitutional issues will come
as no surprise. But there are some less predictable provisions in the
platforms.For instance, the Republican platform’s only mentions of criminal procedure are a couple of proposals to limit investigation methods used by police. The Republican platform no longer calls for the Supreme Court to reverse Miranda and kindred Supreme Court decisions. Attacking the courts as “soft on crime” is no longer part of the platform either.
The Democratic platform’s lack of emphasis on affirmative action, formerly a hot button topic, is also interesting. The Democrats don’t mention affirmative action, and the GOP condemnation of it is a bit muted. That’s particularly interesting because the Supreme Court is set to hear a case this fall that could well end affirmative action in colleges and universities.
It is no secret that the parties have very different views on social issues, but the contrasts are even starker than one might expect. The Democrats endorse Roe v. Wade, which provided more protection for abortion rights than the current Supreme Court doctrine. The Republicans propose to move significantly in the opposite direction. They put forward a constitutional amendment to give fetuses the same rights that infants currently possess. Technically, that would equate abortion with infanticide and ban it under all circumstances. Similarly, the Democrats affirmatively support same-sex marriage. The Republicans, on the other hand, propose a constitutional amendment to prohibit states from even allowing it.
These are only some of the constitutional issues addressed by the two parties. The table below gives more details and covers a number of other constitutional issues.

Just because they borrowed the money, doesn't mean that our investments were a charity!
Lets take a stand.

Sen. Rick Santorum says President Barack Obama
already has the budget deal he wants from Congress and is willing to
allow the Dec. 31 deadline on sequestration to expire in order to make
Republicans look bad.
"He's
saying no because he likes the deal he has in
place," Santorum told Fox News' Greta Van Susteren Monday night,
referring to the deficit reduction law passed last year that triggers
automatic spending cuts and tax increases beginning in 2013 if lawmakers
and the president fail to reach a long-term budget
agreement.
"The
reason I think he's saying no — and I think he
will say no to just about anything the Republicans put forward — is
because the fallback position is better for him than any deal that the
Republicans are going to put forward," the Pennsylvania Republican
continued.
"And
the fallback position is a tax increase on everybody
. . . He can then have his big increases in taxes, and then at the same
time blame Republicans for taxes going up on lower-income people. That's
a win for him."
Santorum,
who at one point led the field of 2012 GOP
presidential candidates, said if Obama does allow the country to take
that dive off the so-called fiscal cliff, Congress and the White House
would likely hammer out a deal on tax cuts for lower-income Americans.
But he said the president would still have a victory
on two fronts — an increase in tax rates on the wealthy and deep spending cuts that he can also blame on Republicans.
"What
he really wants is more taxes, which is what he
gets if he gets nothing [from Republicans in the current negotiations],"
Santorum said. "And here's the most important thing. He gets big cuts
in defense, which he would never get under a negotiated deal of any kind
with Republicans and Democrats.
The automatic spending cuts in both defense and discretionary
spending, he added, "are going to be much more than any negotiated deal."
Santorum called it a fallback position the president
"can live with," adding the problem for Republicans is that Obama doesn't agree the Dec. 31 deadline is actually a cliff.
"He
has the deal that was put in place over a year ago,
which is all the tax rates going back to where they were [during the
Bill Clinton presidency], and two big cuts, a big cut in defense and a
big cut in domestic programs," Santorum said.
"He doesn't see it as a cliff. He sees it as actually
a pretty good deal they negotiated over a year ago that puts him in a position where he doesn't have to negotiate."

FDA en su burocrática ineficiencia, y en su afán de visibilidad

ofrecen curas mágicas y atribuyen propiedades a productos que no la
tienen. Esto es algo que siempre ha existido, y sin lugar a dudas es
más peligroso para la salud pública que el caso de
Caronia. Pero la burocracia siempre se siente más cómoda y
complaciente y por consecuencia más inefectiva cuando la administración
es de izquierda.

Un sucio secretico, pero no tan pequeño, es la frecuencia con que el Reglamento de Salud atenta contra las libertades
civiles.
El lunes un panel de tres jueces de la segunda corte de circuito de Apelaciones dijo que reglas del Food and
Drug Administración en la promoción de medicamentos violan la garantía de la primera enmienda de la libertad de expresión.
El
representante de ventas Alfred Caronia probablemente pensaba que sólo
estaba haciendo su trabajo cuando en
2005 dijo a un médico que un medicamento había llamado Xyrem que había
sido aprobado para la narcolepsia también puede ser eficaz en el
tratamiento de fatiga y dolor crónico. Pero resultó que el “médico” con
el que estaba hablando era un informante del Gobierno
con un alambre, y fue declarado culpable en 2008 de la venta de un
medicamento "misbranded" o de falsa información.
El
Sr. Caronia se sintió comprensiblemente perplejo de que por
participar en una conversación que no atraería
ninguna atención legal entre dos médicos, o entre médico y paciente o
de hecho cualquier persona además de un médico y un representante
farmacéutico, se pudiera considerar un crimen.
De
la misma manera se sintieron confundidos los jueces del segundo
circuito,"Un representante farmacéutico
"Sólo promueve el interés público para asegurar que las decisiones sobre
el uso de los medicamentos recetados, incluyendo el uso off-label o sea
no indicados en la etiqueta, son inteligentes y bien informados,"
escribió el juez Denny Chin para la mayoría de
2-1. "La primera enmienda indica que seamos especialmente escépticos de
reglamentos que pretenden mantener a la gente en la oscuridad para lo
que el Gobierno percibe que es su propio bien".
Mientras
