es ningún secreto que el presente político de Miami Dade es un desastre y el
futuro una basura.
Usted
es candidato a la alcaldía pero yo no he encontrado en ninguna parte cual es su
plan para comenzar a resolver los problemas del condado Miami Dade. Ni siquiera
tiene una pagina en el Internet,
Quien
es usted, no me basta conque me diga que es economista.
¿Según
tengo entendido usted es iraní? Eso no es una buena carta de presentación en
ninguna parte de los USA.
Donde
esta su programa y quienes son las personas que le apoyan.
Como
usted sabe yo soy el presidente de la organización “Por un mejor Miami” y
editor del blog “EN MI OPINION” Fui la
persona que en el 2009 presento el primer RECALL contra Carlos Alvarez. Tenemos
un programa de reforma a la carta constitucional del Condado Miami Dade. Al
final se lo adjunto.

“LIMITE DE TERMINOS”. Todos Funcionarios electo en el Condado Miami Dade por
elecciones.
a) No podrán ser reelectos más de una vez.
b) El máximo de tiempo para servir para
funcionarios electos es de 8 años.
c) En el momento de postularse todos
deben presentar prueba de que no tienen antecedentes penales.
d) Los políticos electos presentaran
una declaración jurada de todos sus bienes, dinero, propiedades inmediatamente
de ser electos y también al final de su mandato tendrán que hacer lo mismo ante
la comisión de Ética. Se compararan las diferencias y estas tienen que ser justificadas o se
procederá a una investigación.
e) Los candidatos políticos tienen que
entregar un plan de los proyectos que se comprometen a impulsar cuando estén en
el ejercicio de la posición a que son candidatos ante el Clerk de la corte del
condado un mes antes de las elecciones. El candidato podrá ser impugnado en la
corte y despedido por no cumplir con su compromiso con los votantes después de
un año de estar en la posición.
f-Los comisionados pasaran a ser
empleado a tiempo completo del condado. Asignándoles a cada uno un salario de
$91,995 anual. Estos comisionados no podrán tener ningún otro empleo fuera del
condado.
g- El presupuesto total de las oficinas
de cada comisionado será de un máximo de $500,000 (Medio millón de dólares)
anual en total. Ese dinero será usado en salarios de empleados, renta,
electricidad, agua y todos los gastos de la oficina del comisionado.
h-Se eliminara cualquiera otra
asignación para gastos discrecionales y/o asignación en efectivo extra o en
especies a la oficina de todos los políticos y funcionarios.
Hacer más
simples y efectivos los procesos de REFERENDUM.
a-La petición debe ser impresa en papel

b-La petición debe ser impresa en letra
“Font 12”
c-Cada planilla de apoyo tendrá un
máximo 20 firmas.
d-Se elimina la necesidad de notarizar
las planillas de recolección de firmas.
e-El circulador tiene que firmar la
hoja de recolección de firmas de apoyo al final del documento una sola vez.
Sirviendo a la vez como testigo de que sí estuvo presente en el momento de que
los ciudadanos firmaron dicha hoja de recogida de firmas de apoyo al
referéndum.
f-El tiempo otorgado para recoger las
firmas es de 90 días naturales.
g-La cantidad mínima necesaria de
firmas válidas de apoyo es el 4% de los votantes registrados.
h-Después de ser aprobado el referéndum
por el Clerk de La Corte del Condado. Esta petición será llevada a la boleta
electoral de la próxima elección del Condado Miami Dade en su calendario
electoral. Si la próxima elección en calendario está a más de 6 meses después
de la fecha de aprobación del Referéndum entonces se procederá a señalar una
elección especial en el condado Miami Dade dentro de los próximos 60 a 90 días,
para hacer la elección de ese Referéndum o Recall
i)Sera prohibida la persecución o acoso
a las personas que participen en el proceso como voluntarios.
Reducir el tamaño,
presupuesto y empleados del condado Miami Dade.
a-El condado aplicara inmediatamente,
el valor de los taxes a la propiedad inmobiliaria con Homestead Excepción,
fijado en el año 2008. Y esos serán los taxes que se cobraran a los
propietarios de viviendas. Mientras se procede a preparar una Ley que elimine
los taxes para los propietarios de viviendas que vivan en ella permanentemente.
b-Los taxes sobre la propiedad con la
excepción tributaria de Homestead no podrán ser aumentados.
c-El presupuesto de gastos tiene que
ser igual o inferior a los ingresos reales y nunca podrá ser mayor que este. Si
no se llega a esa equidad se reducirán los servicios y los gastos
prescindibles.
d- Se reducirán los empleados del
condado que no realicen una función verdaderamente importante útil y
justificada. Los empleados serán reducidos en el orden de su prescindibilidad
en un número de 500 anualmente por los próximos 6 años.
e-Congelar todas las posiciones, que actualmente no están ocupadas en el Departamento de
personal del Condado, hasta el año 2014
f-Eliminar todas los puestos de supervisores exentos
dejando solamente un subdirector en cada uno de los siete departamentos
principales (Departamento de Policía, Departamento de Bomberos, Departamento de
Recogida de Basura, Departamento de Parques y Recreación, Departamento de
Construcción y Zonificación y Departamento de Transporte). Prescindir de todos
los Vice-Alcaldes y Jefes de Bomberos.
g-Ponerle un límite de 50% del salario promedio, a
todas las pensiones de los nuevos contratados, de los últimos 8 años hasta un
máximo absoluto de $50,000
Reducción
proporcional de salarios.
a-Reducir proporcionalmente los
salarios de los empleados del condado Miami Dade que ganen más de $45,000.00
Los mayores salarios tendrán mayor reducción. Los que ganen menos de $45,000.00
no tendrán disminución de salario.

b-El máximo salario que podrá recibir un empleado
en el Condado Miami Dade será $157,500.00
c-Mientras el desempleo este por encima del 5% en
el condado no se otorgara ningún tipo de aumento de salario o cualquier otro
incentivo a los empleados del condado.
Modificación del Plan
de Pensiones del Condado Miami Dade: (A partir de la aprobación de esta enmienda)
a-Convertir el actual plan de pensiones en un 401K y terminar
inmediatamente con el actual Plan de Pensiones.
b-La edad mínima de retiro para
empleados del condado será de 65 años igual que en el Seguro Social.
c-Después de retirado, el empleado, no
puede trabajar nuevamente en el condado.
d-Se elimina el beneficio de seguro
médico gratis después de 30 años de servicio en el condado los empleados del condado
tendrán que seguir pagando su seguro médico igual que ocurre en todas partes.
e-Se suspenderán los aumentos de
salario a los empleados del condado mientras el desempleo en el condado Miami
Dade este por encima del 5%.
Se terminan
todas las asignaciones y
beneficios especiales.
a-Todas las asignaciones de autos,
gasolina, comidas, viajes, celulares, laptops, etc. se terminaran
inmediatamente. Eliminar todos los beneficios ejecutivos, incluyendo los $10,000 de
concesiones y el subsidio de los automóviles condales.
b- Los empleados que tengan asignado un
vehículo para poder realizar las funciones de su cargo. No les es permitido
usarlo privadamente; como para ir o venir de sus casas, al mercado o a
cualquier otro lugar.
c-Los días de enfermedad y vacaciones
que los empleados del condado acumulan tendrán que ser utilizados en el año
fiscal en que se acumulan. Si no son usados se perderán. No se permitirá
acumular los días de enfermedad o vacaciones para ser cobrados en efectivo en
el momento de retirarse o en cualquier otro momento.
d-Todos los empleados del Condado Miami
Dade actuales o futuros, tienen que ser residentes del Condado Miami Dade.
No más
impunidad. El crimen no puede
prescribir.
a-La administración del condado actuara
de una forma mucho más enérgica ante casos de mala administración, errores,
corrupción, despilfarro y/o abusos contra el condado, los ciudadanos o
empleados, como los pasados ocurridos en Los departamentos de Transporte,
Viviendas, DERM, Aeropuerto, Puerto, ETC.
b-Se despedirá desde el Director del
Departamento en problemas, los subdirectores y sus asistentes hasta la tercera
línea de ejecutivos. En los casos que se amerite se les pondrá a disposición de
la corte.
c-Todo empleado del condado “Político o
Funcionario Oficial” que sea despedido de su cargo por fraude, ilegalidades,
mal desempeño, cosa mal hecha, delito, lucro indebido o abuso de poder de su
función o por incumpliendo sus obligaciones o renuncia para evitar un castigo.
No debe recibir ninguna pensión, compensación o retiro de ninguna clase por
parte del condado.
Los proyectos del Condado Miami Dade de más de 50 millones
tienen que ser aprobado en elecciones por los votantes.
Todos los proyectos del condado Miami
Dade que cuesten más de 50 millones tendrán que ser aprobados por los votantes
en elecciones directas y secretas. Esta aprobación por los votantes se hará en
la próxima elección en el calendario de elecciones condales, después de ser
aprobada por el alcalde y los comisionados. No se podrá convocar a una elección
especial.
Proyectos de la magnitud del centro de
arte, el túnel de la bahía o el Estadium de los Marlins, etc. tendrán que ser
aprobados por los votantes por elecciones a partir de la aprobación de esta
enmienda.
Incrementar
la cantidad de votantes en las elecciones:
a- Establecer inmediatamente un sistema
electrónico de votación atraves de computadoras para facilitar la votación e
incrementar el número de votantes que participen en las elecciones. Los
votantes podrán usar su número de votante y una palabra clave (Secreta). Para
tener acceso a votar desde cualquier computadora.
b-Establecer un grupo de 5 inspectores
encubiertos, pertenecientes al Departamento de Elecciones. En la sección de
quejas de del Departamento de Elecciones se recibirán las quejas de los
ciudadanos y estos inspectores serán los que las investigaran y de encontrar
posibles culpables los pondrán a disposición de los tribunales. Su principal y
único trabajo es detectar y combatir el fraude electoral.
c-Se procederá a fiscalizar y mejorar
el proceso de entrega de boletas ausentes a los votantes y se divulgaran los
procedimientos que se deben cumplir.
d-Vender y/o comprar el voto de un
ciudadano será un delito penado por la ley con un mes de cárcel a partir de la
aprobación de esta enmienda.
No mas interferencia en la Administración del Condado.
Las Uniones Sindicales han aumentado
excesivamente su influencia sobre la administración del condado y las ciudades
en Miami Dade. Las acciones de las Uniones en los últimos tiempos han causado
la desintegración de grandes empresas nacionales que han optado por marcharse
de USA para otros países creando el desempleo, la miseria y el desempleo. Esta
situación es nefasta e intolerable y debe terminar inmediatamente. Estas
uniones sindicales no deben tener ninguna opción de superioridad para discutir
asuntos con la administración del condado que conlleve a privilegios a un grupo
específico de trabajadores en detrimento de otros trabajadores. Todos los
empleados del condado serán regidos y tratados de la misma forma, con respeto,
igualdad, consideración y cortesía y tendrán los mismos derechos y deberes.
Debe ser retirada inmediatamente toda influencia de estas ante la
administración del condado Miami Dade.
Crear una comisión mantendrá actualizada la Carta del
Condado.
a-Se creara una comisión de trabajo realmente independiente
para actualizar La Carta Constitucional del Condado Miami Dade. Cada
comisionado del condado y el alcalde nominaran 2 personas cada uno para que sea
parte de una comisión de 28 miembros que propondrá a la Comisión del Condado
Miami Dade las necesarias actualizaciones en la Carta del Condado Miami Dade.
b-Esta comisión debe ser seleccionada cada cuatro años.
c- Las propuestas de cambios sugeridas por este grupo tienen
que ser aprobadas por los comisionados para ir a la boleta electoral.
c-Pero si las ¾ partes de los miembros de este grupo: 21 de
los 28 miembros aprueban una enmienda a la Carta, esta pasara directamente a la
boleta electoral de la próxima elección si tener que ser aprobada por los
comisionados.
d-Los comisionados no pueden ser miembros de este grupo.
e-Serán obligatorias al menos dos audiencias públicas por
cada distrito para que los ciudadanos puedan aportar sus ideas, apoyo o rechazo
a estas proposiciones.
f-Las enmiendas a la Carta del Condado serán aprobadas en
elecciones por una mayoría simple de votantes.
f-Las propuestas de cambio en la Carta Constitucional del
Condado se llevaran a elecciones condales que ya estén en el calendario
electoral; después de todos los procesos mencionados anteriormente.
Este es el plan de mejoras que debe
ser llevado a cabo por le persona que resulte electo alcalde del Condado Miami
Dade. Estas mejoras se incluiran en los procedimientos y regulaciones
administrativas o en su Carta Constitucional. Para ello se dará a conocimiento
general y se tratara de ponerla en funciones por todos los canales normales y
legales correspondientes y en caso que no se pueda realizar con la cooperación
de los comisionados u otras fuerzas contrarias a la misma, se llevaran a un
Referéndum y mas tarde a elecciones para conocer si el pueblo las considera
apropiadas para ser aprobadas.

MIAMI, 10 DE AGOSTO DE 2012, NHR.com—El escandaloso caso de las boletas ausentes y las boleteras de Hialeah continúa acaparando la atención de todo el sur de la Florida. En cualquier cafetería, restaurante, centro comercial, o en los programas de micrófonos abiertos en el radio, de lo único que se habla es del fraude con las boletas de votantes ausentes.A NHR.com también nos llegan correos electrónicos de lectores preocupados por lo que parece ser uno de los mayores fraudes en la historia de el sistema electoral de Miami-Dade.
Mientras tanto, los detectives de Miami-Dade pertenecientes a la unidad anti-corrupción se encuentran recorriendo decenas de viviendas en Hialeah, en busca de personas que aparecen en las más de 160 boletas confiscadas por el sistema de correos primero y por los agentes policíacos después.
Según nuestras Fuentes, esas boletas fueron recogidas en las oficinas del comisionado de Miami-Dade Estevan Bovo, en Hialeah; boletas que fueron depositadas en la estación principal de correos en Milan Dairy Road y la Calle23 del Noroeste, por Anamary Pedrosa, exasistente del comisionado Bovo. Pedrosa trabajaba en la oficina de Hialeah. Por su parte, el comisionado Bovo declaró estar sorprendido por la investigación, indicando que no podía comentar sobre el caso, ya que “ni siquiera he sido interrogado por los detectives”.
Nuestras fuentes nos han dicho que varios detectives han estado muy activos en Hialeah visitando a decenas de personas e interrogándolas para determinar su participación en el fraude. Entre las visitadas se encuentra la exempleada de la oficina de Bovo, quien “está cooperando con nosotros”, nos dijo una fuente policiaca.
Otro de los que está implicado es el tío del exalcalde de Hialeah, Julio Robaina, identificado como Sergio Robaina, al que le apodan el “tío”. Aparentemente fue tío Robaina el que recogió las boletas en dos comedores de Hialeah y las entregó en la oficina del comisionado Bovo. Esa dependencia fungía como centro de recolección de boletas.
En NHR.com también nos hemos enterado que en las próximas 24 horas podrían ocurrir por lo menos 3 detenciones de personas implicadas en el caso de las boleteras.
Entre los probables detenidos podría haber algún “peje gordo”, según nos dijo nuestra fuente que pidió no ser identificada.
“La situación es bastante delicada”, nos señaló la fuente que nos volvió a repetir que “mientras más personas interrogaban más información aparecía”.
En la mirilla de los agentes esta la exsecretaria del comisionado de Miami-Dade. Ésta ya fue interrogada por los detectives y según nos dijeron los agentes “ofreció importante información”.
En NHR.com nos mantenemos atentos, al tanto de lo que va ocurriendo y en espera de que se llevan a cabo las detenciones, quién será detenido o detenida, y todo lo que tenga que ver con la profunda investigación que se encuentra en pleno desarrollo.

Steadily burgeoning [2] evidence [3] indicates that one of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s closest aides, Huma Abedin, despite Ms. Clinton’s protestation [4], was inadequately vetted for either family, or personal ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Diligent, open [5] source [2] investigation [3] has already uncovered and documented numerous alarming connections. One can reasonably infer that a serious, formal Congressional investigation of the overall extent of Muslim Brotherhood influence operations—as requested [6] by Representatives Bachmann, Gohmert, Franks, Westmoreland, and Rooney—might yield even more disturbing findings.
Pending these sorely needed Congressional inquiries—replete with their probing investigative tools—much can still be gleaned from the public record. For example, over the past 33 years, Huma Abedin’s family has been responsible for the editorial production of the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs [7] (IMMA)’s academic journal [8], known as Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs. Journal, from 1979-1995, and Journal of Muslim Minority Affairs [JMMA], from 1996. till now, starting with family patriarch Syed Z. Abedin’s, and Huma’s mother, Saleha Abedin [2]’s, founding [9] involvement [10] since 1979, and subsequently joined by Huma’s brother Hassan Abedin (1996 [11] to present [12]), Huma herself (1996 [11] to 2008 [13]), and Huma’s sister, Heba (married name Khalid, or Khaled [14]; 2002 [15] to present [12]).
Syed Abedin, in the inaugural edition of the IMMA journal, gives an effusive tribute [16] to one of his IMMA co-founders, Dr. Abdullah Omar Nasseef, Chairman [17] of the IMMA. During his concurrent tenure as Secretary-General of the Muslim World League—a combined [18] Saudi Wahhabi, Muslim Brotherhood-dominated organization—in July, 1988, Naseef also created the Rabita Trust [19], and became its chairman. On October 12, 2001, then President George W. Bush’s Executive Order named Rabita Trust [20] as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist Entity, and the US Treasury Department froze its assets, while Naseef was still serving as the Trust’s chairman. Nasseef remained on the IMMA journal Editorial Board through 2003 [21], overlapping Huma Abedin’s tenure for 7-years (i.e., 1996-2003).
The current (April/May 2012) issue of the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs journal (JMMA) features two essays, introduced with lavish praise by Editor Saleha Abedin [22], which champion, unabashedly:

One of these JMMA essays repeats [23], approvingly, Qutb’s pejorative characterization of the
West as a “disastrous combination of avid materialism, and egoistic
individualism.” Abul Hasan Nadwi, was a founding member of the
Muslim World League, a member of the Organization of Islamic Conference (now
Cooperation), a member of the World Supreme Council of Mosques, and a member of
the Fiqh Council of Rabita. In a triumphal 1951 manifesto extolling Islamic
supremacism, Nadwi had proclaimed [24] “Behold the world of man looking with rapture at the
world of Islam as its savior, and behold the world of Islam fixing its gaze on
the Arab world as its secular and spiritual leader. Will the world of Islam
realize the hope of the world of men? And will the Arab world realize the hope
of the Muslim world?” Citing Nadwi
with admiration, the same JMMA article opines [23], “[T]he confrontation has taken the shape of an
‘Islamic project’ in the Muslim world against Western modernity…. The war that
has been declared against Western modernity now seeks a new modernity…unlike
Western modernity.”
Another featured essay [25] from the current issue [26] of the JMMA is a fitting complement to the journal’s endorsement [23] of the global Islamic supremacist agenda. Your own half-brother, a devout Muslim, still advocates slavery himself, even though Muslims of Arabic descent refer to black Muslims as "pug nosed slaves." Says a lot of what the Muslim world really thinks of your family's "rich Islamic heritage," doesn't it, Mr. Obama?

There are no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking side by side with Martin Luther King, Jr. or helping to advance the cause of Civil Rights!
Where were Muslims during this country's Woman's Suffrage era? Again, not present!
In fact, devout Muslims demand that women are subservient to men in the Islamic culture. So much so, that often they are beaten for not wearing the 'hajib' or for talking to a man who is not a direct family member or their husband. Yep, the Muslims are all for women's rights,aren't they?
Where were Muslims during World War II? They were aligned with Adolf Hitler. The Muslim grand mufti himself met with Adolf Hitler, reviewed the troops and accepted support from the Nazi's in killing Jews.
Finally, Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept. 11th, 2001? If they weren't flying planes into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon or a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on our own soil, they were rejoicing in the Middle East! No one can dispute the pictures shown from all parts of the Muslim world celebrating on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other cable news networks that day! Strangely, the very "moderate" Muslims who's asses you bent over backwards to kiss in Cairo, Egypt on June 4th were stone cold silent post 9-11. To many Americans, their silence has meant approval for the acts of that day!
And THAT, Mr. Obama, is the "rich heritage" Muslims have here in America!
Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot to mention the Barbary Pirates. They were Muslim!
And now we can add November 5, 2009 - the slaughter of American soldiers at Fort Hood by a Muslim major who is a doctor and a psychiatrist who was supposed to be counseling soldiers returning from battle in Iraq and Afghanistan!

Just 16 percent of voters nationwide believe it was a
good idea for the government to provide Solyndra with loan guarantees. The
solar power company went bankrupt and stuck taxpayers with the tab for a
half-billion dollars.
The Obama administration generally has responded to questions about the program in the way a venture capital firm would respond to questions about a portfolio loss. They note that similar government investments have turned out just fine and that it's only fair to look at their portfolio as a whole.
It's not a bad argument if you believe government should behave like a venture capitalist. But the American people soundly reject that notion. Only 27 percent believe it's ever appropriate for the government to make investments in private companies.
One reason is that people tend to view government as a lousy investor. Seventy-one percent believe that private sector companies and investors are better than government officials at determining the long-term benefits and potential of new technologies. Only 11 percent believe government officials have a better eye for future value.
If the government provides funding for a project that private investors refuse to back, 64 percent believe the government money will be wasted.
In addition to questions about competence, there are concerns about corruption and crony capitalism. Sixty-six percent of voters believe most government contracts are given to the company with the most political connections rather than the one that can provide the best service for the best price.
Americans agree that it's important to develop alternative sources of energy, but precisely because they consider it important, they are even more skeptical about government funding.
Most voters believe free market competition is more likely than government subsidies and regulation to help the United States develop alternative sources of energy. By a nearly two-to-one margin, voters also believe the solar power industry will be stronger in the long run if it is developed by the private sector and private investors. Just 31 percent believe it would be stronger with the help of government subsidies and investments.
That's the reason voters oppose government investments in Solyndra, direct subsidies for Chevy's Volt electric car and all other forms of corporate welfare.
The current campaign debate over Solyndra misses all of this. It's not a question of whether the Solyndra deal was a good or a bad investment. It's a question of whether the government should be providing corporate welfare in any form.
Those who mistakenly believe the Solyndra issue will help Mitt Romney's campaign should keep in mind a couple of very simple facts. First, by a three-to-one margin, voters believe elected politicians routinely provide help to favored companies. Second, seven out of 10 Americans believe government and big business work together against the rest of us.
In other words, Americans believe crony capitalism is a reality regardless of which party is in the White House. This is the root cause of much of the frustration sweeping the nation today.
Voters don't want to be selecting a venture capitalist in chief; they want to pick someone to run the government. And they want the government to stop picking winners and losers in the business world.

The
Department of Defense has confirmed foreign media reports that Russian troops
are set to target terrorists on Americans soil as part of an unprecedented
joint drill with the United States which will take place in Colorado next
month.
As we reported
yesterday,
Airborne troops from Russia are set to take part in drills focused around
targeting terrorists at Fort Carson between May 24 and May 31. The soldiers
will also be mingling with the local community, attending a baseball game in
Colorado Springs during their stay.
Although it
marks the first time Russian troops will train on U.S. soil, soldiers from a
plethora of different nations have been involved in similar drills for well over a
decade.
“The
Russian soldiers are here as invited guests of the U.S. government; this is
part of a formal bilateral exchange program between the U.S. and Russia that
seeks to develop transparency and promote defense reform,” Cmdr. Wendy L.
Snyder, U.S. Defense Press Officer for policy, told The New
American in an e-mail. “This is the first time that American and Russian special operations
troops have participated in a bilateral exercise.”
“According
to Snyder, the exercises — which she said would last about three weeks in all —
will serve to train and improve skills related to terror-war fighting. About 20
Russian soldiers will be participating, with most of the training to take place
on the Fort Carson, Colorado, Army base and a mountain training area several
hours away.”
The
presence of foreign troops on U.S. soil has long caused consternation with many
on the American right for a number of reasons, both historical and
contemporary, stretching right back to when the British called upon German
Hessian soldiers during the Revolutionary War.
More modern
fears revolve around global UN peacekeeping troops being used to quell unrest
inside America, an issue touched upon by Henry Kissinger during the 1991
Bilderberg meeting when he stated, “Today Americans would be outraged if U.N.
troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful.”
Drills such
as FEMA’s 2009
NLE exercise,
during which foreign troops worked alongside U.S. authorities, have led to
concerns that the federal government would be forced to rely on foreign
mercenaries to restore order, confiscate weapons or even incarcerate citizens
during a national emergency, because of the likelihood that Americans would
refuse to carry out such orders against other Americans.
One of the
primary reasons why this story hasn’t gone viral is because doubt was cast on
the issue when a known disinformation outlet (European Union Times) decided to
embellish the details by adding completely manufactured nonsense about Russian
troops “seizing the CIA’s main computer facility in Denver, the NSA’s main
computer facility in Bluffdale, Utah, and taking control of main runways and
terminals of the Denver International Airport.”
Despite the
fact that these claims come from a source who is notorious for making a living
out of fooling people into believing bogus stories, Glenn Beck’s The
Blaze
website carried them without retraction.
This in
turn poisoned the well and led some to believe that the drills themselves,
which are completely confirmed and admitted, were a hoax.
The
Department of Defense’s acknowledgment that the exercises as described in the
initial media reports are indeed taking place will hopefully put an end to this
confusion and allow focus to return to the question of why Russian troops are
training to kill “terrorists” on U.S. soil.
FEMA Exercises Include Foreign Troops Practicing on U.S. Soil

This week
the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has been conducting its annual
National Level Exercise program to prepare governmental agencies to respond to
emergencies. But this year’s exercise has ominous underpinnings: it is the
first to focus exclusively on terrorism protection and planning, and, for the
first time, foreign troops are being trained to respond to emergencies in the
U.S.
That’s
right, troops from Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom are being
trained in Washington, D.C., Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and
Texas to help impose martial law in the event of a terrorist incident in the
U.S.
This from
FEMA’s own website: “This scenario enables
participating senior officials to focus on issues related to preventing
terrorist events domestically and protecting U.S. critical infrastructure…
Exercises such as NLE 09 are an important component of national preparedness,
helping to build an integrated federal, state, tribal, local and private sector
capability to prevent terrorist attacks, and rapidly and effectively respond
to, and recover from, any terrorist attack or major disaster that occurs. The
full-scale exercise offers agencies and jurisdictions a way to test their plans
and skills in a real-time, realistic environment and to gain the in-depth
knowledge that only experience can provide. Participants will exercise
prevention and information sharing functions that are critical to preventing
terrorist attacks.”
Of course,
we live in a world where an attack is possible any time from Islamo-fascist
terrorists who are desperate to hit America whenever and wherever they can. And
Timothy McVeigh’s bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma
in 1995 is an example of what domestic terrorists can do (though evidence
uncovered by reporters indicated an Iraqi connection that the government never
pursued).
But don’t
forget that your government may consider you a terrorist as well. Do you
believe in the second amendment to the U.S. Constitution? Terrorist. Do you
believe in a limited government? Terrorist. Do you believe in state’s rights?
Terrorist. Do you oppose abortion? Terrorist. Do you oppose illegal immigration?
Terrorist. Former member of the military? Terrorist.
These
descriptions are right out of a special assessment issued by the Department of
Homeland Security entitled: Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political
Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.
And then
there is this: Two bills pending in Congress sponsored by Rep. Alcee Hastings
(D-FL). That’s the same Alcee Hastings who, while a judge, was impeached by a
Democrat-controlled Congress 18 years ago by a vote of 413-3 for conspiring to
accept bribes. The good citizens of Florida’s House District 23 then elected
him to represent them the next year to a seat he still holds.
The two
bills are HR 645 and HR 2647. What do they do?
HR 645
requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish no fewer than six
national emergency centers on military installations. These are designed,
according to the bill’s language, to provide temporary housing and humanitarian
assistance in case of an emergency or national disaster. And one clause of the
bill reads: “to meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of
Homeland Security.”
And
Hastings’ other bill, HR 2647, gives the Attorney General the power to
determine who or what is a hate group.
We touched
on the possibility of foreign or United Nations troops enforcing laws on
American soil in conjunction with U.S. census takers recording Global
Positioning System (GPS) coordinates, Census

Now to
connect the dots: Foreign troops brought to the U.S. use GPS coordinates to
locate and arrest domestic terrorists (as defined by Attorney General) and
taken to military installations where they are held in detention in
concentration camp-style facilities.
As the
march toward fascism continues and civil unrest grows, who knows what the
government boys and girls might try next?
This will astound most who
view the video.
It’s a ‘knock
your socks off’ moment… that will make you very
angry.

An intensive investigation has revealed the identity of the man whose Social Security number (SSN) is being used by President Obama: Jean Paul Ludwig, who was born in France in 1890, immigrated to the United States in 1924, and was assigned SSN 042-68-4425 (Obama's current SSN) on or about March
1977. Ludwig lived most of his adult life in
Connecticut . Because of that, his SSN begins with the digits
042, which are among only a select few reserved for
Connecticut residents. Obama never lived or
worked in that state! Therefore, there is no reason on
earth for his SSN to start with the digits 042. None
whatsoever! Now comes the best part! Ludwig spent the final months of his life Hawaii , where he died.
Conveniently, Obama's grandmother, Madelyn Payne Dunham, worked part-time in the Probate Office in the Honolulu Hawaii Courthouse, and therefore had access to the SSNs of deceased individuals. The Social Security Administration was never informed of Ludwig's death, and because he never received Social Security benefits there were no benefits to stop and therefore, no questions were ever raised.
