Does Ted Cruz Think Obama Should Go To Jail? (He Gives 76 Reasons)

Barack Obama’s presidency has been rocked by a nearly constant stream of scandals and allegations of unconstitutional behavior. Many of his detractors, including former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy, have determined that his actions potentially warrant impeachment hearings.
Few elected officials, however, have been as reliably outspoken against Obama’s perceived abuses than Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. Keeping in line with his platform of dissent, the Tea Party hero recently released “The Legal Limit Report No. 4,” the latest in a series of arguments against the current administration.
Introducing the paper, which includes 76 separate abuses of power, Cruz wrote that no aspect of Obama’s presidency is more troubling than his “persistent pattern of lawlessness, his willingness to disregard the written law and instead enforce his own policies via executive fiat.”
His complaints were broken down into eight separate chapters, each focusing on a different area of concern:

Free Speech and Privacy
Other Lawless Acts
Other Abuses of Power
The former constitutional lawyer explored each topic in some detail, offering a concise breakdown of what he considers lawless behavior from within the White House.
He concluded that, through systematically “suspending, delaying, and waiving portions of the laws that he is charged to enforce,” Obama is defiantly flouting his obligation to uphold the Constitution.
“When President Obama disagreed with federal immigration laws,” Cruz wrote, “he instructed the Justice Department to cease enforcing the laws.”
Obama followed the same course, he explained, in dealing with “federal welfare law, drug laws, and the federal Defense of Marriage Act.”
Prior to Obama’s election, Cruz said the U.S. had never encountered such brazen disregard for the rule of law by its chief executive.
“In the more than two centuries of our nation’s history, there is simply no precedent for the White House wantonly ignoring federal law and asking others to do the same.”

Armed Services Chairman on Obama: ‘Our Foreign Policy Is a Mess’

President Obama’s wrongheaded view of the world has weakened America’s military and turned foreign policy into a “mess” — and Republicans bear some of the responsibility, the chairman of the House Armed Services Committee said yesterday.
“It is no accident that the expansion of Russia and China has come at the exact moment when we are dismantling our military and retreating from the world,” Rep. Buck McKeon (R- Calif.) said in a speech at The Heritage Foundation aimed at drawing attention to defense and national security issues.
“With Russia invading Ukraine, China provoking our Pacific allies, al-Qaeda regrouping, North Korea banging the drum, and ongoing turmoil in the Middle East, I think the president has lost sight of his purpose here,” McKeon said.
McKeon’s appearance at Heritage was part of “Protect America Month” events organized by the think tank.
Americans, McKeon argued, ought to be asking what the nation’s central foreign policy goal is, and what role the U.S. military has in advancing it.  He said:
“Put plainly, our foreign policy is a mess. We have no coherent strategy.  I’m not sure if we’re supposed to be pivoting to Asia, pivoting to the Middle East, or pivoting back to Europe.”
The California Republican, who announced four months ago that he will retire next January after 22 years in Congress, argued that most Americans want to live “in peace and security,” free to prosper and make their own decisions without worrying about what’s going on in “faraway lands.”
He cited Abraham Lincoln’s formula that government’s legitimate aim is “to do for a community of people whatever they need to have done, but cannot do for themselves.”
“An individual can go out and find health care coverage without the government,” McKeon said. “They can save for retirement without the government. They can start a business without the government. But they cannot resist foreign aggression without a strong standing military.”
At the core, he said, both diplomacy and military power are services that a government provides to citizens.  Obama has not understood this:
“Instead of using the military to deter terrorists and aggressors abroad, this administration uses regulations and bureaucrats to deter innovators and entrepreneurs at home.
“Instead of striking a balance where government is discreet at home while projecting great strength abroad, government is intrusive at home and weak overseas.”
However, McKeon insisted, rather than effectively responding to Obama in the budget process, Republicans “played his game” and “fell into his trap.” And now, he said, painful choices leave many military spending needs unmet.
In the “chairman’s mark” for the National Defense Authorization Act that he introduced today, the California Republican said, he requested $521 billion for the base defense budget and $79 billion for the windup of the war in Afghanistan. Defense spending comes in $45 billion under last year’s request, as required by previous budget deals Congress cut with the White House, he said.
“Through smart planning, rearrangement of capital and resources, targeted cuts, and reduction of some bureaucracy, we’ve been able to shield our military from a crippling blow,” McKeon remarked. “This is the last year we’ll be able to triage the pain. Next year — unless something changes — it’s really going to hurt.”
Identified savings will allow the Pentagon to keep the USS George Washington, the Navy’s front-line carrier, in Asia as well as to purchase more Tomahawk missiles, Growler electronic aircraft, body armor, and improved aircraft ejection seats.
However, the A-10 Warthog air-support craft will go into storage for later use, McKeon said, to make way for the F-35 even though that plane “is better suited to do other jobs.”
Without tackling mandatory and entitlement spending elsewhere in the federal budget, McKeon said, in next year’s defense plan“we’re going to have to whittle our big stick down to a twig, and our diplomacy will suffer for it.”

Voter Fraud: An Existential Threat to America

By James Simpson  — It is difficult to describe the enormity of the crime being committed by the Obama administration and their Democratic allies. They flagrantly flout the law, while simultaneously turning it into a weapon against political opponents, use government agencies to target innocent Americans, attempt to create legal voters through amnesty, and undermine voter integrity measures to facilitate vote fraud, while denying it even exists. In short, they are corrupting the entire process.
Thus, it is fitting to begin this report by recounting a story of deliberate, blatant official voter fraud. This April 17, the Illinois House Executive Committee voted to authorize $100 million to construct President Obama’s future presidential library and museum in Chicago.AP reported that the Committee voted “unanimously,” 9-0 to support the plan. The report was false. Only four of the 11 Committee members were in attendance—all Democrats. They did not even have a quorum. Furthermore, this was supposed to be a “subject matter only” hearing, i.e., entailing no votes. No matter; the legislators simply made up the results—even counting absent Republicans as “yes” votes. Republican State Representative Ed Sullivan observed, “In this case they didn’t even care to change the rules; they just flat out broke them.”
Motor Voter
The National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), also known as “motor voter,” promotes easy voter registration at motor vehicle, welfare and other state and local government offices. Voters can apply in person or by mail, and, until a recent court ruling, the federal application required no proof of citizenship. NVRA also dictates voter roll maintenance, but actually makes it more difficult by requiring an exhaustive procedure that takes a minimum of four, and sometimes more than eight years, before a deceased or otherwise ineligible voter can be removed.
As a result, nationwide, voter rolls are a shambles. According to a Pew report, approximately 24 million voter registrations nationally are either invalid or inaccurate, including about 1.8 million deceased individuals and 2.75 million multi-state duplicates.
The NVRA was authored by socialists Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, and many believe it was deliberately constructed to pave the way for ACORN-style massive registration fraud. The pair is notorious for the Cloward/Piven Crisis Strategy—a plan to overwhelm government with demands for welfare spending, thereby leading to systemic crisis. Cloward and Piven helped launch ACORN to advance their strategy.
They also had other intentions for those burgeoning welfare rolls. “If organizers can deliver millions of dollars in cash benefits to the ghetto masses,” they wrote, “it seems reasonable to expect that the masses will deliver their loyalties to their benefactors.” Cloward and Pivendeveloped the Motor Voter idea to simplify voter registration for this demographic. In 1993, it became law. Successive NRVA lawsuits have forced state agencies to become de factotaxpayer-funded voter registration drives.
Through its criminal activities, massive voter registration fraud and numerous convictions, ACORN made voter fraud national news. Prodded, and in some cases sued by activists, state legislatures began cleaning voter rolls and enacting ballot integrity measures like photo voter ID.
Voter Suppression
Democrats responded by executing a nationwide propaganda campaign of contrived outrage to deliver one relentless message: widespread voter fraud is a myth created by racist Republicansto justify voter ID and other laws that suppress the minority vote. MSNBC even called it a war on voting.
This President has proven over and over, however, that Democrats lie, and the Obama administration has institutionalized the practice. As Robert Popper writes in The Wall Street Journal:
In an April 11 speech to Al Sharpton’s National Action Network, President Obama recited statistics purporting to show that voter fraud was extremely rare. The “real voter fraud,” he said, “is people who try to deny our rights by making bogus arguments about voter fraud.”
Popper responds, “These arguments themselves are bogus.”
And of course he’s right. While they deny, obfuscate and attack, Democrats don’t even bother to hide their true intentions. In an event that can only be described as bad optics for the President, Sharpton’s NAN had just hosted a “Welcome Home Party” for serial convicted vote fraudster Melowese Richardson. After serving only eight months of a five year sentence for her crimes, Richardson was celebrated by Sharpton as a conquering hero.
Voter Fraud as Reparations
Democrats’ attitude toward voter fraud is the voting version of reparations for slavery. SomeDemocrats have even said that because minorities and the poor have little influence, “extraordinary measures (for example, stretching the absentee ballot or registration rules) are required to compensate.” Democrat election officials do this all the time, and a form of it has actually become official Justice Department policy in its effort to boost Hispanic representation.
Hispanic voters in Port Chester, New York were allowed to use something called “cumulative voting” in an election for village trustees. There were six trustee seats and Hispanics were allowed to cast six votes in any way they chose, for example, casting one vote for each of six candidates or all six for one candidate. Cumulative voting has also been used to elect a school board in Amarillo, Texas, the county commission in Chilton County, Alabama, and the city council in Peoria, Illinois.
Having rationalized the moral high ground with their “voter suppression” charge—Democrats go on the warpath. In recent years this has involved lawsuits, organized slander and a nationwide campaign to resist election reform. Under the Obama presidency, it has also included using federal agencies to attack private citizens and organizations.
IRS Targeting of Conservatives
In 2010, homemaker and small business owner, Catherine Engelbrecht, founded True the Vote(TTV), an organization dedicated to combating vote fraud. The group’s experience at the hand of government has become emblematic of the Obama administration’s despotic nature.

The travails of TTV are but one example of hundreds of conservative and tea party non-profits the IRS deliberately targeted in the run-up to the 2012 election. For example, the Ohio Liberty Council submitted their application on June 30, 2010. They received the first IRS answer in January 2012. It asked extensive questions about every single event they held and planned to hold, the people in their groups, their qualifications, speakers, publications, websites, Facebook pages and more. The IRS demanded they respond in two weeks.
In 2013, a Treasury Inspector General report stated that as of December 2012, 160 organizations had been waiting between 206 and 1,138 days. The IRS also secretly drafted new regulations to restrict conservative organizations. And while Obama and congressional Democrats feigned outrage, it was their idea to target conservatives. Many conservatives are still awaiting answers. Most recently, it has been revealed that a high level DOJ official asked the IRS to consider criminal investigations of conservative groups. No liberal group has been subject to such abuse.

Hillary Clinton, known as the “Butcher of Benghazi” after the release of the scathing report “Breach of Duty: Hillary Clinton and Catastrophic Failure in Benghazi,” refused dozens of requests for additional security at the Benghazi consulate.
The report also reveals that Clinton held back a special forces State Department Foreign Emergency Support Team on the night of September 11, 2012—essentially giving a stand down order—leaving Islamic radicals to butcher Chris Stevens, Shawn Smith, Ty Woods, and Glen Doherty.  
Clinton and Obama couldn’t reveal that they left Americans to be slaughtered, and so began the fantasy about a “protest turned violent” over an anti-Muslim YouTube video virtually no one had seen. When that became laughable, Clinton and Obama then blamed the CIA for bad intel about the phony protest.  This was also a lie as revealed in a huge cache of emails obtained by the government watchdog group Judicial Watch last week.  
According to the emails, Clinton and the rest of the Obama administration were feverishly working to cover up the fact that al-Qaeda had attacked our embassy. Feverishly trying to cover up the fact that the consulate didn’t have sufficient security. And feverishly trying to create a lie big enough that the entire American public would fall for it.  Clinton and Obama cared more about saving their political careers than saving the lives of four Americans.
Obama and Clinton stood by as four Americans were murdered.
If a murder is in progress, and the President of the United States and Secretary of State do nothing, that is accessory to murder. And up until now, Clinton and Obama have gotten away with murder.  
But there’s a new sheriff in town: “Benghazi Bulldog” Trey Gowdy, appointed to head the Select Committee on Benghazi. And this Sheriff is going after Clinton and Obama with guns blazing!

Amenper: Dime quien te ataca y te diré quién eres
Hay muchos aspirantes a presidente por el partido republicano, pero si analizamos al grupo, y vamos por la pragmática de que debemos escoger al que tenga más probabilidades de ganar y a la vez sea alguien que haya tenido una conducta vertical de centro-derecha, sólo hay un candidato, y este es Scott Walker.
El test de tornasol para identificar al mejor candidato debe de ser los esfuerzos por los demócratas para destruir a la persona, y a nadie han tratado de destruir más que a Scott Walker.
Le echaron los perros del sindicato, lo trataron de impugnar, y Walker les ganó las batallas en la opinión pública y en las urnas.
Ahora, si Scott Walker no gana la reelección como gobernador de Wisconsin, sus probabilidades presidenciales disminuyen, por eso están tratando de evitar que sea reelecto por todos los medios posibles. 
Este editorial de hoy del Wall Street Journal nos cuenta la nueva batalla que ha ganado Scott Walker contra la maquinaria del gobierno.  
Los fiscales, como antes el IRS, estaban atacando a los grupos de apoyo de Scott Walker, diciendo que las contribuciones eran ilegales. 
Un juez Federal determinó que los ilegales eran los fiscales que estaban suprimiendo la libertad de los que apoyaban a Walker.
Cuando Obama te ataca, quiere decir que algo bueno estás haciendo, y Walker ha demostrado que está capacitado para enfrentarse a los ataques de Obama, y ha demostrado en su gestión de gobernador que está capacitado para  ser un presidente mucho mejor que Obama.   Aunque pensándolo bien, para ser mejor presidente que Obama no hay que estar muy capacitado.

Discurso político gana en Wisconsin
Un juez federal reprendió a los fiscales tratando de silenciar a los conservadores.
El esfuerzo de cuatro años por los fiscales demócratas para tipificar como delito el discurso político en Wisconsin ha golpeado con el muro de la constitución estadounidense. En un fallo que podría tener consecuencias a nivel nacional, federal juez Rudolph Randa emitió un interdicto preliminar el martes terminando la persecución secreta John Doe  de los aliados del gobernador Scott Walker.
Nosotros hemos estado diciendo durante meses sobre el “secreto John Doe”, que funciona como un gran jurado y fuerza a conservadores a permanecer en silencio. Los ´perseguidos  llamados objetivos son de centro-derecha grupos que fueron atacados por el fiscal de distrito John Chisholm, su fiscal especial Francis Schmitz y la junta  izquierdista  del estado de rendición de cuentas del gobierno que regula el financiamiento de campañas.
Los fiscales lograron filtrar detalles impunemente hasta que uno de los objetivos, Eric O'Keefe, hizo públicos a nosotros en noviembre pasado sobre el abuso de poder. También buscó un abogado de Washington David Rivkin a presentar una demanda federal de derechos civiles para cerrar la sonda, y eso es lo que juez Randa respondió el martes.
Una medida cautelar debe cruzar una barra alta legal y juez Randa encontró que demanda de O'Keefe tenía una alta probabilidad de éxito en el fondo mientras la sonda también le causó un daño irreparable. Los fiscales se deben haber sentido sorprendidos porque inmediatamente apelaron ante el Tribunal de circuito de Apelaciones del séptimo e incluso presentaron una segunda moción que buscan una estancia inmediata de la orden del juez Randa.
El séptimo circuito concedió la estancia temporal miércoles tarde por un tecnicismo y fiscales que no tuvieron que destruir pruebas que habían recogido. Pero medida cautelar del juez Randa es una humillación personal y política para los fiscales, el tipo de reproche que le pasó a los racistas en el sur, se le está pasando a  los liberales.
Los fiscales habían justificado sus incursiones y acoso en el nombre de exponer coordinación ilegal entre la campaña de Walker y grupos conservadores. Sin embargo, Randa juez dictaminó que la investigación se basó en una lectura equivocada de la ley de finanzas de la campaña que violó los derechos de primera enmienda de O'Keefe. "Los acusados están persiguiendo cargos criminales a través de una investigación secreta de John Doe contra los demandantes para ejercer abogacía discurso derechos que en su rostro no están sujetos a los reglamentos o estatutos que los acusados pretenden hacer valer", escribió el juez.
O'Keefe, director del Club de Wisconsin para el crecimiento, simplemente había defendido para las cuestiones que le importa, que es discurso protegido. Cabe destacar que el juez Randa es el segundo juez que encuentra que los fiscales están equivocados sobre el derecho que apelan. En enero el juez Gregory Peterson anuló las citaciones que gobernó fueron basados en una interpretación errónea de la ley de finanzas de la campaña
Es importante destacar que los fiscales hubieran podido continuar su acoso sin responsabilidad jurídica o política si no fuera por la decisión de O'Keefe al hacer los hechos públicos — un riesgo personal considerable. Señor Chisholm y su adjunto, Bruce Landgraf, son partidarios señaló demócrata con una racha vengativo.
De no haber presentados los cargos la sonda cerraría los ingresos para las campañas de centro-derecha en las elecciones que Scott Walker, y los republicanos intentan ganar y la reelección del gobernador este año.
El Club de Wisconsin para el crecimiento gastó unos $8 millones en publicidad o subvenciones a otros grupos en el 2012 durante la campaña contra el Sr. Walker. En 2013 gastó $1,7 millones pero ha guardado silencio desde los citatorios de John Doe en octubre.
Daños similares se ha hecho a los grupos conservadores en todo el estado. Según la campaña de la democracia de Wisconsin, n fabricantes y comercio gastaron unos $4 millones durante la campaña en el 2012, pero aparte de una campaña de radio local pequeño acerca de una cuestión de confianza asbesto este año, el grupo ha estado fuera del aire.  Todos se encuentran acosados y con miedo de los ataques de los fiscales.
Como la focalización del IRS sin fines de lucro conservador, el Wisconsin John Doe muestra cómo las leyes de finanzas de la campaña se han convertido en un arma para silenciar a los opositores políticos liberal. Los fiscales afirman estar luchando contra el riesgo de corrupción de "dinero oscuro" en la política. Pero sus intentos de ejecución, hechos en secreto y desmedida por las barandillas constitucionales, se han convertido en mucho más políticamente corruptoras.

In 59 voting districts in the Philadelphia region, Obama received 100% of the votes with not even a single vote recorded for Romney. (A mathematical and statistical impossibility).
In 21 districts in Wood County Ohio, Obama received 100% of the votes where GOP inspectors were illegally removed from their polling locations - and not one single vote was recorded for Romney. (Another statistical impossibility).
In Wood County Ohio, 106,258 voted in a county with only 98,213 eligible voters. 
In St. Lucie County, FL, there were 175,574 registered eligiblevoters but 247,713 votes were cast.  
The National SEAL Museum , a polling location in St. Lucie County, FL had a 158%voter turnout.  
Palm Beach County, FL had a141% voter turnout.  
In one Ohio County , Obama won by 108% of the total number of eligible voters.  
NOTE: Obama won in every state that did not require a Photo ID and lost in every state that did require a Photo ID in order to vote.

“It’s easy for me to go to Washington and, frankly, be somewhat divorced from the day-to-day challenges people have.”
Those words were spoken by Senator John McCain on September 11, 2008… and now it appears they may finally be hitting home for his long-suffering constituents. In fact, courtesy of Citizens United, we have a poll to prove it.
Kellyanne Conway, who conducted the poll and analyzed the results, says that “GOP primary voters actually prefer three very different Republicans to McCain on the ballot. In Arizona, only 29.3% of ‘likely 2016 Republican primary voters’ agreed [that] McCain deserved re-election, while 64.2% agreed that ‘it’s time to give a new person a chance to do the job.’ The other 6.5% did not know.”
Time for the Changing of the Guard?
Senator John McCain is easily the conservative movement’s least favorite senator, not just because he has the most liberal voting record, but because he fancies himself a deal maker. He’s the guy who likes to strike big political bargains; and at times, he rescues flailing liberals with his antics.
Conservatives also don’t like dealing with McCain’s compelling biography. You see, John McCain is a certified war hero. Born into a Navy family, he started down his career path early by attending the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Then, after being shot down over Vietnam during his 23rd bombing mission, he spent much of the Vietnam War as a prisoner in the infamous Hanoi Hilton.
In 1981, McCain left the Navy and went to Arizona to run for political office. In 1982, he was elected to the U.S. Congress. In 1986, he was promoted by his constituents to the U.S. Senate. Finally, in 2008, he had the honor of being the Republican nominee for president. Of course, as we all know from history, Barack Obama toasted him in the election.
Yet in spite of his presidential setbacks and advancing age – McCain is nearing 80 years old – he’s preparing to run for re-election to the U.S. Senate in 2016.
The long-serving senator recently gave an extended interview with Phoenix’s daily newspaper, The Arizona Republic, in which he acknowledged that many voters would like for him to retire. The fact is, voters are tired of him after more than 30 years of service. But when questioned about potential Republican primary opponents, McCain said emphatically, “You know me: A fight not joined is a fight not enjoyed… I know that I will be very well prepared.”
Indeed, it’s unusual for a senator to be making such aggressive moves this far ahead of a possible campaign; and McCain’s rotten poll numbers are likely the reason. That said, McCain still has plenty of resources at his disposal. He recently held a fundraiser at the swanky Phoenix Ritz-Carlton, near Camelback Mountain; and the guest list reads like a “Who’s Who” of Arizona.
The list included current Governor Jan Brewer, Senator Jeff Flake, former Senator Jon Kyl, former Vice President Dan Quayle, former Governor Fife Symington, Phoenix City Councilman Jim Waring, former Arizona Attorney General Grant Woods, Arizona Diamondbacks owner Ken Kendrick, and Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver.
McCain may be an underdog for the first time in 30 years; but any challenger needs to understand that, even in old age, McCain is a formidable campaigner. In the senator’s own words, “Bring it on.”

AMENPER: REVOLUCIÓN

Desde que tuve uso de razón política, la palabra “revolucionario” fue algo incrustado en todas las vertientes de mi país.  Se idolatraba las revoluciones comenzando por la revolución francesa, una revolución que surgió por los excesos de la monarquía, pero que como todas las revoluciones fue nefasta y degeneró en dictadura totalitaria. Pero todos los partidos políticos de Cuba tenían la agenda y el nombre de revolucionarios.
Esto era lo mismo cruzando el charco en Europa, sólo un oasis político existía en los años cincuenta en el mundo, los Estados Unidos.  Había dos partidos políticos, pero la diferencia era doméstica, el respeto, la filosofía de la democracia representativa  existía por igual en ambos partidos, ante la protesta de algunos revolucionarios” que siempre asomaban la cabeza protestando que ambos partidos eran “iguales”. 
Desde su origen, la revolución americana fue simplemente una separación de las colonias establecidas de la monarquía. Los “revolucionarios” americanos no querían un cambio, ellos eran el establecimiento económico y social y lo que querían era mantenerlo sin la injerencia de la corona inglesa.
Los revolucionarios americanos eran conservadores y no estaban guiados por una filosofía de cambio social, la revolución americana era orden, no era caos.  La venganza sangrienta y los excesos de otras revoluciones, no existieron en la revolución americana. 
En este oasis se creó la nación más poderosa y próspera de todas las épocas, bajo las acusaciones de “imperialistas” aunque nunca se apropiaron de ningún botín de guerra cuando tuvieron que ir a la guerra para combatir a las filosofías “revolucionarias” que querían apropiarse del mundo. Como dijo Colin Powell en las Naciones Unidas, la única tierra que pidieron del enemigo derrotado o liberado, fue para enterrar a sus muertos.
Pero llegó el cáncer de la “revolución”, la palabra “revolución” quiere decir “cambio” y hemos cambiado, empezó por la revolución de las drogas, gonorrea,
piojos y churre de los sesenta, y continuó hasta que sus miembros alcanzaron el poder y comenzaron el cambio desde el gobierno. Daniel J. Boorstin en su libro en 1953, habla de aquella época de tranquilidad y prosperidad, y nos habla desde el punto histórico de la época, nos explica como las filosofías revolucionarias son un peligro para cualquier nación o cultura, y la diferencia de los Estados Unidos en aquella época, del resto del mundo.  Es una lástima que hayamos sido contaminados por las teorías de filosofías extranjerizantes que han envenenado las aguas del oasis americano.
Este es lo que escribió Boorstien en 1953:

Especialmente en nuestra época (1953) (y por lo menos desde la revolución francesa de 1789), cada vez más en el mundo no se ha buscado en la teoría social la mera justificación para instituciones pero un anteproyecto para rehacer la sociedad, un cambio, una revolución.
Las teorías de. Rousseau y Marx, por ejemplo, han sido puestas a este uso.
La política europea reciente nos muestra a hombres de tez dura, todos buscan una ortodoxia explícita para la sociedad. Burke fue uno de los primeros para observar esta tendencia y sus peligros, cuando observó, "la mayor parte de la humanidad por su parte no son excesivamente curiosos acerca de alguna teoría, mientras que son muy felices; y un claro síntoma de un estado llevadas a cabo por mal es la propensión de la gente a recurrir a ellos". Una buena regla para nosotros en los Estados Unidos es que nuestro bienestar nacional es inversamente proporcional a la nitidez y el alcance de las diferencias teóricas entre nuestros partidos políticos.
La tendencia abstracta de los principios de la vida política puede afilar temas para el filósofo político. Se convierte en idolatría cuando proporciona estadistas o un pueblo con un plan para su sociedad. Las tiranías características de nuestra época, nazismo, fascismo y comunismo — han expresado precisamente esta idolatría. Justifican sus tropelías porque su "filosofía" se lo exige. 



AMENPER: Bernie "El Overseer"vs Clarence "El Uncle Tom"
El congresista Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) no se echa para atrás a después de una entrevista de radio en el que llamó al magistrado del Tribunal Supremo Clarence Thomas un "Tío Tom".
En una entrevista posterior con CNN, Thompson dijo a Dana Bash: "Si nos fijamos en [Thomas] y las decisiones en la corte, que han sido adversas para la comunidad minoritaria, y la gente que represento, este tiene un verdadero problema de un afroamericano que no es sensible a estas cuestiones. "
Preguntado si llamar  "Tío Tom" no es un término cargado de racismo, Thompson respondió: "Para algunos es, pero para otros es la verdad.
Se le preguntó si la frase no se consideraría "no apropiada" si viene de una persona blanca. A lo que Thompson respondió, si, "Pero yo soy Negro."
En esta noticia hay ciertas inconsistencias características del nuevo racismo que estamos viviendo.
De entrada se está aceptando que un negro puede decir lo que quiera, pero si lo dice un blanco entonces es racista.  Se está implicando que el ser conservador, que es una vertiente política no social ni racial, hace a un negro ir contra su propia raza. 
Según los militantes raciales Thomas no tiene el derecho a pensar que ir en contra de la dependencia del gobierno sea para el beneficio de su raza. 
La intolerancia de los militantes negros hacen que todo el que no se ajuste a su filosofía política es un "Tío Tom".
La cabaña del tío Tom (Uncle Tom's Cabin) es una novela de la escritora Harriet Stowe que se publicó por primera vez el 20 de marzo de 1852.
La obra tiene  la esclavitud como tema central. La historia se centra en el relato del tío Tom, un viejo esclavo afroamericano en torno al cual se mueven otros personajes, tanto esclavos como propietarios de ellos. La novela dramatiza la dura realidad de la esclavitud mientras muestra que el amor cristiano y la fe pueden superar algo tan destructivo como la esclavización de seres humanos.
El Tío Tom relata cosas buenas sobre algunos blancos de aquella sociedad, y cosas malas de otros tanto blancos como negros, y esto es inaceptable para los militantes.  Hay que decir que todos los blancos eran malos y todos los negros eran buenos, y si no piensas así ahora eres un Tío Tom.
Pero para mí el buen Tío Tom es el Tío Tom original así que Thomas no se tiene que sentir mal, yo creo que el que se tiene que sentir mal es Thompson, porque en el contexto de los tiempos no es un Tío Tom, pero es uno de esos mayorales negros que cuidaban y daban latigazos a los otros negros que le llamaban "overseers".
Esto sí es denigrante para su raza.



Amenper: Marihuana Medicinal
Nunca me he opuesto a la Marihuana Medicinal.  Es algo natural, la marihuana tiene sus propiedades medicinales como el Opio, la Codeína, la morfina y la cocaína.  Todos estos ingredientes han sido usados y son usado a través de los años como productos medicinales, aunque son drogas estupefacientes adictivas, todo está en la dosificación y uso.  Cualquier droga elaborado en laboratorios acreditados y usada bajo el control de un profesional médico, es conveniente para el cuidado de la salud y el hacer más transitoria el final de la vida para los pacientes terminales.
¿Quien no ha usado un estupefaciente medicinalmente?  ¿Quien no ha tomado un tranquilizante o un somnífero en un momento que se lo ha indicado un médico?. ¿ Recuerdan el vino de Coca y Cola y el elixir  Paragógico que era el elixir de opio anisado, del tiempo de nuestros padres?
Es el uso que se le da a la droga, no la droga en sí. 
Lo que están haciendo ahora no es legalizar la marihuana para uso medicinal, no hay necesidad de esto, nunca ha habido necesidad de legalizar una droga como el Opio, la Codeína la morfina y la codeína para uso medicinal, simplemente lo hacían los laboratorios bajo la inspección de las agencias de salud.  Estaba implícito que era legal tomar unas gotas de paregórico pero que era ilegal fumarse una pipa de Opio.
  Lo que quieren hacer ahora es legalizar una droga para el abuso y la adicción.
El problema es cuando se usan esos estupefacientes para uso recreativo, o sea para coger un tono y ponerse a gozar sin importarle los que viven a su alrededor.
Es cuestión de uso y de abuso, es simple, lo que lo hace complicado es la mala voluntad.  La voluntad de querer esclavizar a las personas para así aprovecharse de ellos.  Ya le están dando una droga, con los cheques de beneficio social que lo hacen dependientes del estado, ahora le quieren dar la oportunidad de que usen las drogas legalmente para uso recreativo.  Si quieren que vivamos como Sodoma y Gomorra, sin frenos morales, pues que lo digan abiertamente, pero por favor que no nos insulten nuestra inteligencia diciendo que la marihuana se está legalizando para uso medicinal.

The House voted Thursday to establish a select committee on Benghazi, formally launching a comprehensive and contentious investigation aimed at answering lingering questions about what happened before, during and after the terror attack that killed four Americans.
The House voted 232-186 to approve the panel. The vote breakdown was 225 Republicans and 7 Democrats in favor, with 186 Democrats voting against the measure. The Democrats who backed the probe were all moderate to conservative party members who face tough re-election campaigns.
The vote was never in doubt, as majority Republicans largely were united in support of the committee ever since House Speaker John Boehner called for it last week. Unclear is whether Democrats will boycott the investigation itself.
Immediately after the vote, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., issued a statement accusing Republicans of "unending eagerness to exploit" the four American deaths in Benghazi, adding, "our nation deserves better than yet another deeply partisan and political review."
Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., who will head the panel, said, “This resolution equips the select committee with the scope and tools necessary for the seriousness of this investigation. We are charged with a clear mission: uncover all the facts and provide answers to the American public."
The probe ensures that Benghazi will remain front and center during the midterm election season, something Democrats say is by design. They have slammed the select committee as a partisan, and unnecessary, exercise.
But Republicans argue that individual congressional committee and other investigations have been insufficient in getting at the full truth, pointing in part to emails released last week that had been kept under wraps since 2012. One email – from a White House adviser stressing the role of an anti-Islam web video – is effectively what prompted Boehner to call for the select committee, after months of balking at demands from his rank-and-file to empanel one.
Democrats, aside from blasting the committee as political, also objected to its structure. The committee would have seven Republicans and five Democrats; Democratic leaders petitioned for an even split.
But Boehner defended the makeup of the committee ahead of the vote on Thursday.
“I had a conversation with (Pelosi) yesterday and made clear that this is a serious investigation, that we want to work together to get to the truth,” he said. “I think the seven-five split is eminently fair, frankly fairer than her Global Warming Committee that she set up.”
Boehner was referring to a prior select committee when Democrats were in the majority where the partisan split was more uneven.
The legislation crafted by Boehner demands only that the select committee must be re-established when a new Congress begins in January, and includes no explicit financial constraints.
Republicans say the White House, concerned primarily with protecting President Obama in the final weeks of his re-election campaign, misled the nation by playing down intelligence suggesting Benghazi was a major, Al Qaeda-linked terrorist attack. They accuse the administration of stonewalling congressional investigators, pointing specifically to emails written by U.S. officials in the days after the attack but only released last week.
The Obama administration says officials tried to provide the public with the best information available after the attack at a time when U.S. embassies, consulates and other facilities were facing angry demonstrations across the Muslim world over a YouTube video mocking Islam's Prophet Muhammad. It originally attributed Benghazi to a similar protest that extremists hijacked, but retracted that account amid severe criticism. It says Republicans are persisting with Benghazi questions in the hopes of generating a scandal to gain political support.
Like House Democrats, the administration has yet to say whether it will cooperate with the select committee. On Wednesday, White House spokesman Josh Earnest pounced on congressional Republicans for seeking campaign money off the investigation, describing a fundraising email earlier in the day as a "pretty good indication of political motivation."
The National Republican Congressional Committee's pitch said the GOP was "moving fast" to hold Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton "accountable for their actions" on the night of the Benghazi attack. It vowed that "no one will get away" from the select committee and asked people to become a "Benghazi Watchdog"

El gobierno de los Estados Unidos has sido secuestrado… Literalmente por un grupo internacionalista usando la coerción, la compra de voluntades, y el chantaje hacia los miembros más importantes del gobierno. El gobierno a su vez hace exactamente lo mismo con los miembros menos importantes y con los ciudadanos de este país.
Este “secreto” de ser descubierto oficialmente, le traería a este país como consecuencia, una guerra civil de dimensiones nunca antes conocida, ya que los ciudadanos Americanos se sentirían, como es de esperar, de la misma forma que se sentían cuando este país estaba siendo controlado y subyugado por una potencia extranjera (Gran Bretaña) hace más de doscientos años atrás.
Para saber a quién se puede comprar, chantajear y amedrentar y en qué forma se puede lograr esto, para eso existe una organización llamada la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad la cual, gracias a Snowden, hemos aprendido que archiva todo lo que se escribe y se dice por la internet, se habla por teléfono y todos los demás medios comunicativos. También archiva todas las transacciones que hacemos a través de tarjetas de créditos y transacciones bancarias para así poder conocer más intrínsecamente todos nuestros movimientos.
No contentos con escudriñar por completo la vida de los ciudadanos Americanos, como lo haría un vulgar mira hueco, también lo están haciendo con el mundo entero.
Con toda la información colectada no es difícil entonces entender como la prensa, las agencias gubernamentales y policiacas y aun los mismos abogados y jueces, pueden ser controlados de la forma que se está haciendo por esa corporación internacional llamada la Reserva Federal la cual no es parte del gobierno de los Estados Unidos aunque muchos todavía se lo creen ya que lleva el nombre “Federal” y por lo tanto se asume erróneamente que así lo sea.
En otras palabras, esta organización es una corporación privada que controla la banca y el dinero de este país y está tratando de controlar al mundo entero usando todo tipos de artimañas. Ellos están autorizados a subir o bajar los intereses bancarios cuando a ellos les convenga (no al pueblo Americano) y pueden imprimir todo el dinero que les venga en gana cuando ellos quieran y nadie les puede decir, ni aun el mismísimo presidente ni ninguna agencia de esta nación, lo que pueden o no pueden hacer ya que ellos son los que están mandando aquí desde hace ya más de cien años y no quieren, como un pitbull, soltar la presa bajo concepto alguno.
Ellos deciden además quien será el próximo presidente de USA y no el voto popular ni aun el voto de los delegados o de los súper-delegados como la mayoría se cree. Además del chantaje, coerción y compra de voluntades, ya ha sido más que demostrado como se puede fácilmente usar las mismas maquinas oficiales de votación para que salga “ganador” el que ellos quieran sin importar la cantidad de votos ni cuantos votos se le ha dados a cada uno de los postulados.
Conclusión, si se quisieran remediar de verdad todos los problemas que tiene este país no quedaría más remedio que ir a la mismísima raíz del problema para poder comenzar limpio y luego poder arreglar todos los demás problemas. Habría que comenzar por The Federal Reserve y dejar que el Congreso, el tribunal supremo y el presidente  de este país sea el que la fiscalicen conjuntamente y controlen La Reserva  Federal y no la Reserva Federal sea dueña del Congreso, el tribunal supremo y del presidente como lo está siendo hasta ahora.

DE DOBLE JUEGO CON VOLODYA PUTIN
Otrora teniente coronel del KGB (NKVD, MVD), el presidente ruso Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin("Volodya") sabrá (aun sin Snowden) dónde nació el presidente Obama y quién mandaba en la Casa Blanca cuando todos suponíamos que era la Sra. Hillary Clinton en tanto que el marido se divertía debajo del escritorio.  Ya se pronunció en público, en un adjetivo descriptivo, sobre lo que le motiva a la señora, no que nuestros medios informativos hicieran mucho caso de ello.

Cuidado todos con ese "doble juego", uno de cuyos propósitos actuales es encubrir lo anterior y cubrirle de billones a quien todo lo sabe.  Ya es evidente que se le ha hecho saber a Rusia que habrá suficiente papel-moneda estadounidense para "sustituir" las pérdidas incurridas por los quebrados e incumplidores comunismos cubano y venezolano, razón parecida a aquélla por la que la Unión Europea, que quiere participar de la bonanza del robo a nuestro contribuyente, está actualmente de vacilón en Cuba.

El doble juego se sacó a superficie hace 61 años cuando Estados Unidos decidió que NO le hacía falta ganar sus guerras (Corea 1953), ocho y nueve años antes de los desastres doble juego deGirón y los Misiles.

El doble juego no lo gana sino uno, y no es el iluso, ingenuo o advenedizo.
