ENRIQUE ENRIQUEZ: The Architect of Destruction. By Maureen Scott

"Obama comes from a community organizer background where it's us against them. But that's not who we are. And that's not the position the leader of our Nation should take."– Dr. Benjamin Carson

Obama appears to be a tormented man who is filled with resentment, anger, and disdain for anyone of an opinion or view other than his. He acts in the most hateful, spiteful, malevolent, vindictive ways in order to manipulate and maintain power and control over others. Perhaps because, as a child, he grew up around family members and mentors who instilled him with an abiding bitterness toward the U.S. That bitterness seems not to have left him.

It is not the color of his skin that is a problem – for anyone in America. Rather it is the blackness that fills his soul and the hollowness in his heart where there should be abiding pride and love for this country.

Think: Have we ever heard Obama speak lovingly of the U.S. or its people, with deep appreciation and genuine respect for our history, our customs, our sufferings and our blessings? Has he ever revealed that, like most patriotic Americans, he gets "goose bumps" when a band plays "The Star Spangled Banner," or sheds a tear when he hears a beautiful rendition of "America the Beautiful?" Does his heart burst with pride when millions of American flags wave on a National holiday – or is he moved to sadness and reflection when someone plays "taps" on a trumpet? Has he ever felt the depth of our admiration of the military, as lovers of those who keep America free feel when soldiers march by? It is doubtful – because Obama did not grow up sharing our experiences or our values. He did not sit at the knee of a grandfather or uncle who showed his medals and told of the bravery of his fellow troops as they fought and tramped through foreign lands sacrificing for a cause greater than their own lives. He didn't have grandparents who told stories of suffering and then coming to America, penniless, and the opportunities they had for building a business and life for their children.

Away from this country as a young child, Obama didn't delight in being part of America and its greatness. He wasn't singing our patriotic songs in kindergarten, or standing on the roadside for a holiday parade and eating a hot dog, or lighting sparklers around a campfire on July 4th as fireworks exploded over head, or placing flags on the gravesites of fallen and beloved American heroes.

Rather Obama was separated from all of these experiences. He doesn't really understand us and what it means to be an American. He is void of the basic emotions that most feel regarding this country and is insensitive to the instinctive pride we have in our national heritage. His opinions were formed by those who either envied us or wanted him to devalue the United States and the traditions and patriotism that unite us.

Obama has never given a speech that is filled with calm, reassuring, complimentary, heartfelt statements about all the people in the U.S. Or one that inspires us to be better, grateful, and proud that, in a short time, our country became a leader, and a protector of so many. Quite the contrary, his speeches always degenerate into mocking, ridiculing tirades as he faults our achievements ,along with any of his critics, all for the sake of a laugh, or to bolster his ego. He uses his Office to threaten and create fear while demeaning and degrading anyone who opposes his policies and actions. Unlike a secure leader, who has noble self-esteem and not false confidence, Obama displays a cocky, haughty attitude and a dread of being critiqued.

Mostly, his time seems to be spent causing dissention, unrest, and anxiety among the people rather than uniting us (even though he was presented to us as the "Great Uniter"). He creates chaos for the sake of keeping citizens separated, envious, aggrieved and ready to argue. Under his leadership Americans have been kept on edge, rather than in a state of comfort and security. He incites people to be aggressive toward, disrespectful of, and retaliate against those of differing backgrounds and views. Through such behavior, Obama has lowered the standards for self-control and mature restraint to the level of rowdy, street-fighting gangs. When, instead, he should be raising the bar for people to strive toward becoming more considerate, tolerant, self-disciplined, self-sustaining, and self-assured.

Not a day goes by that he is not attempting to defy our laws, remove our rights, over-ride established procedures, install controversial appointees, enact divisive mandates, and assert a dictatorial form of power.
·         Never has there been a leader of this great land who used such tactics to harm and hurt the people and this country.
·         Never have we had a President who spoke with a caustic, evil tongue against the citizenry rather than present himself as a soothing, calming, and trustworthy force.
·         Never, in this country, have we experienced how much stress one man can cause a nation of people – on a daily basis!
Obama has promoted the degeneration of peace, civility, and quality of cooperation between us. He thrives on tearing us down, rather than building us up. He is the Architect of the decline of America, and the epitome of a Demagogue.

Eric Holder Could Lose His Salary For Being Held In Contempt Of Congress Under This New Bill

Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Texas) has introduced a bill called the “Contempt Act,” which would prevent current and future federal employees from collecting their taxpayer-funded salaries as long as they’re being held in contempt of Congress.
The bill, which has no chance of becoming law in a divided Congress, currently would apply to one man — Attorney General Eric Holder, with whom Farenthold tangled at a congressional hearing last week:
“I’m committed to maintaining the constitutional balance of power and the authority that this branch — this Legislative Branch — has, and I just don’t think it’s appropriate that Mr. Holder be here,” Farenthold told the Judiciary Committee last Tuesday.
“If an American citizen had not complied with one of the Justice Department subpoenas, they would be in jail, not sitting here in front, testifying. I realize there are questions to be asked. I’ll yield the remainder of my time.”
Rep. Farenthold released the following statement on April 15:
In 2012, the House of Representatives voted to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for refusing to turn over documents related to the botched Fast and Furious gun-running sting operation – despite this fact, he is still receiving his paycheck courtesy of American taxpayers.

Bombshell: Eric Holder’s DOJ participated in IRS Scandal!

Dear Conservative,
The IRS targeting scandal goes much deeper than anyone imagined!
Last week, it was revealed that Democrat Rep. Elijah Cummings, the top Democrat on the House Government Oversight Committee, was instrumental in urging Lois Lerner to target conservative non-profit groups. This explains a lot, considering how Elijah Cummings was doing everything in his power to stop the investigation!
Remember all of his grandstanding and accusations that Republicans were on a “witch hunt?” Well, it turns out that his bombastic objections to the House Government Oversight Committee’s investigation stem from his own involvement in the scandal! He instructed the IRS to go after one of the most prominent Tea Party groups, True the Vote, and was trying to do everything in his power to stop his involvement from coming to light!
The top Democrat on the House Committee charged with investigating the IRS was actually participating in the scandal! Talk about a conflict of interest…
Well, the next shoe has dropped. Recently released emails obtained by Judicial Watch now prove that not only was Lois Lerner coordinating with Democrat lawmakers, but she was also in talks with Eric Holder’s Department of Justice over how to prosecute these Tea Party groups for exercising their First Amendment rights!
This is another bombshell that is going to blow the whole IRS scandal wide open!
Emails show that just two days before the IRS scandal went public and Ms. Lerner was forced to apologize for targeting conservative groups, she was actively coordinating with the DOJ to bring federal charges against these tea party organizations!
On May 8, 2013, Lois Lerner sent an email to Nikole C. Flax, who was then former IRS Commissioner Steven T. Miller's Chief of Staff. The email detailed her discussion with the DOJ on the possibility of going after conservatives with criminal charges…
“I got a call today from Richard Pilger Director Elections Crimes Branch at DOJ ... He wanted to know who at IRS the DOJ folks could talk to about Sen. Whitehouse idea at the hearing that DOJ could piece together false statement cases about applicants who "lied" on their 1024s --saying they weren't planning on doing political activity, and then turning around and making large visible political expenditures. DOJ is feeling like it needs to respond, but want to talk to the right folks at IRS to see whether there are impediments from our side and what, if any damage this might do to IRS programs. I told him that sounded like we might need several folks from IRS.”
The following day, the IRS Commissioner’s Chief of Staff responded, “I think we should do it.”
The evidence is crystal clear! Not only did Lois Lerner collaborate with a sitting Congressman to harass Tea Party groups applying for a tax-exempt status, but she was also coordinating with the DOJ and Federal Election Commission to prosecute those groups that were already exempt!
Every week, new evidence comes to light proving just how scummy Lois Lerner is. And with each passing week, documents are revealed showing that the IRS scandal stretches even further up the chain of command within the Obama administration.
Remember when Lois Lerner told the country that the scandal was nothing but a few rogue IRS agents in Cincinnati? How laughable is that!?
Not only have we proved that Lois Lerner was at the heart of the scandal, but now we have evidence linking a ranking Democrat Congressman and Obama’s Department of Justice to the scandal as well!
There is no doubt in my mind now that this scandal goes all the way to the top! A committee has already recommended that Lois Lerner be held in Contempt of Congress, however Congress is taking its sweet time getting around to the vote! We cannot afford to wait any longer!
We cannot afford to wait any longer!
However, Congress simply cannot vote to hold Lois Lerner in contempt only to turn the case over to the DOJ. These released emails show an obvious conflict of interest within the Department of Justice. The DOJ is supposed to hold all parties equal under the law, however the evidence shows that the Justice Department abused its power to target and prosecute the President’s political opposition!
Just last week, the House Ways and Means Committee referred Lois Lerner to the DOJ for prosecution. Are they insane? Do they really think that Eric Holder will prosecute one of his own?
Remember when Congress held Eric Holder in contempt, only to tell him to prosecute himself? Not all that successful, was it?
No, Congress must handle Lois Lerner on its own! The Supreme Court has already ruled in the past that the Constitution of the United States gives Congress the authority to jail anyone held in contempt for the remainder of the Congressional session. That means that when Congress holds Lois Lerner in contempt, it can throw her in the Capitol Jail until next January!
The evidence is clearer now than ever before. It shows that top Democrats and Obama officials were conspiring together to not only prevent Tea Party groups from obtaining a tax exempt status but also to prosecute those that already had one!
This is a textbook case of tyranny and abuse of power. We have evidence that two branches of government were conspiring to silence their political opposition and yet Congress still does nothing?
Every second that Lois Lerner is allowed to breathe fresh air is a slap in the face to all of the brave patriots that the Obama administration has silenced over the past few years!
Your Brother in Arms,
Joe Otto

Dear Lazaro R,

Did you see my email below?
You see, I just filed my class-action lawsuit against the NSA.
But that's not the only way to fight unconstitutional spying!
I've also introduced the Fourth Amendment Protection Act in Congress to fight this battle on multiple fronts.
Unfortunately, not enough Americans have signed the petition supporting this legislation.
That's why, if you haven't already,
please sign the petition right away!
And if you've already signed,
please forward it to as many people as you know.
Without your help, and the help of people like you, we don't stand a chance.
Thank you for all you've done, and continue to do for our Fourth Amendment rights.

Report: Emails Show Justice Dept. Involved in IRS Tea Party Probe. By Todd Beamon

Embattled former IRS official Lois Lerner last year discussed working with the Justice Department to prosecute nonprofit organizations that she felt had "lied" about their political activities, according to new documents released on Wednesday by Judicial Watch about the agency's targeting of conservative groups.

The new documents show Lerner's communications with Justice within days of publicly acknowledging that the Internal Revenue Service was singling out tea party, conservative, and religious groups.

They also indicate that the targeting may have reached further into the Obama White House despite Lerner's original assertions that it was all based out of the agency's Cincinnati field office.

In a May 8 email, for instance, Lerner said that she had received a call from Richard Pilger, director of the elections crimes unit at Justice.

Urgent: Do You Approve Or Disapprove of President Obama's Job Performance? Vote Now in Urgent Poll

Pilger asked whether the IRS could help the department "piece together false statement cases about applicants who 'lied'" on a particular IRS form, "saying they weren’t planning on doing political activity, and then turning around and making large visible political expenditures.

"DOJ is feeling like it needs to respond, but want to talk to the right folks at IRS to see whether there are impediments from our side and what, if any damage this might do to IRS programs," Lerner said in the email.

"I told him that sounded like we might need several folks from IRS…," she said.

Lerner wrote the email to Nikole Flax, who was chief of staff at the time to Steven Miller, who was the acting IRS commissioner.

She responded in an email the next day: "I think we should do it -- also need to include CI [Criminal Investigation Division], which we can help coordinate. Also, we need to reach out to [Federal Election Commission]. Does it make sense to consider including them in this or keep it separate?"

Lerner, who retired last September, oversaw the unit that evaluated applications for tax-exempt status. Miller was fired because of the scandal, and Flax has reportedly been targeted by congressional investigators.

Judicial Watch said on Wednesday that it had obtained the emails through a Freedom of Information Act
lawsuit filed last October. The watchdog group has sought documents showing how the IRS had targeted the groups between 2010 and the 2012 presidential election.

Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit after the IRS failed to respond to four FOIA requests dating back to last May.

"These new emails show that the day before she broke the news of the IRS scandal, Lois Lerner was talking to a top Obama Justice Department official about whether the DOJ could prosecute the very same organizations that the IRS had already improperly targeted," Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement. "The IRS emails show Eric Holder’s Department of Justice is now implicated and conflicted in the IRS scandal."

Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that has been investigating the scandal, said the new emails underscored "the political nature of IRS tea party targeting and the extent to which supposed apolitical officials took direction from elected Democrats.

"These e-mails are part of an overwhelming body of evidence that political pressure from prominent Democrats led to the targeting of Americans for their political beliefs," the California Republican said in a statement.

"Now I see why the IRS is scared to give up the rest of Lois Lerner's emails,” Ohio GOP Rep. Jim Jordan said in a statement.

The documents "further prove the coordination among the IRS, the Federal Election Commission, the Justice Department and committee Democrats to target conservatives," he said.

Jordan added that had the oversight panel not become involved, "Eric Holder’s politicized Justice Department would likely have been leveling trumped-up criminal charges against tea party groups to intimidate them from exercising their Constitutional rights."

President Barack Obama has denied GOP charges that the targeting of the groups was politically motivated or illegal, telling
Fox News in February that "not even a smidgen of corruption" was involved in the specialized screening.

In addition, emails Issa's panel released last week showed that staff members of the oversight committee's ranking Democrat, Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, had shared information with the IRS that effectively led the agency to investigate True the Vote after the group filed its application for tax-exempt status in 2010.

Cummings did not disclose any of those dealings with oversight committee Republicans,
Issa charged.

In a March 27 email, Lerner told IRS staffers about an April 9 2013, hearing — and the document also suggests that the other Obama administration departments might have been targeting the conservative groups.

The tax-exempt status the groups were seeking was 501(c)(4), which allows them to keep their donors private.

"There are several groups of folks from the FEC world that are pushing tax fraud prosecution for c4s who report they are not conducting political activity when they are (or these folks think they are)," Lerner wrote in the email.

"One is my ex-boss Larry Noble (former general counsel at the the FEC), who is now president of Americans for Campaign Reform," she added.

"This is their latest push to shut these down.

"One IRS prosecution would make an impact and they wouldn't feel so comfortable doing the stuff," Lerner said. "So, don't be fooled about how this is being articulated — it is ALL about 501(c)(4) orgs and political activity."

Lerner ignited the controversy last May when she disclosed the scandal in response to a question asked at a conference in Chicago.

Her response came just before the Treasury Department's inspector general released a report disclosing the targeting.

President Obama fired Miller — and at least three other IRS workers have been placed on put on administrative leave.

In testimony before the oversight committee, Lerner has twice invoked the Fifth Amendment, though she has denied wrongdoing. The panel voted last week to hold her in contempt for her refusals.

If the
full House finds Lerner in contempt, the matter would be referred to federal prosecutors.

Urgent: Should Obamacare Be Repealed?
 Vote Here Now!

The one thing that could ruin Obama
Dear Subscriber,
A few big moves stand out in Barack Obama’s first Presidential term.
* The $800 billion stimulus plan passed in 2009.
* The $5 trillion in debt accumulation—the most of any President in history.
* The passage of Obamacare… the assassination of Osama Bin Laden… and huge tax increases.
But one of the most widely-read financial journalists in America says these events are NOTHING compared to the really big surprise that could be part of Obama’s 2nd Presidential term.
In fact, this Maryland journalist  says if these events soon come to pass, as he expects, it will result in the most dramatic change to American life we’ve seen in more than 50 years.
I strongly encourage you to take a few minutes to review this journalist’s work for yourself.
I guarantee it will be worth your time, and a real eye-opener.

Al Qaeda Has a Party and Makes the USA Look Foolish. By Onan Coca /

Al Qaeda recently took an opportunity to poke our intelligence community in the eye. They did it by conducting a mass get together i.e. party, in Yemen. Somehow our intelligence missed the biggest gathering of Al Qaeda bigwigs in the history of the war on terror. More than a hundred affiliated “soldiers” were there, including the groups most important rockstar.
“In the middle of the clip, the man known as al Qaeda's crown prince, Nasir al-Wuhayshi, appears brazenly out in the open, greeting followers in Yemen. Al-Wuhayshi, the No. 2 leader of al Qaeda globally and the head of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, has said he wants to attack the United States. But in the video, he looks unconcerned that he could be hit by an American drone.”
How could something like this possibly slip through the grasp of the NSA, CIA and other anti-terror organizations? Isn’t this the entire reason they have trampled the Constitution in the first place? We’ve become adept at using drones to attack a single terror suspect surrounded by his family while driving down some nondescript desert road, but we can’t find a gathering of over a hundred terrorists (including the biggest prize since Osama bin Laden) in a nation we are watching intently?
This cannot be good, and CNN seems confounded too.
Can you hear the total lack of understanding in the voice of the reporter? It almost sounds like she is so completely floored by the brazenness of the video that she is having a hard time understanding all of the information she has likely taken in.
Let me clear things up for her.
"His message to the United States… was very much the same as (former al Qaeda leader Osama) bin Laden's: 'We're coming after you.' "
Al Qaeda is clearly sending a message to us, to our allies, and to the group’s own allies. They’re back. They’re confident. They’re coming for us.
Maybe it won’t be here on US soil. Maybe it will be an attack in Iraq, Afghanistan or Pakistan first. Maybe it will be a show of force in Australia, Britain or Germany… but make no mistake, they aren’t throwing parties to celebrate a bombing at a wedding in Yemen. They are reminding us all that they are still standing.
So what do we do next?
The same thing we did on September 12, 2001. We wake up, we go to work, we love on our families, we worship at church and we enjoy baseball, apple pie and barbecue. It was a mistake to give up so much of our privacy to the government in hopes of securing some safety. Our privacy is part of what makes fighting these terrorists worthwhile. Our government must learn to use every measure available within the framework of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to fight these vicious madmen. Not one inch more. Even if they promise they won’t misuse it.
We should fight these terrorists. We MUST fight these terrorists. But we must do it as Americans, through bravery and sacrifice, because of our Liberty. Don’t give up what it means to be American because then… what’s the point of fighting back? Read more at http://eaglerising.com/5717/al-qaeda-party-makes-usa-look-foolish/#lJih6HOSl6cqKm3k.99

‘Now I see why IRS is scared to give up emails’ by Cowboy Byte

Key members of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform expressed outrage at revelations made in newly released emails showing ex-IRS official Lois Lerner coordinating with the Department of Justice on prosecuting nonprofit groups.
One committee member said the emails prove why the IRS is “scared to give up the rest of Lois Lerner’s emails.” IRS commissioner John Koskinen was recently threatened with contempt for stonewalling the committee’s investigation. Koskinen claimed in a hearing that it could take years to provide the documents requested by Oversight.
“The release of new documents underscores the political nature of IRS Tea Party targeting and the extent to which supposed apolitical officials took direction from elected Democrats,” Oversight chairman Rep. Darrell Issa said in a statement. “These e-mails are part of an overwhelming body of evidence that political pressure from prominent Democrats led to the targeting of Americans for their political beliefs.”

The president of Petrobras, Grace Foster. / Lia de Paula (Agência Senado) President of Petrobras admits buying refinery was detrimental

In an atmosphere of election and before installation of CPI, Grace Foster senators questioned for over six hours

The Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPI) Petrobras has not even started, but the Senate has ever lived on Tuesday the climate of intense political debate that must take account of the House of Laws on the eve of elections. For more than six hours, the senators asked the president of Petrobras, Graça Foster and wove dozens of critical purchase by Brazilian state of Pasadena refinery in the United States.
The value overrated and other complaints against businesses have surfaced in recent months after a Federal Police operation that arrested a director of the company for a number of irregularities.
For the first time, a company representative admitted at a public hearing that the deal was not beneficial for Petrobras. In 2006, Petrobras paid 360 million dollars (795 million dollars at the current exchange rate) for 50% of the Pasadena refinery, a value eight times higher than that paid in 2005 by the Belgian Astra Oil throughout the refinery, 42.5 million dollars. In 2008, the Brazilian oil company owns the other 50% of the refinery for $ 820 million.
There is no way recognize today has been a good deal. This is unquestionably the accounting point of view
Grace Foster
"There is no way recognize today has been a good deal. This is unquestionably the accounting point of view. Pasadena is just one of Petrobras' business. A good project earlier and which became a project of low probability of return, "Foster said.
At least 20 senators have signed up to speak during a joint meeting of the Committees for Economic Affairs and the Environment. The opposition said the spending was unnecessary purchase that Petrobras was being mismanaged. "They're treating Petrobras as a grocery store," said Peter Taques (PDT Mato Grosso), after presenting two other businesses that were negative for the company.
Have the ruling, said that Petrobras has been investigated by the Federal Police and the Court of Audit and the way Foster the Senate is a "political action", in the words of Senator Vanessa Grazziotin (PC do B Amazonas) .
Foster's testimony to the Senate was seen at the Presidential Palace as a way to give explanations to congressmen and lessen the impact of a CPI. Even so, she answered almost every question. Not only detailed for what reason the state gave shelter to the director Nestor Cervero, who was responsible for the report based board (then chaired by President Dilma Rousseff today) in the decision to purchase the Pasadena refinery.
Petrobras are treating as a greengrocer
Peter Taques
In the session, Foster stressed that within 30 days will end an internal investigation into the ill-fated purchase of U.S. refinery. He said that Petrobras recently received an offer for sale of the refinery, but decided not to trade it now. "It does not cover what we paid, but it's the best offer I've received so far."

Subject: FLORIDA CONGRESS - WHILE PROPERTY TAXES GO UP SOME CALL FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS TUITION PRIVILEGES

Who are this people in the Florida Congress that while sent to work for “Legal Americans Citizens” prefer to provide for “illegal immigrants” benefits at the expense of Florida Taxpayers. I rather see  “legal Americans” get better tuition rates or even  neighboring states students get a better state tuition rate. But no some in Tallahassee prefer to work for “illegal immigrants privileges. I ask “WHY DON’T YOU ALL IN THE FLORIDA CONGRESS WORK TO LOWER PROPERTY TAXES” OR BETTER YET INCREASE THE HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION” OR AT LEAST FOR SENIORS  OR FOR A VETERAN.

Trouble looms for immigrant tuition bill
› The Senate delivered a blow to a bill seeking to extend in-state tuition rates to undocumented students.
BY KATHLEEN McGRORY Herald/Times Tallahassee Bureau
TALLAHASSEE — Thousands of undocumented immigrants fighting for in-state college tuition rates might have had their hopes dashed Thursday when a top state lawmaker abruptly announced his committee would not hold a vote on the controversial bill.
The surprise move by Senate Budget Chairman Joe Negron — which caught Republicans in the House and governor’s office flat-footed — means the proposal (SB 1400) will be a long shot for passage during the final two weeks of the legislative session.
Negron, R-Stuart, gave a list of reasons for rejecting the bill, including the potential cost.
“If state colleges and universities can absorb the tens of millions of dollars in lost tuition, what effect will this policy have on limited financial aid funds for Florida students and parents?” Negron said in a statement. “I believe it is imprudent to commit Florida to a new statewide education law without first ascertaining the present and future fiscal impact.”
But Sen. Jack Latvala, the moderate Republican from Clearwater pushing the proposal, called Negron’s argument a “red herring.”
“Just say it like it is — you don’t like it,” Latvala said. “They’ve got money to do whatever they want to do. To say there’s not money for this is not true.”
Latvala pointed out that 20 senators had co-sponsored his bill, meaning there would be enough votes to pass it on the Senate floor. “It’s just unfortunate to have one senator stand in the way of a majority of the Senate,” he said.
If the bill were to die, it would be a significant loss for House Speaker Will Weatherford, R-Wesley Chapel, who has made it among his top priorities this year.
It also would be a setback for Gov. Rick Scott, who strongly supports a provision preventing colleges from hiking tuition above the rate set by the legislature, and needs the support of Hispanic voters in the November election.
Both men said they would continue to fight for the bill.
