TENGO DOS NOTICIAS QUE QUISIERA
COMENTAR CON USTEDES SIN ANIMO DE EDITORIALIZAR. Solo deseo que las lean y
luego piensen y las analicen un poco, sobre el desastre que han convertido
nuestras vidas y nuestra seguridad ciudadana un gobierno tan irresponsable e
ineficiente como el que tenemos EN MI OPINION. Este es el gobierno más
ineficiente y destructor de la historia de Los Estados Unidos mucho más peor
que el de Jimmy Carter.
En el
día de ayer apareció en la prensa que la guardia costera y los organismos que
se encargan de cuidar nuestras fronteras y costas habían interceptado envíos de
cocaína hacia los EUA en una cantidad de 53,000 kilogramos de Cocaína,
aclarando que esto era el 15% de toda la cocaína que se envía a USA. Por lo
tanto hay un 85% de cocaína que si penetra en nuestras fronteras y es usada por
los traficantes de drogas y es consumida por los drogadictos americanos los cuales
cometen todo tipo de crímenes en el territorio norteamericano. Ese 85% que entra
en los USA es 300,333 Kilogramos de cocaína. 300,333 kilogramos que son
consumidos en nuestras calles por todo tipo de delincuentes que cometen todo
tipo de crímenes y violaciones contra nosotros y que son un lastre porque después
van a las cárceles y a los hospitales y como “son de bajos recursos” los
tenemos que mantener y curar nosotros. Cuál es la ineficiencia del servicio de
guardacostas que tan costoso nos resulta con toda su tecnología, sus satélites,
aviones y toda la fanfarria. Los Narcotraficantes se ríen de ellos y de
nosotros que somos los que pagamos sus salarios, barcos, radares, retiros y
seguro médico. Y el servicio de guardacostas solamente tiene la posibilidad de
detener el 15% del tráfico de cocaína. DE COCAINA NO HABLAMOS DE TODAS LA GAMA
DE DROGAS QUE ENTRAN EN LOS USA. Estimo
que el servicio de guardacostas y el sistema de lucha contra el tráfico de
drogas están muy mal, pero muy mal igual que todo el reto de este gobierno
desgraciado que tenemos. Y sin punto y aparte, la otra noticia que quiero
presentar es que El precio de la gasolina en los Estados Unidos está muy cerca de
los 4 dólares el galón. No hay ninguna guerra, no hay ningún desastre en los
campos petrolíferos, no ocurre nada que motive este desastre. Esto no tiene otro
objetivo que el de mantenernos ocupadas nuestras mentes y sumir aún más a los
americanos en un desastre, para que no puedan pensar en cosas mucho más
importante como el desastre en que cada día nos hundimos más y más. Un dato
interesante es que el estado de La Florida esta entre los que tienen el mayor
promedio en el precio de la gasolina en todos Los USA. Esto es solamente
empezando la primavera, imagínense los que les espera en el verano, cuando
siempre el precio llega a su pico máximo. Pero no, no pasa nada, nadie en la televisión,
el radio o en los periódicos, hablo de sobre estos temas, ustedes se enteran
indirectamente cuando les duele el bolsillo cuando ponen gasolina o cuando son víctimas
de los drogadictos que les roban u muchas veces los asesinan para robarles su
dinero para comprarse las drogas. Se acuerdan de LOS LETRERITOS EN LAS PUERTAS
DE LAS CASAS: GRACIAS FIDEL, en cualquier momento les van a poner uno en la
puerta de tu casa que diga: “GRACIAS OBAMA”

At this point I interrupted him and asked "Can I possibly save you some time so that you don't waste your breath? What you are going to tell me is that because we are in the firearms manufacturing business you no longer want my business."
"That is correct", he says.
I replied "That is okay, we will move our accounts as soon as possible. We can find a 2nd Amendment friendly bank that will be glad to have our business. You won't mind if I tell the NRA, SCI and everyone I know that Bank of America is not firearms-industry friendly?"
"You have to do what you must", he said.
"So you are telling me this is a politically motivated decision, is that right?
Mr. Fox confirmed that it was.
At which point I told him that the meeting was over and there was nothing left for him to say.
I think it is important for all Americans who believe in and support our 2nd amendment "right to keep and bear arms" should know when a business does not support these rights.
What you do with that knowledge is up to you. When I don't agree with a business' political position, I cannot, in good conscience support them.
We will soon no longer be accepting Bank of America credit cards as payment for our products.

En
la búsqueda de la libertad que tuve que tomar como país nación que yo no había
nacido . La libertad del individuo es su razón de ser, la esclavitud no es una
forma natural de la vida humana, la libertad es un derecho ..
Dicho
esto , al igual que todo el extremo derecho de la libertad cuando empiezan los
derechos de los demás . Esa línea divisoria no comparten el pensamiento
libertario.
La
legalización de las drogas no es un derecho individual. La marihuana y la
cocaína , el opio y la morfina , tienen propiedades medicinales cuando se hace
con ese fin , pero cuando se utiliza de una manera natural y sin sentidos dosis
atrofia de los usuarios. Así que estas drogas como una forma de entretenimiento
es sólo escapismo. Pero este estado de atrofia persona puede causar daños que
se interponen en su camino , ya sea en la carretera o en un altercado social.
Eso no es libertad legalización de las drogas , porque la libertad del usuario
interfiere con la libertad de los demás .
Cuando
los libertarios defienden Snowden informó que la Agencia de Seguridad Nacional

y la reducción del poder del Estado en aras de la libertad de empresa

el Partido Libertario es un partido conservador . En temas sociales más que económicas,
el libertarianismo tiende a ser " izquierda " . " ¿Se opone
oficialmente a la legislación que restringe el sexo consensual entre adultos
privada (por ejemplo , el matrimonio homosexual , el sexo fuera del matrimonio
, no hay sexo convencional ) , o en realidad quieren amor libre. Oponerse a la

In the pursuit
of freedom I had to take as a nation country that I was not
born. The freedom of the individual is their rationale,
slavery is not a natural way of human life, freedom is a right ..
That said, like
all freedom rights end when they begin the rights of others. That
dividing line do not share the libertarian think.
Legalizing drugs
is not an individual right. Marijuana and cocaine, opium and
morphine, have medicinal attributes when it is made for that purpose, but when used in a natural way without dosage atrophy
user's senses. So these drugs as a form of entertainment is
just escapism. But this state of atrophy person can cause
damage that stand in their way, whether on the road or in a social
altercation. That is not freedom legalizing drugs, because the
user's freedom interferes with freedom of others.
When
libertarians defend Snowden reported that the National Security Agency to spy
on citizens, they could be right if this was just what he did Snowden.
But Snowden did
much more than that. The documents gave Barton Gellman of the Washington Post
and Glenn Greenwald guardian have, so far, the stories about NSA interception
of email traffic, phone calls and radio transmissions of Taliban fighters in
the territories Northwest Pakistan; about an operation to measure the loyalty
of the CIA recruits in Pakistan; about the NSA intercepts email to assist
intelligence assessments of what is happening inside Iran; NSA surveillance of
phone calls "worldwide", an effort that (in the words of the Post)
"allows partners to find unknown target intelligence by tracking known
people whose movements are crossed." In his first interview with the South
China Morning Post, Snowden revealed that the NSA routinely hacks into hundreds
of computers in China and Hong Kong.
When my son
worked in China for a while, the Chinese government hacked into his computer,
according to the NSA informed him and gave him a new computer
safe. Spying in these times is existing and necessary for all
parties.
These operations
have nothing to do with home surveillance or even spying on allies. They are
illegal, improper, or (in the context of international politics of this
century) immoral. Exhibit this type of operation has nothing to do with the
"complaint." it's a case of treason that threatens the lives of
millions of citizens of this country to the hands of the terrorists. So Snowden
freedom ends when it interferes with the freedom of potential victims of
terrorism.
The libertarian
way of thinking that we must have relations with countries like Cuba and Iran,
and allow Iran to build nuclear bombs, it is your right as a free nation, does
not conform to true freedom. These countries not only want to
destroy our freedom but do not allow the freedom of its citizens. Assist these
countries in the name of freedom is to suppress the freedom of others, and that
is not true freedom.
When support
homosexuality in the name of individual freedom, not taking into consideration
that they are going against the institution that forms the core of the family
and society are families.
Go against the
rights of society by calling individual freedom is not true freedom.
While conservatives argue in more or less libertarian principles in
economics and reduction of state power in the interests of free enterprise
But the Libertarian Party is a conservative party. On social issues rather
than economic, libertarianism tends to be "left". "Is officially
opposes legislation restricting private consensual sex between adults (eg,
Homosexual marriage, non-marital sex, no sex conventional), or actually want
free love. Oppose legislation restricting the use of drugs,
the law imposed attitudes or religious practices that might be considered the
motto "In God We Trust" on currency, and supports military and
defense restrictions.
Freedom of
libertarian freedom thoughtful of others, that is not freedom.
Dissenting Supreme Court Judges Say Obama Birth Certificate A Fake

According to an Associated Press report, an Alabama Supreme Court
judge said that Barack Obama should have to prove his eligibility to be on the
state ballot in 2012 as well as prove he was born in the United States.
The entirely Republican panel of judges upheld
the dismissal in the lower courts with a 7-2 vote that sought to require
Alabama’s secretary of state to demand a birth certificate from President Obama
and other presidential candidates.
Two of the justices dissented, Justice Roy Moore
and Justice Tom Parker.
In Moore’s dissent, he wrote that the secretary
of state is the gatekeeper and it’s their duty to determine the eligibility of
candidates by finding out if they’re natural-born U.S. citizens.
“The complaint alleged that the Secretary of
State failed to perform a constitutional duty to verify the eligibility of all
presidential candidates appearing on the ballot in the 2012 general
election,” further arguing that even though the election was over, the
secretary wasn’t absolved of his duty to investigate the claims.
Parker went further, and said that the
plaintiffs presented enough documentation to raise “serious questions”
regarding the authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate.
Two other justices, Mike Bolin and Tommy Brian,
claimed that the secretary of state doesn’t possess the authority or the ability
to investigate each candidate’s qualifications.

Eric Holder Admits To Being A Pothead
Eric Holder has admitted he smoked marijuana in
college during an interview with the Huffington Post.
He explained to the far-left website that he
would disclose his drug use when he had to fill out questionnaires for federal
background checks after receiving federal nominations, saying that it was
“youthful experimentation.”
He told the Post that “Yeah, I certainly have
said in my four, five, whatever number confirmation hearings I’ve had that you
fill out the forms, that I had ‘youthful experimentation’ — I think was the
phrase that we were told to use — when I was in college.”
When speaking about how the decriminalization of
marijuana in Colorado and Washington State is going he said he’s “cautiously
optimistic,” but that he also thinks it’s going to be difficult to gauge where
exactly it all will be in a decade’s time.
“I’m not just saying that, I think it’s hard to
tell,” Holder said. “I think there might have been a burst of feeling that what
happened in Washington and Colorado was going to be soon replicated across the
country. I’m not sure that is necessarily the case. I think a lot of states are
going to be looking to see what happens in Washington, what happens in Colorado
before those decisions are made in substantial parts of the country.”
None of this is truly surprising considering
that the President has been photographed smoking marijuana and was the leader
of the “Choom Gang,” who spent their off time smoking the drug. Additionally,
both Obama and Holder have said they believe that anti-drug laws are racist,
now we know at least part of their motivation to say that.
IRS DOCS: LERNER WANTED TO SIC THE JUSTICE DEPT. ON CONSERVATIVE GROUPS.

Judicial Watch has been chipping away at the IRS stonewall with Freedom of Information
Act requests, and just released some new emails that show Tax Exempt
Organizations director Lois Lerner was talking to the Justice Department about
criminal prosecutions for the groups targeted by her organization. She
was also trying to get the Federal Elections Commission – where she used to
work, under similar
suspicionsof politicized abuse of her authority – involved in the witch hunt.
Judicial Watch previously
discovered that the IRS handed tax
returns for conservative groups over to the FEC, an action of both questionable
utility and dubious legality.
The new documents released by Judicial Watch include this May 2013
exchange between Lerner and Nikole C. Flax, who was chief of staff to Acting
IRS Commissioner Steven Miller. (Both Lerner and Miller have since
retired from the IRS, with Miller’s departure briefly and falsely portrayed as
a disciplinary measure, back when President Obama was pretending to be concerned
about the abuse of power at Internal Revenue.)
LERNER: I got a call today from Richard Pilger Director Elections Crimes Branch
at DOJ … He wanted to know who at IRS the DOJ folk s [sic] could talk to about
Sen. Whitehouse idea at the hearing that DOJ could piece together false
statement cases about applicants who “lied” on their 1024s –saying they weren’t planning on doing
political activity, and then turning around and making large visible political
expenditures. DOJ is feeling like it needs to respond, but want to talk to the
right folks at IRS to see whether there are impediments from our side and what,
if any damage this might do to IRS programs. I told him that sounded like we
might need several folks from IRS…
FLAX: I think we should
do it – also need to include CI [Criminal Investigation Division], which we can
help coordinate. Also, we need to reach out to FEC. Does it make sense to
consider including them in this or keep it separate?
Lerner referred to Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), who was pushing
for prosecutions of tax-exempt groups found to have misrepresented their
political activities. Judicial Watch quotes a March 2013 email from
Lerner to IRS staff, describing hearings to be held by Whitehouse in April:
As I mentioned yesterday — there are several groups of folks from
the FEC world that are pushing tax fraud prosecution for c4s who report they
are not conducting political activity when they are (or these folks think they
are).One
is my ex-boss Larry Noble (former General Counsel at the FEC), who is now
president of Americans for Campaign Reform. This is their latest push to shut
these down. One
IRS prosecution would make an impact and they wouldn’t feel so comfortable
doing the stuff.
So, don’t be fooled about
how this is being articulated – it is ALL about 501(c)(4) orgs and political
activity.
But then a few minutes later, Lerner sent out a follow-up email in which
she said prosecution was “not realistic under current law.” Lerner added,
“Everyone is looking for a magic bullet or scapegoat – there isn’t one. The law
in this area is just hard.”
Who did she mean by
“everyone?” The level of co-ordination between the Democrat Party and the
IRS on this crusade against conservative groups grows more clear with each new
revelation. They freaked out after the Citizens United Supreme Court
decision, and formulated a strategy to suppress groups opposed to President
Obama during the 2012 election. It worked.
But it might have stopped working if they dragged the Justice Department
into the picture and gave Tea Party organizations a chance to make their case
during high-profile prosecutions, as Lerner seemed to realize. Better to
quietly delay the applications for conservative organizations, dragging the
process out until the election was safely in the bag, while intimidating the
targeted groups and their donors with intrusive demands for information.
As an added bonus, here’s a little something from the latest Judicial
Watch release for left-wingers still trying to push the debunked talking point
that progressive groups were targeted, too:
May 10, 2013: In an email to an aide responding to a request for
information from a Washington Post reporter, Lerner admits that she “can’t confirm that
there was anyone on the other side of the political spectrum” who had been
targeted by the IRS. She then adds that “The one with the names
used were only know [sic] because they have been very loud in the press.”
May 15, 2013: In an
email from an aide to Lerner, the aide specifically mentions “Tea Party
Organizations, the “Tea Party movement,” and “Tea Party Patriots” as
organizations targeted by the IRS.
And there’s a testy email from the manager of the “low-level employees
in Cincinnati” that Lerner initially tried to blame for the targeting scandal,
pointing out that it’s awfully difficult to maintain office morale when a top
official is all over the news, describing your team as a gang of rogue
operatives and political partisans who belong on the unemployment lines, if not
in jail. The constant description of them as faceless “low-level” cubicle
gnomes didn’t exactly come off as inspirational, either.
But that’s what happens when top officials are scrambling to construct a
scandal defense, in league with shiftless politicians and corrupt media.
Scapegoats are needed. Faceless, voiceless scapegoats work best.
Update: Reactions from House Oversight chair Darrell Issa
(R-CA) and Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Job Creation, and Regulator Affairs
chair Jim Jordan (R-OH):
“The release of new
documents underscores the political nature of IRS Tea Party targeting and the
extent to which supposed apolitical officials took direction from elected
Democrats,” said Chairman Issa. “These e-mails are part of an
overwhelming body of evidence that political pressure from prominent Democrats
led to the targeting of Americans for their political beliefs.”
“Now I see why the IRS
is scared to give up the rest of Lois Lerner’s emails,” said Chairman Jordan.
“Not only do these e-mails further prove the coordination among the IRS, the
Federal Election Commission (FEC), the Justice Department and committee
Democrats to target conservatives, they also show that had our committee not
requested the Inspector General’s investigation when we did, Eric Holder’s
politicized Justice Department would likely have been leveling trumped up
criminal charges against Tea Party groups to intimidate them from exercising
their Constitutional rights.”

The Bundy family is
grazing its cattle on federal lands for free. It refuses to pay. This is a
property rights case on the surface.
We need to get beneath
the surface. The real problem can be seen on the maps. The federal government
exercises ownership over land that it should not own.
If the federal
government auctioned off this land to the highest bidders, using the money
exclusively for paying off the federal debt, the nation would be a lot better
off. But the government refuses to do this.
