“En mi opinion” Se acuerdan del Solar del Reverbero o El Solar de la Chancleta? Bueno pues en eso es que se convirtio la reunion del alacalde de goma con los ciudadanos de Miami Dade. Aquello fue “un solar” En un area de Guerra donde todos los dias hay noticias de inmoralidad entre los alcaldes de las ciudades ayer fue el de Homested y dias atras el de Sweetwater y el de Miami Lakes. La historia de Miami esta llena de casos asquerosos de corrupcion pasando por Miller Doking que se suicido en el loby del Miami Herald (?), Miriam Alonso y numerosos otros folkloricos casos y este gobierno no es la ecepcion. Al contrario este es el peor porque ha acallado major dicho enterrado inespicablemente “El Boletera Gate” Tanto aqui como en Broward John Rivera se despacho con la chuchara grande y puso al “alcaldedegoma” como un “culo” La gente del pueblo hizo lo mismo. Alguien dijo que el esta dispuesto a cerrar las bibliotheca o cualquier cosa menos tocarle un centavo a ninguno de los Vireyes del alcaldedegoma. ?Creen ustedes que algo va a pasar? Nahhhhhhhhh.

Russia: US Syria Intervention Will Lead to 'Catastrophic Consequences'

Perceived imminent Western military action in Syria is not only illegal but also could lead to possible "catastrophic" intervention into the affairs of a sovereign state and destabilize the region as a whole, Russian leaders warn.
 Moscow has indicated it would not interfere with Western military action against Syria, but it has stressed Western nations are making a mad dash before all is known about the alleged nerve gas attack in a Damascus suburb that has reportedly  killed more than 1,000 people, according to The Christian Science Monitor.
The Russians are also stressing that the expected imminent attack without United Nations imprimatur is charging into dangerous territory.
"Attempts to bypass the Security Council, to once again create artificial, unproven excuses for an armed intervention in the region, are fraught with new suffering in Syria and catastrophic consequences for other countries in the Middle East and Northern Africa," Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said in a statement posted on the ministry's website Tuesday.
Lukashevich also pointed to the cancellation of a scheduled meeting between Russian and U.S. officials on how to resolve the Syrian crisis as a sign that an attack is imminent, the Monitor reports.
"Moscow perceives Washington’s decision to postpone this meeting literally on the eve of the agreed-upon date with serious disappointment," he said.
Georgy Mirsky, an expert with the Center for Development and Modernization with the official Institute of World Economy and International Relations, said,  "There's nothing Russia can or should do to stop Western military intervention in Syria."
"Syria isn't Libya. Battles are going on everywhere, and it will prove impossible to set up a secure zone. There is zero chance that Western forces will launch a ground war. So, it will be limited cruise missile attacks from ships; that might weaken [President Bashar Assad], but will not likely be decisive," he said.
"Russia can sit and watch. A propaganda war will rage, and Moscow will be able to say that we wanted peace, we were working for the Geneva-2 conference, but it didn't happen because they opted for military force instead," Mirsky said.
"As things stand, developments will play into Moscow's hands. The U.S. will compromise itself with another war in another Arab country, and look more than ever like a neo-colonialist power. Why would Obama want this?" CLEMENTE SANCHEZ:  Principio de no Intervención
El no intervencionismo es la doctrina en política exterior adoptada por las Naciones Unidas que indica la obligación de los Estados de abstenerse o intervenir directa o indirectamente en los asuntos internos de otro Estado.  Se deriva de un Derecho Internacional Público, el principio de no intervención que establece la independencia de las naciones. Este principio de no intervención equivale al de no injerencia en los asuntos internos de otro país
El problema es que este principio se aplica según la conveniencia entre los Estado en cuestión.
Si a ciertas naciones les es conveniente se ignora este principio, si les es conveniente, lo aplica.
Por lo general los países con dictaduras de izquierda o musulmanas están cubiertos por este principio, pero si a dictadura es de derecha o no se ajusta a ciertas conveniencias políticas o económicas se ignora y se aplican sanciones interviniendo abiertamente en los asuntos internos del país.
Como cubano exilado, he vivido la corrupción de este principio, el cual ha sido usado como excusa en el caso de Cuba para establecer relaciones comerciales y diplomáticas con el gobierno de la dictadura más larga del mundo.
Pero como ya es un hecho el usar este principio como excusa según convenga, quiero montarme en el tren de los excusados, (viene bien ese nombre por el olor a esterquero de esa conducta en el caso de Cuba).
Me monto en ese tren en el caso de Siria.  Creo que si la actual administración tuviera una política exterior coherente, sin lugar a duda se acogería al principio de no intervención y no tomaría parte en la guerra civil de ese país
El actual gobierno de Siria esta aliado con nuestro mayor enemigo, Irán, y tiene el apoyo de nuestro amigo más insincero, Rusia.  Por el otro lado los insurrectos están dominados por nuestros enemigos de la Hermandad Musulmana y Al Qaeda que nos han declarado un Yihad o guerra santa.
Así que como quiera que te pongas, tienes que llorar, recibiremos palos porque bogas y palos por que no bogas.
No se sabe qué cosa es peor, si sigue el actual gobierno, o si la Hermandad Musulmana añade una ficha más en su camino al Califato Mundial.
Todos son nuestros enemigos. Así que lo mejor es acogerse al Principio de no Intervención, y que se maten las mayor cantidad de personas de ambas partes, a mayor muertos, menos enemigos tenemos.
Pero la actual administración se está gastando millones de dólares de nuestros impuestos para defender a nuestros enemigos porque sin lugar a dudas todos son nuestros enemigos.
Como en el caso de Egipto, la democracia nunca se establecerá en Siria, la cuestión es cuál de los enemigos  quedará como ganador y nos hará mayor daño.

Oliver North: Cruise Missile Attacks Make 'A Weak President' Feel Powerful

There is no history of success using cruise missiles without follow-up, Lt. Col. Oliver North says, and U.S. action against Syria may end up putting Americans in danger.

Syrian President Bashar Assad "has got allies like Russia. He's got allies like Iran. They are capable of doing things to us that could be very injurious — not just to Israel," North said Wednesday on Fox News Channel's "Hannity."

Both Syria and Iran have said they will attack America's ally Israel if the United States launches missiles into Syria.

The White House has signaled it will launch missiles at Syria after the country killed more than 1,000 of its own citizens with poison gas. President Barack Obama drew a "red line" a year ago that such an attack would force American action, but members of Congress in both parties are split over whether such action would help or make matters worse.

North said Assad wouldn't change his actions over a few missiles hitting his country. Cruise missiles serve only two purposes, the retired colonel said.

"They're good for setting the pace for shock and awe for a real campaign that's going to continue," North said. "And No. 2: making a weak president feel powerful. That's what Bill Clinton did, that's what Barack Obama's doing."

6 claves para entender qué pasa en Siria

(CNN) — Violencia en las calles de Damasco. Una creciente crisis de refugiados. Llamados a la intervención internacional. Al leer los sombríos titulares sobre Siria, es fácil olvidar cómo llegamos a este punto.
Este es un recordatorio para ponerte al tanto.
1. Panorama general
El régimen de Siria, encabezado por el presidente Bachar al Asad, inició el año pasado una violenta represión contra los activistas que exigían prosperidad económica, y libertades políticas y civiles.
Esto desencadenó un levantamiento nacional y finalmente una guerra civil contra los rebeldes armados, de los cuales muchos habían desertado de las fuerzas armadas.
Se calcula que para julio, el conflicto se había cobrado la vida de 17.000 personas, la mayoría civiles, según las Naciones Unidas. Más de 170.000 habían escapado de la nación de Medio Oriente para buscar refugio en países vecinos como Iraq, Turquía y Jordania.
Durante el levantamiento, el gobierno sirio ha tildado a la oposición de terroristas que tratan de desestabilizar al país. Los líderes de la oposición dicen que solo es la justificación para los ataques del régimen.
El presidente de Estados Unidos, Barack Obama, y muchos otros líderes mundiales, han exhortado a al Asad a ceder el poder que su familia ha tenido desde 1970. También impusieron sanciones económicas sobre Siria mientras tratan de encontrar una solución diplomática a la crisis.
2. Cómo empezó todo
En enero de 2011, la revolución en Túnez marcó el inicio de la llamada Primavera Árabe.
El levantamiento exitoso de Túnez inspiró una inestabilidad similar en los países a lo largo del norte de África y Medio Oriente que, como Túnez, experimentaban un desempleo elevado, corrupción y represión política de parte de dictadores.
En marzo de 2011, la violencia se desató en Daraa, Siria, luego de que un grupo de niños y adolescentes quedara arrestado por pintar un grafiti con motivos políticos. Docenas de personas murieron cuando las fuerzas de seguridad se enfrentaron a los manifestantes.
Los manifestantes pronto pidieron que al Asad dejara el cargo al igual que Hosni Mubarak, de Egipto, y Zine el Abidine Ben Alí, de Túnez. Al Asad prometió hacer cambios y levantó el estado de emergencia  en el país, que durante 48 años le dio al régimen el poder de detener a cualquier persona por tiempo indefinido sin levantarle cargos.
Sin embargo, solo cuatro días después de que se levantara el estado de emergencia, en abril de 2011, el régimen sirio envió miles de soldados a Daraa para emprender una campaña de represión, de acuerdo con los testigos.
Desde entonces, la violencia ha empeorado y se ha esparcido por todo el país; se ha convertido en una guerra civil total entre el régimen y la resistencia armada. Para mediados de 2012, los enfrentamientos habían llegado a Damasco, la capital, y a Alepo, la ciudad más grande.
3. ¿Quién es al Asad?
Bachar al Asad ha sido presidente desde que su padre, Hafez, murió en 2000. Hafez gobernó Siria por casi 30 años y se suponía que lo sucedería su hijo mayor, Basel, quien murió en un accidente automovilístico en 1994.
Cuando Bachar asumió la presidencia, a los 34 años, las naciones occidentales esperaban que fuera más moderado que su padre, un aliado acérrimo de los soviéticos. Bachar, un joven con educación occidental, estudió Oftalmología en Londres.
La familia al Asad es alauí, una rama del islam chiita que es minoría en un país en el que casi las tres cuartas partes de la población son sunitas. Bachar designó a sus familiares cercanos a puestos clave en el gobierno y muchos de sus simpatizantes son alauíes o pertenecen a otras minorías que temen que ocurra algo si los sunitas llegan al poder.
4. ¿Quiénes son los rebeldes?
La oposición ha crecido, está mejor organizada y mejor armada desde que inició el levantamiento. Muchos de los combatientes son exsoldados que desertaron de las fuerzas armadas, pero también hay civiles que han tomado las armas contra el régimen de al Asad.
“Voy a la guerra por mi familia, por mi país”, dijo Soukrot Amin, voluntario de 23 años con el Ejército Libre de Siria. “Porque (al Asad) ha matado a todos. Mató a mi primo. Destruyó mi aldea. Destruyó mi hogar”.
El Ejército Libre de Siria, el principal grupo de oposición, surgió en julio de 2011 y se atribuyó un ataque contra una base de inteligencia aérea. No es la única milicia que se opone a al Asad y existen dudas sobre la verdadera unión de la oposición.
En general, los rebeldes han demostrado que pueden atacar eficazmente al régimen, pero no han podido conservar el control de las grandes ciudades por mucho tiempo y con frecuencia se retiran bajo la presión de un Ejército sirio mejor preparado y con capacidad de acción aérea.
5. Intervención internacional
Estados Unidos y muchos de sus aliados occidentales han impuesto sanciones económicas contra Siria, condenaron a al Asad y exigieron que abandonara el poder. Sin embargo, no han persuadido al Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU a que haga lo mismo. China y Rusia, dos de los socios comerciales de Siria, vetaron varias de las resoluciones propuestas respecto a Siria.
Sin el consenso internacional, la mayoría de los países ha dudado en intervenir militarmente. Se cree que Arabia Saudita y Qatar, dos países en Medio Oriente bajo el mando de los sunitas, están enviando armas a la oposición. Sin embargo, Estados Unidos solo está proporcionando asistencia no letal y humanitaria.
Irán apoya a al Asad y al régimen sirio, a la vez que Hezbolá, un aliado chiita en Líbano.
La ONU, a través de su ex secretario general, Kofi Annan, propuso un plan de paz este año y envió un equipo de observadores al país para implementar una tregua que se supone que entraría en vigor. Sin embargo, persistió la violencia, los observadores se retiraron y Annan renunció a su cargo como enviado especial.
6. ¿Cuál es la importancia de Siria?
Siria sufre una crisis humanitaria: la gente está muriendo, pasan hambre y necesitan ayuda. La ONU señala que la violencia ha dificultado el acceso al agua, alimentos, energía eléctrica y suministros médicos a muchos sirios, lo que ha obligado a miles a abandonar el país.
Sin embargo, el rol crucial de Siria en el corazón de Medio Oriente implica que también habrá consecuencias políticas a largo plazo.
Muchos analistas creen que el conflicto es una guerra entre Irán y sus rivales árabes sunitas en la región, entre Irán y Estados Unidos e incluso entre Estados Unidos y Rusia; este último enfrentamiento gira alrededor de “quién tendrá mayor influencia en el futuro de la región y en qué términos intervendrá la comunidad internacional en conflictos como el de Siria”, dijo Nader Mousavizadeh, director ejecutivo de Oxford Analytica.
Como el régimen sirio es alauí y la mayoría del país es sunita, también existe el riesgo de que el conflicto en Siria derive en una sangrienta batalla sectaria, como ocurrió en Irán, que podría desestabilizar aún más a la región.
Siempre que se habla de inestabilidad en Medio Oriente, surge la preocupación de que al Qaeda y otros grupos militantes de línea dura llenen los posibles vacíos de poder o suplan a los Estados fallidos.
Hay que tomar en consideración el problema árabe-israelí. Siria ha sido un aliado clave de los palestinos a lo largo de los años y ha apoyado activamente a Hamas y a Hezbolá mientras comparte fronteras con Israel. ¿Cuáles serán las implicaciones de los hechos en Siria para la paz en Medio Oriente?
Como dijo alguna vez Henry Kissinger, un antiguo diplomático estadounidense, “Los árabes no pueden hacer la guerra sin Egipto y no pueden lograr la paz sin Siria”.

‘Offended’ Atheists Bomb 9/11 Memorial Cross 28 August 2013 /
The atheist 9 11 memorial cross outrage in New Jersey is disgusting and pathetic. But it is also a sign that a fringe group is getting more extreme and militant. Are they are now acting like terrorists? In Coos Bay, Oregon, a veteran’s memorial cross was bombed by an atheist group known as the FFRF, or the Freedom From Religion Foundation. The violent atheist organization had sent letters demanding they take the cross down.
The monument is small in comparison to many, and its symbolism far outweighs anything that a bunch of atheist bullies would deem offense. But the very sight of a cross is offensive. To atheists, Muslims, homosexuals, and others who hate the symbol of the cross. When the cross becomes offensive, it is a sign of complete societal failure.
The FFRF in their hate attempted to destroy the cross in Oregon, but they didn’t completely destroy the memorial. They merely damaged the cement structure. But in Princeton, New Jersey, atheist 9 11 Memorial Cross opposition is crossing a line. Jewish Deputy Fire Chief Roy James wants to put up a 9/11 memorial using a Christian cross.
It’s a proper and loving tribute to the people who lost their lives on 9/11. Those who died so senselessly at the hands of Muslim terrorists determined to destroy the infrastructure of our country. And it is the only fitting tribute for a memorial that happened on the soil of a Christian nation. At least, we used to be a Christian nation.
Enter the American Atheists , the late Madelyn Murray O’Hair’s organization founded in 1963. O’Hair’s venom sparked the national debate over prayer in schools, and because of her, prayer in public schools was deemed a violation of the Establishment Clause of the Constitution in 1963.
If O’Hair was alive today she would be gleeful that her band of godless heathens have turned into outright domestic terrorists. For it is the American Atheists that are up in arms about the Memorial 9/11 cross because it was created out a beam that was salvaged from the ruins of the World Trade Center. A cross was carved out of the ruins. What a beautiful and appropriate tribute. The Cross is life in the face of death.
But an atheist sees an affront. “This particular beam has a religious symbol on it,” American Atheists president David Silverman told Fox News. “They have a beam with a religious symbol and that makes it a religious icon.”

As a candidate, Barack Obama offered to govern as the most “open and honest” administration in history. Sadly, we’ve learned at great expense that these empty words are just another example of the corruption of Obama’s tenure.

I was reminded again of Obama’s dishonest and fraudulent conduct last week when the Justice Department released details of its case against John C. Beale.
Beale is the disgraced deputy assistant administrator in the Office of Air and Radiation at the EPA. He stands accused of stealing $886,186 between 2000 and 2013. You see, Beale had schemed a way to pay himself the nearly one million he stole in the form of salary bonuses.
Beale most recently worked for Gina McCarthy as her top deputy. This is the same Gina McCarthy who was recently promoted by Obama to run the entire EPA.
But you have to ask yourself why McCarthy wasn’t held accountable for her subordinate’s criminal activity. Is it now standard operating procedure to promote managers who can’t spot theft and crime right under their noses?

I’m old enough to remember a time when the top boss was held accountable for corruption within his or her team.
A Long, Dark History

Now, the Beale corruption is really small potatoes compared to other government corruption. In fact, I’m beginning to believe the Obama administration is so corrupt that it’s impossible to keep track of it all. So I decided to reflect a little.
Right out of the gate, Barack Obama nominated a tax cheater to be Treasury Secretary. That’s right… Obama actually put Timothy Geithner in charge of the agency he attempted to defraud. When you reflect on the chutzpah of this appointment, it’s easy to see how the IRS has become a rogue agency that targets Obama’s political opponents with audits, penalties, and litigation.
Next came the outrageous $825 billion stimulus bill. It was supposedly going to create jobs and get the economy moving. Instead, it was a maze of profiteering and crony capitalism. Obama swore the “green economy” would produce no less than millions of jobs and one million electric vehicles. The Energy Department alone dished out $35.2 billion in stimulus money. But then Solyndra went bankrupt, and taxpayers lost nearly half a billion dollars on that swindle alone.
And let’s not forget Operation Fast and Furious, when the U.S. Justice Department lawlessly placed thousands of guns in the hands of criminals in Mexico. The Obama administration actually ordered gun storeowners to illegally sell thousands of guns to known criminals.
During the Chrysler and GM bankruptcy, Obama bagged the Fifth Amendment along with well-established bankruptcy law by illegally stripping secured bondholders of their rights. These bondholders consisted of pension funds for retired teachers and policemen. In fact, there’s a word for this lawless behavior: theft.
Or how about the military action in Libya? Obama had no congressional approval to carry out this unlawful intervention. Even George W. Bush didn’t overthrow Saddam Hussein until he asked Congress for permission.
Then Obama had four U.S. citizens obliterated by drones without legal due process. Ron Paul, who was then in Congress, said Obama’s actions might be impeachable offenses. This led to a chorus in Congress that accused Obama of violating the U.S. Constitution; yet no follow-up has occurred.
This is by no means an exhaustive list, but it shows that the corruption is neither recent nor isolated. Maybe we were naïve to have expected a politician from Chicago, infamous as a corrupt and crony-governed city, to be a fair and honest man.
But now that we know his administration is riddled with corruption, we have to ask a deeper question about the rule of law. If Obama and his underlings can engage in this much criminal activity with no accountability, has the culture of honest governing permanently come to an end?

Obama is Like a 'Monkey With a Hand Grenade' -- U.S. Policy in Mideast It's just convenient -- awfully convenient. That's all I'm saying. It's convenient for U.S. Mideast policy that after three years of covert support for the al-Qaeda mercenaries who lead the Syrian "rebels," the Obama Administration should suddenly be gifted with an attack on civilians, attributed to the Syrian government, by means of one of the most despised weapons ever devised by mankind: poison gas. This attack by the Syrian government comes with good timing, just as support was wavering for a publicly acknowledged U.S. military presence in the region. It also takes attention off the Administration's mess in Egypt, in which it supported the Nazi-spawned, terrorist Muslim Brotherhood against the Egyptian majority, despite broad evidence of a stolen election. Now that the military has taken over, the Administration has compounded its errors by cutting funding for what may be the best hope for a reasonably moderate democracy in the land of the Pharaohs. Stepping up the rhetoric about Syria also serves as yet another distraction to keep America from thinking about Benghazi, an attack that occurred not because of an anti-Muslim YouTube video but because the Administration was once again collaborating with terrorists and smugglers to get heavy weapons and personnel into Syria by way of Turkey. Something went sour on that deal, and we wound up with four dead Americans. As Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said, the U.S. is like "a monkey with a hand grenade" in the Mideast. It's strange to think, after what happened to Saddam Hussein in neighboring Iraq after the world thought he used nerve gas against Kurds, that the Syrian government that has been wrapped up in civil war for three years would suddenly throw caution and international opinion to the wind. The Syrian government had to know that chemical weapons would be a guaranteed way to get the nations of the world to beat a path to its door. It's curious that the Syrians would invite such trouble. On the other hand, anybody who had an ax to grind with Syria but who wanted to appear worthy of his unearned Nobel Peace Prize would have a lot of incentive to stage a phony attack. ... Perhaps someone with delusions of carving out a reinvigorated Muslim caliphate under his personal control. Yes, such an attack would be very convenient indeed.

ANDERSON, INDIANA – Police announced formal charges against a 17-year-old suspect in connection with the July rape of a 93-year-old Anderson woman. According to Anderson Police Chief Larry Crenshaw, the suspect lived closed to the victim. Crenshaw said police collected DNA samples from several people and connected the suspect to the crime through a DNA match. Charges against Iquise V. Taylor include rape, burglary, criminal confinement and strangulation police announced during a news conference Monday. He’s been charged as an adult. Crenshaw called it a “horrific and unimaginable attack” and said the department was satisfied to bring some kind of closure to Amelia Rudolf and her family. He said he’d met with Rudolf and told her the department would “bring justice in this life or the next.” Crenshaw said the teen lived close to the victim but didn’t know if Rudolf was specifically targeted. The victim’s daughter described her mother as “brave” and “strong” and described her as a hero. “The fact that the Anderson Police Department caught the criminal (that) he will be off the streets… that’s one less criminal because of her surviving and enduring that,” said Tresa Hale. “He won’t be able to hurt anyone else.” Hale said the teenage suspect would eventually face punishment for the crime. “Judgment Day will come for him,” she said. “I know in my heart that if he lived life in prison that it will be terrifying for him

Four Georgia black men  arrested for ‘beating to death’ former Marine who survived  TWO tours of duty in Iraq
Police have arrested four suspects in  connection with the beating death of a former U.S. Marine who was found  unconscious outside of a party at a Cobb County, Georgia, apartment complex in  March. According to the Atlanta  Journal-Constitution, Arthur  Batchelor, 37, Tarell Secrest, 36, and Jason Hill, 35, were taken into custody  on Tuesday for allegedly killing 34-year-old Zachary ‘Zach’ Gamble.  Another suspect, 38-year-old Sean Hall, of Atlanta, was arrested on  Monday. Hall is also accused of violating his  probation stemming from a DUI conviction in 2009, according to the Marietta Daily  Journal.

All four suspects have been charged with  felony murder, aggravated assault and aggravated battery. They are being held  without bail in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, police say. On Tuesday, the victim’s mother, Tina  Robbins, told the Marietta Daily Journal that she was ‘elated’ that  arrests  have been made in her son’s killing. Gamble, of Acworth, Georgia, was  attending a  friend’s birthday party in the Concord Chase Apartments near Smyrna on March 25  when he got into an altercation with a group of men  in the parking lot,  according to investigators. Police would not explain what happened next,  only saying that they received a call from a taxi driver at 6am who reported  having struck Gamble.

DECLARA "GUERRA CONTRA LOS BLANCOS" UN FUNCIONARIO DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE SEGURIDAD INTERNA

El Centro Legal de Pobreza Sureña denunció la semana pasada las actividades subversivas del funcionario del Departamento de Seguridad Interna, Ayo Kimathi, apodado "el genio irritado". Este personaje, entre cuyas responsabilidades se encuentra la adquisición de armamentos y municiones para la Oficina de Inmigración y Aduanas (ICE), se pasa las noches y los fines de semanas promoviendo la supremacía negra y vomitando su odio contra los blancos. En su página digital, "Guerra en el Horizonte", Kimathi afirma: "La guerra es inminente y, si los negros queremos sobrevivir en el Siglo XXI, vamos a tener que matar a muchos blancos". Aún después de haber sido denunciado, esta repulsiva versión negra del Ku Klux Klan sigue devengando un sueldo pagado por los contribuyentes norteamericanos.
Según el Centro Legal de Pobreza Sureña, empleados del Departamento de Seguridad Interna como Kimathi tienen que recibir permiso de sus supervisores para realizar actividades como la publicación de una página cibernética. Después de leer el contenido de la página, la supervisora de Kimathi le dijo a investigadores del Centro Legal de Pobreza que había quedado consternada por las expresiones de violencia. Agregó que si la agencia hubiera tenido una verdadera descripción de la página jamás le habría dado a Kimathi el consentimiento para publicarla.
Kimathi, por otra parte, no exime de su veneno ni siquiera a muchas personalidades de la raza negra. Entre ellas, el Presidente Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Woopi Golberg y Condolezza Rice a quienes llama "mulatos traidores que nacieron y crecieron en cuarterías".
