housing starts in July rose 5.9% to an annual rate of 896,000 units, below
estimates of 900,000 units. Housing permits for the same month rose 2.7% to an
annual rate of 943,000 units, slightly missing expectations of 945,000 units.

action, Obama wants to regulate schools’ disciplinary actions so that penalties
are more fair. In other words, so what black kids behave worse in overwhelming
numbers — some other ethnic group needs to pay. Think of it as “redistribution”
of consequences. The President’s July 26 executive order established a
government panel to promote “a positive school climate that does not rely on
methods that result in disparate use of disciplinary tools.” In typical Obama
fashion he has established a panel to solve unsolvable problems that people on
the panel created. “African Americans lack equal access to highly effective
teachers and principals, safe schools, and challenging college-preparatory
classes, and they disproportionately experience school discipline,” said the
order, titled “White House Initiative On Educational Excellence.” Essentially
Obama is admitting that: Schools suck Schools with predominantly black students
suck the most. So the dirty little secret in “education” is that black kids are
disciplined at higher rates than non-blacks. Let’s run with this for a
moment. We have a school system RUN BY LIBERALS who are the biggest bleeding
hearts on the planet for all things black. Are these Liberals disciplining
black kids, dare I say TARGETING these kids? What Obama’s “Initiative on
Educational Excellence” seems to be leaving out is, MOST of these teachers
teaching black kids in schools with heavy black populations are…BLA-ACK! But
don’t expect black teachers to sound the warning bell on how difficult their
job has become because of scourge of Liberalism. No, there is too much money to
be had in keeping their mouths shut and just keeping that conveyor belt of
ignorance pumping dumb black kids out of the schools…right into prison.

Barack Obama appears to be a tormented man filled with resentment, anger, and disdain for anyone of an opinion or view other than his. He acts in the most hateful, spiteful, malevolent, vindictive ways in order to manipulate and maintain power and control over others. Perhaps, because, as a child, he grew up harboring an abiding bitterness toward the U.S. that was instilled in him by his family and mentors…it seems to have never left him.
It is not the color of his skin that is a problem in America .
Rather it is the blackness that fills his soul and the hollowness in his heart where there should be abiding pride and love for this country.
Think: Have we ever heard Obama speak lovingly of the U.S. or its people, with deep appreciation and genuine respect for our history, our customs, our sufferings and our blessings? Has he ever revealed that, like most patriotic Americans, he gets "goose bumps" when a band plays "The Star Spangled Banner," or sheds a tear when he hears a beautiful rendition of " America the Beautiful?" Does his heart burst with pride when millions of American flags wave on a National holiday - or someone plays "taps" on a trumpet? Has he ever shared the admiration of the military as we, as lovers of those who keep us free, feel when soldiers march by? It is doubtful because Obama did not grow up sharing our experiences or our values. He did not sit at the knee of a Grandfather or Uncle who showed us his medals and told us about the bravery of his fellow troops as they tramped through foreign lands to keep us free. He didn't have grandparents who told stories of suffering and then coming to America, penniless, and the opportunities they had for building a business and life for their children.

Away from this country as a young child,
Obama didn't delight in being part of America and its greatness. He wasn't
singing our patriotic songs in kindergarten, or standing on the roadside for a
holiday parade and eating a hot dog, or lighting sparklers around a campfire on July 4th as fireworks exploded over head, or
placing flags on the grave sites of fallen and beloved American heroes.
Rather he was separated from all of these experiences and doesn't really understand us and what it means to be an American. He is void of the basic emotions that most feel regarding this country and insensitive to the instinctive pride we have in our national heritage. His opinions were formed by those who either envied us or wanted him to devalue the United States and the traditions and patriotism that unites us.
He has never given a speech that is filled with calm, reassuring, complimentary, heartfelt statements about all the people in the U.S. Or one that inspires us to be better and grateful and proud that in a short time our country became a leader, and a protector of many. Quite the contrary, his speeches always degenerate into mocking, ridiculing tirades as he faults our achievements as well as any critics or opposition for the sake of a laugh, or to bolster his ego. He uses his Office to threaten and create fear while demeaning and degrading any American who opposes his policies and actions. A secure leader, who has noble self-esteem and not false confidence, refrains from showing such dread of critics and displaying a cocky, haughty attitude.
Mostly, his time seems to be spent causing dissension, unrest, and anxiety among the people of America, rather than uniting us (even though he was presented to us as the "Great Uniter"). He creates chaos for the sake of keeping people separated, envious, aggrieved and ready to argue. Under his leadership Americans have been kept on edge, rather than in a state of comfort and security. He incites people to be aggressive toward, and disrespectful of, those of differing opinions. And through such behavior, Obama has lowered the standards for self-control and mature restraint to the level of street-fighting gangs, when he should be raising the bar for people to strive toward becoming more considerate, tolerant, self-disciplined, self-sustaining, and self-assured.
Not a day goes by that he is not attempting to defy our laws, remove our rights, over-ride established procedures, install controversial appointees, enact divisive mandates, and assert a dictatorial form of power.
· Never has there been a leader of this great land who used such tactics to harm and hurt the people and this country.
· Never have we had a President who spoke with a caustic, evil tongue against the citizenry rather than present himself as a soothing, calming and trustworthy force.
· Never, in this country, have we experienced how much stress one man can cause a nation of people - on a daily basis!
Obama has promoted the degeneration of peace, civility, and quality of cooperation between us. He thrives on tearing us down, rather than building us up. He is the Architect of the decline of America, and the epitome of a Demagogue.

Arpaio pondrá cruces donde se encuentren cuerpos de inmigrantes en
el desierto
Por David Simpson, (CNN) – El polémico alguacil Joe Arpaio
anunció que sus oficiales en elcondado de Maricopa, Arizona, pondrán cruces de madera blancas en los lugares donde encuentren
cuerpos de inmigrantes que mueren en el desierto en su intento por cruzar la
frontera desde México.
Arpaio dijo que 14
personas han muerto desde junio en la zona conocida como Gild Bend.
Más de 30 personas han sido rescatadas en la
misma zona, dijo en una conferencia de prensa el jueves en el desierto al sur
de Phoenix.
"Los inmigrantes que
cruzan el desierto están muriendo en números desconocidos debido a las
condiciones brutales de la zona y las temperaturas demasiado altas", dijo
el alguacil.
Arpaio dijo que los cruces, hechas por

HATE CRIME: Trial for Black Woman Who Killed White Boy

killed 12yr. old Jonathan Foster with a blowtorch. Nancy Grace dropped the
story as soon as she realized it was a black woman murdering a little white
boy. The media have avoided the story like the plague, never once looking into

Suspect has sought and received legal counsel from local leadership of the New

HOUSTON (KTRK) — The trial begins today for the
woman accused of kidnapping and murdering a boy.
Mona Nelson is charged with capital murder.
Prosecutors say she kidnapped 12-year-old Jonathan Foster on Christmas Eve of
2010. His burned remains were found in a ditch soon after, but detectives could
never come up with a motive.
Prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty.
Nelson has asked for a judge instead of a jury to decide the verdict.

Mona Nelson, the woman accused of murdering
Texas boy Jonathan Foster, spoke for the first time since being arrest –
proclaiming her innocence.
Nelson, 44, told reporters that she would never
do anything to harm a child, and that she has five grandchildren of her own
‘I’m not a monster… I love kids,’ she told a
local TV station from her prison cell.
Although Nelson is adamant that she would not
harm any child, it is not a view shared by police, who believe the 12-year-old
Foster may not be her only victim.
The boy was reported missing from his home on
Christmas Eve, after his mother claims she received a strange call at her
workplace from a gruff-sounding woman.
Jonathan’s mother, Angela Davis, initially told
police that he was with a babysitter. But she later admitted that he was home
alone.
His burned body was discovered on Tuesday in a
roadside ditch in Houston, not far from where he lived.
Nelson told to local KTRK TV that a member of
Jonathan’s family gave her $20 to dump a plastic container on Christmas Eve.
She claimed she was drunk on vodka and didn’t
know what was inside the container.

Foster was found dumped in a roadside ditch in Houston
She said she chose a random Houston ditch to
dump the container in.
But police revealed that Jonathan’s burned body
was not discovered in a plastic container.
Nelson insisted: ‘I’m not a monster. I have five
grandkids and I love kids.’
She admitted having a cutting torch, a welding
instrument that police say she used to burn the body, but she said she needed
it for her job as a welder.
When asked if she used it on Jonathan, she said:
‘I would never do that.’
Police allege that Nelson’s truck was spotted on
surveillance footage dumping something in the ditch where the body was found.
In addition, investigators say they’ve
discovered evidence at Nelson’s apartment that allegedly links her to the
crime, including burned carpet and twine similar to that used to Jonathan’s
hands.

Mike Miller called Nelson a ‘cold, soulless murderer who showed an absolute
lack of remorse in taking the life of Jonathan Foster’.”
He called the boy’s death ‘an absolute tragedy

Even by the standards of Washington, this
is one sick, twisted and deceitful deal. Quite possibly, it is a whole new low,
even for the federal government.
Had we innocent, taxpaying citizens not
long ago lost our capacity to be outraged by the disgraceful manner in which

Literally, revolutionary wars have been
fought over less.
Last week, while many Americans spent
hard-saved money on long overdue vacations, the snakes and weasels inside the
federal bureaucracy schemed until they hatched an evil plan. It would feather
their own nests with more of your money, protect themselves from the ravages of
the laws they foist upon us, desecrate our Constitution and then smear us with
insult so putrid it would make a roadside vulture gag.
All the legal, constitutional and
parliamentary maneuvering is enough to confuse Albert Einstein, but here is the
bottom line: Congress and staff managed to get themselves exempted from one of
the most punishing aspects of Obamacare.

That could be any employer talking about the costs of Obamacare. But it's a Member of Congress—who's happy the President will soften the blow for him and his employees.
Ironically, when Members of Congress passed Obamacare, they kicked themselves and their staffs out of their current subsidized employer (federal government) coverage.
As Robert Pear, veteran health reporter for The New York Times, noted back in 2010, "If they did not know exactly what they were doing to themselves, did lawmakers who wrote and passed the bill fully grasp the details of how it would influence the lives of other Americans?"
Now, the Obama Administration says, "No problem." Congress can keep their health care subsidies ($5,000 for individual coverage or $11,000 for family coverage) and use them in the new Obamacare exchanges.
In a surprise to no one, the President doesn't actually have legal authority to do that.
Heritage's Ed Haislmaier explained in detail how the Administration twisted its interpretation of the law to fix Congress's little problem. As he put it, "It was bad enough that Congress had to pass the law to find out what was in it. Now, the Administration is ignoring the law when they don't like what they find."
Obamacare is riddled with problems—but the Administration is only trying to fix the ones that create political problems for the President.
That's why it delayed the employer mandate—hoping fewer employers would drop coverage before the next election.
Now, to get Congress off its back, the Administration is fixing the problem Congress created—so that lawmakers don't have to vote to fix their own mess.
Unfortunately, it's still a mess for the rest of us.

Anchor Comes Out as Gay On the Air, Gets Fired

Russian anchor Anton Krasovsky was fired
for coming out on live TV earlier this year.
“I’m gay, and I’m just the same person
as you, my dear audience, as President Putin, as Prime
Minister Medvedev and
the deputies of our Duma,” he said.
According to an interview with Snob.ru, Krasovsky was reportedly fired from KontrTV, a
government-backed cable network in December, and the footage
of his announcement was quickly deleted from KontrTV’s website and YouTube.
Krasovsky was also a founder of the
cable network.
“Somebody should do it,” he told CNN
earlier this week. “I decided it’s time to be open for me. That’s it.”
While the anchor’s firing happened
earlier this year, his story is grabbing the attention of the media now that Russia’s
antigay law has passed and is being strictly enforced.
“They immediately blocked all my
corporative accounts, my email. Literally immediately, overnight,” Krasovsky
told Snob.ru. “They deleted not only my face from the website, but also all
of my TV shows, as if I’d never really existed.”
He said after making the announcement
toward the end of his newscast, the audience and the crew applauded.

Comment: Obama's total exposure to cigarettes, measured in
"pack-years," has not been released. Any competent physician would
elicit this information from the patient. It is so important that some
physicians have called it a new "vital sign" (that's silly, but it
makes the point). The quantified smoking exposure is important, among other
reasons, in estimating the risk of various diseases. Although it appears as
if the information was deliberately suppressed, I hope a reader can supply a
pointer to the data.

pressure, cholesterol profile, electrocardiogram, and basic blood tests,
including prostate specific antigen.
Comment: There is nothing inherently wrong with summarizing 21 years of medical
history on one page -- if the patient has been healthy. Even so, this letter
leaves a bad taste in Dr. Zebra's mouth, for several reasons: (1) It is undated.
Putting a date on a document is as automatic as breathing for a physician.
Why was there no date? (2) The characterization of "intermittent"
smoking is unprofessional. Physicians speak in terms of
"pack-years" of smoking. (3) The statement that Obama maintains a
"good intake" of fluids rings false. Except for patients with
various diseases, there is no call to measure fluid intake. It sounds like
the physician was trying to fill space.

biggest health risks are his history of smoking and a family history of cancer.
"In short, his examination showed him
to be in excellent health," Dr. David L. Scheiner writes. "Senator
Barack Obama is in overall good physical and mental health needed to maintain
the resiliency required in the Office of President."

at the University of Chicago Hospitals and Rush University Medical Center. I
have been Senator Barack Obama's primary care physician since March 23, 1987.
The following is a summary of his medical records for the past 21 years.
During that period of time, Senator Obama
has been in excellent health. He has been seen regularly for medical checkups
and various minor problems such as upper respiratory infections, skin rashes
and minor injuries.
His family history is pertinent for his
mother's death from ovarian cancer and grandfather who died of prostate cancer.
His own history included intermittent cigarette smoking. He has quit this
practice on several occasions and is currently using Nicorette gum with
success.
Senator Obama's last medical checkup was
on January 15, 2007; he had no complaints. He exercised regularly often jogging
three miles. His diet was balanced with good intake of roughage and fluids. A
complete review of systems was unremarkable. On physical examination, his blood
pressure was 90/60 and pulse 60/minute. His build was lean and muscular with no
excess body fat. His physical examination was completely normal.
Laboratory studies included triglycerides
of 44(normal under 150), cholesterol 173 (normal under 200), HDL 68 (normal
over 40), and LDL 96 (normal under 130). Chem 24, urinalysis and CBC were
normal, PSA was 0.6, very good. An EKG was normal.
In short, his examination showed him to be
in excellent health. Senator Barack Obama is in overall good physical and
mental health needed to maintain the resiliency required in the Office of
President.
