No soy adivino ni nada por el estilo, pero creo que ya tengo mucha experiencia sobre cómo actúan los comunistas. Tengo grado “Honoris Causa” porque soy cubano y los cubanos “lo sabemos todo” [Todos nosotros nos dan el titulo desde que nacemos de Médicos, brujeros, generales y estadistas] Tengo un burujón de amigos venezolanos que se pasan diciendo lo que va a Pasar en Venezuela, hablan la misma mierda que hablamos nosotros hace 54 años. Miren amigos. “Esto se jodio” Ya Venezuela está en las manos del Destructor en Jefe, Venezuela ahora es y será de por vida una provincia de Cuba administrada por el Cagalitroso Coma-andante. Acostúmbrense a empezar aquí una nueva vida, sáquenle partido a lo que queda de los USA porque esto también se jodio con el “chicharito quemao” que tenemos en la Withe House, la destrucción de USA es cosa de un par de años. A partir de ahí esto será un potrero de mierda lleno de CDR’s, de disidentes y de Damas de Blanco cogiendo golpes y “ni fu ni fa” Mira compa, en Cubazuela no va a pasar ni-carajo el día 10 de enero que no sea lo que decidieron el edificio en forma de herradura detrás del busto del pobre Marti en la Plaza de la Revolución. Posiblemente si Diosdado Cabello se pone a comer M… le van a pegar un tiro en la cabeza y  El Plátano Maduro tomara provisionalmente las riendas podridas de Cubazuela y a partir de ahí “NI KEY NI REFRESCOS” pa’nadie. Miren para enfrentar a esta gente se necesita un burujón de gente, pero un burujón de gente con los “atributos masculinos” del tamaño de dos melones de castilla y que tengan un deseo inmenso de morirse… Para que después cuatro descarados tomen el poder y empiecen de nuevo en mismo juego dentro de unos años y se termine en lo mismo o en algo parecido. Todo lo que he dicho está en contra de lo que yo deseo pero parece que los que queremos que las cosas tomen un nivel de decencia aceptable y que la gente pueda vivir como DIOS manda, ya estamos “obsoletos”. Pero repito lo que dije el otro día…  Ya DIOS no se mete en nada aquí, ni en ninguna parte, lo que pase de las nuves pa’abajo, nada, ya a el lo expulsaron de aquí; asi que el tipo del tridente es el que decide la mariconeria, el uso de mariguana, la puteria y todas las demás –ias. Esto es un asunto nuestro y como que somos tan “permisivos” pues ya: A JODERSE TOCAN.

Un asteroide pasará entre la Tierra y la Luna el próximo febrero 15.  

(CNN) – Un asteroide pasará relativamente cerca a la Tierra el próximo 15 de febrero. Tanto, que transitará entre nuestro planeta y la Luna y estará mucho más próximo que incluso algunos satélites de telecomunicaciones en órbita.

El asteroide, que fue detectado por la Agencia Espacial Europea en marzo pasado, pasará a sólo 22.000 kilómetros del globo. La distancia de la Tierra a la Luna es de alrededor de 384.000 kilómetros.
“Pasará muy cerca pero no va a impactar la Tierra, eso lo sabemos. Va a pasar por la órbita de nuestros satélites, los que toman imágenes meteorológicas y los de GPS, pero es poco probable que choque contra ellos”, dijo Chad Myers, experto climático de CNN.
El asteroide, llamado 2012 DA14, tiene alrededor de 50 metros de diámetro y según Myers no será lo suficientemente brillante para que pueda verse en el cielo sin ayuda aparatos.
Los científicos aún no tienen certeza el efecto que la gravedad de la Tierra tendrá en la trayectoria del asteroide.
Nota: Dice un amigo que no ira a jugar domino ese día, con su amigo que vive en una casa pintada de blanco, al norte de su casa, porque una brujera de Hialeah le dijo que ese seboruco le iba a caer en la cabeza al que vive allí. Y el ¡SOLABAYA!!!  Renota: Dice también la brujera de Hialeah, que ese día será nominado como feriado. ¿No se?

La Envidia. Por amenper.

El arma política más poderosa es la envidia.

Por la envidia se mantiene una filosofía fracasada como lo es el comunismo.

Esto era algo que hasta ahora no se había utilizado en la vida pública americana.

Pero ahora vemos como el uso de la envidia se ha convertido, como en los estados socialistas, en el instrumento para provocar la lucha de clases nada menos que en los Estados Unidos.

La envidia, se está irrumpiendo como metástasis en la sociedad, el que se siente afectado por tener menos bienes materiales, mira con resentimiento, ira y odio a quienes poseen bienes mayores.

Sueñan con el carro del vecino,  la casa del vecino, critican a su compañero de trabajo que es ascendido por su mérito, critican a los que han alcanzado posiciones acomodadas..

Sin embargo, ellos no miden que detrás del éxito ajeno están horas de entrenamiento, estudio o trabajo, donde el exitoso quizás por muchos años se privó voluntariamente de bienes materiales o de horas de compartir con la familia, para lograr metas que necesariamente requieren de esfuerzo, sudor, y profundas lágrimas.

Si este mismo entorno oficialmente se "castiga" al exitoso y premia la mediocridad, el envidioso se siente satisfecho con el gobierno aunque se perjudique a sí mismo.

Debiera ser lógico pensar que una de las máximas de todo tipo de desarrollo y progreso, donde unánimemente han estado de acuerdo todos los teóricos de las diferentes ideologías de la humanidad, es la de potenciar al talentoso y crear la atmósfera adecuada para su desarrollo, pero la envidia no es razonable

Miguel de Unamundo afirmaba que la envidia era el rasgo de carácter más propio de los españoles, aunque hoy en día se está convirtiendo en el carácter universal de la humanidad.

Escribió para ejemplificarlo su novela Abel Sánchez, en que el verdadero protagonista, que significativamente no da título a la obra, ansioso de hacer el bien por la humanidad, sólo recibe desprecio y falta de afecto por ello, mientras que el falso protagonista, que sí da título a la obra, recibe todo tipo de recompensas y afecto por lo que no ha hecho.

Esta novela de Unamundo justifica el triunfo de los políticos del momento que predican la envidia y la lucha de clases.   

Unamundo dice, La envidia es mil veces más terrible que el hambre, porque es hambre espiritual.

Bertrand Russell sostenía que la envidia es una de las más potentes causas de infelicidad.

Siendo universal es el más desafortunado aspecto de la naturaleza humana, porque aquel que envidia no sólo sucumbe a la infelicidad que le produce su envidia, sino que además alimenta el deseo de producir el mal a otros-

El filósofo griego Diógenes, dijo, “Si hubiera un solo hombre inmortal sería asesinado por los envidiosos”

En el libro de Proverbios (27:4) de la Biblia dice,

“Cruel es la ira, e impetuoso el furor;

Se cometen más asesinatos con martillos en USA que con rifles reporta el FBI pero esto no lo publica la prensa... Nos quieren desarmar... igual que en Cuba

Según las estadísticas ANUALES de criminalidad del FBI, el número de asesinatos cometidos anualmente con martillos y clubes supera con creces el número de asesinatos cometidos con un rifle. Este es un hecho interesante, sobre todo en medio de empuje de los demócratas febril de excluir a numerosos rifles diferentes, aparentemente para mantenernos a salvo, por supuesto.

Sin embargo, parece que el celo de los senadores como Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) y Joe Manchin (D-WV) está mal dirigida. Porque en mirar las cifras del FBI de 2005 a 2011, el número de asesinatos por martillos y clubs excede constantemente el número de asesinatos cometidos con un rifle.

“Federalism is more than an exercise in setting the boundary between different institutions of government for their own integrity,” Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote for a unanimous Supreme Court earlier this year. “By denying any one government complete jurisdiction over all the concerns of public life,” Kennedy continued, “federalism protects the liberty of the individual from arbitrary power.” If the federal government acts outside the scope of its delegated and carefully enumerated powers, then it’s no better than an armed mob.
The Obama administration and its allies in Congress have perpetrated more than their share of such mob-like actions. While it’s hard to narrow them down, here’s my stab at the government’s top 10 constitutional violations since President Obama took office.

1. The individual mandate

No list of President Obama’s constitutional violations would be complete without including the requirement that every American purchase health insurance, on penalty of civil fine. The individual mandate is unprecedented and exceeds Congress’s power to regulate interstate commerce. If it is allowed to stand, Congress will be able to impose any kind of economic mandate as part of any kind of national regulatory scheme. Fortunately, the Supreme Court has a chance to strike this down during its current term.

2. Medicaid coercion

The Court will also be taking up Obamacare’s massive intrusion on federal-state relations in the form of a coercive Medicaid expansion. The law compels states to drastically increase their Medicaid expenditures and reorganize their health care bureaucracies, on penalty of losing all (not just additional) Medicaid funds. No state contemplated such a program when it signed onto Medicaid — Arizona was the last to join, in 1982 — and now no state can afford to withdraw. Indeed, even if some withdrawal mechanism existed, withdrawn states’ taxpayers would still be funding complying states’ Medicaid programs. As the Supreme Court held in South Dakota v. Dole, there comes a point when “the financial inducement offered by Congress might be so coercive as to pass the point at which pressure turns into compulsion.”

3. The Independent Payment Advisory Board (a.k.a. “The Death Panel”)

IPAB is the group of 15 presidential appointees who, beginning in 2014, are tasked with reducing Medicare spending. Any decisions IPAB makes automatically become law that can only be overridden by a three-fifths majority vote in the Senate. Unlike other federal agencies, IPAB is subject to no external review — no public notification in advance of proposed rules or opportunity for comment, no administrative guidelines and no judicial review. Medicare comprises about 13 percent of the federal budget, so that’s an awesome amount of power for Congress to delegate to unelected executive-branch bureaucrats. Indeed, it’s so basic a violation of traditional separation of powers that there’s no historical analog. The Goldwater Institute has filed a strong lawsuit challenging this (yet another) unprecedented aspect of Obamacare, which will continue wending its way through the lower courts regardless of how the Supreme Court rules on the individual mandate and Medicaid-coercion issues.

4. The Chrysler bailout

Building on the Bush administration’s illegal use of TARP funds to bail out the auto industry, the Obama administration bullied Chrysler’s secured creditors — who were entitled to “absolute priority” — into accepting 30 cents on the dollar, while junior creditors such as labor unions received much more. This subversion of creditor rights violates not just bankruptcy law but also the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses. This blatant crony capitalism — government-directed industrial policy to help political insiders — discourages investors and generally undermines confidence in American rule of law.

5. Dodd-Frank

Intended to remedy weaknesses in the U.S. financial system — ensuring transparency and accountability — the Dodd-Frank financial “reform” empowered unlimited, unreviewable and often secret bureaucratic discretion. The administrative bodies the legislation created face no constraints on the exercise of arbitrary authority. For example, the Treasury Department now has broad and essentially unchecked power to seize banks and other financial entities that it determines are unsound but “too big to fail.” The new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Financial Stability Oversight Council, meanwhile, craft, execute and interpret their own law. Due process and separation of powers issues abound.

6. The deep-water drilling ban

Following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, the Interior Department issued a blanket six-month moratorium on new oil and gas drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. A federal judge struck down that moratorium as arbitrary and capricious, but the government issued a new order to replace the one that was struck down. That order was subsequently withdrawn, but the judge was so shocked by the administration’s conduct that he found the government in civil contempt of court.

7. Political-speech disclosure for federal contractors

In April of this year, President Obama released a draft executive order (still pending) that would require businesses with federal contracts to disclose independent expenditures on federal elections (political speech independent of candidates and parties). This order is intended to undermine the Supreme Court’s Citizen United decision — allowing independent expenditures by corporations, unions and other associations — by discouraging federal contractors and their executives from engaging in political speech. Citizens United held that such expenditures do not enable the kind of quid pro quo corruption that campaign finance laws are allowed to regulate, so this draft executive order shows contempt for the First Amendment by chilling protected speech.

8. Taxing political contributions

Earlier this year, the IRS tried to muzzle political speech by asserting that donations to certain nonprofit advocacy groups (so-called 501(c)(4) organizations) would be subject to the gift tax . Historically, the IRS has not applied the gift tax in this way — donations to advocacy groups are not likely to be used to circumvent the estate tax — and when the IRS previously tried to tax political donations, it was rebuffed by the courts on the grounds that such transfers are not gifts (i.e., the donor is getting something in return). The IRS has since backed down, but the suspicion remains that it was trying to chill the political speech of those opposed to President Obama’s policies, in violation of the First Amendment.

9. Graphic tobacco warnings

Late last year, the FDA issued regulations requiring cigarette manufacturers to display graphic warnings on all packs of cigarettes that must cover at least 50% of the packaging and graphically portray tobacco-related illnesses. These warnings violate the First Amendment because the government is compelling the cigarette manufacturers to discourage their customers from buying their lawful products. Last month, a federal judge blocked the new regulation, which was due to go into effect in January, but the administration is appealing.

10. Health care waivers

The Department of Health and Human Services has granted nearly 2,000 waivers to employers seeking relief from Obamacare’s onerous regulations. Nearly 20 percent of these waivers went to gourmet restaurants and other businesses in Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco district. Nevada, home to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, got a blanket waiver, while Republican-controlled states like Indiana and Louisiana were denied. Even beyond the unseemly political favoritism, such arbitrary dispensations violate a host of constitutional and administrative law provisions ranging from equal protection to the “intelligible principle” required for congressional delegation of authority to cabinet agencies. Unlike 17th-century English monarchs, American presidents were not granted dispensing powers: As we’ve seen, the power to suspend a legal requirement can and will be used to arbitrarily favor the politically connected. Moreover, most of these waivers were never authorized by Congress in the first place!

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi shared her own idea Sunday on how to avoid a government shutdown should the Republican House and President Barack Obama find themselves unable to reach an agreement on raising the debt ceiling: invoke the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.
Pelosi started the discussion on CBS’ “Face the Nation” by saying she didn’t believe raising the debt ceiling should be tied to spending cuts.
“I don’t think these two things should be related,” Pelosi said.
“I think that we should subject every dollar we spend, every taxpayer dollar, whether it’s defense or domestic, to the harshest scrutiny. Is the taxpayer getting his or her dollar’s worth for that spending? But on the other hand, that is a judgment that we have to make as we make cuts to reduce spending — but having nothing to do with whether the full faith and credit of the United States of America should be placed in jeopardy.”
“The mere suggestion of it last summer resulted in our downgrading of our credit rating, just the suggestion of it. It didn’t even happen, and we were downgraded.”
“So I think that this is a really fundamental discussion, and while — if you say to somebody, ‘should we cut spending in order to reduce, to raise the debt ceiling’ —it sounds almost logical,” Pelosi continued. “But the two are totally separate. The debt ceiling is about spending that has already occurred.”
“You’re going to say, ‘I’m not going to pay my bills unless you stop buying stuff?’ Well, then stop buying stuff so you don’t have future bills. But right now we to pay the bills that have been incurred. And if you want to say cut spending for what we do next, fine. But don’t tie it to the debt ceiling.”
Pelosi’s solution to the impasse is for the president to — as some scholars have proposed — bypass Congress and invoke the 14th Amendment, which states that “[t]he validity of the public debt … shall not be questioned.”

The federal government has a spending problem. Simple math shows it to be the root cause of our nation's fiscal crisis. Yet when it came time to present a bill to address this crisis, not a single spending cut was included in the proposal.

Instead, the bill contained a new tax hike that will impact more than just the wealthy. It will also hit thousands of small businesses, many of which may have to lay off employees in order to bear this new burden.

While I appreciate the hard work my colleagues put into seeking a solution, this bill is not a responsible answer to our problem. We need a long-term solution that addresses the root cause of the crisis rather than simply attempting to cover the symptoms.

In each year of President Obama's first term he added over a trillion dollars to our now $16 trillion debt.  Politicians in Washington treat our deficits and debt as if they are comprised of toy cash rather than actual money that our children will have to pay back.

If America's families and businesses can't afford to operate so irresponsibly, why should we allow our federal government to do so?

Imagine if the president was required to count last year's $1.1 trillion deficit by hand out of a cash register. If he were to do so at a rate of one dollar per second, it would take him nearly 35,000 years to complete the task.

Our country can't wait that long to learn that we're spending too much money. America needs action from its leaders today.

I pledge to keep fighting for substantive, long-term solutions to our problems. It’s the right thing to do for Florida, my country, and for my children and grandchildren.

Tea Party leader warns of consequences

(UPI) - Grassroots Tea Party movement leaders are saying Republicans may pay a price for their votes on the "fiscal cliff" deal this week.
Amy Kremer, leader of the Tea Party Express, said Thursday she was "outraged" about the deal, reached by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and Vice President Joe Biden that allows tax rates on upper income earners -- families earning more than $450,000 and individuals earning more than $400,000 -- to expire while making permanent tax breaks passed during President George W. Bush's administration for earners making less than that, CNN reported.
"At some point we're going to have to come together and do what's right for America, but do the Democrats have a mandate to go and just do whatever and just spend into oblivion? No," she said. "And that's evident because the Republicans still control the House."
The fiscal cliff compromise passed the House 257-167 Tuesday, with 85 Republicans voting in favor and 151 Republicans voting against it.
After the vote, Kremer posted on her Twitter page, "I'm extremely disgusted with what happened in the House tonight. There will be consequences."
The Tea Party Patriots had urged the new House, sworn in Thursday at the beginning of the 113th Congress, to select their speaker by a secret vote "so members can vote their conscience without fear of retribution from leadership."
John Boehner, R-Ohio, was re-elected as speaker.
"Through this 'fiscal cliff' crisis Congress has demonstrated once again its incapability of actually cutting government spending and preventing tax hikes," Jenny Beth Martin, Tea Party Patriots leader, said in a statement. "Republicans who stood on principle ... should not be impeded from voting for a speaker with whom they have confidence will help take the country in the right direction."

Escuchamos la frase que se oye acerca de nuestro Gobierno ha sido "infiltrado por la Hermandad musulmana."

Dicen que quienes han pedido abiertamente la destrucción de los Estados Unidos están incrustadas en nuestro gobierno.

Parece sacado de una novela de espías. Pero dicen que la verdad hay veces es más extraña que la ficción.

Estos son los hechos:

Huma Abedin, jefe adjunto de la Secretaria de Estado Hillary Clinton, con acceso a información secreta superior, tiene profundos lazos con la Hermandad musulmana.

Valerie Jarrett, asesor principal de Obama — algunos dicen que la persona más poderosa en la casa blanca, incluso más que la de Obama-, hizo su primera pieza de negociación en 2009 el acercamiento a la sociedad Islámica de Norteamérica durante la Convención anual de la (ISNA)

ISNA resultó para ser un co-conspirador en el caso de la Fundación Tierra Santa, culpable de canalizar millones de dólares a Hamas.

El Director del ISNA, Mohamed Magid, fue festejado en la casa blanca recientemente, en agosto pasado, sentado junto a Obama en la cena Iftar, un lugar normalmente reservado para jefes de estado.  El jefe de una organización culpable de canalizando dinero a terroristas, sentado al lado del Presidente de los Estados Unidos.

Y eso es sólo el comienzo de los tentáculos de la Hermandad musulmana dentro de nuestro gobierno. Existen literalmente cientos de contactos con el Departamento de estado, el FBI y la casa blanca (sólo para nombrar unos pocos), todos con grupos frontales de la Hermandad musulmana asociado con el caso de la Fundación Tierra Santa.

Grupos frontales de la Hermandad musulmana como el Consejo de relaciones islámico estadounidense (CAIR) fueron literalmente purgado de cientos de páginas de información del FBI por contener términos como "Yihad" y "Islamista", dando como  razón que estos términos "habían ofendido" a los musulmanes.

Ahora Al Gore, un vocero liberal y allegado a la administración, ha hecho posible que la emisora que es la vocera de Islam Radical, tenga un vehículo nacional en los Estados Unidos cuando le ha vendido su emisora de televisión.

¿Qué conclusiones podemos sacar de todos estos hechos?

¿De hecho se ha infiltrado nuestro Gobierno?

Su gobierno pronto 100% dictatorial, escondido bajo el manto “democrático”, los estaba empujando hacia el comunismo tirando maíz gratis disfrazado de programas de ayuda de dinero, misiones, planes, impuestos diversos, leyes de “protección”, subsidio para cualquier cosa, expropiaciones indebidas, programas de “bienestar social”, siempre y siempre nuevas leyes inconsecuentes, etc.; todo a costilla del sacrificio de la libertad, “migaja a migaja”.

Debemos siempre recordarnos que “No existe comida gratis” y además que “No es posible que alguien preste un servicio más barato que el que uno mismo hace”.

Finalmente, si Usted se da cuenta de que toda esa maravillosa “ayuda” gubernamental es un problema que se opone al futuro de la democracia en nuestro país, usted debería enviar este mensaje a sus amigos.

Pero si Usted cree que los políticos piden más poder para que su grupo continúe quitando las libertades y el dinero de los demás para beneficiarle a Usted o a los “pobres”, entonces probablemente Usted irá a eliminar este correo , pero… ¡¡Que Dios lo ayude a Usted y su Familia cuando le cierren el portón!!

Put me in charge of Medicaid. The first thing I'd do is to get women Norplant birth control implants or tubal ligations. Then, we'll test recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine. If you want to reproduce or use drugs, alcohol, or smoke, then get a job.

Put me in charge of government housing. Ever live in a military barracks? You will maintain our property in a clean and good state of repair. Your home" will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions will be inventoried. If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and your own place.

In addition, you will either present a check stub from a job each week or you will report to a "government" job. It may be cleaning the roadways of trash, painting and repairing public housing, whatever we find for you. We will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile tires and your blasting stereo and speakers and put that money toward the "common good.."

Before you write that I've violated someone's rights, realize that all of the above is voluntary. If you want our money, accept our rules. Before you say that this would be "demeaning" and ruin their "self esteem," consider that it wasn't that long ago that taking someone else's money for doing absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self esteem.

If we are expected to pay for other people's mistakes we should at least attempt to make them learn from their bad choices. The current system rewards them for continuing to make bad choices.

AND While you are on Gov't subsistence, you no longer can VOTE! Yes, that is correct. For you to vote would be a conflict of interest. You will voluntarily remove yourself from voting while you are receiving a Gov't welfare check. If you want to vote, then get a job.

Enviado por Val… Mucho se menciona sobre el desempleo, valor bursatil, etc etc.. pero no he oido mencionar o al menos con el mismo enfasis sobre el Valor Neto ( Net Worth) de los ciudadanos que en realidad demuestra la condicion economica de cada persona sobre todo respecto a la clase media.

Aunque la taza de desempleo mejore, y ya lo he mencionado en otras ocasiones, no es necesariamente una indicacion de mejoras economicas de los ciudadanos pues los salarios han ido disminuyendo progresivamente al menos en los ultimos 20 años.
Deberian indicar el promedio salarial ya sea en $/hora o mensual  de esos nuevos empleos creados y compararlos con anteriores. Eso si nos daria una real indicacion de como ha mejorado o empeorado el poder adquisitivo de los nuevos empleos y de toda la poblacion.

En valor neto ha disminuido grandemente al punto de que como un 25% de la poblacion de clase media es "0" o negativo lo cual es una indicacion de que la clase media tal como la conociamos esta perogresivamente desapareciendo.

Pero que es el valor neto..?
Muy sencillo. Sumen todas las deudas--totales-- que tienen, carros, targetas de credito, hipotecas, etc etc  y hagan lo mismo de lo que poseen en cuentas de bancos, cuentas de ahorro para la jubilacion--401K etc--, el "equity" --valor actual menos la deuda al banco--de sus viviendas, autos, joyas, muebles y cualquier otra cosa que poseean.

Suman ambos--deudas y valores reales y los restan uno de otro. Si resultado si es positivo quiere decir que deben menos que lo que realmente poseen. Si es "0" o negativo quiere decir que NADA poseen .
Ambos demuestran el valor neto de cada uno.

El el 2004 hice un escrito respecto a la desaparicion de la clase media en USA en base al giro de mi trabajo--vivencias por 40 años-- y en cierta forma predecia lo que estamos viendo en todos los niveles. Es algo largo y ya lo he repartido previamente. "USA--Destruccion de la Clase Media"

En lo personal no veo soluccion a corto plazo pues el daño en los ultimos 12 años ha sido aun mas de lo que pudimos esperar y dado el caso de que exista la posibilidad de mejoras notables, llevarian decenas de años.
Algunos tratan de politizar estas situaciones, mas sin embargo, ambos partidos politicos son los culpables de este desastre..

Americans around the nation were shocked Friday as they heard about H.J.Res. 15. H.J.Res 15 proposes an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the Twenty-second Amendment. This would remove the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President. Rep. José Serrano (D- NY15) introduced the controversial joint resolution on Friday, the second day of the 2013 legislative session.
The last President to serve more than two terms was Franklin D. Roosevelt. Roosevelt served three full terms as President and was elected to a fourth term. Roosevelt died 83 days into his fourth term in office.
Congress passed the Twenty-second Amendment on March 21, 1947. The required number of states ratified it in 1951. There have been numerous attempts to repeal the Twenty-second Amendment, including a previous attempt by Rep. José Serrano. Rep. Serrano attempted to repeal the Twenty-second Amendment with H.J.Res. 5 in 2009.

How does a city lose 2,500 feet of tunnels under its streets?

North Miami Beach would like to know.

Over a four-year period, the city contracted with a construction company to build 254 manholes — access tunnels to utility pipes 8 to 10 feet below street level.

No one — not the city public services department, the City Council or residents — appears to know when, where, or if the manholes, part of a $2.2 million project, were ever built.

The missing manholes are now part of a North Miami Beach police investigation.

"Why did we need all those manholes? Oh, my God,'' said Councilwoman Barbara Kramer, who said she was not aware of the content of a recent audit examining the procurement practices in the city's Public Services Department.

It gets worse:

The city does not know if over 22,500 feet — more than four miles — of water pipes and sewer pipes it paid for were ever laid. Or if 142 valves used to shut off flow to water pipes were ever installed.

The money for the project was paid to construction firm Jackson Land Development, based in Pompano Beach. Company officials did not return calls seeking comment.

The mystery of the missing work arose after the city hired an engineering firm to examine the spending of Martin King, the city's public services director who oversaw the water and sewer work now being questioned.

King resigned in May from his $100,000-a-year job after he admitted he approved purchase orders for services and materials that were not performed or delivered, according to city records.

King did not return repeated calls for comment.

King's direct supervisor, City Manager Kelvin Baker, who was previously the city's director of public services, said the city relied on King's expertise.

"He had the final sign-off,'' Baker said. "He was the chief city licensed engineer — I'm not an engineer, he has the professional license.''

North Miami Beach Police Chief Rafael Hernandez said he could not comment on the investigation while it's ongoing.

King's case casts a spotlight on lax oversight in North Miami Beach and the ability of city employees to sign off on projects without a supervisor's approval.

"There were some breakdowns in the check and balances of this organization,'' Councilman John Julien said.

The most recent breakdowns are underscored in a 15-page audit of the city's public services department by the Fort Lauderdale engineering firm Chen & Associates. The audit — which the city provided to The Miami Herald after originally denying a public-records request for weeks — detailed several problems: missing spreadsheets, duplicate purchase orders, no record of where the work was performed.
