‘The Death Spiral’ 11 States Have More Takers than Makers. El 22% de los Estados de la unión están en “LA FUAKATA”. Tienen más personas que viven del gobierno que trabajando. Ya hay ciudades como Detroit destruidas en procesos de disolución por extrema pobreza…
11 'Death Spiral' States Have More Takers than Makers | Fox ...
The Manhattan Institute's Steve Malaga discusses the states facing the greatest fiscal problems.
Los estados que tienen mas personas en Well-Fare que trabajando son: NY, ME, CA, NM, IL, KY, OH, MS, AL, SC, y HI
Eleven states made Forbes' list of danger spots for investors including
California, New York, Illinois, and Ohio. They warned (and with the cliff
it is even more critical), if you have muni bonds in these states -
clean up your portfolio; if your career takes you there - rent, don't buy!
Two factors determine their list of 'fiscal hellholes'. The first is whether
there are more takers (someone who draws money from the government)
than makers (the gainfully employed). The second is a state credit-worthiness score (via
Conning) based on
large debts, uncompetitive business climates, weak home prices, and bad
trends in employment. Conning rates North Dakota the safest state to lend
money to, Connecticut the most hazardous. A state qualifies for the Forbes' death
spiral list if its taker/maker ratio exceeds 1.0 and it resides in the bottom
half of Conning’s ranking. See below for the 11 states to avoid...no
matter what Bob Toll, Larry Yun, Bob Pisani, or Alexandra Lebenthal tells
you.. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2012-12-04/11-death-spiral-states Number 11 - Ohio Taker ratio: 1.00 The battleground state has a fiscal standoff between takers (people collecting welfare, a government salary or a government pension) and makers (private sector employees). Number 10 - Hawaii Taker ratio: 1.02 Dark clouds over Waikiki Beach: Hawaii has slightly more takers than makers. Number 9 - Illinois Taker ratio: 1.03 Dubious ex-gov Rod Blagojevich personifies what's wrong with this state: Too many goodies promised to insiders. Unfunded pensions contribute to the balance of 103 takers to every 100 makers. Number 8 - Kentucky Taker ratio:1.05 Twilight in Lexington. People drawing from government slightly outnumber people chipping in with private-sector jobs. Number 7 - South Carolina Taker ratio:1.06 Riptides on Folly Beach. Number 6 - New York Taker ratio: 1.07 Blackout in the Flatiron district after the hurricane. Manhattan still has a vibrant financial sector. Manufacturing there is extinguished. Causes: taxes, unions, regulations and cheap apparel workers abroad. Number 5 - Maine Taker ratio: 1.07 Casco Bay, Portland. This is a state with a beautiful coastline and a ratio of 107 drawers from the public fisc to every 100 contributors. Number 4 - Alabama Taker ratio: 1.10 Cityscape seen from the Vulcan statue in Birmingham. Number 3 - California Taker ratio: 1.39 California is generous to a fault, at least to state employees and the needy. To private sector employees, who are outnumbered, it is not so hospitable. Number 2 - Mississippi Taker ratio: 1.49 Flooding near Tunica in May 2011. The state ranks second to worst on the list of states burdened by a high ratio of takers (welfare recipients and state employees) to makers (private sector workers). And The Worst State to live in or lend to is... Number 1 - New Mexico Taker ratio: 1.53 Wildfire near the Los Alamos Laboratory in June 2011. In our taker/maker ratio, federal employees are excluded from the taker count since their cost is not borne locally. That doesn't save this state from having the worst ratio in the nation. As Forbes advises: To lend money to California, Illinois or the other nine states perched on the precipice requires a leap of faith. So does buying a house in those locales. Don’t count on a property tax limit to protect your home’s value. If other taxes are high enough, there won’t be any buyers. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2012-12-04/11-death-spiral-states Source: Forbes

We are not living in a free country if your retirement medical care, via Medicare, is dependent on the actions and whims of Federal government politicians.
- You are not living in a free country if a large percentage of your

whims of Federal government politicians.
- You are not living in a free country if your pre-retirement
medical care, via the ramifications of Obama Care, is dependent on the
actions and whims of Federal government politicians.
- You are not living in a free country if your ability to go to
college, via student loans, is dependent on the actions and whims of Federal
government politicians.
- You are not living in a free country if your ability to get a home
mortgage, via Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, is dependent on the actions and
whims of Federal government politicians.
- You are not living in a free country if almost a third of your
annual earnings go to taxes to support all levels of wasteful, inefficient,
and criminally-infested government programs and entities.
- You are not living in a free country if the Federal government’s
executive branch can commit U.S. military resources and taxpayer wealth to
foreign military actions (e.g. Libya, Yemen, Syria) without Congressional or
Constitutional approval.
- You are not living in a free country if the Federal government’s
executive branch can independently and arbitrarily designate any American for
assassination and then actually commit that assassination without due process
of law (e.g. Anwar al-Awlaki).
- You are not living in free country when the Federal government can
hold a U.S. citizen in prison for an indefinite period of time without due
process of law if that government arbitrarily defines that citizen as a
potential threat to national security (National Defense Authorization Act –
NDAA)
- You are not living in a free country when a President can seize

- You are not living in a free country when the Federal government
can collect and store every electronic communication any citizen makes (e.g.
email, text messages) in massive data storage centers (e.g. Bluffdale, Utah)
without due process, a warrant, or privacy protection.
- You are not living in a free country when the Federal government’s
executive branch thinks it can affix a GPS tracking device to any citizen’s
car without a warrant (see U.S. Vs. Jones decision).
- You are not living in a free country when the executive branch
thinks it has the power to arbitrarily ignore judicial rulings and existing
laws (e.g. Gulf Of Mexico drilling moratorium and DOMA).
- You are not living in a free country when government agents, via
the TSA, are allowed to grope and grab U.S. citizens’ body parts in the name
of national security.
- You are not living in a free country if government and political
class spending has rung up trillions of dollars of national debt that will
eventually have to be paid by you, your children, and your grandchildren.
- You are not living in a free country if you privacy rights can be
almost arbitrarily violated by the Patriot Act.
- You are not living in a free country when crony capitalism wastes
billions of taxpayer dollars every year without any redeeming societal
benefits (e.g. Solyndra, Fisker, Tesla).
- You are not living in a free country if your political leaders
hold you and your opinions in contempt:
- You are not living in a free country if the executive branch can
circumvent Constitutionally mandated government appointment reviews via a
“czar” politburo.
- You are not living in a free country when politicians can use
billions of taxpayer dollars, via earmarks, to finance their perpetual
re-election campaigns.
- You are not living in a free country where politicians decide what
private companies live (e.g. Citigroup) and what private companies die (e.g.
Lehman Brothers.)
- You are not living in a free country when those in office can
maximize their re-election chances with favorable gerrymandering of
Congressional districts.
- You are not living in a free country if your selection of a
Presidential candidate for the Democratic Party via the primary and caucus
system can be overturned by a small cadre of insiders in the upper echelon of
the party called “super delegates.”
- You are not living in a free country when sitting politicians can
automatically grant themselves annual pay increases regardless of how poorly
they led the nation during the past year.
- You are not living in a free country when sitting politicians
cannot be removed from Congressional committee posts regardless of how poorly
they performed their jobs on those committees (e.g. Intelligence committee
members who did not foresee the 9-11 attacks, Finance committee members who
did not foresee the coming of the “Great Recession”, Interior Department
committee members that did not properly oversee the BP oil rig inspection
process, etc.)
- You are not living in a free country when any level of government
can seize your property for a supposedly fair price and turn it over to
developers for a private sector development project.
- You are not living in a free country when perceived and actual
voter fraud makes you question whether your vote actually counted and whether
the political winners actually won the vote.
So let’s review. Politicians control our pocketbooks, our health
care, our retirement funding, and who we vote for; invade our privacy; read
our electronic communications; violate our property rights; and control our
ability to get a mortgage or student loan while calling us names if we dare
to disagree with them. Hardly sounds like the traditional definition of a
Republic.
The beauty of this system that the political class has worked out
for themselves is that they are able to keep us fighting among ourselves.
This diverts our attention to the fact that our freedom and liberty have
slowly been stripped away. We have reached a point in this country where a
great portion of our lives is no longer controlled by our brains, our energy,
and our initiative, but by about 600 people sitting in Congress and the
executive branch of the Federal government.
We vehemently and fruitlessly fight among ourselves over relatively
trivial issues while the political class strips us of our wealth and our
liberty without ever solving a major issue:
We no longer live in a free country, and we have allowed the
politicians to do it to us. That is why it is so important to begin the
cleansing process and the restoration of freedom with the implementation of
the following steps:
Time is running out to fix what the political class has destroyed in
this country from a liberty-based, privacy-based, freedom-based, economic,
and Constitutional perspective. We have allowed this situation to arise, and
we are the ones who need to fix it. Otherwise, some morning, we will wake up
and realize that fifty years ago, Nikita Khrushchev got it right when he
said:
You Americans are so gullible. No, you won’t accept communism
outright; but we’ll keep feeding you small doses of Socialism until you will
finally wake up and find that you already have communism. We won’t have to
fight you; we will so weaken your economy until you fall like overripe fruit
into our hands.

Massive Election Fraud - If this is true, we are really in trouble,
and something needs to be done.
Massive Election Fraud
The University of Colorado Department of Political Science Electoral
Vote projection is the most accurate presidential election model in
our
history. They were
the only source that correctly called the 1980
Reagan/Carter results. They have correctly modeled every
presidential
election since with their projected electoral totals never off by
more
than 1%.
Their method is not a standard political poll process. They include
complex algorithms that includes key economic, employment and social
measures. They build their models state by state to assure
sufficient
granularity for top accuracy. It is mathematically possible that
statistical error
could cause them to incorrectly project one state. But it is mathematically impossible for them to incorrectly project more than one. Their 2012 model projected Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia for the Romney/Ryan ticket. The results reported by those secretaries of state were different.
As each state reports their final election details, the evidence of
voter fraud is astounding. Massive voter fraud is being reported in
areas of OH and FL, with PA, WI and VA all deploying personnel to
investigate election results.
1. In 59 voting districts in the Philadelphia region, Obama
received
100% of the votes with not even a single vote recorded for Romney (a mathematical and statistical impossibility - see below.)
2. In 21 districts in Wood County Ohio, Obama received 100% of the
votes where GOP inspectors were illegally removed from their polling locations - and not one single vote was recorded for Romney (a statistical impossibility - see below.)
3. In Wood County Ohio, 106,258 voters were registered to vote in a
county with only 98,213 eligible voters.
4. In St. Lucie County, FL, there were 175,574 registered eligible
voters
but 247,713 votes cast.
5. The National Seal Museum, a polling location in St. Lucie County,
FL
had a 158% voter turnout - the highest voter overage in the entire the country. Second was Palm Beach County, FL with a 141% voter turnout overage.
6. In Ohio County, Obama won by 108% of the total number of eligible
voters.
7. Obama won in every state that did not require a Photo ID and lost
in every state that did. Add to this survey data showing the Democrat ticket
losing support
from 2008 among Blacks, Jews, Catholics and Independents, and the results reported for the above-named states are mathematically impossible.
Comrade Stalin once said of elections: "It doesn't matter who gets the most votes.
What is important is who counts them.” |
