Press release!
Law offices of Orly Taitz
Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States John Roberts scheduled a case by attorney Orly Taitz dealing with Barack Hussein Obama’s use of forged IDs to be heard in conference before the full Supreme Court. The case titled Noonan, Judd, MacLeran, Taitz v Bowen provides a mountain of evidence of Barack Obama using a last name not legally his, forged Selective Service application, forged long form and short form birth certificate and a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 which was never assigned to him according to  E-Verify and SSNVS. Additionally, this case provides evidence of around one and a half million invalid voter registrations in the state of California alone.
Please, keep in mind, Richard Nixon was reelected and sworn in, but later was forced to resign as a result of Watergate. over 30 high ranking officials of Nixon administration including Attorney General of the United States and White House Counsel were indicted, convicted and went to prison.  Obama Forgery gate is a hundred times bigger than Watergate.  More corrupt high ranking officials, US Attorneys, AGs and judges were  complicit, committed high treason by allowing a citizen of Indonesia and possibly still a citizen of Kenya Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack (Barry) Soebarkah, aka Barack (Barry) Soetoro to usurp the U.S. Presidency by use of forged IDs and a stolen Social security number

Mom who shot intruder inspires gun control foes  By KATE BRUMBACK | Associated Press – 14 hrs ago

LOGANVILLE, Ga. (AP) — A Georgia mother who shot an intruder at her home has become a small part of the roaring gun control debate, with some firearms enthusiasts touting her as a textbook example of responsible gun ownership.
Melinda Herman grabbed a handgun and hid in a crawl space with her two children when a man broke in last week and approached the family at their home northeast of Atlanta, police said. Herman called her husband on the phone, and with him reminding her of the lessons she recently learned at a shooting range, Herman opened fire, seriously wounding the burglary suspect.
The National Rifle Association tweeted a link to a news story about the shooting, and support poured in from others online, hailing Herman as a hero. The local sheriff said he was proud of the way she handled the situation.
"This lady decided that she wasn't going to be a victim, and I think everyone else looks at this and hopes they have the courage to do what she done," Walton County Sheriff Joe Chapman said Wednesday.
Herman was working from home Friday when she saw a man walk up to the front door. She told police he rang the doorbell twice and then over and over again. He went back to his SUV, got something out and walked back toward the house, a police report said.
Herman took her 9-year-old son and daughter into an upstairs bedroom and locked the door. They went into bathroom and she locked that door, too. She got her handgun from a safe, the report said, and hid with her children. At some point, she called her husband, who kept her on the line and called 911 on another line.
In a 10-minute 911 recording released by the Walton County Sheriff's Office, Donnie Herman calmly explained what was happening to a dispatcher. His part of the conversation with his wife was also recorded.
"Is he in the house, Melinda? Are you sure? How do you know? You can hear him in the house?" Donnie Herman said.
His wife told him the intruder was coming closer.
"He's in the bedroom? Shh, shh, relax. Just remember everything that I showed you, everything that I taught you, all right?" Donnie Herman told his wife, explaining later to the dispatcher that he had recently taken her to a gun range.
It wasn't clear from the recording exactly when they went to range and Donnie Herman told The Associated Press on Wednesday the family didn't want to talk about the shooting.
After Donnie Herman told his wife police were on the way, he started shouting: "She shot him. She's shootin' him. She's shootin' him. She's shootin' him. She's shootin' him."
"OK," the dispatcher responded.
"Shoot him again! Shoot him!" Donnie Herman yelled. He told the dispatcher he heard a lot of screaming, but he seems to get increasingly worried when he doesn't hear anything from his wife.
Melinda Herman told police she started shooting the man when he opened the door to the crawl space. The man pleaded with her to stop, but she kept firing until she had emptied her rounds, she told police. She then fled to a neighbor's house with her children.
The man drove away in his SUV. Police found the SUV on another subdivision street and discovered a man bleeding from his face and body in a nearby wooded area. Police identified the suspect as 32-year-old Paul Slater of Atlanta.
Chapman said the hospital asked him not to comment on Slater's condition, but he said he is not certain Slater will survive. Authorities have a warrant but haven't formally arrested Slater yet. They plan to charge him with burglary, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and aggravated assault, Walton County sheriff's Capt. Greg Hall said.
A phone number for Slater was not listed and it was not clear whether he has an attorney.
Authorities believe Slater targeted a home in another local subdivision but left when confronted by the homeowner, Chapman said.

LRGM.

In Letter to Secretary Clinton & Attorney General Holder, Ros-Lehtinen Questions Why Tunisian Authorities Released The Only Suspect In The Attack On The U.S. Consulate In Benghazi, Amongst Other Key Questions
Washington, DC – Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL), former Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, now serving as Chairman of the Middle East and North Africa Subcommittee, sent the following letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Attorney General Eric Holder over her concerns on the release of the only suspect in the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Ali Harzi, by Tunisian authorities and questioned if U.S. investigators obtained access to Harzi before his untimely release. Text of the letter follows:
January 8, 2013
The Honorable Hillary Rodham Clinton
The Honorable Eric H. Holder, Jr.
Secretary of State
Attorney General
Department of State
U.S. Department of Justice
2201 C Street, N.W.
950 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20520
Washington, D.C. 20530
Dear Secretary Clinton and Attorney General Holder:
I am gravely concerned that Ali Harzi, the lone suspect arrested in the Benghazi attack of September 11, 2012, has been released by Tunisian authorities. This raises further concerns over the ability and willingness of the Tunisian and Libyan governments to contribute to the investigation and assist U.S. federal agencies that are leading the effort to find those responsible and bring them to justice.
It has been nearly four months since the attack on the United States diplomatic mission in Benghazi, and we have yet to hold anyone accountable for this atrocious act of terror perpetrated against the United States. The Administration continues to drag its feet in providing straightforward answers to the American public, and the investigations have yet to lead to any arrests or prosecutions. Since the attacks, the State Department has finished its Accountability Review Board (ARB) report, yet we appear to be no closer to bringing the perpetrators to justice.
As the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Department of State conduct their investigation, we must ensure that several questions are answered, such as:
  • Who made the determination that there was not a sufficient amount of evidence to keep Ali Harzi in custody?
  • If, in fact, there was insufficient evidence to hold Harzi, was it a result of the inability to protect the site of attack in the immediate aftermath, resulting in a tainting, or removal of the evidence?
  • Were United States authorities provided with direct access to Harzi at any time while he was being detained?
  • Does the Administration believe that the Libyan and Tunisian governments are capable and willing to aid in the investigation, and what, if any; concrete actions have these governments taken to assist U.S. authorities?
  • Will the FBI and State provide Congress frequent updates and information regarding the on-going investigation into the perpetrators behind the Benghazi attack?
Thank you very much for your attention to this important matter, and I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Member of Congress
