Hasta en
los concursos de bellezas como Miss Universo o Miss América cuando les hacen la
pregunta clásica de ¿qué usted quisiera en el futuro de la humanidad? todas
estas muchachas se deciden por la elegante bobería de “¡Oh, yo lo que deseo es
la paz mundial!” Y reciben una ovación. Nadie en esos certámenes dice una
rotunda verdad: “¡La única forma de que haya una paz verdadera y duradera es
barriendo del mapa a los hijos de perras a través de la guerra!”...
Eso de "la paz entre todos los seres humanos" parece algo muy loable y bello pero además de ser una utopía se trata de una antigua consigna a escala mundial para mantener a la gente inerte y llegar a tener esclavizada a la humanidad en pleno. Y los que crearon y lanzan el slogan pacifista son los mismos que intentan conservar sojuzgados a los pueblos. Detrás de la fachada lo que en realidad quieren decir es: "¡Qué nadie se subleve para poder seguir usufructuando del poder y tener a la población sumisa y boca abajo!".
Vamos a
llevarlo al terreno personal: usted va por una calle con su prometida, un
atrevido y fornido malandro se les acerca, le da una nalgada y trata de
besarla ¿usted va a la guerra contra ese descarado o le da un abrazo y
trata de justificar su actuación?... A las dos de la mañana le rompen los
vidrios de la ventana de su casa, un bandido entra y trata de violar a su
esposa e hija ¿usted pelea o trata de contemporizar con el
delincuente?...Y en ese nivel individual también
quieren mantener a los ciudadanos indefensos y lanzan la feroz
campaña en contra de las armas de fuego. Y ya hasta evitan que los niños
jueguen con revólveres de fulminantes.
No hay nada
más odioso que la guerra pero debemos aclarar que hay dos tipos de
guerras: la despreciable que provocan los tiranos y la justa y necesaria
por derrocarlos y salir de ellos. La actitud pacifica sólo funciona entre
personas decentes. Lo cierto es que hasta cuando se le piden disculpas a los
malvados en lugar de aceptarlas se envalentonan y suben la parada.
Entrar en
la guarida del tigre y acariciarlo sólo puede llevar al atrevido a perder un
brazo y quizás la vida. A la jaula de los feroces felinos sólo
se puede penetrar con un látigo y con un revolver por si la fusta no es
suficiente. El "pórtense bien, tigres" no funciona.
Tratar de
resolver las cosas por las buenas sólo recibe a cambio la burla de los
malvados. La mayoría de nosotros nacimos en un ambiente donde nos inculcaban:
"Si un zángano trata de abusar de ti, pártele un palo en la
cabeza"...
Los que como yo fuimos a colegios religiosos, en mi caso Presbiteriano, aceptábamos todos los preceptos que nos enseñaban. Pero lo cierto era que nos chocaba eso de que “al recibir una bofetada debemos poner la otra mejilla para recibir otra". Nos agradaba más la parte de “Jesucristo sacando a los mercaderes del templo a latigazos''...
Y en el
caso cubano, que es donde voy a llegar con todo este preámbulo, todo el que le
hable de pacifismo, de Gandhi, de Martin Luther King, de borrón y cuenta
nueva, es sinónimo de 50 años más de castrismo en nuestra patria.
Desgraciadamente en el horizonte hay solamente dos alternativas: la
beligerancia o lustrarle las botas a Alejandro Castro Espín. Los jovenes
cubanos van a tener que escoger entre los fusiles, las calibres 50 o el cepillo
y betún. Hasta aquí mi escrito.
Postdata: Pero, como una incidental, quiero
añadir que me tienen hasta la coronilla los que tratan de venderme a Madiva
(Nelson Mandela) como un santo y un pacifísta cuando en realidad fue un
terrorista, un comunista y un amante de la tiranía castrista. Hasta Bill
O'Reilly -con quien he simpatizado- me tiene la cachimba llena de guisasos
repitiendo que Mandela "fue un comunista, pero al salir de la cárcel fue
un hombre bueno y abandonó es doctrina"... Los cual es absolutamente
incierto y eso queda demostrado con esta foto mucho después de ser liberado.

President Who Has Done the Most Damage The only question is whether it can ever be undone.
DENNIS PRAGER I have been
broadcasting for 31 years and writing for longer than that. I do not recall
ever saying on radio or in print that a president is doing lasting damage to
our country. I did not like the presidencies of Jimmy Carter (the last Democrat
I voted for) or Bill Clinton. Nor did I care for the “compassionate
conservatism” of George W. Bush. In modern political parlance “compassionate”
is a euphemism for ever-expanding government.
But I
have never written or broadcast that our country was being seriously damaged by
a president. So it is with great sadness that I write that President Barack
Obama has done and continues to do major damage to America. The only question
is whether this can ever be undone.
This is
equally true domestically and internationally.
Domestically,
his policies have had a grave impact on the American economy. He has overseen
the weakest recovery from a recession in modern American history.
He has
mired the country in unprecedented levels of debt: about $6.5 trillion — that
is 6,500 billion — in five years (this after calling his predecessor
“unpatriotic” for adding nearly $5 trillion in eight years).
He has
fashioned a country in which more Americans now receive government aid —
means-tested, let alone non-means-tested — than work full-time.
He has no
method of paying for this debt other than printing more money — thereby
surreptitiously taxing everyone through inflation, including the poor he claims
to be helping, and cheapening the dollar to the point that some countries are
talking about another reserve currency — and saddling the next generations with
enormous debts.
With his
2,500-page Affordable Care Act he has made it impossible for hundreds of
thousands, soon millions, of Americans to keep their individual or
employer-sponsored group health insurance; he has stymied American medical
innovation with an utterly destructive tax on medical devices; and he has
caused hundreds of thousands of workers to lose full-time jobs because of the
health-care costs imposed by Obamacare on employers.
His
Internal Revenue Service used its unparalleled power to stymie political
dissent. No one has been held accountable.
His
ambassador to Libya and three other Americans were murdered by terrorists in
Benghazi, Libya. No one has been blamed. The only blame the Obama
administration has leveled was on a videomaker in California who had nothing to
do with the assault.
In this
president’s White House the buck stops nowhere.
Among
presidents in modern American history, he has also been a uniquely divisive
force. It began with his forcing Obamacare through Congress — the only major
legislation in American history to be passed with no votes from the opposition
party.
Though he
has had a unique opportunity to do so, he has not only not helped heal racial
tensions, he has exacerbated them. His intrusions into the Trayvon Martin
affair (“If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon”) and into the confrontation
between a white police officer and a black Harvard professor (the police “acted
stupidly”) were unwarranted, irresponsible, demagogic, and, most of all,
divisive.
He should
have been reassuring black Americans that America is in fact the least racist
country in the world — something he should know as well as anybody, having been
raised only by whites and being the first black elected the leader of a
white-majority nation. Instead, he echoed the inflammatory speech of
professional race-baiters such as Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.
He has
also divided the country by economic class, using classic Marxist language
against “the rich” and “corporate profits.”
Regarding
America in the world, he has been, if possible, even more damaging. The United
States is at its weakest, has fewer allies, and has less military and
diplomatic influence than at any time since before World War II.
One
wonders if there is a remaining ally nation that trusts him. And worse, no
American enemy fears him. If you are a free movement (the democratic Iranian
and Syrian oppositions) or a free country (Israel), you have little or no
reason to believe that you have a steadfast ally in the United States.
Even
non-democratic allies no longer trust America. Barack Obama has alienated our
most important and longest standing Arab allies, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Both
the anti–Muslim Brotherhood and the anti-Iran Arab states have lost respect for
him.
And his
complete withdrawal of American troops from Iraq has left that country with
weekly bloodbaths.
Virtually
nothing Barack Obama has done has left America or the world better since he
became president. Nearly everything he has touched has been made worse.
He did,
however, promise before the 2008 election that “We are five days away from
fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” That is the one
promise he has kept.

We all remember when Nancy Pelosi said that Congress
needed to pass the Affordable Care Act in order to find out what's in it. Well,
we just found another little socialist nugget.
Benjamin Franklin famously said that only three things
are guaranteed in life: Birth, Death, and Taxes. Well thanks to Obamacare, we
can add a fourth... Estate Recovery.
Deep within the thousands of pages of law and
regulations for the Affordable Care Act is a hidden provision that allows the
government to take control of YOUR estate after you pass away in order to pay
for any medical bills that the government covered while you were alive.
For those of us receiving private insurance, God help
us if the Democrats are able to eventually achieve their goal of a single-payer
healthcare system. If the Government is able to claim they paid for ANY of your
healthcare, they’ll come for their payment when you are gone and can’t fight
them. However for the millions of people being duped today into signing up for
Medicare and Medicaid, this gives the government free reign to raid the estates
of poor and middle class Americans after they die.
Let me paint the picture for you: You work hard in
your life, paying into Social Security and Medicare in the hopes that if you
need it down the line, it will be there for you. With the individual mandate
requiring you to have health insurance, perhaps you sign up for Medicare or
Medicaid as a free alternative.
Well, nothing is free in this world. And thanks to the
Affordable Care Act, the government will get its pound of flesh, one way or
another. The effect is two-fold. Not only will the government be able to tax
your estate after you pass away, but this also allows them to redistribute YOUR
wealth!
That has always been the logic behind the
Death/Inheritance Tax. The government wants to suppress familial
upward-mobility and to spread the wealth around to those who are less
fortunate. The government wants to be able to pick and choose who advances and
who doesn’t and if you’ve been successful over the course of your life,
unfortunately your family is going to be on the losing end.
But suppose you aren’t that wealthy and don’t have a
large estate for the government to raid when you pass away… Surely you won’t be
affected by this, right? WRONG!
This estate recovery provision within the law allows the
government to come after your family to pay your Medicare/Medicaid bills after
you pass away, regardless of whether they can afford to pay or not.
In one 2009 case, an elderly woman was forced to rely
on Medicaid when she realized she couldn’t afford the nursing-home care that
she needed. Since she qualified for Medicaid, she figured that she would be
covered. Well, after she passed away, her three sons received a bill from the
Government for $171,386 to cover their mother’s medical bills. Since they
couldn’t afford to pay, a lien was placed on the family farm.
This is the real face of “free” government healthcare.
The individual mandate within Obamacare requires that all Americans possess
health insurance. Since the law actually increases healthcare premiums and
deductibles, many Americans are turning to Medicare and Medicaid as a “free”
alternative. As we revealed earlier this week, the vast majority of Obamacare
enrollees are in fact choosing Medicare or Medicaid over the expensive private
options. And the Democrats are celebrating all of these new opportunities to
spread the wealth around!
Since the beginning of October, over 800,000 people
have enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid thanks to Obamacare’s individual
mandate. That’s more than double the number of people who have signed up for
paid insurance through the federal and state healthcare exchanges. When all is
said and done, we can still expect that far more people will enroll in these
“free” government programs instead of paying through the nose for other
sub-standard programs sold through the health insurance marketplace.
There’s a reason that Obama has been pushing for
states to promote Medicare/Medicaid. Not only will it force people to become
dependent on Big Government for their survival, but it provides the government
with millions of new estates to raid when enrollees pass away. That’s millions
of new opportunities to redistribute the wealth and steal your family’s
inheritance!
Pelosi and the Democrats told us that when we read
what was in the Affordable Care Act, we would like what we saw. Well, be
honest…
Do you like the idea of the government using
healthcare costs as an excuse to tax your estate after you pass away?
Do you like that the government will rob your children
of their inheritance?
Do you like that government bureaucrats will seize
your hard earned wealth and redistribute it to who they think is more
deserving?
You deserve to be angry! But your anger accomplishes
nothing unless you tell Congress just how angry you are!
You’ve worked hard for everything you have. Don’t just
sit by and watch as the Government tries to take that away from you and your
family to give it to someone “more deserving.”

Obama dice que 2013 no ha sido el peor año de su presidencia
(CNN)
— El
presidente de Estados Unidos, Barack Obama dijo este viernes en su último
pronunciamiento del año que 2013 no
ha sido el peor de su presidencia y citó las mejoras económicas y otros logros.
Las encuestas muestran que la aprobación de Obama alcanzó su nivel
más bajo en sus cinco años de presidencia, pero él dijo que lo que a él le
preocupa es solo saber si las cosas van mejor para los estadounidenses.
“Si mides
esto por encuestas, mis encuestas han subido y bajado mucho a lo largo de mi
carrera”, comentó. “Si me interesara en las encuestas no me hubiera nominado
para presidente”.
La aprobación de Obama cayó 14 puntos durante un año que ha sido
particularmente difícil.
Los resultados de una encuesta realizada por CNN/ORC International
y dada a conocer este viernes revela que tiene un 41 % de aprobación, es decir,
el nivel más bajo según lo registrado en esta encuesta. El nivel de
desaprobación se mantiene sin cambios en el 56 %.
Un 40 % de los encuestados dijo que desaprueba a Obama porque
considera que sus acciones y políticas son demasiado liberales, mientras que
otro 12 % dice que no es suficientemente liberal.
El apoyo a Obama está disminuyendo entre sectores demográficos
específicos, como las mujeres y los jóvenes.
Pero Obama dijo que no todo va mal y citó el continuo crecimiento
económico que ha logrado tras heredar una recesión económica cuando llegó al
poder en enero de 2009 y otros progresos.

Obama reconoció que la confianza de los estadounidenses hacia la
Agencia Nacional de Seguridad (NSA, por sus siglas en inglés) “ha disminuido”,
por lo que será importante recuperarla.
“Esto solo va a funcionar si los estadounidenses tienen
confianza”, dijo el mandatario durante una rueda de prensa que ofreció tras
hacer un balance de fin de año. “Sí, hay grandes problemas y estoy contento de
tener el privilegio de abordarlos”, añadió.
Defendió la
recolección electrónica de comunicaciones revelada a través del
excontratista de la NSA, Edward Snowden. Pero añadió que “es claro que hay un
debate público porque la gente está preocupada por la posibilidad de que se
cometan abusos”.
Obamacare
También reconoció que el fallido lanzamiento del sitio
HealthCare.gov en octubre le
provocó “gran frustración”, aunque se rehusó a validar los reclamos
de los republicanos, quienes dicen que la Ley de Salud aprobada en 2010 fue un
error y que debería ser desmantelada.
Cuando se le preguntó cuál creía que había sido su mayor error
durante el año, dijo que había sido aprobar que se lanzara el sitio
HealthCare.gov sin que funcionara al 100%.
Reconoció que quienes quisieron adquirir los seguros a través de
internet no tuvieron una buena experiencia el primer mes y las primeras seis
semanas.
Otra de sus frustraciones en 2013 fue que no logró pasar ninguna
de sus iniciativas prioritarias durante el año, por lo que dijo que 2014 será
un “año de acción” en cuanto a la reforma inmigratoria, la creación de empleos,
la ampliación de la extensión de beneficios para los empleados y la expansión
de los requisitos para comprar armas.
“Nos dirigimos a un año con una economía más fuerte de lo que era
a inicios del año”, dijo Obama. “Creo firmemente que 2014 puede ser un año de
progreso para Estados Unidos”.
El mandatario, quien ha sido criticado por el limitado acceso que
tienen los periodistas y fotógrafos a él, dijo que uno de sus propósitos de Año
Nuevo es cambiar esto: “Mi propósito de Año Nuevo es ser más agradable con la
prensa que cubre la Casa Blanca”, dijo.
