Amenper: Libertad de Culto,
Derecho Constitucional.
El
problema de la libertad de culto es algo bien determinado en la Constitución,
es difícil entender cómo esto ha sido tan tergiversado.
La
única manera de entender esto es la realidad de que el ateísmo se ha convertido
como el Islam, en una religión política.
La
declaración de la independencia y la Constitución de Estados Unidos no
abandonan la religión, la abraza. Sin embargo, aunque está implícito que los
estadounidenses creen en Dios, no castigan por no hacerlo.
Central a las libertades consagradas en estos documentos es la creencia de
que vienen de un poder superior y Estados Unidos existe debido a esa
creencia.
Cuando Thomas Jefferson presentó la declaración a quienes le prometen sus
vidas y su honor sagrado para lograr la independencia de Inglaterra John Adams
pidió que incluyeran las palabras "son dotados por su creador con ciertos
derechos inalienables" después de la frase "todos los hombres son
creados iguales" y Benjamín Franklin estuvo de acuerdo, sugiriendo que se
añadiera "con una firme confianza en la protección de la divina Providencia"
En su libro de 2004, "Bajo Dios" por Toby Mac y Michael Tait,
dijo que "los cambios demuestran la fuerte dependencia del Congreso a Dios
— como delegados añadieron las palabras "apelando al juez supremo del
mundo por la rectitud de nuestras intenciones."
Creo que todos estos padres de la patria serían considerados hoy
como estúpidos y violadores de la primera enmienda de la Constitución.
Conscientes de los peligros inherentes a una religión del estado, la
primera enmienda dice
"El Congreso no hará ninguna ley que aboque al establecimiento de
religión, o que prohíba el libre ejercicio de la misma" seguido por la
libertad de expresión, la prensa y el derecho del pueblo a presentar
pacíficamente cualquier petición al gobierno como un recurso de queja".
No hay ninguna religión de estado en América, pero hay lo que refleja la
Constitución, que son los valores que la creó, y sus líderes siempre han
reconocido un mayor poder que el gobierno, la creencia en Dios.
No habría ninguna América si los peregrinos que se establecieron en
Plymouth, Massachusetts no hubieran dejado Inglaterra en la búsqueda de su
derecho a la adoración como lo deseaban, reflejando la reforma Protestante.
No soy una persona religiosa institucional per se, pero yo creo en Dios.
Cuando en un período de mi vida en que no creía, nunca pensé en imponer a
la fuerza mi falta de fe en los demás.
Hoy yo no insisto que nadie tiene que creer y tampoco nuestros
documentos fundacionales obligan a nadie a creer o no creer..
Esta era la manera de pensar de los ateos antes de que se convirtieran en
un grupo político
Los padres de la patria reconocieron a Dios y buscaban su protección para
crear una nueva nación; una República con protecciones claramente establecidas
para todos sus ciudadanos.
Hay, sin embargo, aquellos que insisten en que se elimine toda referencia a
Dios en todos los documentos públicos. Esto es algo que no entiendo, lo que
están pidiendo es que se cambie la Constitución, un documento que acepta la
creencia de la existencia de Dios.
El líder entre ellos es la “Fundación de libertad de religión” y está en su
más reciente pleito contra el Departamento del tesoro de Estados Unidos
afirmando que están discriminando a no creyentes mediante la inclusión de la
frase "In God We Trust" (en Dios confiamos) en la moneda de la
nación. Su pretensión es que el gobierno está haciendo algo prohibido avalando
la religión sobre no-religión.
"In God We Trust" en las monedas de Estados Unidos fue aprobado
primero por el Congreso durante la Guerra Civil en 1864. En 1956, el Congreso
aprobó una resolución para reconocer las palabras oficialmente como el lema
nacional, sustituyendo la frase de facto "E Pluribus Unum" y ha
aparecido en moneda estadounidense desde 1957.
La Fundación pretende hacer cualquier reconocimiento de Dios ilegal por
cualquier institución pública. Si eso es cierto, entonces podría ser bueno era
romper la declaración y la Constitución. Si los ateos es esta
institución están determinados a no creer en Dios, es su derecho, pero
insisten en que los demás no crean tampoco.
Esto es una forma de tiranía que no debemos permitir que exista en América.
La “Libertad de la Fundación de la religión” se especializa en
litigios para avanzar en lo que llama la separación entre iglesia y estado,
pero este principio ya está consagrado en la Constitución junto con el derecho
a ejercer libremente su fe.
Bajo la falsa premisa de la separación de le iglesia y el estado quieren
prohibir la segunda parte que es el derecho a que cualquiera pueda ejercer su
religión. Sus juicios están diseñados para destruir la religión en
América.
En 2012 la Fundación tuvo contribuciones totales de $2.726.316. Casi el 90%
se dedicó a su ataque contra la libertad de religión.
En 2013, el Huffington Post un medio de comunicación que tenemos que leer
los que estamos subscriptos a AOL, informó que en los últimos seis
años la afiliación pagada de la Fundación había aumentado en 130 por ciento. Se
estimó en "casi 20.000" miembros. Su copresidente, Laurie Gaylor,
dijo que recientes victorias legales de alto perfil han aumentado la
popularidad de la Fundación.
Esta es una manera sutil de Huffington Post al dar la noticia de manera que
se filtre en nuestras mentes el hecho de que la Fundación es algo que por sus
victorias, es muy bueno, y los que no estamos con ellos somos anormales. Es su
derecho presentar las noticias de estas manera, un derecho que abusan para
impulsar sus agendas..
Hay todavía fuerte apoyo en el Congreso por la libertad de religión. En
1993, aprobó la ley de restauración de libertad religiosa destinada a prevenir
las leyes substancialmente que sea una carga en el ejercicio libre
de la persona de la religión. Fue firmado como ley por el Presidente Clinton.
En 1997 la Corte Suprema encontró que era inconstitucional si se aplica a los
Estados, sentencia que determina que no fue un buen ejercicio del poder de la
ejecución del Congreso. Sin embargo, todavía es, aplicable al gobierno federal.
En respuesta, algunos Estados aprobaron sus propios actos de restauración
de la libertad religiosa.

musulmanes que salieran libres y masacraron el resto. ISIS hace lo
mismo en el territorio que ocupan.
Esto es
una masacre a lo largo de líneas religiosas específicas: los musulmanes
masacran cristianos y otros "infieles". Como si para reforzar este
punto, al mismo tiempo en Pakistán dos atacantes suicidas volaron decenas de
cristianos que dejaban una iglesia.
Cualquier
persona que desee observar algo sorprendente en todo que esto es porque todavía
cree como nuestro presidente que el Islam es una religión de paz

terribles ataques terroristas que tienen lugar donde los autores dicen que lo

terror, la violencia y el extremismo y su deformada visión del mundo. No representan

racistas" con la preocupación por los que están contra los
musulmanes, se ha vuelto casi imposible para los políticos occidentales,abordar
cualquier discusión racional sobre lo que es tanto un problema local como
global.
Cuando
cuatro jóvenes musulmanes suicidas explotaron en Londres el sistema de transporte
en julio de 2005, el humo no había despejado antes de que el entonces jefe de
policía, Brian Paddick, dijera en una conferencia de prensa: "el Islam y
el terrorismo no son lo mismo".
Cuando
decapitaron al periodista norteamericano, comentaristas de los medios de
comunicación trataron de convencernos de que "No hay nada en el
Islam que justifica este acto verdaderamente terrible". Destacando que era
"totalmente equivocado" para asociar el Islam en modo alguno con los
asesinatos de ISIS..
Pero esto
es simplemente una mentira, en las escrituras islámicas se justifica el
decapita miento de los infieles. Ellos lo saben ¿Por qué
mienten? Nuestro presidente dice que se sintió "consternado"
(apalled) pero nosotros nos sentimos aterrorizados, y esto era exactamente lo
que ellos querían cuando hicieron el video de su crimen.
Su
insistencia absoluta que esto no tiene nada que ver con el Islam--aumenta, y
tal vez intuye que su mentira se está haciendo cada día más difícil de
sostener. Ellos deben sentir que están perdiendo apoyo popular y tratan de
convencernos por repetición y sus cada vez más injustificables excusas..
Es poco
probable, después de estas últimas masacres en el Medio Oriente por ISIS, que
hayan muchas más personas crean que el Islam es una religión
pacífica esta semana viendo lo que hicieron la semana anterior.
Los
videos de los soldados Sirios en línea hacia la tumba comunal que le hicieron
abrir, para después ser fusilados en masa era para los que pudieron ver el
video completo, un acto de barbarie criminal inmaginable en una mente
civilizada.
¿Te
imaginas que más gente cree el Islam es una religión de paz en la mañana
siguiente que el día anterior? ¿O simplemente unos pocos para defender su
agenda política?
De alguna
manera tienes que sentir lástima por los políticos liberales. Simplemente no
saben cómo hablar de esta difícil cuestión. Ellos ven que tenemos millones de
musulmanes en nuestro país

tratan de decirnos que la gran mayoría no tiene absolutamente
ninguna conexión a tales actos de violencia, aunque la violencia y el odio a

La ira
popular está viendo que sus mentiras son cada día más transparentes.
Es
interesante considerar que eventualidad será más incómoda para ellos.
Pero esto

My fellow Americans:
We have all been saddened and
outraged by the vicious videotape of Islamic State terrorists beheading an
American journalist. Our hearts go out to James Foley's family.
However, anger and sympathy
are not solutions.
We, the American people, must
come together in a righteous determination to defend freedom and civilization
from barbarism, savagery, and terrorism.
We must calmly, methodically,
and with the same grim determination we brought to winning World War II,
implement strategies that eliminate the growing worldwide threat of radical
Islamists prepared to kill us as individuals and our values as a civilization.
Some will suggest this
exaggerates the threat from the Islamic State. Let me remind them of some hard
facts.
There are now an estimated
12,000 terrorists from over 50 countries in the Islamic State-controlled parts
of Iraq and Syria. Britain estimates that more than 500 British citizens have
joined the Islamic State. Our government estimates that more than 100 Americans
are now engaged in enemy activities.
When we remember the death and
destruction 19 terrorists achieved on 9/11, we have to take very seriously the
threat from more than 12,000 terrorists.
The Chairman of the Joint
Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, has warned that the Islamic State
"has an apocalyptic, end-of-days strategic vision that will eventually
have to be defeated."
He has expanded on the danger,
saying their vision of a fundamentalist caliphate could "fundamentally
alter the face of the Middle East and create a security environment that would
certainly threaten us in many ways."
Furthermore, General Dempsey
has warned that the Islamic State cannot be defeated only in Iraq. He asserted:
"Can they be defeated without addressing that part of the organization
that resides in Syria? The answer is no."
In fact, the very existence of
terrorists from over 50 countries means we must be thinking in terms of a
global campaign to eradicate the virus of Islamic extremism and the spirit of
terrorism and barbarism that it is fostering. This is fully as grave a threat
to our survival as was Nazism or Communism. With appropriate strategies and
consistent policies executed energetically, we can defeat and eliminate
the Islamic State and its various allied factions.
The Islamic State and its
worldwide terrorist allies have become the focus of evil in the modern world.
Secretary of Defense Chuck
Hagel warned that we must take the Islamic State seriously when he reported
"they are tremendously well-funded. This is beyond anything we have
seen." He went on to assert that "they marry ideology and a
sophistication of strategic and tactical military prowess."
That is the scale of the
opponent we must defeat.
Yet defeating terrorists and
blackmailers is nothing new in American history.
In the very first years of the
new American Republic, in May 1791, Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson sent
Thomas Barclay, American consul to Morocco, a letter of instructions for a new
treaty with Morocco, stating that it is "lastly our determination to
prefer war in all cases to tribute under any form, and to any people
whatever."
Jefferson hated war and loved
peace. He also understood that there were times when vicious opponents give
peace-loving people no choice but to engage in a just war. As president he sent
the Navy and the Marine Corps to the shores of Tripoli to reject blackmail,
defeat piracy, and establish that even a young America could project power in
defense of principle and its citizens.
We were saddened but not
surprised by the barbaric video of the killing of James Foley. Back in January
we noted that the Islamic State leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, gave a speech in
which he warned America: "Soon we'll be in direct confrontation, so watch
out for us, for we are with you, watching." Islamic State spokesmen have
promised to raise their black flag over the White House.
Because I take very seriously
the security of the United States and believe that my highest obligation as
president is to protect America, I responded to this direct challenge with a
series of quiet steps.
We moved intelligence assets
and began monitoring potential Islamic State targets throughout Iraq and Syria.
We began re-establishing ties
with both the Sunni tribes in Western Iraq and the Kurdish allies with whom
America has worked for decades.
We created an anti-ISIS
intelligence network working with Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
We informed the weak, chaotic
government in Baghdad that defeating the Islamic State is a higher priority
than Iraqi political maneuvering, and we reserved the right to arm, train, and
coordinate with any effective group prepared to help defeat the Islamic State.
We moved strategic assets
including B-1 and B-2 bombers into position to be prepared to respond
decisively to any ISIS outrage.
In response to the
deliberately vicious killing of James Foley, we began hitting Islamic State
targets in both Syria and Iraq. In the last hour over 200 targets have been
hit.
The air campaign in
coordination with Kurdish and Sunni Arab ground forces will continue until the
Islamic State disintegrates and is incapable of holding territory.
The 12,000 terrorists from
over 50 countries should understand as of this date that they can surrender or
we will hunt them down. Terrorists who videotape beheadings operate outside the
rule of law and in the tradition of eliminating piracy they will be dealt with
as outlaws.
We will coordinate with
Britain, Egypt, Jordan, and every willing partner to develop a strategy and a
set of operating principles for the destruction of extremist terrorism.
When Congress returns I will
work directly with its leaders in a bipartisan effort to establish rules for
protecting America and defeating this growing cancer of barbarism.
With the bipartisan help of
Congress and our allies we will pursue our campaign to destroy the Islamic
State with the four principles I outlined immediately after the bombing in
Beirut: We will have a clear plan to win. We will develop overwhelming forces
among the combined civilized world. We will report to you regularly and work
every day to keep the support of the American people for the campaign to
destroy terrorism. We will define clearly who the enemy is and they will have
no sanctuaries.
In confronting an evil that
seeks to kill us and destroy our civilization, our goal must be complete and
decisive victory.
The Foley family needs your
prayers in this difficult time.
America and the forces of
freedom need your prayers in this daunting campaign.
Together, civilization will
prevail and barbarism will return to the dustbin of history.

At a fundraiser in Newport,
Rhode Island, President Obama played down the threat from the terrorist army
ISIS. "We have to be vigilant," he told the group of donors,
"but this doesn’t immediately threaten the homeland."
The comments come after
American journalist James Foley was beheaded by ISIS. For what he had just said
he did feel “appalled”
"Internationally, we’re
going through a tumultuous time. And I don’t have to tell you, anybody
who has been watching TV this summer, it seems like it is just wave after wave
of upheaval, most of it surrounding the Middle East. You’re seeing a
change in the order in the Middle East. But the old order is having a
tough time holding together and the new order has yet to be born, and in the
interim, it’s scary," Obama said.
He continued saying:
"The good news is that we
actually have an unprecedented military capacity, and since 9/11 have built up
a security apparatus that makes us in the here and now pretty safe. We
have to be vigilant, but this doesn’t immediately threaten the homeland.
What it does do, though, is it gives a sense, once again, for future
generations, is the world going to be upended in ways that affect our kids and
our grandkids."
Then he told
the Democratic donors not to worry because measures put in place by Bush and
Cheney "make us ... pretty safe." Of
course, Obama, who has blamed much on his predecessor, did not name Bush and
Cheney.
But who "built up a
security apparatus" after 9/11? President George W. Bush, with the
assistance of his faithful vice president, Dick Cheney.
But these security
measures are being ignored by the pacifist position of this administration.
The armed
forces of the United States have a strategy, but Obama ignores the strategy, in
place he confesses that he has not a strategy.
Meanwhile with
American advisors now on the ground in Iraq, new information has surfaced that
terrorists in Iraq and Syria present a clear and present danger to the American
homeland.
After being briefed by
Intelligence officials, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C. said, "There was no
doubt in anybody's mind who briefed us that eventually the people who are
trying to conquer Iraq and make it an Islamic caliphate, run out every
Christian or kill every Christian in the Middle East, they will hit us at
home."
We have two more years of
Obama… Can we wait? Or…. will we be hit by ISIS within this frame of
time?

this statement about ISIS by America’s Commander-in-Chief who shows no skill at
command and is no chief.

group like ISIL has no place in the 21st century.”
Really? Well
it seems that presidential decrees aside that ISIL or ISIS or whatever we are
calling this new blight on humanity does have a place in the twenty-first
century and it is located smack dab in the middle of the Middle East.

is growing in power and influence with the Muslim world’s most despicable
elements, which bring us to another disturbing thought, but by presidential
decree it has no place in the 21st. century..

Obama and people of his political and ideological persuasions ignore the
lessons of history and narcissistically believe that simply by their ascent to
political power they have somehow changed the dynamics of world history. This
is not only unbridled arrogance; it is in fact the most dangerous development
of the twenty-first century. Their very hubris has allowed “good” to be sucked
off the world stage allowing evil to fill the empty space.

performance?
Throughout his presidency, he has excelled at explaining what the United
States cannot do and cannot afford. “Ukraine is not a member of NATO,” he said.
“We don't have those treaty obligations with Ukraine.” If Iraq doesn't form an
acceptable government, it’s “unrealistic” to think the United States can defeat
the Islamic State.

Joe Arpaio — the outspoken lawman of Maricopa County — has once again laid his
anger and frustration on the line…in bold print. In no uncertain terms, Arpaio levels serious charges
against Barack Obama, now-familiar charges that the president is purposely
flooding the border with thousands of illegal aliens, many of whom are criminals.
In
a letter to supporters asking for donations to his re-election
campaign, Sheriff Joe takes deadly aim at what he considers the serious
offenses of the Obama administration.

MARIETTA,
Ga. — The adult daughter of a woman whose baby was fatally shot in his
stroller testified Wednesday that her mother's account of what happened that
day didn't add up. A defense lawyer called Ashley Glassey to testify in the
murder trial of his client, De'Marquise Elkins, who is charged in the March
21 killing of 13-month-old Antonio Santiago in coastal Georgia. Glassey's
mother, Sherry West, has said she was walking home from the Brunswick post
office with Antonio in a stroller when Elkins, 18, and another teen
approached her and demanded money. After she told them she didn't have any,
Elkins shot her in the leg and then shot the baby in the face, West has said.
Glassey, 21, lives in New Jersey and testified through tears that she had
only seen her mother for a few hours on one occasion since she was 8 years
old. Glassey said her mother called her at 8:30 p.m. the day of the shooting.
West told her daughter two kids had come up to her and asked for money and
then shot the baby and then her when she said she had none, Glassey said.
When Glassey asked for more details, West changed the story to say she was
shot first and the baby second, Glassey said. Glassey's grandmother had died
the summer before and she had collected her grandmother's life insurance
policy to cover expenses, Glassey said. Her mother knew that and called to
ask how fast Glassey thought it would take for her to get the payment from a
life insurance policy she had taken out on the baby. "The whole
conversation just didn't settle well with me," Glassey said. Because she
thought her mother's story didn't add up, she called law enforcement in
Brunswick to tell them that and said she needed to talk to detectives in the
case, she said. But when the police didn't call her, she told some media
outlets how her mother had asked about the life insurance payout. After
Glassey's statements appeared, an angry West called her and told her she had
no business talking to the news and that's the last time the two spoke,
Glassey said. West testified Tuesday that she had taken out a life insurance
policy on her young son because he had been sick just after he was born and
someone at the hospital mentioned the idea to her. She took out a $5,000
policy from Gerber Life Insurance Co., she said. West paid a prem ium of
$3.18 each month, and when her son was killed, she cashed in the policy, she
said. She used $2,000 for funeral costs for Antonio and used the balance to
pay her moving expenses, she said. Prosecutors say Elkins and an accomplice,
15-year-old Dominique Lang, stopped West, and the older teen pointed a small
.22-caliber revolver at her and demanded money before shots were fired. The
killing in the port city of Brunswick drew national attention, and the trial
was moved to the Atlanta suburb of Marietta because of extensive publicity Elkins
faces life in prison if convicted of murder. At the time of the shooting he
was 17, too young to face the death penalty if convicted under Georgia law.
Lang, who also faces murder charges, is to be tried at a later date. Prosecutors
have said information from Elkins' mother and sister led investigators to a
pond where they found a revolver. Karimah Elkins is standing trial alongside
her son on charges of evidence tampering and lying to police. Elkins' sister
also was charged with evidence tampering. Prosecutors have also accused
De'Marquise Elkins of shooting a pastor during an attempted robbery outside a
church in Brunswick 10 days before the baby was killed. The jury also heard
testimony Wednesday from several people who arrived on the scene shortly
after the shooting happened. None of them saw anyone other than West and the
baby, and they all said West was hysterical and was screaming and was trying
to resuscitate her son. Before breaking for the day, the jury watched about
an hour and 43 minutes of a roughly two-hour video of West being questioned
at the police station the day of the shooting. Two police officers can be
seen in the video questioning West about a wide variety of topics, including
the shooting, guns, her relationship with her son's father, her health and
medication, and her income and resources. West's demeanor during the police
interview shifts often. Sometimes she seems sad or angry while at other times
she's very matter-of-fact and on some occasions laughs. At one point the two
officers leave her alone in the interrogation room. At first she sits there
silently, but after a while she begins sighing frequently and muttering about
her back hurting and says she can't believe she's being left to just sit
there. Finally, she whispers, "My poor baby," and starts pulling
photos of her children from her purse that she then shows to one of the detectives
upon her return to the room.

investigating, according to...
Russian
hackers hacked JP Morgan and
at least one other bank in mid-August; and now the FBI is investigating,
according to two people who know of the probe. Gigabytes of sensitive data
were lost. To get past JP Morgan’s elaborate security system for the data,
experts say that those who did the hacking must be far beyond the ability of
ordinary hackers. The incidents occurred at a low point between the US and
Russia over the conflict in the Ukraine. The sophistication of the attacks
does suggest a government link; but investigators are considering other
possibilities as well, including cyber criminals in Russia and the rest of
Eastern Europe. According to JP Morgan spokeswoman Patricia Wexler,
“Companies of our size unfortunately experience cyber attacks nearly every
day. We have multiple layers of defense to counteract any threats and
constantly monitor fraud levels.” The American and European sanctions have
caused banks to deal differently with Russia, and this irritated many in that

Ali, a commander of the Syrian rebel group, brought the laptop to Foreign
Policy‘s attention. He said about the laptop: “We found the
laptop and the power cord in a room. I took it with me. But I have no clue if
it still works or if it contains anything interesting.”
The
Dell laptop actually did work when Harald Doornbos and Jenan Moussa from Foreign
Policy turned it
on. Although the files at first seemed to be empty, there were a total of 146
gigabytes of “hidden files” containing documents in English, French, and
Arabic held on the laptop.
They
include material to be expected on a terrorist laptop, including videos of
Osama Bin Laden and how to make bombs; but they also reveal evidence that the
owner of the laptop was teaching himself about biological weapons.
The
owner of the laptop is one Tunisian man named Muhammad S., who studied
chemistry and physics in Tunisia.
What
is most shocking on the laptop is a nineteen page Arabic document about
creating biological weapons and how to weaponize bubonic plague from infected
animals. The document states that ” The advantage of biological weapons
is that they do not cost a lot of money, while the human casualties can be
huge.”
Magnus
Ranstorp at the Swedish War College commented: “The real difficulty in
all of these weapons … [is] to actually have a workable distribution system
that will kill a lot of people. But to produce quite scary weapons is
certainly within [the Islamic State's] capabilities.”
The
computer contains a 26 page fatwa, or Islamic ruling, on the use of weapons
of mass destruction. It reads: “If Muslims cannot defeat the kafir
[unbelievers] in a different way, it is permissible to use weapons of mass
destruction. Even if it kills all of them and wipes them and their
descendants off the face of the Earth.”
What

Se vio en New York , cuando protestaban contra Wall Street.
Y aun con todas esas pruebas, es solo ahora recientemente
que hay muchisimos que vienen a darse cuenta de los lazos, afiliaciones y

¿CAOS EJECUTIVO? Por Hugo J. Byrne
Una
información recientemente diseminada por el “Huffington Post” describe un
bombardeo aéreo sobre fuerzas terroristas musulmanas en Libia,“efectuado sin
la autorización” de Washington. Las naciones involucradas en esta incursión
punitiva de acuerdo al reporte fueron Egipto y Arabia Saudita. Egipto es el
segundo país en población de África. Quizás sea también el estado de mayor
influencia en el Oriente Medio.
Su régimen
nacionalista y castrense surgió en respuesta al extremismo islámico encabezado
por la terrorista Fraternidad Musulmana. Los militares que derrocaron al ex
presidente Mohamed Morsi, representan en menor grado fuerzas bastante similares
a las que prevalecieran en Turquía cuando el derrumbe de Imperio Otomano al
final de la Primera Guerra Mundial.
¿Quién puede
sorprenderse? La amenaza terrorista en toda esa zona es muy intensa tanto para
los Estados Unidos como para el resto de las naciones occidentales, pero
es inminente para quienes viven allí.
Las víctimas
del crimen fanático de los musulmanes terroristas han sido muchas y de diversas
etnias y creencias. Sin embargo, la enorme mayoría de los decapitados y
crucificados por ISIS no son reporteros gráficos occidentales, sino nativos de
esas tierras y devotos musulmanes. En Egipto antes del pronunciamiento
que derrocara a Morsi hubo una etapa caótica durante la que por lo menos
centenares de cristianos fueron masacrados impunemente, e iglesias y sinagogas
incineradas.
La
inconsciente complicidad intelectual de los “liberales” de Washington y en
especial de la administración Obama en todo esto, permanecerá como una
indeleble mancha en nuestra historia, sea cual fuere nuestro futuro. El caos
que sin la menor duda campea en Washington en estos tiempos se refleja en todas
sus acciones y no importa si es motivado por incapacidad o altruismo, el
resultado es idéntico.
El altruismo
no es una filosofía, sino un estado mental más propio de la adolescencia que de
la edad adulta. En términos muy abreviados se basa en la noción de “hacer el
bien” a todos por igual, sin tener en cuenta otras consideraciones aunque sean
poderosas. El altruismo es el padre ideológico de la llamada “corrección
política”. “Haz bien y no mires a quién” dice el refrán. Sin embargo, ayudar a
un criminal con frecuencia facilita el crimen.
Existe una
gran contradicción entre las decisiones de la administración a nivel político
doméstico con lasindecisiones con que responde a las necesidades
del estado y la nación. En las primeras Obama aparenta ser frío y calculador
(aunque sólo políticamente). Son las otras actitudes e indecisiones
trascendentales afectando la seguridad nacional y los intereses americanos
donde su política se manifiesta dubitativa, pusilánime e incapaz. Todo
ello Obama lo matiza con una personalidad narcisista, arrogante y soberbia,
incapaz de conceder un error. Y para no errar no actúa. No puede
equivocarse quien nada hace.
El más
extraordinario ejemplo de lo primero fue sin duda su victoria por la nominación
del Partido Demócrata, derrotando a la más rica y poderosa maquinaria política
de Estados Unidos en los últimos tiempos. La victoria sobre el candidato
republicano en el 2008 fue relativamente mucho más fácil y esperada.
Su
sorprendente reelección en el 2012 fue parcialmente más bien una derrota
republicana. Sin embargo, no hay dudas de que Obama fue capaz en esa
oportunidad de galvanizar su base política una vez más, la que votó por él casi
tan abrumadoramente como 4 años antes. Mientras tanto muchos republicanos
irresponsablemente declinaron ejercitar su derecho.
Pero la
función del gobierno es avanzar los intereses de esta nación mientras obedece
las ordenanzas constitucionales que todo jefe de estado jura preservar
solemnemente en el momento de su investidura. Obama es en esencia un ideólogo
de la izquierda, religiosamente abrazado a su doctrina e incapaz de encarar las
consecuencias de su agenda política. Convencido hasta los tuétanos de las
virtudes de su ideología, nunca aceptará el fracaso, por más que sea
evidente para todos.
Para la
gente capaz de usar el intelecto, la agenda doméstica de Obama no tenía la
menor posibilidad de éxito. Entre aquellos que se mantienen informados del
diario acontecer, es al fin evidente el fracaso abismal de “Obamacare”, el
aumento irrestricto de la deuda nacional, la incongruencia en la resolución de
las necesidades energéticas nacionales y la muy raquítica y lentísima
recuperación de la economía. Como en todas las latitudes aquí existe
también un creciente sector del electorado que nunca se interesa por el futuro
ni trata de mantenerse informado. Ese grupo representa hoy casi el 40% de los
votantes registrados. Pero aún esos son capaces de reaccionar de forma muy
negativa cuando se ven afectados y sufren.
Si las
agendas “liberales” de Obama son confusas y contradictorias en el orden
doméstico, realmente se caracterizan por su lógica y orden cuando se les
compara con su política exterior. No es necesario extenderse mucho en este
tema. ¿Recuerda el amigo lector cuando Obama garantizaba que el dictador de
Siria tendría que irse del poder de todas formas? ¿Recuerda de la pavorosa
línea roja que Assad no podría cruzar?
Ahora su
portavoz admite en rueda de prensa que Estados Unidos no está en guerra
con los terroristas de ISIS, quienes decapitaron en público a un fotógrafo
americano no combatiente. Obama admite que no posee una estrategia adecuada
para enfrentarse con ISIS sobre suelo sirio.
Sin embargo,
tanto el Secretario de Defensa como el General Dempsey, Jefe del Estado Mayor
Conjunto,advierten no sólo que la única manera de aniquilar a este enemigo
fanático es dentro de Siria, sino que debe hacerse de manera aplastante.
Además, por la primera vez desde la época de Margaret Thatcher, un Primer
Ministro del Reino Unido ha reconocido la naturaleza del enemigo que hoy encara
la humanidad en la guerra desigual e ingrata que nos ha tocado enfrentar.
El primer
ministro Cameron dijo a la prensa que el desafío asesino de ISIS surge del
veneno que infiltra el terrorismo musulmán. Y que ese
veneno existía siglos antes de ocurrir el 11 de septiembre.
Más
importantes que sus declaraciones fueron sus actos. Al enterarse que el cobarde
asesino del periodista norteamericano secuestrado era súbdito británico,
Cameron canceló sus vacaciones, regresando inmediatamente a 10 Downing St. y a
sus responsabilidades oficiales.
Por
contraste, nuestro Presidente tras una comparecencia sombría ante las cámaras
para denunciar el crimen, regresó como un bólido al campo de

Hello. Don’t recognize me? That’s OK, I understand.
My name was Antonio West. I was the 13-month old child who was shot
in the face at point blank range by two black teens, who were attempting to
rob my mother, who was also shot.
I think my murder and my mommy’s wounding made the news for maybe
a day, and then disappeared.
A Grand Jury of my mommy's peers from Brunswick, Georgia ruled the
black teens who murdered me will not face the death penalty...
too bad it was me who got the death sentence
from my killers instead, because Mommy didn’t have the money they demanded.
See, my family made the mistake of being white in a 73% non-white neighborhood,
but my murder wasn’t ruled a ‘hate crime’. Oh, and President Obama didn’t take
a single moment to acknowledge my murder. He couldn’t have any children
who could possibly look like me - so why should he care?
I’m one of the youngest murder victims in our great Nation's history,
but the media didn’t care to cover
the story of my being killed in cold blood.
There isn’t a white equivalent of Al Sharpton, because if there was he would
be branded a ‘racist’. So no one’s rushing to Brunswick, Georgia to demonstrate
and demand ‘justice’ for me.
There’s no ‘White Panther’ party, either, to put a bounty on the lives of
the two black teens who murdered me.
I have no voice, I have no representation, and unlike those who shot me
in the face while I sat
innocently in my stroller - I no longer have my life.
Isn’t this a great country?
So while you’re out seeking ‘justice for Trayvon or Michael Brown’,
please remember to seek ‘justice’ for me. Tell your friends about me,
tell your families, get tee-shirts with my face on them, and make the
world pay attention, just like you did for Trayvon and Michael Brown.

Antonio West
MARIETTA, Ga. — The adult daughter of a woman whose baby was
fatally shot in his stroller testified Wednesday that her mother's account of
what happened that day didn't add up.
A defense lawyer
called Ashley Glassey to testify in the murder trial of his client, De'Marquise
Elkins, who is charged in the March 21 killing of 13-month-old Antonio Santiago
in coastal Georgia.
Glassey's mother,
Sherry West, has said she was walking home from the Brunswick post office with
Antonio in a stroller when Elkins, 18, and another teen approached her and
demanded money. After she told them she didn't have any, Elkins shot her in the
leg and then shot the baby in the face, West has said.
Glassey, 21, lives in
New Jersey and testified through tears that she had only seen her mother for a
few hours on one occasion since she was 8 years old.
Glassey said her
mother called her at 8:30 p.m. the day of the shooting. West told her daughter
two kids had come up to her and asked for money and then shot the baby and then
her when she said she had none, Glassey said. When Glassey asked for more
details, West changed the story to say she was shot first and the baby second,
Glassey said.
Glassey's grandmother
had died the summer before and she had collected her grandmother's life
insurance policy to cover expenses, Glassey said. Her mother knew that and
called to ask how fast Glassey thought it would take for her to get the payment
from a life insurance policy she had taken out on the baby.
"The whole
conversation just didn't settle well with me," Glassey said.
Because she thought
her mother's story didn't add up, she called law enforcement in Brunswick to
tell them that and said she needed to talk to detectives in the case, she said.
But when the police didn't call her, she told some media outlets how her mother
had asked about the life insurance payout.
After Glassey's
statements appeared, an angry West called her and told her she had no business
talking to the news and that's the last time the two spoke, Glassey said.
West testified
Tuesday that she had taken out a life insurance policy on her young son because
he had been sick just after he was born and someone at the hospital mentioned the
idea to her. She took out a $5,000 policy from Gerber Life Insurance Co., she
said.
West paid a premium
of $3.18 each month, and when her son was killed, she cashed in the policy, she
said. She used $2,000 for funeral costs for Antonio and used the balance to pay
her moving expenses, she said.
Prosecutors say
Elkins and an accomplice, 15-year-old Dominique Lang, stopped West, and the
older teen pointed a small .22-caliber revolver at her and demanded money
before shots were fired.
The killing in the
port city of Brunswick drew national attention, and the trial was moved to the
Atlanta suburb of Marietta because of extensive publicity
Elkins faces life in
prison if convicted of murder. At the time of the shooting he was 17, too young
to face the death penalty if convicted under Georgia law. Lang, who also faces
murder charges, is to be tried at a later date.
Prosecutors have said
information from Elkins' mother and sister led investigators to a pond where
they found a revolver. Karimah Elkins is standing trial alongside her son on
charges of evidence tampering and lying to police. Elkins' sister also was
charged with evidence tampering.
Prosecutors have also
accused De'Marquise Elkins of shooting a pastor during an attempted robbery
outside a church in Brunswick 10 days before the baby was killed.
The jury also heard
testimony Wednesday from several people who arrived on the scene shortly after
the shooting happened. None of them saw anyone other than West and the baby,
and they all said West was hysterical and was screaming and was trying to
resuscitate her son.
Before breaking for
the day, the jury watched about an hour and 43 minutes of a roughly two-hour
video of West being questioned at the police station the day of the shooting.
Two police officers
can be seen in the video questioning West about a wide variety of topics,
including the shooting, guns, her relationship with her son's father, her
health and medication, and her income and resources.
West's demeanor
during the police interview shifts often. Sometimes she seems sad or angry
while at other times she's very matter-of-fact and on some occasions laughs.
At one point the two
officers leave her alone in the interrogation room. At first she sits there
silently, but after a while she begins sighing frequently and muttering about
her back hurting and says she can't believe she's being left to just sit there.
Finally, she whispers, "My poor baby," and starts pulling photos of
her children from her purse that she then shows to one of the detectives upon
her return to the room.

La “prostitución de
lujo”, también conocida como el negocio de las “damas de compañía VIP”, es un
secreto a voces que retumba en las paredes de varias prestigiosas universidades
venezolanas.
Si bien es una actividad ilegal en la nación
sudamericana, la misma ha encontrado diversos senderos para extender sus
tentáculos hasta los recintos universitarios, que sirven de terreno fértil para
esa práctica ejercida por muchachas bellas, esbeltas, bien formadas y de
cuerpos atléticos. Ellas son el reflejo de una sociedad que lucha por
sobrevivir a toda costa.
DIARIO LAS AMÉRICAS consiguió el testimonio de una de
las protagonistas de lo que se ha convertido en un “empleo” habitual para
muchas jóvenes.
Una historia que
contar
Una chica de 22 años
accedió a compartir su historia, siempre y cuando mantuviéramos su identidad en
el más absoluto secreto.
“Es fácil juzgar y
criticar a las mujeres que hacemos esto, pero nadie sabe lo que pasamos”. Con estas palabras comenzó una interesante
conversación que abrió las puertas a la cruda realidad en la que viven decenas
de jóvenes universitarias. No tenía dinero. Un día conocí a una compañera de
clases que lo hacía. Le di mi currículo y le pedí que me ayudara a conseguir un
empleo, porque quería seguir estudiando. Yo trabajaba en una tienda en el
centro de Caracas y muchas personas me decían que entrara al Miss Venezuela.
Claro, yo no tenía dinero ni siquiera para comprar ropa”, relató.
Durante la entrevista
telefónica era palpable el nerviosismo de la joven quien, a pesar de ello, hizo
un revelador relato de su vida como prostituta.
“Honestamente quería llegar a ser alguien. Lo que ganaba
en la tienda no me alcanzaba para pagar mi universidad y para colmo mis padres
se separaron. Perdí la ayuda que me daba mi papá y tuve que tomar medidas.
Cuando entré al segundo semestre, una amiga me dijo que podía ayudarme a
conseguir dinero los fines de semana, pero que tenía que entrenarme. Yo solo tenía
19 años. Allí comencé a saber lo que era este mundo y lo duro que puede llegar
a ser”.
Tras una pausa, pero
se mostró decidida a proseguir con la conversación.
“Mi amiga me contactó con una mujer, la más bella que he
visto. Esa señora me habló claro y me dijo que trabajaría como ‘puta de lujo’.
Francamente sólo quería saber como cuanto ganaría. Me dijo que entre 5.000 y
10.000 bolívares por un fin de semana y que los clientes eran ‘chivos
pesados’”.
A la pregunta de que había sentido durante su primera experiencia,
respondió: “Miedo. Pero los clientes son bien escogidos y casi siempre te
contratan los mismos. Cuando recibí mi primer pago fue una ‘nota’ (alegría).
Gané 10.000 bolívares por un fin de semana”.
Reconoció que en
parte la situación del país la llevó a eso.
“En parte. Bueno, en realidad sí. Aquí el sueldo minino
no alcanza para nada y yo quería vivir con más comodidades. Llevo haciendo esto
hace unos tres años. No soy bruta, me se administrar. En tres años he comprado
casa, carro y viajo cuando quiero y a donde quiero. Vamos a estar claras. ¿En qué empleo yo ganaría en promedio
55.000 bolívares al mes?”
Explicó que sus clientes son hombres, la mayoría
políticos y sus hijos, “‘carajos’ con plata, más de la que te puedas imaginar.
Nos contratan para todo tipo de festejos. No te diré quienes son, pero son
poderosos”.
Si arrepentimiento
A pesar de ser estudiante universitaria, no se siente
arrepentida de lo que hace. “Antes de comenzar en este negocio yo no tenía
nada. Pasaba muchas necesidades y siempre vivía ‘alcanzada’ (con el mínimo) .
Ahora viajo a todas partes. Mis clientes me dan obsequios lujosos. Tengo la
mejor ropa y pago puntualmente mi universidad”.
Amplió que ante la
situación que vive el país, tener dinero se ha convertido prácticamente en el
objetivo de la vida.
“Aquí si no tienes plata no consigues comida,
medicamentos; nada. Quiero que quede claro que no justifico la prostitución.
Para mí lo que hago no es prostitución, es sobrevivir, y punto”.
Ante la interrogante
de que si abandonaría la prostitución una vez que se graduara, afirmó: “no creo que ejerciendo mi carrera cobre en un mes
lo que gano en un fin de semana. Del resto no vale la pena. Estoy acostumbrada
a un estilo de vida que mi carrera jamás me proporcionará.
¡Por supuesto que es un negocio lucrativo! Nadie gana lo
que yo gano. En este país hay que resolver. Yo resolví y punto. Además, esta
situación del país no va a cambiar”.
Sus declaraciones subrayan la gravedad de la crisis por
la que atraviesa el país. Al igual que esta joven estudiante venezolana,
existen cientos de historias parecidas que jamás serán contadas. La crisis económica en la “nación socialista”
de la “revolución bolivariana”, al final ha creado una una generación de
prostitutas que, irónicamente, estudian e las más prestigiosas universidades
del país.

Corsi: Is Obama Planning Another 911 Attack on America?

Obama does not have a strategy to combat ISIS, or to combat anything else, for
that matter.
But are we really that naïve?
Obama has always had a strategy and he has
not wavered from that strategy since his childhood years when Frank Marshall
Davis filled his head with Communist nonsense.
Obama’s plan has always been to reduce the
strength, dignity, and glory of the United States of America at home and
abroad.
Why?
SEND
CONGRESS A PINK SLIP: Gun
grabs, Martial Law, amnesty, executive orders, unconstitutional laws, bypassing
Congress and the Constitution— Obama has committed a string high crimes and
misdemeanors. YOU can send a PINK SLIP to every member of Congress putting them
on notice: “IMPEACH OBAMA NOW OR WE’RE KICKING YOU OUT!”
Because he learned from Frank Marshall Davis
– as well as a chain of subsequent socialist/communist mentors, including the
writings of Franz Fanon, Saul Alinsky, and Cloward/Pivens – the two
revolutionary socialists Columbia University allowed to be on the faculty as
professors of sociology.
What Obama learned was that the USA is a
colonialist, imperialist nation that oppresses minorities at home, rapes
populations internationally, and pillages natural resources to preserve an
outrageously high lifestyle for those at the top of the capitalist pyramid.
Why don’t we assume that Barack Obama is
implementing policies that were always intended to produce the results we see.
Now ISIS is terrorizing Christians with
barbarism not seen since the Dark Ages, while radical Islamic terrorism surges
across North Africa, and Hamas is firing rockets into Israel.
If anyone thinks Obama did not intend this
result, then please address the “Arab Spring,” and the lies Hillary and Obama
told that destabilizing Libya by killing Gadhafi and throwing Egypt into chaos
by toppling Mubarak was a “democracy movement.”
In June, Obama released five senior Taliban
leaders in exchange for Army Sgt. Bowe Berghdahl, who ends up most likely being
a deserter and a collaborator with radical Islamic enemies of the United
States.
Then, Obama opens the U.S. border with Mexico
to allow an unchecked invasion of teens in prime gang recruitment years posing
as “unaccompanied minor,” free to flow into the United States with Border
Patrol having no way to know who these people are or whether or not they have a
criminal background in the countries from which they came.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio has warned repeatedly that
with a 2,000 mile open border with Mexico, a failed narco-state, the reality is
that Border Patrol and Homeland Security could not keep out of the country
terrorists form the Middle East, who are politely classed as “OTMs,” or “Other
Than Mexicans” in Obama politically correct terminology.
Now, with several hundred Americans now
recruited to ISIS, and with ISIS having passport-forging characteristics, how
many terrorists are simply going to buy airplane tickets to travel first-class
back into the USA from Europe?
Then, as the ISIS threat grabs international
headlines, Obama goes on an extended vacation to Martha’s Vineyard, plays extensive
rounds of golf, and returns to the White House to say he doesn’t have a
strategy.
The point is simple: The rule in politics is
that everything happening is happening for a reason.
The reason here, construed logically, is that
Obama is setting the United States up for another 911 terrorist attack,
possibly even a 911 surprise that will dwarf in horror the terrorist attack on
the World Trade Center and the Pentagon in 2001.
Why would Obama do this?
It was Rahm Emmanuel, Obama’s first
chief-of-staff in the White House, who tipped American off regarding how much
radical revolutionary operatives like Obama enjoy milking a crisis for all its
worth.
How hard would it be for Barack Obama to use
a even more horrifying second 911 terror attack to declare martial law?
With martial law declared by the president,
the possibilities are endless.
Elections could be cancelled.
Obama could suspend the constitution and
declare himself emergency “national security” powers that would extend his
presidency beyond 2016.
Tea Party Loyalists need to see through the
Obama revolutionary socialist goal of “fundamentally transforming” America.
If there is going to be a “fundamental
transformation,” Tea Party Loyalists need to implement that transformation by
firing Congress – Republican and Democrat alike – and making sure Obama goes
into retirement.
It’s time to send a Pink Slip
to Congress to
put them on notice that “We the People” are tired of the lying and we are not
going to take it anymore.
We have had enough of the lies Obama is
willing to tell in his move to grab power and deny U.S. citizens our
fundamental freedoms.
Tea Party Loyalists are the last line of
resistance to “America’s Fraud President” who is attempting to deprive us of
our Constitutional rights in his effort to debase America to a police-state
maintaining order in a second-class nation.
We are putting out a call: Tea Party
Loyalists are warning Americans to wake up to America’s fraudulent and imperial
president.
But if you absolutely can’t stand it, such
that waiting until after November is just too long to wait before asking for
impeachment, then please join me in sending a Pink Slip to Washington.
Washington needs to know that Tea Party
Loyalists intend to win at the ballot box in November 2014, and again in
November 2016, defeating any and all incumbent members of Congress –
Republicans and Democrats alike – who do not stand with us to defend the United
States of America.
