Subject: IMPORTANT -BIG SCANDAL BREWING?-MIAMI LAND GRAB-ICLEI-MAYOR ALVAREZ RECALL
To:
I know this is a bit long. However, it is Important to look
at the links to understand the scope of what is taking place right
now. Miami is home to the USA-ICLEI leader -pushes UN(United Nations)
Policy. This should demonstrate without a doubt that an
elected official is serving another master that conflicts with
the office and oath he took. This will be going out to as many
people, media, etc as possible. Feel free to spread it around.
The influence seems quite clear & his relationship
with Mayor & Commissioners awfully cozy to push this UN based policy.
114,000 petitions were gathered to recall Miami Dade Mayor
Carlos Alvarez. Incredibly, Now there is a technicality that would
invalidate them. Harvey Ruvin, Clerk of County Court had to sign
the approval letter, according to the Miami Dade Charter,
but instead under his direction had Deputy Clerk Diane Collins sign.

Funny, I am not a lawyer, but I pulled up the charter, looked on page
32 http://www.miamidade.gov/charter/library/Charter-01-26-07.pdf
& it says right there that THE COUNTY CLERK must sign. Is
Harvey incompetent or was this done purposely? After all, it was very
important to the Climate Change Task Force to build that tunnel...see pg 23

Harvey signs all kinds of important documents constantly, just look
at his bio. Does he overlook the letter of the law
so easily? http://www.miami-dadeclerk.com/clerk_biography.asp

Miami Dade Land Grab:
DERM(Dept of Environmental Resources Management) declared
an area in Miami Dade Wetlands. 100's of families using land for
agricultural. DERM told them to cease & desist use of their
land, scrape vegetation down to the bedrock . Extremely
expensive process. They must continue to pay taxes & mortgage
while doing this. Deed does not say wetlands & they have not been
paying wetlands taxes. Land been used for agricultural purposes
for 30+ years. One of the property owners, Aida Fernandez, now
has properties in foreclosure & still fighting. They were being harassed
& intimidated. No compensation....Much more, if have questions will send
more details. FYI, UN Policy believes in Collective rights Not individual
property rights. However, CEMEX rock mining was allowed to mine in
an area that was off limits. Hmmm, was this some sort of trade off? Take
the agricultural land that was not Wetlands & permit CEMEX to mine in off limits
area? Who helped orchestrate this?
Unless, I am reading the records wrong,(& please correct me if I am)
it seems CEMEX contributed$600,000 to the EEL(Environmentally Endangered Lands Program.

Harvey Ruvin, Miami Dade Clerk of Court, is also President of ICLEI-USA
among other thing. Harvey Ruvin was also appointed as
Chair of the Climate Change Advisory Task Force by Rubio in 2008.
Ruvin is 100% on board with man-made climate change. Please look
at specific pages on these links. It is quite eye opening!
http://www.miamidade.gov/derm/library/air_quality/CO2_Reduction_Final_Report.pdf
See 1st two pages. Just glance lightly over first 10 pages. IMPORTANT-LOOK
ON PAGE 23.- critical project-PORT OF MIAMI TUNNEL-will significantly
reduce vehicle emissions caused by congestion-This is why Miami taxpayers
are going to spend over $500 -1bill. on the most expensive tunnel in Florida history.
. One of the commissioners, Joe Martinez, has warned this could become Miami's Big Dig.
Has this legislation been influenced by anyone who is a part of a 501(c)3-ICLEI??
501(c)3 Not Allowed to influence legislation!!http://www.irs.gov/charities/charitable/article/0,,id=96099,00.html
Next, Look on page 68.
http://www.miamidade.gov/derm/library/08-10-04_CCATF_BCC_Package.pdf
pg 15-Rec. E-1 pg 19 -Rec. F.5 & F.6 Next Look at Appendix 1(Statement on Sea Level
coming. It is after pg 20. Look at Appendix II Note Harvey Ruvin's signature & Mayor Alvarez
aware and on board with all of this. Skip back to Appendix V-creating Climate Change
Task Force.
SOMETHING SMELLS VERY BAD! TOO MUCH POWER & TOO MANY
TITLES TO ONE PERSON WITH TOO MUCH INFLUENCE!!!
