A Circuit Court has decided that Florida election law
applies to everyone but Barack Hussein Obama. In response to a suit brought by
Florida resident and Democrat Party member Michael Voeltz challenging Obama’s
eligibility to the Florida ballot, Circuit Court Judge Terry Lewis ruled that
Florida election law “…is not applicable to the nomination of a candidate for
Office of President of the United States.” This means that the Florida
Statute which says,
“the… nomination of any person to office…may be contested in the circuit
court…by any elector or any taxpayer…” is null and void when it comes to Mr.
Obama’s nomination to the presidency.

now, the FBI has been warning people that a blackout of their access to the
Internet could be coming. The warnings about the Internet
problem have been splashed across Facebook and Google, and Internet service
providers have sent notices as well.But tens of thousands of Americans may still lose their Internet service Monday unless they do a quick check of their computers for malware that could have taken over their machines more than a year ago.
The Blaze has covered the story a couple times, first stating the FBI would shut off Internet access to computers still infected as of March and later reported the extension the clean-up period until July 9.
Despite repeated alerts, the number of computers that probably are infected is more than 277,000 worldwide, down from about 360,000 in April. Of those still infected, the FBI believes that about 64,000 are in the United States.
Users whose computers are still infected Monday will lose their ability to go online, and they will have to call their service providers for help deleting the malware and reconnecting to the Internet.
To check whether a computer is infected, users can visit a website run by the group brought in by the FBI: http://www.dcwg.org. This link also provides resources for how to “disinfect” your computer should the malware be found on it. As the Blaze has reported before, the FBI has said fixing the problem will be much harder once your access to the Internet is cut off.

MIAMI, 6 DE JULIO DE 2012, NHR.com—Como Obamacare y Romneycare han sido bautizadas las reformas del sistema de la salud del presidente Obama y el exgobernador de Massachussetts, respectivamente. Y no hay pocos que manifiestan que la ley del presidente es una copia de la implantada por Roney cuando era gobernador.Para estar más enterados de las similitudes o diferencias entre una y otra ley, NHR.com puso en las manos de un pequeño comité la tarea de realizar una búsqueda que pudiera dar alguna luz sobre el controversial tema. Los encargados de investigar encontraron alguna similitud, aunque bastante diferencia.
Según el estudio, se encontró que Romneycare fue un esfuerzo bipartidista y que el entonces gobernador Romney vetó muchos de los aspectos claves de la ley original; aspectos que luego fueron rechazados por la legislatura de mayoría demócrata en su votación final. La mayoría de los asuntos vetados por Romneys se encuentran en Obamacare.

Sección 5 – Creación de un Consejo de Salud Pública
Sección 29 – Proporcionarle cobertura a los no ciudadanos ilegales.
Sección 47 – Exigir que los empleadores de 11 empleados o más a tiempo completo paguen alguna contribución por empleado que no esté asegurado
Sección 112 – Enmienda para conseguir que el gobierno federal renunciara para aplicar la ley de reembolso por los programas de Medicare y Medicaid.
Sección 113 – Requisitos de detalles de los servicios de salud conductual y financiación de Medicaid y determinar que empresas califican como servicios de salud mental.

2. Congress (past, present & future)
participates in Social Security.
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move
to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the
Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people.
It may not be used for any other purpose.
3. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan,
just as all Americans do.
4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay
raise.
Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or
3%.
5. Congress loses their current health care system
and participates in the same health care system as the American people.
6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they
impose on the American people.
7. All contracts with past and present
Congressmen/women are void effective 12/1/12. The American people did not
make this contract with Congressmen/women.
Congress made all these contracts for themselves.
Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers
envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go
home and back to work.
If each person contacts a minimum of twenty people
then it will only take three days for most people (in the U.S. ) to receive

In the August 2000 trial, Akre charged she was pressured by management and lawyers to air what she knew and documented to be false information in a story about the use of growth hormones in dairy cows. The six-person jury was unanimous in concluding that Akre was fired because she threatened to report the station for pressuring her to report the false information.
Fox’s attorneys’ arguments failed on three separate occasions, in front of three different judges, to have the case dismissed since there is no hard, fast, and written rule against deliberate distortion of the news. The attorneys argued that the First Amendment gives broadcasters the right to lie or deliberately distort news reports on the airwaves.
In a written decision, the Court held that the Federal Communications Commission position against news distortion is only a “policy,” not a promulgated law, rule, or regulation.

any Arab country. Think about it. Why is Michelle returning to the states
when 'official' trips to foreign countries generally include the First

Here's one thought on the matter.
While in a Blockbuster renting videos I came across a video
called "Obama". There were two men standing next to me and we talked about
President Obama. These guys were Arabs, so I asked them why they thought
Michelle Obama headed home following the President's recent visit to France
instead of traveling on to Saudi Arabia and Turkey with her husband. They
told me she could not go to Saudi Arabia, Turkey or Iraq.
I said "Why not,(?) Laura Bush went to Saudi Arabia, Turkey
and Dubai." They said that Obama is a Muslim and therefore he is not allowed
to bring his wife into countries that adhere to Sharia Law.
Two points of interest here:
1) I thought it interesting that two American Arabs at
Blockbuster believe that our President is a Muslim, who follows a strict
Islamic creed.
2) They also said that's the reason he bowed to the King of
Saudi Arabia. It was a signal to the Muslim world, acknowledging his
religion.
For further consideration, here is a response from Dr. Jim
Murk, a Middle Eastern Scholar and expert on Islam.
This is his explanation of what the Arab American's were
saying.
"An orthodox Muslim man would never take his wife on a
politically oriented trip to any nation which practices Sharia law,
particularly Saudi Arabia where the Wahhabi sect is dominant. This is true
and it is why Obama left Michelle in Europe. She will stay home when he
visits Arab countries. He knows Muslim protocol; this includes, bowing to
the Saudi King. Obama is regarded as a Muslim in the Arab world, because he
was born to a Muslim father; he acknowledged his Muslim faith with George
Stephanopoulus. Note that he downplays his involvement with Christianity (
after touting it in the election campaign ), by not publicly joining a
Christian church in D.C. And occasionally attending the chapel for services
at Camp David .
He also played down the fact that America is a Christian
country and said, unbelievably, that it was one of the largest Muslim
nations in the world, which is nonsense. He has publicly taken the side of
the Palestinians in the conflict with Israel and he ignored the National Day
of Prayer, something no other President has ever done. He conceals his true
faith to the detriment of the American people."

Another interesting item regarding Sharia Law. Why has
Barack Hussein Obama insisted that the U.S. Attorney General hold the trials
of the 911 Muslim Terrorists in Civilian Courts as Common Criminals instead
of as Terrorists who attacked the United States of America? If the Muslim
Terrorists are tried in Military Tribunals, convicted and sentenced to
death, by LAW, Barack Hussein Obama, as President of the United States,
would be required to sign their death warrants. He would not be required to
sign the death warrants if they are sentenced to death by a Civilian Court.
Muslim Jihadist, Army Major Hassan slaughtered non-Muslim soldiers at Ft.
Hood, Texas rather than go to Afghanistan and be a part of anything that
could lead to the deaths of fellow Muslims. He stated that Muslims 'could
not and should not kill fellow Muslims.' Is the motive for Barack Hussein
Obama's insistence on civilian trials, to make sure he doesn't have to sign
the death warrants for the Muslim Terrorists? Why would he, as President of
the United States, not sign the death warrants for Muslim Terrorists who
attacked the United States and murdered over 3,000 U. S. Citizens on 9/11?
Could it be that he is FORBIDDEN by his RELIGION to authorize the execution
of Muslims?
Think about that! Open your eyes, ears and mind to who the
President is, how he behaves and what he is doing!
